David Spade thinks President Obama and Michelle have gone over the deep end and are becoming downright embarrassing to the office.

David was leaving Craig's when he groused about the President appearing on a reality TV show, GQ and Michelle becoming a staple on "Ellen."

Listen carefully to what David's saying ... sounds like he thinks this is all a prelude to what we'll see when they leave office.

CNBC star Marcus Lemonis' company has been sued by an RV company that claims he tried to buy the business and when he was rebuffed he tried to sabotage it.

Lemonis, who's show "The Profit" tries to rehab struggling businesses, is CEO of a company called Camping World, which made a bid to swallow up another company called RV Sales.

The suit claims to Lemonis' chagrin, RV Sales had no interest in selling, and that's when RV alleges Lemonis went on the attack. RV claims it got a shipment of damaged vehicles and out of the blue Lemonis called and again offered to take all RV's problems off its hands by buying the business. In short, RV is accusing Lemonis of causing the damage to the vehicles to get the upper hand.

RV claims Lemonis didn't stop there ... he pulled other stunts to strong arm RV into selling to Camping World.

Lemonis tells us the suit is bogus and RV Sales has made outlandish allegations before to cover up their horrible business decisions.

Phaedra Parks feels like Santa arrived earlier this year, because he's already given her kids a gift ... they won't have to go to prison this year to visit their dad.

Phaedra's uneasy that the kids have been visiting their father, her estranged husband Apollo Nida who's doing hard time.

We're told Apollo's been moved to a new facility and the kids -- 2 year-old Dylan and 5-year-old Ayden -- haven't been approved for visitation, and that's not expected to happen until after the holidays.

The kids have been video chatting with their dad everyday and they sent him an Xmas care package, but we're told Phaedra is relieved they haven't been approved yet because she thinks the kids are too young to handle visits to prison.

Sonia Lopez, the "Operation Repo" star caught on camera walking off with a man's wallet, won't do any hard time for the crime.

Sonia pled no contest in court to stealing a wallet filled with $3k she pilfered from a store counter.

Sonia originally claimed she was just being a good samaritan ... grabbing the wallet so she could return it to its owner ... but the surveillance camera footage looks super sketchy.

As part of her sentence, Sonia will have to pay the owner of the wallet $5k.

Teresa Giudice was JUST RELEASED FROM PRISON, 2 days before Xmas, and she'll be back in front of cameras in no time ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Bravo is itching to film her newfound freedom. The network had a lot of success with the 3-part series that aired in October, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In" and Teresa wasn't even on camera ... she just phoned it in from the big house.

Cameras were prohibited from filming Teresa walking out of prison, but the plan is to have them rolling as she gets back into her day-to-day routine with her 4 daughters, and husband Joe.

The network isn't sure whether to use the footage in the new season of 'RHONJ' or for a special ... it looks like they're leaning toward the latter.

Fred Durst is persona non grata in Ukraine, and it appears the reason is that he wants to do a reality show in enemy territory.

Durst has said he wants to obtain a Russian passport and move to Crimea so he can shoot a reality show with his wife, Kseniya Beryazina, who is from the area.

Russia and the Ukraine are locked in a battle over who owns Crimea, so the Ukrainian government seems none too pleased that Durst appears to be siding with its enemy.

Teresa Giudice's Christmas as a free woman will be spent the Italian way ... with lots of family and antipasto.

The 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star will be released from the big house on Dec. 23rd after serving a little under a year for fraud ... and we're told she doesn't want a big coming home party.

Sources tell us Teresa's going straight home once she's out to Joe and the kids.

On Christmas Eve, they'll make the trek over to sister-in-law and fellow 'RHONJ' star Melissa Gorga's house and Christmas Day will be spent with Joe's family. Teresa's hubby will begin his 41 month prison sentence soon ... so it's the last time they'll all be together for Christmas for a while.

We're told the plan is to capture everything on camera, but Bravo's still working out contracts and logistics so nothing's set in stone.

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani may be the real deal, because not only is sweeps over, the show's done too ... but they're still together.

Blake and Gwen left the after-party for "The Voice" Tuesday at Avalon in Hollywood, and they sure seemed together.

A portion of the proceeds are going to benefit the Foundation for Women's Cancer.

Former "Sons of Guns" star Glenn Fleming loves his guns ... just not when they're turned against him.

The firearm expert ticked off a gun hater last week by posting pro-gun comments on Facebook. A woman fired back, "If I had one of your guns, I'd shoot your ass off ... and it would be just another shooting."

Fleming went to cops, who tell us they've launched an investigation and will confront the woman.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new bundle of joy will be their last ... doctors have warned her another pregnancy would be like playing with fire.

Kim's been open about her pregnancy struggles, suffering from placenta accreta -- a potentially life threatening condition -- during both. We're told docs have told her it's nearly a guarantee she'd get accreta again, putting her and her baby's lives at risk.

A source close to the family tells us Kim is also scared of another extremely painful birth, like the one with Saint ... and that's helped her make the decision easier.

However, we're told the couple is completely cool with capping off their brood at two kids. Our source says they're plenty busy with North and Saint and a new addition would be just too much.

As for Saint West -- we're told he's the perfect baby -- eating great, sleeping a ton and barely crying.

Master P's family back home is getting screwed out of seeing him on TV, so he's demanding a meeting with the president ... of Cox Cable Company.

P was doing some holiday shopping when he told us what he REALLY wants for Christmas -- his reality show ... "Master P's Family Empire" to be seen in his hometown of New Orleans. Right now the city's most popular cable provider doesn't carry Reelz Channel ... which airs the show.

Watch, he's taking it very personally ... and thinks he can fix the problem by having a sit-down with the folks at Cox -- he's got a history with them, it turns out.

Scott Marshall -- champion of "Ink Master" season 4 -- died from a deadly cocktail of heroin and prescription drugs ... TMZ has learned.

According to the coroner's report ... cops found a small bag of heroin on the nightstand next to Scott's body in the Roselle, IL hotel room.

Cops say Scott was lying prone on the bed, and noted there was a small amount of blood on the mattress underneath his face.

According to the toxicology report ... Scott had Xanax, Valium, and the metabolized form of heroin in his system. The coroner concluded his death was an accident due to intoxication.

The coroner noted Scott had multiple "red crusted abrasions" on his thigh and foot, suggesting prior intravenous drug use.

TMZ broke the story, Scott was found dead in a hotel room in October near his tattoo shop.

Kate Gosselin is looking for love ... but first, they gotta be able to handle the 8 that go along with it.

Kate was out in NYC promoting her return to TLC with "Kate Plus 8" when she mused about the type of man she's looking for (HINT: basically the opposite of Jon)

Sad news ... the cancer that "Mob Wives" star Big Ang seemed to have beat is now back.

As we reported, Big Ang was diagnosed with throat cancer and went through aggressive treatment, including surgery. Doctors removed affected lymp nodes and as of October we're told she was cancer free.

Family sources tell us, Ang went to the doctor last week for a routine checkup and just got the news...the cancer has returned. It's especially bad because there are signs of cancer in various parts of her body.

The good news--Ang is a fighter and will go back to the doctor this week for a plan of action. She vowed she would beat it once, and she'll beat it again.

Former "Ink Master" contestant Madison Loftis, aka Maddie la Belle, found one more benefit to breastfeeding a baby when it bought her extra time before getting thrown in the slammer.

Law enforcement sources tell us Maddie turned herself into Greensboro, N.C. police Tuesday ... four days after a cop originally responded to a call of a domestic dispute she'd had with her boyfriend at their home.

What's interesting is the cop gave her a huge pass ... saying she could turn herself in once she had finished pumping enough breast milk for her 5-month-old daughter, Luna. She's been arrested for assault before so it's possible the cops knew she wasn't a flight risk.

When we reached out to Greensboro police, a rep told us the responding cop cleared it with his supervisor first, then filed a warrant so Maddie could stock up before going to jail. The kids stayed at home with their dad.

Maddie's currently behind bars with no bond.
