Federal agents had to swoop in to help the high-caliber cowboys from Discovery's "Sons of Guns" locate a shipment of weapons -- including one incredibly destructive machine gun -- that got lost in the mail.

TMZ has learned the gun shop on the show -- Red Jacket Firearms -- recently sent some of their custom machine guns from Baton Rouge to Las Vegas for an event. One of the guns is nicknamed "Master Blaster" for good reason -- it combines a Saiga 12 gauge shotgun with a MAC-11 sub-machine gun!

Sources connected to RJF tell us some of the guns were leased from third parties, and when RJF's shipment back to Baton Rouge got delayed ... the owner of the weapons got pissed and snitched to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

We're told the owner reported the guns as missing, and ATF agents sprung into action to locate the weapons -- which are legal and licensed.

Turns out it was just a normal mail snafu -- however, we're told production on the TV show was halted until they got the all clear the guns were safe and sound.

"Party Down South" star Ryan "Daddy" Richards was investigated for rape and CLEARED ... after cops viewed 20 hours of videotape.

A woman partied with the cast in Athens, GA in April ... first in a local bar and then in a house the show rented. She reportedly told police someone gave her an already opened beer and that's all she remembered. She says the next thing she knew she was naked under a bed sheet with a camera in her face.

The police report lists Richards as a suspect, but we've now obtained documents which make it clear ... after an investigation cops concluded the allegation is unfounded.

Show sources tell us after reviewing 20 hours of footage -- along with interviewing cast and crew -- cops determined she was conscious and partying along with everyone else.

As for why the case was pursued ... the woman went to the hospital the day after the party and a nurse concluded there was evidence of sexual assault.

Daymond John scored a great role in Hollywood, but it hardly makes up for his biggest regret on "Shark Tank" -- the missed opportunity that cost him $20 mil!

"Big Brother Israel" house guests have MUCH more to worry about than eviction -- producers have them running into a bomb shelter when the violence between Israel and Palestine gets particularly dangerous.

The show has not stopped production since fighting escalated earlier this month, and has actually installed alarms in the house that alert house guests to seek shelter. They sounded twice during the first week of use.

In one instance, contestants were seen scrambling throughout the house and into the safe area.

It's a clear relaxing of the rules that normally cut off contestants from the outside world -- but clearly a necessary change.

Kim Kardashian and step-bro Brandon Jenner had an illicit make-out session ... so intimated Brody Jenner, but in reality we've learned there's less here than meets the eye.

Our Kardashian archival sources tell us ... the "kiss" went down when Kim was around 11 and Brandon was 12. Fact is ... Kris and Bruce weren't even married at the time, but they were dating.

Lisa Vanderpump is selling Villa Blanca, the restaurant she made famous on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," TMZ has confirmed.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Hilton & Hyland -- as in Rick Hilton -- has the listing.

Lisa is coy about the sale, telling us she merely wanted an appraisal because people have expressed interest in buying the joint. But our real estate sources say Hilton & Hyland have the deal and are actively looking for a buyer.

The move comes weeks after the restaurant was socked with a $100,000 punitive damage judgment. Former waitress Karina Bustillo won that plus another $6K in her sexual harassment lawsuit.

The sister of "Big Brother" contestant Jocasta Odom is tearing cast member Frankie Grande to shreds ... for saying Jocasta "can kill herself."

Frankie's back stab stung hard ... because Jocasta -- a pastor -- just performed a memorial service for his recently deceased grandfather.

Maranda Chelsea, Jocasta's sis, tells TMZ, "It was an ignorant statement and the little respect I had for him just went out the window." And the parting shot, "It shows the lack of maturity he has."

Miranda isn't the only one pissed off -- so are the fans ... @JrAguja1997 tweeted "I don't f**king care if your sister sings good, you're a s**tty person Frankie. Calling Jocasta to kill herself. Argh."

The twins born more than a year ago to David Tutera and ex-partner Ryan Jurica have never met.

As TMZ previously reported, Tutera and Jurica each fertilized an egg that was implanted in the same surrogate, who gave birth to the two babies at the same time. David and Ryan split before birth ... David kept the girl, Cielo, and Ryan kept the boy, Cedric.

David -- who hosts CELEBrations on WE tv -- told Harvey and Charles on "TMZ Live" ... the kids have had zero contact because of the nuclear breakup.

Ryan tells TMZ ... he's attempted to create a relationship between the twins, but David would have none of it. Ryan says he thinks the kids need to establish a bond sooner than later, and, "I will do all that I can to foster it."

David hedged on "TMZ LIve," saying he's open to the kids connecting one day.

Kandi Burruss' backstage demands are HILARIOUS ... whatever you do, don't screw with her Popeyes fried chicken!

TMZ has obtained a copy of Burruss' contract rider ... listing her demands for the touring production of her musical show, "A Mother's Love" ... and she's VERY picky.

When it comes to food ... the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star demands Popeyes fried chicken. The contract states: "Please do not substitute for KFC or Churches, we know the difference."

But ... even though she won't eat KFC birds ... she insists on KFC cole slaw.

Burruss is just as finicky about her bathroom requirements ... a brand new toilet seat for starters -- which must be installed under the supervision of the road manager or an assistant. Plus, the bathroom must be fully stocked with Cottonelle toilet paper and Dove soap.

Other demands:

-golf carts and umbrellas in case of rain
-a police escort to skirt traffic jams -- because "under no circumstance shall Kandi be delayed arriving at or departing" from the venue.

With the finale of "The Bachelorette" having aired Monday night, Andi Dorfman and her new fiancé Josh Murray can finally go out in public together ... and they did so the first chance they got.

Dorfman picked Murray over fellow suitor Nick Viall and the new couple immediately jumped on the red eye at LAX to do the morning shows in New York City.

Andi and Josh clearly couldn't wait to be together -- the video was shot around 9:15 PM PT ... and Dorfman making her pick didn't air on the west coast until around 9:45 PM.

Pia Mia knows it pays to keep up with the Kardashians ... the 17-year-old singer/friend of Kendall and Kylie Jenner just signed a recording contract that will make her rich -- not Kardashian rich ... but close enough.

Pia signed a multi-album deal with Interscope which pays 1.3 mil for her first album ... and up to $9 million more if Interscope green lights her next three albums.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Phaedra Parks is back at work -- shooting episodes for the new season -- and rumors that she's taking a leave of absence are NOT true, sources tell TMZ.

What's more ... we've learned her husband, convicted felon Apollo Nida, is back, too -- at least for a while.

We're told Phaedra and Apollo have been filming for almost a month -- trying to shoot as much as possible before he begins serving his 8-year prison sentence for money fraud.

Sources tell us ... their storyline centers on Apollo's conviction and the upheaval it's caused in their relationship ... a relationship that appears to be on the brink of divorce.

The Situation just accepted a plea deal for 12 weeks of anger management following his arrest for assaulting his brother last month ... TMZ has learned.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has been incentivized ... if he completes the program to the judge's satisfaction ... the assault charge will be reduced to a petty crime - disorderly conduct.

The plea deal was unveiled this morning in court in Middletown, NJ. Sitch was with Frank ... the brother he punched in their tanning salon ... and told us he's not looking forward to anger management, but admits he could probably use it.

Sitch's attorney Edward Fradkin says the anger counseling will be done on a one-on-one basis.

Florina "Flo" Kaja is still a 'Bad Girl' to cops in NY, where she got busted for DWI and drug possession -- but not before she tried to dupe 'em with the oldest move in the book ... TMZ has learned

Kaja -- from Season 4 of "The Bad Girls Club" -- was stopped by cops in Yonkers, NY on Monday night for making an illegal U-turn. According to police, she appeared to be under the influence ... acting erratic and fidgety.

Cops say they found a bag of weed and another substance they believe to be cocaine. Officers say Flo also gave them a fake name, which -- as every delinquent teen knows -- NEVER works.

Flo's been charged with possession of a controlled substance and DWI -- and cops say she also had an outstanding warrant for harassment.

Yeah, she bad.

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub will probably get the cold shoulder the next time she shops at Nordstrom ... because she just screwed them over in bankruptcy court ... and she royally screwed the guy in her sex tape in the unforgettable onion bagel scene.

Staub got a sweet deal in bankruptcy court, excusing more than $200,000 in debt. Among those who are saying bye bye to their money ... Sex tape partner Stephen Zalewski won't get $100K from his defamation lawsuit against her.

In addition to Nordstrom, which is out more than $7K ... Ford is saying bye bye to $3K, American Express is out more than $7K. and her lawyers are out more than $30K ... but no one feels sorry for them.

Two hairdressers threw down in an explosive chick fight on the reality show "L.A. Hair" -- all because one has repeatedly confused the other for a man.

Naja Rickette and Lisa Buford came to blows on the episode that aired Thursday night ... after Buford got fed up with Rickette telling others she looks like a dude.

Buford got in Rickette's face and yelled, "Can you see my Adam's Apple now?" -- aaaaaaaaaand, fight!
