Party All The Time

Lil Wayne was NOT about to wait around to figure out whether shots had really been fired at his concert this weekend -- he assumed it happened, and got the hell OUT of Dodge.

TMZ got this video of Wayne being whisked away backstage, toward the end of Sunday night's severely shortened A3C Fest set. Someone allegedly yelled out "shots fired!" and caused a panic. As you can see ... Weezy was no different from fans at the show, rushing downstairs off the stage and straight into his waiting SUV, not taking any chances.

Can't blame Weezy for hauling ass. Remember, his tour bus was shot up in the Atlanta area back in 2015, so it makes sense his team was ready to bolt. The scene out on the festival grounds was just as chaotic with everyone in GTFO mode.

As we reported ... several concertgoers were trampled in the stampede. All in all, about a dozen people were injured with minor injuries, some of which required medical attention.

Kanye West and Chance the Rapper are dads about town in Chicago right now -- ready to turn up on a moment's notice ... with their two toddlers nearby to make it even sweeter.

Ye was back in Chicago this weekend, and on Saturday, he took his son, Saint, back to the famous Sugar Factory where he was also joined by Chance and his own daughter, Kensli. Looks like the party was well underway by the time Chano showed ... can ya tell?

In this clip, obtained by TMZ, you see Kanye dancing in his private booth with a decently sized audience around him, clapping to some music. Kanye stands up on the cushion, and then suddenly Chance emerges from the crowd with Kensli in his arms.

Seems Kanye really wanted his Chitown pal to join him onstage on-table ... before quickly realizing he might've been a little too close to the sparklers, and possibly off balance.

Bill and Hillary Clinton are taking a break from the craziness in America ... to take in the festivities of one of the world's biggest fairs.

The Clintons were spotted at Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany Friday, and look pretty happy to be there -- especially Bill.

The former Prez is rocking some traditional Bavarian garb with the high socks and lederhosen ... while it looks like Hill opted to stick to her standard pantsuit.

The couple have been having some fun together this week -- as we reported, they caught Christina Aguilera's show Wednesday night at Radio City Music Hall and had a little meet-and-greet with her afterward.

Talk about revenge courtesy of the Clintons -- the former POTUS and almost-POTUS met up with Christina Aguilera this week, which looked like a way better time than some folks are having in D.C. right now ... *cough* Brett Kavanaugh *cough*.

Bill and Hillary decided to catch Christina's show Wednesday night at Radio City Music Hall as part of her Liberation Tour and ended up getting a little meet-and-greet with CA herself backstage afterward. It's a good-looking trio, if we do say so ourselves.

When you're as famous as this couple is -- especially in NYC -- we imagine it ain't all that difficult to get a little VIP access every now and then. We know they tend to get special treatment when they hit the town together in the Big Apple ... even post 2016.

Can't blame 'em for enjoying themselves, especially after they're still getting dragged through the mud to this day. In case you missed it ... Judge Kavanaugh threw the Clintons under the bus during his boisterous opening statement last week while denying Dr. Ford's allegation, saying the entire episode was orchestrated as retaliation for them.

As for the show ... it looks like it was a sweet concert. Christina had Lil' Kim come on stage with her, and we're sure they did their usual numbers. Can't hold 'em down, those two ... Clintons neither.

The Rockies were the WORST houseguests Tuesday night ... 'cause after they booted the Cubs from the playoffs -- they SOAKED their Wrigley Field locker room in bubbly and beer!!!

Colorado scored in the top of the 13th in the NL Wild Card game and slammed the door on Chicago in the bottom of the frame ... and then it was time for champagne and Budweiser.

The team sprayed down the whole locker room -- although they were at least kind enough to put up the tarps beforehand.

There was an MVP chant for Charlie Blackmon ... Nolan Arenado made sure to bring the tunes ... and Tony Wolters (dude with the game-winning RBI) had a great dance. Good times were had by all.

It's the Brewers up next for the Rockies in the NLDS. Series starts Thursday.

The comedian hit up Weezy's star-studded birthday shindig Thursday night at Hubble Studios in L.A. The rapper turned 36 but the bigger celebration was for the long-delayed release of 'Carter V' ... which FIIIIINALLY dropped after a musical eternity.

Check out the pics ... Wayne's birthday cake is INSANE. There was also a goat at the party 'cause ... Weezy's the GOAT. Wiz Khalifa, Trey Songz and Chris Brown made appearances. Ashanti was also at the bash and happily mugged for the cameras. Safe to say Ashanti's wide grin speaks for everyone -- happy as hell 'TC5' dropped.

As we reported ... Weezy enlisted the help of his celeb friends to drop hints on the release date for "Tha Carter V" but fans had trouble dissecting them.

9:20 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ one of the pyrotechnics fell over when the firework unit malfunctioned, causing a spark to shoot out.

Two people in the crowd suffered minor injuries -- one person hit in the stomach and the other in the eye. They were both treated on scene.

ODESZA's set at Life is Beautiful Music Festival came to a terrifying end when a rogue firework shot off straight into the crowd.

The group was finishing its set Sunday night at the Las Vegas event with a massive firework display when something clearly went wrong, and one of the explosions went off in the crowd. It's unclear how many people were injured from the blast.

One member of the audience wrote of the mishap, "Literally saw someone get hit by an explosive firework RIGHT next to us during the ODESZA set and it was SOO traumatic. Wtf."

ODESZA was among one of the last acts of the weekend for the annual music festival. Other performers included The Weeknd, Travis Scott, Arcade Fire and Florence + The Machine.

We've reached out to a rep for ODESZA ... so far, no word back.

Jay-Z and Beyonce normally give folks a front row seat to a sick performance, but they switched it up Saturday after their Rose Bowl concert and became spectators themselves.

Jay & Bey were seen at an after-party thrown on the heels of their show in Pasadena, where they sold out the Rose Bowl for night 1 of 2 of their last couple performances in L.A. Their 'On The Run II' summer tour wraps in Seattle next week.

During the shindig, two break dancers were putting on their best moves in front the couple ... and they did not disappoint. Check out Beyonce's reaction -- she's definitely into it. Never hurts to impress Queen Bey ... we know she could always use more dancers.

It's a nice change of pace for Jay and Bey, who've been putting quite a run together for some very famous audience members these last few months. Some A-listers who've enjoyed their OTR II tour ... Dez Bryant and Jerry Jones, Justin Verlander and Kate Upton ... and, of course, the Obamas.

Arnold and Patrick Schwarzenegger went back to their roots Saturday to celebrate Patrick's 25th birthday in Munich, Germany.

The famous duo decided to mark the occasion at Oktoberfest. It was a long trip for Patrick, but not so much for Arnold. The former Governator has been in nearby Budapest, shooting the yet-untitled Terminator 6.

They went all out ... wearing standard Oktoberfest issue.

Arnold's girlfriend, Heather Milligan, was also on hand and appropriately dressed. Lest there be any doubt, it's pretty clear Arnold has fully recovered from his recent heart surgery.

Kylie Jenner brought the glamour and her BFF Jordyn Woods brought the glitz -- and together, the dynamic duo painted the town.

The ladies were all dolled up to get a head start on Jordyn's birthday celebration. She turns 21 Sunday but kicked things off Thursday with dinner at Petite in L.A. ... before heading off to Poppy.

Kylie turned 21 over a month ago and clearly couldn't contain herself at the thought of her BFF coming THIS close to legal drinking age. They capped off their dinner with a small chocolate cake and giant sparkling candle. Nope, no cereal ... with or without milk.

Bottle service was flowin' later that night -- at least for Kylie, who held up a giant poster with Jordyn's face on it.

They're obviously tight. Remember, Jordyn was front and center in Kylie's birth announcement and they're nearly inseparable -- except for that one time Jordyn flaunted the goods down in Mexico.

Shirtless J.R. Smith made his return Thursday night ... and we all have Baker Mayfield to thank for it -- 'cause the Cavs star WENT CRAZY after the rookie led the Browns to a win!!!

It all went down at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland ... where J.R. had luxury box seats to see the Baker-led Browns finally win a game for the first time since 2016.

You'll remember ... the last time J.R. celebrated a massive Cleveland victory -- he went topless in public for hours ... rockin' no shirt for the entire Cavs' championship parade.

Well ... about midway through the second half of the Browns-Jets game -- J.R. promised to make another shirtless appearance if they pulled out the comeback.

And then Baker did it -- AND OFF WENT THE SHIRT!!

"It's over! Let's go! Let's go!" a topless J.R. screamed after the win. "We outchya! No shirt shorty! We out here!"

Le'Veon Bell can still put on a show during his holdout ... taking the stage for his rap project release party ... and TMZ Sports has the video!!

The NFL superstar is staying busy during his time away from the Steelers ... hitting up Rockwell Nightclub in South Beach to celebrate his "My Side of Things" EP, right after getting in some jet ski cruising earlier in the day.

Not only does the whole club vibe out to his songs, Juice gave a live performance for the crowd (something NFL fans might not see for a while).

Bell -- who seems to be a frequent visitor at Rockwell -- even took a shot at his haters, dedicating his song, "Sayonara," to the people who have been talking about his contract situation.

Safe to assume Bell put on a hell of a show ... the dude even got props from singer/rapper Tory Lanez, who showed Bell some love.

Le'Veon Bell is stayin' afloat during his holdout -- zippin' around Miami on a jet ski ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

Bell was chillin' on a yacht on Monday -- living it up -- when he decided to take one of the jet skis out for a spin.

Another rider in the area started chattin' Bell up -- and the running back agreed to make a short video with the guy.

"You already know what it is man, we out here coolin' on the jet skis," Bell said.

At one point, the other jet skier says, "Give my man his f**kin money" -- to which Bell smiles and replies, "You already know! You already know!"

Interesting to see Bell so happy considering his Steelers lost on Sunday, leaving them winless with an 0-1-1 record after 2 games.

Of course, Bell is pissed the Steelers won't pony up and give him a fat longterm contract -- and refuses to show up to practice until they do.

After his 12-round war with Gennady Golovkin, Canelo Alvarez still had enough energy to hit the club Saturday night ... partying in Vegas past 2 AM!!

The boxer showed up to XS Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas ... where bikini-clad women were waiting for him with signs, glow sticks and champagne!

Canelo arrived with a beautiful lady on his arm -- and sources inside the club say they were making out like his life depended on it.

The fighter didn't seem too banged up -- though he did have a bandage over his left eye.

Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao have decided to put in another night's work ... a night that will produce a 9-figure payday.

Floyd says he and Manny will have a rematch later this year, saying, "I'm coming back to fight Manny Pacquiao this year another 9 figure pay day on the way."

It's not like Floyd needs the cash ... he made around $220 mil from his 2015 fight against Manny. Money Mayweather added to his 401k to the tune of $275 mil with his Conor McGregor fight last year.

Floyd's 50-0 and it sure seemed like the stat was right for hanging up the gloves, but $$$ is $$$.
