Stormy Daniels Sues Ex-Lawyer ... He Was a 'Puppet' for Trump & Cohen
Stormy Daniels just sued her former attorney ... claiming he was in cahoots with President Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, to get her to falsely deny she had an affair with Trump.
Stormy -- real name Stephanie Clifford -- filed docs Wednesday claiming Keith Davidson colluded with Cohen and hatched a plan to get her on Sean Hannity's show back in January.
The suit attached a series of texts Stormy says back her claims. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Cohen texted Davidson, "I have her tentatively scheduled for Hannity tonight." But, a few hours later ... Cohen texted Davidson, "The wise men all believe the story is dying and don't think it's smart for her to do any interviews." Davidson, according to docs, replied, "100%" ... with Cohen replying, "Thanks pal."
Stormy claims "wise men" is in reference to Trump, essentially alleging he knew Davidson and Cohen were communicating all along. Stormy also claims Davidson broke attorney-client privilege when he tipped off Cohen that she was about to get a new lawyer, Michael Avenatti, and announce in court she had an affair with Trump but signed an agreement to keep quiet about it in exchange for $130,000.
The suit alleges, "Mr. Davidson abdicated his role as an advocate and fiduciary of his client Ms. Clifford and instead elected to be a puppet for Mr. Cohen and Mr. Trump in order to advance their interests at the expense of Ms. Clifford."
Trump denies the affair.

Here are a few examples ...
"You aren't listening"
"More than 60% of people in prison are people of color"
"Nearly 200,000 juveniles enter the adult criminal system each year, most for non-violent crimes"
"Chris Long gave his entire year's salary to educational initiatives"
"Colin Kaepernick gave $1 million to charity"
"Devin McCourty, Duron Harmon, Matt Slater and Johnson Bademosi lobbied to raise the age from 7 to 12 entering the criminal justice system"
While Jenkins elected to stay silent, Eagles head coach Doug Pederson spoke with reporters Wednesday morning ... saying he was "looking forward to" the visit.

LeBron James Cavs & Warriors Will Boycott White House
LeBron James says the Cavs and the Warriors are united when it comes to Donald Trump -- "No matter who wins this series, no one wants the invite [to the White House]."
"It won't be Golden State or Cleveland going."
LeBron just faced the media and said he learned about Trump pulling the invite to the Philadelphia Eagles moments before he got to the podium ... but says, "It's typical of him and I'm not surprised."
"I think as long as he's in the office, the communication and things like that is gonna continue to happen. It's a lot of things that we believe in as Americans that we don't feel that he's for."
"It's a lot of people that believe that he's not for the people or doing things that are not right by the people."
After James finished his session, Steph Curry had a few words for the media -- "I agree with Bron."
LeBron has attacked Trump before -- calling POTUS a "bum" for criticizing Steph Curry when he didn't immediately accept an invite to 1600 Penn.
"Going to White House was a great honor until you showed up," LeBron tweeted at Trump.

Bill Belichick Shuts Down Trump Questions ... Praises Tom Brady
Bill Belichick sure as hell doesn't want to talk about his good friend, Donald Trump -- and shut down reporters when he was asked about the drama surrounding the Eagles' White House visit.
Remember, Belichick and Trump are tight ... in fact, Trump just appointed him to the President's Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition.
Plus, Belichick famously wrote Trump a congratulatory letter right before the election -- a letter Trump read onstage at a major event.
So, when Belichick faced reporters at Patriots training camp on Tuesday ... the media wanted to know how he felt about the way Trump was handling the Eagles situation and the NFL's new national anthem rules.
Guess what ... Belichick deflected and deflected.
He did sorta address the Tom Brady drama after his QB blew off Pats voluntary workouts.
"I've always had a good relationship with Tom," Belichick insisted.
He also insisted everyone's on the same page -- they're all focused on winning.

Terrell Owens to Trump You Can't Uninvite People Who Turned You Down First!
Terrell Owens has some strong words for his former 'Celebrity Apprentice' boss ... telling Donald Trump when it comes to the Eagles, YOU WERE REJECTED FIRST!
T.O. was leaving Avra Estiatorio in Beverly Hills when we asked the former Eagles WR for his thoughts on Trump uninviting the Eagles to the White House.
"I'm sure it wasn't him uninviting the Eagles. I'm sure they didn't wanna go! So, how does he uninvite people that didn't wanna go?! Come on dog, let's keep it real!"
According to Trump himself ... only a "small number of players" were planning on attending the Super Bowl ceremony Tuesday morning, so he pulled the invite rather than have a small showing.
As for Terrell's opinion on the NFL's new national anthem rule?
"It is what it is ... I just think they're taking away people's freedom of speech."

Donald Trump has announced the plans for the Philadelphia Eagles to visit the White House to celebrate the Super Bowl victory is officially OFF ... and POTUS is making it seem like it was his decision.
Instead, Trump says he will still have the United States Marine Band and the United Army Chorus playing the national anthem at 1600 Pennsylvania ... while he stands proudly and watches.
The team was scheduled to visit on Tuesday ... without several key members from the team who opted out as a way to protest Trump's stance on the national anthem.
04/24/18
But, Trump says the "smaller delegation" of players who accepted the invite are no longer coming because "the fans deserve better."
"The Philadelphia Eagles are unable to come to the White House with their full team to be celebrated tomorrow."
"They disagree with their President because he insists that they proudly stand for the National Anthem, hand on heart, in honor of the great men and women of our country."
"The Eagles wanted to send a smaller delegation, but the 1,000 fan planning to attend the event deserve better."
"These fans are still invited to the White House to be part of a different type of ceremony-one that will honor our great country, pay tribute to the heroes who fight to protect it, and loudly and proudly play the National Anthem."
"I will be there at 3:00 p.m. with the United States Marine Band and the United Army Chorus to celebrate America."

We are optimistic about Ms. Johnson’s future and hopeful that she—and so many like her—will get a second chance at life."

Before she left the Oval Office, Kim posed for a pic with 45, which he posted. One of them smiled ...
Kim Kardashian West is all business, in a pantsuit, as she arrives at the White House to meet President Trump.
Kim and her attorney, Shawn Holley, entered through the security gate for the West Wing of 1600 Penn ... around 4:40 PM EDT. Jim Carrey Rips NFL & Trump 'Corps Should Rethink Sponsors'
Jim Carrey thinks the NFL and Donald Trump are the real "Dumb and Dumber" ... and he's attacking BOTH of 'em for the alleged blackballing of Colin Kaepernick.
"NFL -- who exploits players for 3yrs then abandons them to a lifetime of pain -- sided with a draft-dodging racist who uses fake patriotism to squash peaceful protest," Carrey posted on Twitter.
Carrey then sorta called on companies that do business with the NFL to boycott the league.
"Corporations shld rethink sponsoring moral cowardice before we start asking: whose side is Nationwide really on?"
And in true Jim Carrey style ... he included a painting to illustrate his point in which he included several NFL sponsors such as Gatorade, Ford and Gillette.
It's not the first time Carrey has gone after Trump -- in fact, he rips POTUS all the time. But, it seems to be the first time he's gone after the NFL.
So, no new 'Ace Ventura' then?

John O'Hurley Trump's Memorial Day Tweet Was 'Inappropriate' What Do Ya Expect?!
John O'Hurley admits (albeit with a chuckle) President Trump's Memorial Day tweet was inappropriate ... but adds America didn't "hire" him for his decency.
We got John leaving Craig's on Monday night in WeHo and wanted to get his take on 45's self-serving tweet.
Happy Memorial Day! Those who died for our great country would be very happy and proud at how well our country is doing today. Best economy in decades, lowest unemployment numbers for Blacks and Hispanics EVER (& women in 18years), rebuilding our Military and so much more. Nice!
@realDonaldTrump
The tweet drew outrage ... from politicians to the Veterans group VoteVets that's more than half a million strong on Twitter. The group responded, "This is the most inappropriate #MemorialDay comment that a @POTUS has ever made. Self-promotion on a day to remember the fallen, and wishing those remembering their deceased loved ones a 'happy' holiday is appalling. #CadetBoneSpurs."
John agrees it wasn't appropriate, but explains why he continues to support Trump.

Rep. Al Green to President Trump One More Racial Slur & I'm Coming For You!!!

EXCLUSIVE

President Trump has officially been put on notice by a Democratic lawmaker hell-bent on impeaching 45 ... and it's got nothing to do with the Russians.
We got Congressman Al Green at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday and wanted him to clarify the statements he made last week ... saying there's a likelihood impeachment articles would be filed if Democrats regain control of both branches in Congress.
Green's adamant Trump's committed impeachable offenses, but his beef has nothing to do with Robert Mueller's investigation into whether Russians meddled in the 2016 elections. Green argues there's bigotry emanating from the presidency, and he's out to put an end to Trump's act.

Tomi Lahren No Charges for Water Thrower
The woman who threw a glass of water at Tomi Lahren will not face criminal charges, and she actually has Tomi to thank for that ... partly.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the act of tossing water at Tomi is not harmful enough for cops to bring charges or open an investigation on their own. We're told Tomi herself -- or her mom, who was also hit with water -- would need to file a police report.
Sources close to Tomi tell us that's not going to happen ... so no charges will be coming.
As we reported ... the conservative Fox News contributor was having brunch with her mother at a Minneapolis bar last weekend when a woman chucked the water at her unprovoked.
The incident led President Trump to tweet out vocal support for Tomi, saying everybody is with her.
We're guessing this doesn't apply to the water thrower ... even if Lahren is letting her off the hook.

President Trump Can't Hide from Haters on Twitter ... It's Unconstitutional!!
President Trump's taking a big ole 'L' in court and on Twitter, and it's a victory -- of sorts -- for the likes of Chrissy Teigen and Rosie O'Donnell.
A federal judge ruled on Wednesday it's unconstitutional for the Prez to block anyone on the social media platform just because they disagree with him or his policies. The judge said that because he's a government official, Trump can't censor opposing views.
POTUS has famously blocked Chrissy, Rosie, Stephen King and, for some reason (fear of vampires?), author Anne Rice -- not to mention many non-famous tweeters.
Anyway, the judge said it doesn't matter that Trump started his Twitter account before he was in the White House -- fact is, he's there now, and he works for the American people.
Even the ones who strongly disagree with or troll him on the Internet.
