French Montana, Tyga and Scott Disick found some common bonding ground ... at a lingerie party in Hollywood.

The boys were there alongside Chris Brown, Snoop, Sean Kingston and Matt Barnes. VH1 "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Sincere Show served as hostess for the Facet Studio Black Tie Lingerie Party ... which required men to dress up and the ladies to dress ... with not much at all.

Scott's presence was a little surprising ... he just became a third-time dad this week.

Kris and Bruce Jenner have settled their divorced ... TMZ has learned, and the goodies have been divided, with Bruce scoring several million from his ex.

A L.A. County judge has signed the legal docs.

It's about as clean a divorce as possible. As we previously reported, they did not sign a prenup. Kris gets the family house and they divided up various bank accounts and other assets.

We're told based on the settlement agreement ... neither Kris nor Bruce will get spousal support. As for 17-year-old Kylie, she's so close to becoming an adult they share joint custody and each parent will foot the bill while she's with them.

Under the agreement, Kris has to pay Bruce $2.5 million to equalize things.

Kris gets a 2012 Rolls-Royce Ghost, a 2014 Bentley and a 2014 Land Rover. Bruce gets a 2011 Porsche 997 Coupe, a 2013 Cadillac Escalade and a 2007 Harley motorcycle.

Kris filed for divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences. She listed the date of separation as June 1, 2013.

They each get to keep their airline miles.

It looks like the actual date they are legally allowed to tie the knot with someone else is March 23, 2015 ... but the fat lady has sung.

They're on the market folks.

Kylie Jenner gave a bunch of sick kids exactly what they wanted this holiday season ... oh yeah, and she brought some toys too.

Wearing a white, shear, midriff-baring top, a pair of tight, ripped jeans, high heels, and camera-ready makeup ... Kylie showed up Monday with boyfriend Tyga to the Teen Impact Holiday Party at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Maybe not the most appropriate outfit for young kids.

So we gotta ask ...

Kanye West was your typical doting dad when he and Kim Kardashian took North to see Disney on Ice ... that is, until he mysteriously disappeared from the arena.

The West family had front row seats at Staples Center Sunday ... along with Kourtney's kids, Mason and Penelope, Brittny and Lisa Gastineau, and Ciara and her kid.

Yeezy looked mostly happy -- especially with his nachos -- but subtly vanished from his seat later in the show ... with Lisa G. eventually taking his spot.

Kanye also didn't make the cut for Kim's post-show pic, but at least North didn't get cut out of this one.

2:50 PM PT --  Kim just copped to the photo edit ... tweeting, "Wait is this really news that I posted a selfie & cropped my daughter out? LOL … Her eyes were closed and I was feeling my look! Can I live?!?!"

Kim Kardashian doesn't like to share the spotlight with anyone, even her own daughter.

KK posted a selfie Sunday night that rather conspicuously cuts off the face of North West ... and the move did not go unnoticed.

Comments on the photo from some of Kim's 23 million followers included:

In all fairness, that is a lovely wall.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West hardly see each other lately, and there are reports it's taking a toll on their marriage. Kim might have the perfect explanation ... or she might be protesting too much!

Depends on how cynical you are, but one thing's for sure -- BOOBS are a great way to open any debate!

A Chinese man -- considered the Asian Ryan Seacrest -- has filed a lawsuit alleging the Kardashians trashed his house in the worst way -- they told America it had bad feng shui.

Jianxiang Huang and Li Weihong bought the house in Calabasas in 2012 ... right next door to Kourtney. They left it vacant and asked their realtor to maintain it until they eventually moved in.

Fast forward to last August, when Jianxiang returned to America to find the house in what he believed was shambles -- there was oil on the backsplash, metal bowls were not stacked properly, sugar and salt were "significantly used" and there were even Pittsburgh Steelers slippers in the closet!

Jianxiang sued his realtor, and dropped a BOMBSHELL ... a neighbor told Jianxiang his house was on an episode of "Keeping Up the with Kardashians" in January, when Khloe was looking for a home to escape the Lamar drama. Cameras were rolling when the fam trashed the house, saying it had bad feng shui.

Jianxiang was humiliated, saying in his lawsuit 2 million people worldwide -- plus his neighbor -- saw the Kardashians bring great dishonor to his house.

He's suing the realtor for all sorts of things, including "aiding and abetting a trespass." The Kardashians were not sued.

Kourtney Kardashian had the stomach to pose naked for Dujuor magazine.

Kourtney -- who is ready to pop with her third kid -- tried to one up Kim. When you break it down limb by limb ... she really looks amazing ... shades of Demi Moore.

Your move, Khloe.

Khloe Kardashian doesn't care if French Montana has a side piece ... and she thinks her family should stay out of her business.

As TMZ first reported, the Kardashians had a heart-to-heart with Khloe last week ... warning her that French had used Kim as a cover during their recent trip, making it appear he was spending time with her when he was actually dogging around Dubai.

We're told Khloe scoffed at her family's advice ... she fired back, saying she's having fun and there's no expectation of exclusiveness.

The fam is concerned because of the way Khloe dealt with the Lamar situation ... defending him for way longer than most partners would. But Khloe says this is not "a Lamar situation." She's having fun ... end of story.

Khloe Kardashian needs to run for the hills -- away from French Montana -- and that's exactly what her family told her during a heart-to-heart talk Wednesday.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... the Kardashians believe French has been unfaithful to Khloe, and their evidence centers around his recent trip to Dubai.

We're told the family believes French was hooking up with a very pretty woman during the trip, and tried to use Kim as a cover. We know they told Khloe French sought out Kim during the trip so Khloe would see pics of the 2 of them and think he was just hanging with her sis ... nothing nefarious.

We're told the Kardashians say French's plan unraveled when Kim came home and told Khloe she was literally with French 10 seconds here and there. The family is convinced he used Kim to deceive Khloe.

Tyga and Kylie Jenner had forbidden love written all over them --well, maybe a little overstated -- as they served up meals for the homeless on Thanksgiving Eve.

The 25-year-old rapper insists he's not romantically involved with the 17-year-old reality star, but there's plenty of smoke ... you'll recall a week ago when he pitched a fit because the club where he was supposed to perform wouldn't let her in because of her age.

Kris Jenner, be warned ... French Montana will have a foothold on the Kardashian fortune if he marries your daughter.

French was at LAX Tuesday when he was asked straight up ... will he sign a prenup to seal the deal with Khloe? He was emphatic ... NO.

Scott Disick jumped down the throat of a photog -- not because he was asked about rumored troubles with Kourtney Kardashian -- but because the pap messed with something he really treasures.

Lord Disick was leaving lunch Tuesday with Kendall Jenner in Beverly Hills when our guy tried to get to the bottom of the rumors he and Kourtney were having issues ... again.

Scott seemed to ignore the question, but seconds later unloaded on a pap who accidentally backed into his exotic sports car -- making it look like he's really on edge about home issues.

Or he really loves his Bugatti.

Khloe Kardashian continued her all out assault on her sister's claim to the most colossal culo in Calabasas ... as she was spotted leaving a private gym Tuesday afternoon.

The spandex-clad profile is oddly similar to the one Kim showed off just a few months back.

The question is ...

Kris Jenner doesn't care her new boyfriend's ex claims he's a stalker ... because the BF has convinced Kris she's crazy.

Corey Gamble's ex got a restraining order against him in 2010, claiming he followed her everywhere, manhandled her and left bruises, and even called OnStar to track her car.

But Kris is telling all her friends ... she knows stalkers since she and her family have had more than their share ... and Corey doesn't fit the profile.

Her reasoning is interesting ... she says he's a "background guy" who doesn't look for publicity or notoriety. She adds he works as a tour manager for Justin Bieber and never tried exploiting that relationship.

We're told Corey gave her a heads up long before stories surfaced about the restraining order against him, and he convinced Kris the chick never had a case against him and the only reason it's coming up now is because she wanted to make a quick buck from the tabloids.

Tyga pulled a no-show for a club appearance when the place shot down his demands to get his underage GF Kylie Jenner into the West Hollywood hot spot.

Sources at Greystone Manor tell TMZ ... Tyga begged and pleaded with promoters to get 17-year-old Kylie admitted -- calling several times throughout the day. We're told he even pushed his arrival time to 1:30 AM while trying to negotiate Kylie's entry.

When the club wouldn't budge -- y'know, because of the law and stuff -- he bailed.

We're told Tyga pulling out of the event pissed off a liquor sponsor in a big way. The club is trying to reschedule, but since the 21-and-over rule isn't changing ... seems pretty hopeless.

They may wanna call him back ... in four years.
