Kim Kardashian said hey baby, take a walk on the bright side -- debuting an ultra blonde hairdo in Paris.

Kim and Kanye West walked out of Le Royal Monceau Hotel, and -- it might just be the new 'do -- but she had a disturbingly distant look on her face ... maybe thinking if change is a good thing.

Well, at least it wasn't former "Teen Mom" Jenelle Evans in cuffs this time -- instead it was her fiancé who got arrested Wednesday in South Carolina for a domestic violence incident.

Nathan Griffith is currently being held without bail in the same jail where Evans was booked last week after she was busted for driving without a license.

Cops were called to their home around 4:45 AM Wednesday, says WBTW, but no arrests were made. The station says cops were called back again at 4:15 PM ... and that's when Griffith was arrested.

According to the police report, the alleged fight was over their engagement ring -- Griffith wanted it back, and Evans told police he pinned her against a toilet and ripped it off her finger ... leaving a cut.

Griffith told police it didn't go down that way, and says Evans cut her finger taking the ring off herself. Griffith also claimed Evans had been violent with him on several occasions in the past, but he never called police.

The report also claims there was a reality TV crew there at the time, but they didn't see what happened.

Kim Richards is great at creating drama on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- and even better at creating stories ... TMZ has learned.

If you missed it ... Richards accused fellow cast member Lisa Rinna of hiding a family secret involving her husband Harry Hamlin -- prompting Lisa to do the whole shout, threaten, and shatter a glass thing the 'Housewives' do so well.

Fans have been speculating wildly about what dirt Kim has on Hamlin -- but we've learned she made the whole thing up just to get under Rinna's skin.

Production sources tell us the issue will be brought up again on the reunion episode -- and Kim will admit she created the whole story.

Fake or not ... it made for great TV.

Scott Disick could not have been less interested in chatting up his fans during an appearance in the U.K. ... that according to the company that hired him, and is now reportedly suing him.

Disick showed up late to the event in Manchester and complained about the travel during a chat with the MC. According to people at the event, Scott was lethargic and seemed out of it the whole time.

We're told he didn't take questions from fans and the VIP ticket holders (who paid $145 per ticket) were instructed not to touch or speak to Disick. In the video ... he does seem totally over posing for photos.

The PR company behind the event tells TMZ the whole ordeal could bankrupt them (not sure how, but that's what they said) ... and they have begun legal proceedings against Disick for breach of contract.

Honey Boo Boo and the brood are laughing off TLC's legal threats ... because they say their contract was breached by the network -- and they have no obligation to fulfill their old deal.

Sources close to Mama June and co. tell us the family claims their health insurance hasn't been paid since November -- which was part of their contract -- so they no longer believe they should answer to TLC.

But our network sources claim the deal only required TLC to pay through 2014 -- which it says was covered in full. For extra generosity, the network claims it agreed to pay for the family's insurance this year too, up until May -- and we're told THAT is June's beef.

We're told TLC intends to make the payment ... it just hasn't yet.

As we previously reported ... TLC sent the family an ultimatum saying they can't work for another entertainment company until their contract runs its course at the end of May.

"Shark Tank" star Robert Herjavec is pulling out of his biggest investment in life -- he's separated from his wife and headed for divorce.

Herjavec tells TMZ he and wife Diane Plese are already legally separated and we're told they will be divorcing soon.

The couple married in 1990 and have 3 kids together, two daughters and a son.

Herjavec, who is on the upcoming season of "Dancing With the Stars," says ... "Human Relationships are so difficult ... I wish nothing but love and peace for our family as we move forward from this."

Herjavec has a net worth in the nine figures, so ... the line forms to the right, ladies.

Bobby Brown's family is grieving over the dire circumstances surrounding Bobbi Kristina ... and we've learned they're also shooting a reality show.

Sources connected with the production tell TMZ ... Bobby's 2 sisters, brother and their kids are shooting the show about their lives, and part of it will chronicle Bobbi Kristina fighting for her life.

Bobby's lawyer tells TMZ his client will NOT appear on the show.

Bobby's sisters have a history. Leolah is the one who went on the record blaming Ray J for Whitney Houston's death, claiming he fatally fueled her cocaine habit.

Tina is the one who did a sit-down interview and claimed she did crack with Whitney. Tina and Shayne are also the ones who fought at a hotel near the hospital. She hit her son Shayne with a bottle. It's unclear if that will be on the show.

It appears that they have not shot video in the hospital, but we're told they have regular debriefs at home on camera where they talk about the tragedy.

Kim Kardashian hasn't tried to impress a pianist this much since ... well, ever ... because she's taking lessons from a classically trained musician -- and no, she's not only playing the black keys.

Kardashian family sources tell TMZ ... Kim recently reached out to classical pianist Oksana Kolesnikova after a recommendation from no less an authority than Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds.

We're told Kim's been laser focused on her lessons with Oksana -- who, by the way, might be the hottest piano teacher in L.A. ... not that it matters.

You might think Kanye West is her musical inspiration -- but we're told Kim's interest in piano goes back to watching her father play when she was a child. She also played violin in grade school, and plans to pick that up again ... since Kourtney just gave her one for Christmas.

Kim could make her debut in May -- Oksana tells us she's invited her to perform at a recital where her students show off their skills. We're told Kim has a special song planned to surprise her family.

Nicole Murphy likes 'em big ... real big ... and younger from the looks of things down on Miami Beach.

The reality star was hanging with enormously buff Brit model David McIntosh over the weekend. Considering she split with ex-NFL stud Michael Strahan last August ... it definitely looks like the lady has a type.

But sources connected to Nicole tell us despite their perfect physiques (she's freakin' 47) being so close ... they only hooked up for a photo shoot. No banging. Not yet.

The two of them together though -- quite a body of work.

"Dr. 90210" Robert Rey claims he was assaulted by a drunk dude in Brazil this weekend ... and the guy grabbed him by the nuts so hard the reality star says his testicles are STILL inflamed.

The doctor was dining at a restaurant Saturday in Campina Grande when he claims a man asked him to snap a pic. Rey obliged, but the man groped his crotch out of nowhere ... calling him "Dr. Gay."

Rey, who studies martial arts, says he defended himself by punching the guy twice in the jaw, and then took him down with a kick. His scrap with the guy sparked a drunken brawl between several other people in the restaurant, but Rey stayed out of it.

The reality doc says he didn't call cops and doesn't want to press charges because, "I was young and also did youth nonsense!"

Rey posted a picture of the nut job to prove he was justified in defending his family jewels.

Jon Gosselin learned lesson #1 about show biz Saturday ... Everyone's gotta start somewhere.

That somewhere was a New Jersey bowling alley, where Jon made a guest appearance as a DJ.

The good news ... the one person who got up and danced really liked it.

Sam left the DWTS rehearsal studios clutching a pair of ballroom dancing shoes ... and got into a waiting car with his boyfriend Vito.

Bruce Jenner isn't helping his cause any ... as authorities mull over whether to prosecute him for vehicular manslaughter, he was tooling around L.A. Friday driving around and talking on his phone.

Bruce finished a round of golf, jumped in his Porsche and took off. The later model Porsche's all have built-in bluetooth capabilities, but Bruce had phone to ear ... which is illegal.

Law enforcement has been telling us it's unlikely Jenner will be charged with vehicular manslaughter in the fatal car crash that occurred 3 weeks ago. One of the reasons he might skate -- he wasn't texting when he plowed into the Lexus.

David Hasselhoff's daughter has always been a rich kid ... but now she's got TV credits to prove it.

24-year-old Taylor-Ann Hasselhoff has been cast for season 3 of the reality show "Rich Kids of Beverly Hills" -- and we're told she's already shooting with her co-stars in the Bahamas.

The third season still hasn't been confirmed by E! -- but an Instagram pic showing the cast taping on the beach makes it seem like it's just a matter of time.

Kelly Osbourne quit "Fashion Police" ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources connected with the show tell us ... producers and Kelly were at odds even before the Giuliana Rancic showdown, where Kelly threatened to quit unless Giuliana apologized over her comments about Zendaya on the red carpet at the Oscars.

We're told the tension started over the first episode the cast taped without Joan Rivers. Kelly was unhappy with the way the show was being produced. Producers, we're told, were "up to here" with Kelly so the handwriting was on the wall.

Sources tells us Kelly walked Friday.

Reports the Kardashians have scored $100 million from E! for 4 more seasons are NOT true ... they're only getting a measly $80 mil ... TMZ has learned.

NBCUniversal called the $100 mil story "grossly inaccurate." But our sources connected with the network say the word "grossly" may be grossly inaccurate, because we're told best case scenario they could earn in the $80 million range (with ratings bonuses) for 3 seasons with an option for a 4th.

We're also told the deal is all-encompassing and includes all of the work the family and individuals do for the network.

And get this ... Y chromosomes are personae non gratea for the new deal. We're told Scott Disick has his own deal outside the Kardashians and Rob will only get paid per episode if he ends up on the show at all. As for Bruce -- he'll only look like a double X -- but we're told his X and Y chromosomes are not part of the deal either.
