Ashanti killed two birds -- her birthday and her new song -- with one stone ... by ballin' out at 1OAK on Sunset.

The bday shindig went down Tuesday night during the MADE party at 1OAK, and Ashanti was surrounded by a ton of friends. YG, Belly, O.T. Genasis, DJ Mustard and Ashanti’s sis, Shi Shi were photographed. We're told R. Kelly, DeRay Davis and Tyrese were there too.

Of course, Ashanti got on the mic, singing "What's Luv?" -- and at the end of the night teased "Say Less." Her new track, produced by Mustard and featuring Ty Dolla $ign, drops Friday.

Bella Hadid's 21st birthday celebration went down exactly as you'd like it to -- ass out!

Bella went bottoms up in a g-string to make sure all her fans could, umm ... toast her big day. Then she put on something more dinner-appropriate for a night out in NYC with her mom, Yolanda, and Gigi.

Even when they're just walking out of a building these ladies look like they're working the hell out of a runway. Happy 21st, Bella!

Another huge win for the Houston Astros, another chance for Josh Reddick to pay tribute to Old Glory on his crotch.

Reddick rocked his legendary American flag skivvies (again) for the Astros' post-game turn-up after eliminating the Red Sox in the ALDS on Monday ... bustin' out the Red, White & Blue for some champagne showers.

Everyone from Justin Verlander to Dallas Keuchel celebrated the 5-4 comeback win to close out the series ... but (thankfully) no one else stripped to their stars and stripes.

Marlon Wayans and Busta Rhymes pulled no punches torching each other in a freestyle rap battle that was probably better suited for a "Comedy Central Roast."

Marlon and Busta hit up the official reopening of LIV in Miami Sunday night where they celebrated Jeezy's birthday. Wilmer Valderrama and Teyana Taylor were also there, but the REAL action happened outside.

Marlon and Busta, for some reason, decided to put on a show with insults flying back and forth. It's pretty hilarious, and if we had to pick a winner -- hand Marlon the belt.

Janet Jackson threw the hottest high school reunion Sunday night at the Hollywood Bowl, bringing back a ton of her OG backup dancers -- but she's not letting on if a Justin Timberlake reunion is in the cards.

We got Janet outside Lure Nightclub in Hollywood, where she held the after-party ... and asked if she and JT might reunite at Super Bowl LII. According to multiple reports, Justin's locked in for the halftime show -- so, you gotta wonder if they'll patch things up after 2004's infamous boob debacle.

If it's happening ... Janet can definitely keep a secret.

As for her backup dancers -- Miss Jackson gave them all some shine during the Bowl concert ... including Jenna Dewan Tatum, who originally debuted on Janet's 2001 "All for You" Tour.

The Austin City Limits Festival starts tonight, and there are some very nervous performers in the wake of Sunday night's Vegas massacre.

Killer Mike concedes he's got the jitters about his headlining gig, being a husband and a father, but he's going to power through his performance Sunday night. He also says he understands ... some, possibly many would-be festivalgoers are going to stay away, and he can't blame them.

That said, we're told law enforcement will blanket the area around Zilker Park. In addition to patrols on foot, bike, car and ATV, the Counter Assault Strike Team will be out in force.

Aaron Judge ain't a rookie when it comes to celebrating his first postseason win ... 'cause the star slugger brought out the big (gold) guns for the Yankees' victory over the Twins Tuesday night.

Judge and his teammate Didi Gregorious went all-out for the team's champagne celebration after winning their wild-card game 8-4 ... poppin' massive bottles of Ace of Spades.

FYI -- a regular bottle of Ace of Spades will set you back around $300 ... so it's an expensive booze shower.

But don't worry, the Yanks have a day off before taking on the Cleveland Indians in the ALDS on Thursday.

Future is getting ripped online for some horrifically awful timing -- his social media team just tweeted out a promo for his upcoming Las Vegas show.

The Twitter post plugged his Halloween weekend show at Drai's, but seeing as how it came just 12 hours after Stephen Paddock opened fire on a Las Vegas concert ... the reaction has been scathing.

More than likely it was a prescheduled tweet, but fans aren't in the mood to forgive Future or Drai's.

Kevin Hart and his wife, Eniko, carried on with their baby shower like nothing was amiss -- despite his sex tape/extortion scandal -- and announced their new baby boy's name.

Kevin and Eniko hosted their shindig Sunday at the Calamigos Beach Club in Malibu, where they revealed they're naming their incoming son Kenzo. The name was plastered all over Eniko's social media, with friends showing off "Kenzo prizes" they'd won.

Aside from the big name reveal ... everything else looks like business as usual for the Harts, even though Kevin's smack dab in the middle of being extorted for a sex tape in which he was secretly filmed.

As we reported ... the expecting couple dropped around $118k for the safari-themed baby shower. And it definitely shows.

Hugh Hefner's not going out without one more legendary Playboy party ... TMZ has learned planning is underway for a celebration of his life at the Mansion.

Sources close to Daren Metropoulos -- the Pabst heir who bought the mansion last year -- tell us he's going to sign off on a party for Hef sometime soon. We're told the get-together will be more of a tribute to the Playboy founder's life ... and less of the standard Playboy blowout bash.

Daren needs to OK all parties since he made the purchase.

We broke the story ... Daren bought the Playboy Mansion last year for a cool $100 mil, on the condition that Hef could live there for the rest of his life. Sources say he plans on combining an adjacent estate he owns with the Mansion and restoring both to their OG condition.

As for the birds, monkeys and other animals that call the mansion home ... we're told they'll all stay on the property when Daren moves in.

Daren released a statement Thursday on the passing of Hef, saying ... "Hugh Hefner was a visionary in business, a giant in media and an iconic figure of pop culture whose legacy will leave a lasting impact."

Mike Posner's track, "I Took A Pill In Ibiza," won't be playing in the background of any Ibiza tourism commercials because he says the island's tourism board isn't a fan.

Posner told us he caught a lot of flak from the White Isle's tourism board since they thought the song promoted drug use. Ibiza has long struggled to ditch its booze and ecstasy rep and from what Posner tells us -- and sings -- doesn't look like it's going well.

Posner's not ruling out a return trip, but says he'd do things differently this time.

The woman Chris Brown called "too ugly" to party with him ... is open to raging with the singer again -- even though she accused him of battery.

We got Liziane Gutierrez Tuesday night at LAX, where we asked where things stood between her and Chris after settling her lawsuit against him. She's willing to let bygones be bygones.

Taylor Swift just got served a can of whoop ass ... courtesy of Cardi B, whose track "Bodak Yellow" just bumped T-Swizzle from the top of the singles chart.

We got Cardi Monday at Atlantic Records in NYC where she was celebrating her spot on the Billboard Hot 100 throne with champagne and shade ... which she hilariously threw at Taylor during a speech you gotta see.

Cardi's only the second female rapper to top the Hot 100 without featuring someone else on the song. Lauryn Hill was the last to do it with "Doo Wop (That Thing)" in 1998.

Liberty Ross turned 39 this weekend -- but by how many celebs came out to celebrate with her ... you woulda thought it was one of the big X-0s.

Tons of Hollywood A-listers flocked to Liberty and her husband Jimmy Iovine's house Saturday night in Holmby Hills, where there was certainly no shortage of star power. At least 150 people showed up, including Oprah, Gayle King, Mona Scott, David Geffen, Courteney Cox, James Corden, Usher, Diddy and Trey Songz ... just to name a few.

Oh, and Missy Elliott performed too ... playing a lot of her hits to a turnt up crowd.

Travis Scott was in a spectacular mood Friday night after TMZ broke the story ... Kylie Jenner's gonna be his baby mama.

Travis was performing at LIV nightclub in Miami, and he got some family support from Scott Disick, who was at the ready to record the momentous event on his cellphone.

Travis didn't say anything about his kid, but gave a shout out to his friend and LIV nightclub owner David Grutman, who had a baby the day before.

Diplo tried to turn up in the Hollywood Hills -- but the cops had a simple message for him and his party pals ... fool us once.

Diplo was throwing a house party Wednesday night just outside of WeHo, which included some celebs like Lil Dicky ... who you can see clearly in the DJ's Snapchat story.

Unfortunately, law enforcement sources tell us it became too much of a rager, 'cause cops had to be called twice -- with the 2nd visit shutting the whole thing down.

We're told cops first came out a little before 10 PM, and were told the music would be turned down and guests would be kept inside. They came back again at 11:30 PM and that's when they kicked everyone out ... but didn't cite anyone. Police never talked to Diplo.
