9:09 AM PT -- Sources close to Harrison tell us he passed after losing his battle with Parkinson's Disease.

Richard Harrison -- famously known as "Old Man" on "Pawn Stars" -- has died, according to his son, Rick Harrison.

'''The Old Man' Harrison passed away this morning surrounded by those he loved," Rick said Monday morning ... "He will be tremendously missed by our family, the team at Gold & Silver Pawn and his many fans the world over."

"He was my hero and I was fortunate to get a very cool ‘Old Man’ as my dad."

The circumstances surrounding his death are unclear. However, Harrison's appearances on the show over the last couple years were slim to none.

'Old Man' moved to Vegas back in the early '80s and opened the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop with his son, Rick.

When the producers found the family and turned their daily lives into a show, it became an instant success. It's been on the air since July 2009 with 'Old Man' as one of the fan favorites.

A rep for History Channel tells TMZ, "We are deeply saddened by the loss of our friend Richard ‘The Old Man’ Harrison, a beloved member of the HISTORY and ‘Pawn Stars’ family. He will be greatly missed for his wisdom and candor."

Harrison is a Navy veteran and often talked about his military career on the show.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro from 'Jersey Shore' was allegedly dragged by a car driven by his baby mama, Jen Harley ... and she's been arrested for domestic battery.

Jen was busted late Sunday in Vegas after she and Ronnie got into a fight while driving home from a BBQ. Sources close to the exes tell us Jen hit Ronnie in the face during the argument, and he demanded she pull over and let him out of the car.

We're told Ronnie got caught in his seatbelt, but Jen took off anyway ... dragging Ronnie. Worst of all ... we're told their 2-month-old daughter, Ariana, was in the car at the time.

We're told Ronnie's face was bloodied and bruised and, as you'd expect, he's got a nasty road rash. Also, none of this was for cameras ... "Jersey Shore" was not shooting Sunday.

Carlos Lopez Jr. -- one of the repo guys on "Operation Repo" -- is dead of an apparent suicide ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Carlos' roommate found him Sunday around 8 PM on the balcony of their downtown L.A. apartment. The roommate called 911, police and paramedics responded, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

He had a gunshot wound to the head, which police believe was self-inflicted. Our sources say he left a suicide note.

Carlos -- who was on "Operation Repo" from 2012 to 2014 -- was also a successful character actor. He had several small roles on scripted TV shows ... including "iCarly" and "CSI: Cyber." Most recently, he played a CIA station chief in Tom Cruise's "American Made."

He's also an Army vet. Carlos reportedly did 37 months in combat with the 82nd Airborne.

ABC has made the decision to cancel an episode of its new show, "The Proposal," after one of its contestants was accused of facilitating a sexual assault.

Show contestant Michael J. Friday -- who was set to appear on the show's second episode -- was accused by a Milwaukee woman of facilitating her sexual assault in early November.

According to the woman, the two met on Tinder and arranged to meet. She says Friday invited her to an entertainment room of an apartment complex and, when she arrived, he was with two older men. The woman claims she was poured a drink -- which she believes to have been spiked -- and Friday left, never to come back.

The buff hottie Kendall Jenner encountered at the grocery store -- wearing a shirt suggesting her family should be killed -- has been ID'd ... and his contempt for the Kardashians is real.

TMZ has learned the guy with the jacked arms is Jason Christopher, and he tells us he had the shirt custom made a few years ago ... because he's not down with the Kardashian crew's affinity for wearing fur.

Jason says he's a vegan and an animal lover, and his shirt is simply a way to protest the family's values.

Connor Obrochta from "The Bachelorette" wants his fellow contestant Lincoln Adim's attention ... so he can tell him to stay the hell away from Becca Kufrin and the rest of her suitors when they reunite for the 'Tell All' episode.

We spoke to Connor and it's crystal clear the fitness coach from Florida was never a fan of Lincoln (they had a spat early in the season) and especially now that Lincoln's dark past has surfaced.

As we reported ... Lincoln was charged with indecent assault and battery a week before the premiere, after allegedly groping a woman's breasts and grinding up on her aboard a ship.

A recurring cast member from MTV's "Siesta Key" got popped for having pot ... TMZ has learned.

Paul Apostolides, better known as Pauly Paul on the show, was arrested Wednesday in Sarasota, FL -- not far from where the show is filmed.

Paul, who is an aspiring rapper, had failed to show up in court for a drinking in public charge, so a cop was conducting surveillance.

According to the police report, when the officer pulled over Paul, he smelled weed and Paul confessed to having a couple bags on him. The weed weighed in at 27.6 grams, but in Florida anything over 20 grams is considered a felony.

Paul also had a suspended licence and expired vehicle tags.

Claudia Jordan's adamant the criminal justice system has had its faults ... so it's only right Suge Knight get let out of jail at LEAST so he can attend his mother's funeral.

Farrah Abraham's dodging one big bullet, financially, after her allegedly drunken arrest because a clothing company is standing by their woman.

Farrah's been a major supporter of the Jessica Rich Collection of women's wear. The company's namesake owner tells TMZ ... the brand will continue to back Abraham despite her barking "Go f*** yourself" to police officers during the arrest early Wednesday morning.

Still, it sounds like Jessica -- who's also worked with Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian -- is putting Farrah on a short leash. She told us, "moving forward I highly suggest any celebrity in any light regardless of any situation should always try to conduct themselves in the best possible light."

President Trump just gave Kim Kardashian all the credit for Alice Johnson's prison release.

The Prez was giving an interview to "FOX & Friends" on the White House lawn Friday and was talking about meeting Kim and her quest to free Alice. As we reported ... Kim took up Alice's cause last year and arranged meetings to get the great-grandmother's life sentence commuted after she was convicted in 1997 for a nonviolent crime.

Alice had no idea who Kim was, but Kim took it upon herself to ultimately end up with Trump in the Oval Office and convince 45 to let her free. He did ... leading to Alice's emotional reunion with her family, which Trump dubbed as a beautiful thing.

Kim Kardashian and the rest of the fam might have added a few million bucks to Spanx's revenue, and its billionaire founder, Sara Blakely, couldn't be more grateful.

We got Sara at LAX and our guy wanted to know just how much value the Kardashians have pumped into the brand. The sisters are NOT shy about letting it be known they rock Spanx every chance they get. Kim even blogged about doubling up on the footless tights.

Chyna filed legal docs claiming a member of the Kardashian Klan in particular has continually refused to sit down for a deposition in BC's case against the family. You'll recall BC went after the Kardashians claiming they were in cahoots with E! to torpedo her "Rob & Chyna" show.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Chyna says Kylie's team has failed to make her available ... making it nearly impossible to properly prepare for trial, which is currently slated for October 17. What's more ... Chyna says Kylie's team has not produced a single document they've requested to prep for the case.

Kim Kardashian says the first person she called to start the process of freeing Alice Johnson was none other than Ivanka Trump ... who apparently got things in motion.

Kim and Alice sat down with "TODAY" host Hoda Kotb and explained how Alice came to be released from prison last week while serving a life sentence. Kim says she called Ivanka, who was completely sympathetic to Alice's situation. The rest is history.

A few other interesting tidbits from the interview -- Alice says she had no idea who Kim was before getting a ton of help from her. Also ... Kim says she cracked a joke about Khloe to President Trump to break the ice during the Oval Office meeting.

1:36 PM PT -- A law enforcement source tells us ... during the alleged incident, Lincoln grabbed the woman's hands and placed them on his own chest and stomach. We're told he then allegedly groped her breasts and grinded up on the woman. It all happened on a ship called Spirit of Boston.

A contestant on the new season of "The Bachelorette" -- who's still in contention -- became a convicted criminal charged with a sex crime just a week before the premiere.

Law enforcement sources in Suffolk County, NY tell TMZ Lincoln Adim was convicted of indecent assault and battery on May 21 from an incident that occurred in 2016. Adim was accused of groping and assaulting a woman on a cruise that year.

Crazy enough, his sentence was handed down right before the new season aired on May 28. Adim was sentenced to a year behind bars, with that term being suspended for a two-year probationary period. He also has to stay away from the victim, and attend 3 AA meetings per week for those 2 years.

If he doesn't comply with the judge's terms, he'd have to serve out a year in jail. If he does ... he can avoid that. Oh, and he's also expected to register as a sex offender.

Farrah Abraham lit into the cops who arrested her at The Beverly Hills Hotel, but her tone changed dramatically when they hauled her off in a police cruiser -- and it's all on video.

The former 'Teen Mom' and 'Backdoor Teen Mom' star got belligerent while sitting outside the hotel talking to police. In this video, obtained by TMZ, she repeatedly yells, "Go f**k yourself" to the officers surrounding her.

Farrah's combative tirade continued when one officer took her wallet. She insisted she hadn't struck or injured anyone at the hotel ... so there was no need to arrest her. Obviously, cops didn't buy that and hauled her away, and that's when she turned on the waterworks ... sobbing and yelling, "I'm not resisting!"

We broke the story ... Abraham was arrested for allegedly striking a hotel security guard after he asked her to leave because she'd gotten into an altercation with some guests. Officers noted she appeared intoxicated.

Farrah was booked at 1:48 AM for battery and trespassing. As of now, she's still being held on $500 bail.
