'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kenya Moore says she's had to dodge up to 30 phone calls a day from her ex-BF, Matt Jordan, so she went to court to get protection.

In legal docs, Kenya says Matt threatened her last week, telling a mutual friend ... "she'd get what she deserves" after she blocked his harassing calls.

The couple broke up after a nightmare vacation last year in Mexico, which Kenya mentions in her request for a restraining order. She adds Matt kicked in a hotel door and threw her suitcase in the driveway after they got back.

Last week, she told us things haven't gotten any better since last summer.

The judge granted her the restraining order which requires Matt to stay 200 yards away from Kenya, and stop all harassing or intimidating behavior toward her or her family.

As we've reported ... Matt has a long rap sheet that includes 4 arrests in the last year alone.

Ex-"Dance Moms" host Abby Lee Miller doesn't appreciate getting dissed by the moms on the show ... 'cause she's the one who helped 'em get $20k per episode just for being couch-sitting housewives.

We got Abby outside the Mondrian Hotel Wednesday in West Hollywood where she told us all she ever wanted, and still wants, from producers is a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

She announced her departure earlier this week, and almost immediately some of the moms threw shade Abby's way while praising her replacement, Cheryl Burke ... who they say "will show up and not complain."

Tarek El Moussa's flaunting his best fixer upper yet, and it ain't a house -- it's his ripped bod.

We're told the "Flip or Flop" star was super motivated to get fit after battling 2 cancers, recovering from debilitating back problems and, of course, his troubles with Christina.

Blac Chyna's on the attack against Tyga because she thinks baby daddy #1 is teaming up with #2 -- Rob Kardashian -- to spread lies about her.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... Chyna went off after she heard Tyga telling people she wants to kiss, make up and get back together with him -- a news flash that came from Rob.

We're told Chyna got pissed because she hardly talks to Tyga, and had only reached out to him recently to demand he pay King's nannies -- even though they'd normally do that on their own.

Other sources tell us Tyga misinterpreted the call from Chyna, and thought she wanted to talk about more than co-parenting ... something he shared with his new bff, Rob. We're told the guys have gotten tight ever since BC and Rob broke up.

The problem's obvious -- Rob and Tyga talk ABOUT Chyna, but Rob's also talking TO Chyna about all of it ... according to our sources.

Ashlee Allen followed Abby Lee Miller's lead and left "Dance Moms" -- but for a totally different reason ... she wasn't down with the show trying to sex things up with the kids.

We spoke to the now-former dance mom, and she told us -- first and foremost -- the Lifetime show will never be the same without Abby at the helm.

Then she lays it on us ... "Dance Moms" producers have apparently been pushing for sexier dance routines, which Ashlee says was too much for her and her teen daughter, Brynn.

Abby didn't mention anything about this specifically in her public bow out this week. Instead, she cited "being manipulated, disrespected, and used - day in and day out" by male showrunners.

There's footage of the dance number that set Ashlee off ... and it's pretty racy for 14, 15 and 16-year-olds. We've reached out to "Dance Moms" brass ... so far, no word back.

Post Malone got an old Ford Explorer swagged out, and the sick job upped the formerly beat-up SUV's value by at least $73,000!

Sources connected to the makeover tell us Post had the idea to customize a '92 Explorer ... so he bought one for $1700, and sent it over to West Coast Customs to make it happen.

We're told it took 6-8 weeks to add new lambo-style doors, candy custom body paint, 26" wheels and tires with spinner rims. Post calls it his "Texas Slab" to honor his Houston roots.

Fun Fact: "Slab" stands for vehicles that are slow, low and banging.

The new whip will definitely be banging ... based on the massive speakers WCC installed.

Post's baby will be featured on an upcoming episode of the reality show "Inside West Coast Customs" on Velocity.

The moms of "Dance Moms" are absolutely thrilled with their new host, Cheryl Burke, and equally excited to throw dirt on Abby Lee Miller's metaphorical grave.

The longtime "Dancing with the Stars" pro showed up at 8 Count Dance Academy in L.A. to start working with her new students. She played it coy when paps compared her to Abby.

The moms, on the other hand, couldn't wait to blab about ditching Abby and upgrading -- in their eyes -- to Cheryl.

The only place Christina and Tarek El Moussa are going is back to flipping houses for their hit TV show -- at least that's their plan ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the show tell us Christina and Tarek are currently in talks with HGTV for a new season ... and they want to keep the production rolling, despite their divorce.

We're told reports "Flip or Flop" is dead in the water after season 7 just aren't true, and Christina isn't shopping around her own show either. The ratings are holding strong, after all.

Sources also tell us the former couple is excited for the attention the spin-offs will bring to their OG version, and that's why they're actively negotiating.

Bottom line ... ball's in HGTV's court. So far, the network isn't commenting on season 8.

LaVar Ball says his reality show should be coming to a TV near you very soon and brags that his family has a "hell of a story" to tell.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... LaVar is pitching a reality show and a documentary around Hollywood and from what we know, there's real interest.

LaVar appeared on "Undisputed" on FS1 this morning and expanded on the details -- saying there's zero chance anything on the show will be scripted because their real lives are already exciting enough.

NBC and FOX are going full bore against each other to bring "American Idol" back.

We're told both networks have submitted bids to FremantleMedia -- which owns the show -- and a decision could come as early as this week.

Multiple sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... NBC wants the show in part to resolve a problem with "The Voice." We're told the network doesn't want to oversaturate the market with the show, which airs twice a year. We're also told Adam Levine only wants to do 1 cycle a year.

If NBC gets 'Idol,' it would rotate 'A.I.' with "The Voice" and each would air once a year.

We're also told NBC has Ryan Seacrest as the favored host the second time around, and FOX would also entertain bringing Ryan back.

Our sources say the target date for bringing 'Idol' back is either Summer 2018 or mid-season 2019.

"Cash Me Outside" girl Danielle Bregoli has officially gone Hollywood -- we've learned she just signed a deal with a major TV production company.

We're told Danielle scribbled her John Hancock Friday for a reality show that will be loosely formatted, starring, of course, Danielle.

Nothing's been shot, but we're told producers are so confident they're going to shop the concept and believe they can sell a series in the room. She'll have some high-powered help -- we've learned she's signed with IMG's original content department.

We broke the story ... Danielle's managers said they had been contacted by 7 production companies and 4 of them showed interest in doing a reality show with Danielle and her mom.

The 14-year-old's already given fans PLENTY of material ... first on "Dr. Phil" with her inadvertent breakout role that launched her into stardom ... followed by a slew of physical throwdowns that also included a brawl with her mom.

Material won't be lacking.

"Cash Me Outside" girl Danielle Bregoli celebrated a big one Sunday night ... she just turned 14, and she says Dr. Phil's an "asshole" for not wishing her happy birthday.

Danielle has just about exhausted her 15 minutes, but there's no evidence her time is up. Quite the opposite, she just made a deal for a TV show and she dined at old line Dan Tana's in WeHo.

One of the smoking hot models on "Amazing Race" knew she needed to toughen up for the show -- so she got in the ring with boxing champ Victor Ortiz!

Jenn Lee (see bikini pics below) says she hooked up with Ortiz back in June to work on her strength and conditioning for the race around the world ... and it paid off in a big way.

In fact, she's STILL training with the guy even though the show's in the can ... because, as it turns out, boxing training is great training for bikini season.

Jon Gosselin will make his debut as a stripper at a club in Caesars Atlantic City.

We're told it's burlesque-style, a la "Magic Mike" and "Thunder From Down Under." It's not a "hump your face" kind of thing.

Donald Trump has got what it takes to helm the 'Real Housewives' franchise in Washington D.C. including a tagline like all the other 'Real Housewives' out there ... according to Andy Cohen.

We got Andy at LAX on his way to film the "Love Connection" reboot and asked him about the shade he threw Trump's way over Twitter.

Apparently Trump's not the only one checking off the 'RHODC' requirements.
