Kanye West just attacked an 18-year-old guy inside the waiting room of a chiropractor's office ... after the guy allegedly called Kanye the N-word ... TMZ has learned.

Kim was at a Beverly Hills medical building when she was swarmed by photogs. We're told the guy allegedly tried to help Kim get in the building, as he started screaming, "F**k these fa**ot-ass n****rs"" -- referring to the paparazzi. Kim then told him it was not appropriate to use the N-word. We're told he then screamed at her, "F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut."

Apparently that got Kim hot as fish grease ... she watched the guy walk into an office. As they were walking we're told the guy continued berating Kim. She dialed Kanye on his cell, and when the guy realized Kanye was on the phone he allegedly said, "F**k you N****r." Kanye -- who had just arrived at the building -- then met up with Kim.

Sources say Kanye and Kim rushed into the waiting room of chiropractor Richard Hill and found the 18-year-old sitting there. Witnesses say Kanye punched the guy and Kim screamed, "We have it all on tape."

Sources say the massage therapist in the office separated the 2 men. Beverly Hills cops were called and the 18-year-old said he wanted to press charges.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Kanye is now officially a suspect in a battery investigation and they want to interview him. We're also told the matter will be referred to the L.A. County D.A. for possible prosecution.

Remember -- Kanye is currently facing assault charges involving a photog attack at LAX.

Beyonce's mom and sister Solange made a grand entrance at Tina Knowles' 60th birthday party in New Orleans Saturday night ... while boring big sis Beyonce snuck in through the side.

A marching band led the way as Solange and Tina showed up to tons of fanfare outside the masquerade bash on elaborate horse-drawn carriages.

Lots of celebs showed ... including Kelly Rowland, Monica, Jennifer Hudson and of course Jay Z. The shindig was thrown at Muriel's Jackson Square ... which cost Bey and Solange $100k minimum.

Beyonce was even elusive inside, but we got this pic of Kris Jenner posing with her ... of course.

Kylie Jenner continued her vehicular losing streak Saturday afternoon in Malibu ... getting stopped by an L.A. County Sheriff's deputy and ticketed for a moving violation.

The photog who shot the pic says it was for speeding.

The youngest member of the Kardashian clan has had an eventful first few months of driving -- back in August she caused a 3 car crash ... just 18 days after getting her license.

But she don't care.

Kim Kardashian's great ass and post-preg toned body didn't come naturally ... and last night in Beverly Hills she told us her secrets to being a full-blown MILF.

Kim was leaving La Scala with Brittny Gastineau when we asked about the Instagram photos she and Blac Chyna posted hours before ... showing off their hot mom butts after a workout sesh.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are rock bottom when it comes to choosing who you'd LEAST like to share a common fence with.

Zillow has revealed the celebs American would LEAST like to have as their neighbors ... and Kim and Kanye top the list -- according to 25% of us common folk. Only 2% feel the opposite.

The Honey Boo Boo clan comes in second in the worst celeb neighbor contest, weighing in at 18%. Somewhat surprising ... Justin Beiber came in 3rd at 16%, and Miley 4th aqt 16%.

As for the best celeb neighbor, Jimmy Fallon wins with 11%, while Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton share second position with Jennifer Lawrence at 10%

Kanye West may dry hump Kim Kardashian in the "Bound 2" video, but a former child star says he's the one getting screwed in the song ... claiming Yeezus stole a sample from his old track and never paid up.

The guy behind the lawsuit is Ricky Spicer -- an ex-member of the '70s soul group, "Ponderosa Twins Plus One" ... which recorded a song called "Bound" back in 1970.

Spicer, who was 12 years old when he laid down the track, says he recently heard Kanye's new hit on the radio and IMMEDIATELY recognized his old work.

Problem is ... Spicer says he never granted Kanye (or anyone affiliated with Kanye) permission to use his voice ... so on Monday, he filed a lawsuit in Manhattan.

Ricky is suing the rapper's labels for allegedly stealing his vocals ... and is demanding West stop using the song and pay him an unspecified amount of money.

Just listen to the song ... the Ponderosa Twins' ditty is clearly the main sample on "Bound 2" -- and Kanye's title suggests his version is a sequel to the original.

But this ain't Kanye's first rodeo when it comes to sampling music (see: Stronger, Gold Digger, Diamonds from Sierra Leone, etc.) ... and it's unlikely he would just jack the tune without trying to obtain the rights.

Kanye West and Marlon Brando have a lot in common in the acting department ... just ask Kim Kardashian.

Kim and Kanye hit up the Commons in Calabasas Friday to check out West's cameo in the new "Anchorman" flick ... and Kris Jenner, Kourtney, Scott Disick, Tyga and Blac Chyna tagged along for moral support.

Dodgers slugger Matt Kemp is trying to keep silent about the rumors he's hooking up with Khloe Kardashian -- but TMZ Sports has learned there's definitely something cooking between them.

Our Kardashian sources tell us Khloe and Matt are in the early, early stages of a relationship and they're "taking it really slow." Makes sense -- Khloe just filed to divorce Lamar Odom last week.

Monday in L.A., Matt was asked about his "love life" ... and said he was only focusing on baseball -- and when asked specifically about Khloe he said even less. However, Kemp also pumped up the buzz yesterday by posting what many people believed to be the giant Christmas tree at Kardashian HQ ... aka Kris Jenner's house.

We're told the tree in the Instagram is NOT KJ's ... and it's actually Matt's. He lives in the same 'hood as the Kardashians -- and we're told the foyer at his pad is almost identical to theirs.

One source tells us Matt and Khloe have a ton in common -- "same neighborhood, same friends, and same love of family."

Lamar Odom is as done with his marriage as Khloe Kardashian and wants to get married again STAT -- to his basketball career ... sources connected to Lamar tell TMZ.

We broke the story ... Khloe filed for divorce Friday, citing irreconcilable differences. The last straw was Lamar shooting the rap video in which he bragged about cheating on Khloe.

Now get this ... Lamar blames the infidelity on his friends who are "supporting me the wrong way by bringing girls around."

Lamar also casts blame on Khloe ... telling his friends, "I can't be f**kin' with Khloe. She brings out the bad side of me."

Lamar says he needs to "get married" to his basketball career and wants to ignore the past.

Bruce Jenner called his Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Friday and cancelled his scheduled surgery to flatten his Adam's Apple ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with Jenner say he was upset information about the procedure leaked out and blamed people in the doctor's office. We're told Bruce informed them he was taking his business elsewhere.

TMZ broke the story ... Jenner had 2 consultations with the doctor and had scheduled surgery for both a Laryngeal Shave (Adam's Apple flattening) and a nose job. We're now told the surgery was scheduled for next Wednesday. Sources say Jenner wanted a smaller nose. Bruce tells TMZ he wanted plastic surgery because of scar tissue after cancer removal surgery.

Multiple medical sources have told TMZ ... getting a Laryngeal Shave is almost always the first step in gender reassignment. Bruce scoffs at that, telling TMZ, "I just didn't like my trachea."

Khloe Kardashian has just filed court documents to divorce Lamar Odom and restore her name -- TMZ has learned.

As we first told you, Khloe planned to pull the trigger today on her 4-year marriage to Lamar, who has been deep in the world of drugs on and off for the last 2 years.

In the legal docs, filed by disso-queen Laura Wasser, Khloe cites "irreconcilable differences."

As we previously reported, the couple has a prenup so division of property will be a cinch -- they kept all their property separate.

And Khloe is asking the judge to take Odom out of her name, so she is once again simply Khloe Kardashian ... eliminating Odom from her life in every way.

And, Khloe is NOT asking for spousal support and wants the judge to reject any bid by Lamar for the same.

The billionaire who co-founded YouTube is refusing to back down from Kim Kardashian and Kanye West -- firing back at the couple after they sued him for posting video of their engagement online.

We broke the story ... K&K filed a lawsuit against Chad Hurley, claiming he violated the confidentiality agreement he signed at AT&T Park in San Fran back in October ... when he posted the footage on his video-sharing website.

But now, Chad has filed legal docs of his own ... claiming NO ONE ever told him he wasn't allowed to shoot or distribute the footage.

Chad says ... after the proposal, someone did approach him with a waiver and told him it was a release so they could use his image in a TV special .. and he signed the doc without reading it.

He also posed for a pic with the signed form, at the request of K&K's peeps.

But still, Chad says he shouldn't be legally bound by the waiver because he was misled into signing it and he got no compensation in return for signing away his rights.

Chad is asking the judge to throw out the case -- and force Kim and Kanye to pay for his legal fees.

Bruce Jenner is flattening his Adam's Apple ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the Olympian met with a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon today for a consultation for a procedure called a Laryngeal Shave -- which smooths out the Adam's Apple.

The procedure is typically done on patients who are in the first stage of gender reassignment, but Bruce tells TMZ that is NOT the case with him. He says, "I just never liked my trachea."

We know this is Bruce's second visit to the office.

The doctor took photographs today and sources tell us surgery has been scheduled for early next year, but Bruce insists no surgery has been set yet -- it was just a consultation.

We got video (below) of Bruce earlier today leaving the doctor's office.

5:10PM PDT: Jenner just called TMZ and wanted to add this ... He says he initially went to the plastic surgeon because the basal cell carcinoma that was removed from his nose in September left a large scar that didn't heal well. He wanted plastic surgery for his nose, and says while he was there he consulted the doc on the Laryngeal Shave.

Marlon Wayans believes Bruce Jenner's laryngeal shave is the first step toward becoming a woman -- but he's moving too slow -- telling Bruce, "Just get the breasts" already!!"

We broke the story, Bruce already consulted a plastic surgeon about reducing the size of his adam's apple -- though Bruce insists it's NOT the first step of gender reassignment, it's just because he doesn't like the way his throat looks.

Still, Marlon ain't buyin' Bruce's explanation -- and on his way out a "What the Funny" event he told us, "I think slowly but surely he's been turning himself into a woman all these years."

"Why don't Bruce Jenner just go and get the titties now ... just get the breasts."

Khloe Kardashian is filing for divorce from Lamar Odom ... TODAY ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us, Khloe will be citing irreconcilable differences in her legal docs. The split should be pretty cut and dry -- an ironclad prenup which kept all their assets separate ... and no kids.

As we reported, Lamar's bizarre freestyle rap video -- in which he brags about cheating on Khloe -- was the last straw in their crumbling relationship. Immediately after TMZ posted the video last month, Khloe stopped wearing her wedding ring.

The end was a long time coming ... Khloe had expressed dire concerns about the marriage ever since she learned about Lamar's crack addiction earlier this year, but she forestalled divorce for fear he'd OD or worse.

Lamar and Khloe tied the knot in September 2009.

Trey Parker and Matt Stone blasted Kim K on last night's episode -- and it all started when Butters refused to date an overweight, ugly classmate because she doesn't look like his dream woman Kim K.

That's when Wendy unloads -- "Kim Kardashian is a short overweight woman who manipulates her image and makes average girls feel horrible about themselves."

She added, "In real life, Kim Kardashian has the body of a Hobbit!!!"

Throughout the episode, Kanye West appears and tries to convince everyone Kim is not, in fact, a Hobbit ... but even KW isn't entirely convinced.
