There's no way Drake came up with YOLO ... because "Shark Tank" mogul Daymond John did -- and he's got some evidence to back up his claim.

Our photog was talking pop culture slang with John in NYC this past weekend when he spelled it out for Drizzy ... Y-O-L-O is his.

He claims he dropped it first on "Shark Tank" back in 2009 ... then Drake copped it for "The Motto" -- and eventually even Obama picked it up. Watch, DJ definitely sounds like he knows he missed a golden opportunity.

FUN FACT: We found the 'Shark' clip, but turns out John wasn't the 1st or 2nd to drop YOLO. The Stroke's used it in 2006 but looks like Adam Mesh from NBC's "The Average Joe" reality show said it first in 2004. #OOPS

Ray J's GF Princess Love was arrested in New Orleans for allegedly beating him to a bloody pulp.

Law enforcement tells us, it happened last Wednesday, after Ray J returned to his hotel after spending the night with TV producers at a strip joint. Ray -- who stars in "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" with Princess Love -- told cops Princess went ballistic and attacked him, cracking several ribs, busting his lip open and tearing his ACL.

Someone in the hotel told cops they heard Princess scream, "I'm gonna kill you."

We're told Ray J ran out of the room and a hotel security guy saw him bleeding and called 911. We're told Princess was arrested and booked for domestic abuse and battery.

Bruce Jenner recently opened up to his family that he has known since the age of 5 that he was a female.

Family sources tell TMZ, Bruce told the klan he has kept his "true self" inside since he was a child, and even during the '76 Olympics -- when he was considered the greatest male athlete in the world -- in his head he was a woman.

That said, we're told Bruce has "never been female" in front of any of his kids. As for what that means, we're told in part he never wore female attire around the children.

Bruce has not told the Kardashians what his new name will be, and we've learned he will NOT reveal it during his interview with Diane Sawyer.

Rob Gronkowski tells TMZ Sports he's definitely thinking about doing "Dancing with the Stars" one day ... but says he's worried that formal training will RUIN his trademark skills.

Gronk was out in NYC this weekend ... where he broke SEVERAL pieces of big news, including:

Sugar Bear's gonna see Honey Boo Boo on a regular basis ... as long as he respects Mama June's new house rules -- and believe it or not ... she's running a tight, clean ship.

June finished moving into her new pad this past weekend, and we're told she and Sugar Bear have worked out a visitation plan. He'll make the 90-min trek from McIntyre to Hampton and pop in to see Alana on weekends.

We got pics of June's new crib, where she has installed strict new rules like ... no shoes allowed -- those go in a bucket by the door. We're also told Alana and the rest of the girls must pitch in each day with daily chores.

3:25 PM PT -- A rep for Mike tells TMZ ... "He currently holds no interest in the salon and had nothing to do with the unpaid bills."

The Situation's gonna turn fifty shades of white, because we've learned he's losing his tanning salon for good.

We're told Sitch fell behind on his rent for his Jersey skin bakery. His landlord went to court and they struck a deal where Mike would pay around $32K to the landlord ... the first $5,500 installment was due on January 15.

The date came and went, and the Sitch couldn't fork up the cash, so now there's a notice on the salon from the marshal ordering that all the stuff inside be moved STAT, because in 3 days the landlord's coming in, like it or not.

As you know, Mike is facing criminal tax fraud charges.

So now it's just gym and laundry.

"The Godfather of Poker" Doyle Brunson says he no longer views Bruce Jenner as a hero ... all because of Jenner's decision to become a woman.

Brunson tweeted, "I can't believe Bruce Jenner is trying to become a woman? He was a hero of mine since I was involved in track long ago. #Sayitsnottrue"

Doyle continued, "this man was an Olympic champion that set all kind of records. That's a woman? My hero? Come on!" ... and his tweets triggered outrage in some.

The 81-year-old -- who's won the World Series of Poker twice -- eventually responded to the onslaught with a jab, writing, "He may still be some people's hero, but not me."

Brunson was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame, he's won 10 WSOP bracelets in his career and is considered to be one of the most influential poker players of all time.

Bruce Jenner says his family leaks like a sieve, and he's to the point he doesn't trust his daughters with any info regarding his sex change ... sources connected with Bruce tell TMZ.

We're told Bruce has been irate over some of the recent leaks and blames it squarely on the big mouths of his girls. He's playing it close to the vest with the Kardashians, which is complicated because they were shooting Season 10 of the reality show.

We're told Bruce is conflicted because he knows KUWTK can fuel interest in his docuseries, but he's worried whatever he said on and off camera will get leaked, courtesy of his daughters.

And get this ... we're told Bruce has even tested his hunch with information, and it almost instantly surfaced online.

Justin Bieber ain't the only celeb making friends with the NYPD ... his buddy Kendall Jenner is also getting chummy with the boys (and ladies) in blue.

Kendall posed for pics with a group of officers Saturday night outside the Book Marc Bookstore in New York ... just a day after Justin foot the dinner bill for a group of NYPD officers.

Former "Bad Girls Club" star Judi Jackson got wasted, lost her phone, fought her friend, and then, just for good measure ... hurled a homophobic slur at the cop who was arresting her.

TMZ obtained video of Judi arguing with a male friend in a gas station parking lot outside Chicago Wednesday night -- and you can see her smash his phone and then yell, "Bitch, find my phone."

The friend wasn't having it, and called police to deal with Judi ... not that they had it any easier. According to the police report, she hit an officer in the chest with an open palm. Once they got her in the car ... cops say she screamed, "You don't know who I am, I am going to sue your fa**ot ass."

In addition to the phone, police say she broke her friend's car key and his rear view mirror.

Jackson tells us she pushed the officer in self defense. She claims he threw her onto the patrol car while cuffing her.

She can tell that to the judge ... Jackson was booked for resiting arrest, battery, and damaging property.

Khloe Kardashian is NOT back with Lamar Odom ... she hasn't seen him or even spoken with him in months ... but she still will NOT get off the dime and make her divorce official.

Our Kardashian sources say stories that she's back with Lamar are bogus. She wants nothing to do with Lamar anymore and she's been steadfast about it.

That said ... there has been no activity in her divorce. As we reported, she filed in December, 2013, but we've reviewed the docket and nothing has been filed ... there's no movement. Sources tell us Khloe doesn't want to deal with it, but until there's a property settlement it will be hard to move on.

Valerie Fairman -- one of the stars of MTV's "16 and Pregnant" -- was arrested for prostitution after cops say they spotted her streetwalking ... TMZ has learned.

21-year-old Fairman -- who appeared on season 2 of the show -- was allegedly walking the streets in New Castle, Delaware. We're told cops conducted the sting after getting a slew of citizen complaints about prostitution in the area. Valerie allegedly agreed to perform a sexual act for cash.

Valerie was arrested along with 7 other women.

Valerie became popular on "16 and Pregnant" after getting in multiple fights with her baby daddy over their daughter, Nevaeh.

We're told Valerie's still in custody.

Benzino's arrest for drug possession had nothing to do with pot being found in his flashy Maserati -- instead, he says the drugs were in the police car in which he got hauled off to jail.

TMZ obtained the police report from his Atlanta arrest, and it says after Benzino was placed in the back of the patrol car ... the police found a small amount of pot on the seat. Cops say the pot wasn't there before.

The officer says he then checked Benzino's waistband and found a small amount of marijuana residue there, and on the fingertips of his right hand.

Benzino and his attorneys released a video (which kinda looks like a hostage situation) ... claiming the weed was in the cop car before he got there -- even though the police report clearly makes it seem like Benzino dumped it from his waistband.

Fun fact: The arresting officer uses a "Gain" laundry detergent air freshener ... which he says wasn't strong enough to mask the pot smell in the back seat.

Kim Kardashian and North West did some mommy-daughter time in NYC ... while decked out in fur coats -- yes, they make 'em that small.

Kim and North -- sans Kanye West -- turned quite a few heads as they were leaving their building ... and North looks like she's being engulfed. There's way more coat than kid!

Question though: Is it odd for Kim to dress her toddler in fur? Especially since Kim's had multiple run-ins with animal rights protesters in the past.

We can't tell if the fur's real, but animal rights aside -- North's so damn cute ... SHE should be illegal!

"Big Brother" winner Mike "Boogie" Malin was a scheming, diabolical gamesman on the show but outside the house his antics didn't play well ... because he's now more than $20 million in debt.

The good news ... Mike's a millionaire. The bad news, he's only worth around $1 million and is $23 MIL in debt ... and that spells b-a-n-k-r-u--p-t-c-y.

Mike had a good post-"Big Bro" start ... he was co-owner of 2 Hollywood hot spots -- Les Deux and Geisha House. But then things fell apart. He was sued over a rape that allegedly occurred at Les Deux. And then his partner sued him for embezzlement ... and on and on.

He was socked with millions of bucks in various judgments and Geisha House went belly up.

Alyssa "Redd" Carswell can't get back to the "Bad Girls Club" mansion fast enough -- the ex-reality TV star just got busted for failing a drug test.

Cops in Tallahassee, FL tell us she turned herself in Friday night after she learned there were warrants out for her arrest. Carswell is on probation for a 2012 stolen property case, and has to submit to regular drug testing -- but last month's test came up dirty. Hence the warrants.

Redd tells TMZ, she failed because she was smoking pot -- which she admitted to cops.

She's hardly keeping her nose clean -- you'll recall, last summer co-star Natalie Nunn filed a battery report against Redd ... accusing her of chomping down on her foot during a fight. The L.A. City Attorney rejected that case for lack of evidence.

Once a bad girl, always a bad girl.
