The photo in question showed a man in his underwear who, um ... was not suffering from shrinkage. Political blog biggovernment.com says the photo was posted to a picture sharing service connected to Rep. Weiner. The photo was removed, as was every other photo on the account.

The site says the photo was sent to a woman on Twitter, but that account has since been deleted as well.

Weiner tweeted about the pic (though he mistakenly referenced Facebook and not Twitter) and told POLITICO today, "The weiner gags never get old, I guess."

Patrick took to his Twitter page moments ago and posted, "some days you feel like s**t, some days you want to quit and just be normal for a bit, yet i love my family till death do us apart."

FYI -- the first part of Patrick's message is a lyric from the Fort Minor hit, "Where'd You Go."

Lilo went on Twitter today and posted a photo of the man allegedly posing the threat -- saying, "This is the freemason stalker that has been threatening to kill me- while he is TRESPASSING! I'm actually scared now."

She continued, "all my fans, my supporters, please stand by me. g-d bless xxL."

We're told LiLo believes the man has been obsessed with her for nearly 4 years ... frequently dropping by her home and leaving weird gifts for the actress. We're also told he's been sending her "insane" text messages for the past few years.

Ochocinco recently joked on Twitter that he would take up bull riding during the possible NFL lockout. And the COO of the Professional Bull Riders made him an offer -- if he could last 8 seconds on a bull named Deja Blu, he'd win a new truck and get to rename the bull.

We were hunting around online when we noticed their Twitter pages reveal that both are not only following each other, they added each other very recently. We grabbed the screen shots this AM.

A Rihanna fan noticed what we noticed and asked her if it meant they were getting back together -- Rihanna tweeted back, "its fu**in twitter, not the alter! calm down."

A judge lifted the restraining order prohibiting them from having contact, so it's all on the up and up.

Bieber just went to his Twitter page and without mentioning Marg by name ... said, "it's kinda lame when someone you met briefly and never worked with comments on you. I will continue to wish them luck and be kind."

As we previously reported, Marg went on a French radio show and said JB was "kind of a brat" when he guest starred on the show earlier this year.

As TMZ first reported, some of Bieber's crew refused to go on the tour stops in Japan because of post-tsunami cancer concerns. But sources close to Bieber told us earlier this week ... he was going no matter what.

Antoine Dodson jokingly tweeted about his arrest yesterday, saying he's never been in jail except for one time in grade school. Wait, that might not be a joke ...

As we previously reported, Dodson was busted in Alabama yesterday on a litany of charges -- possession of marijuana, failing to appear on a traffic charge, failing to have insurance and speeding.

Dodson explained in another tweet, "They so f**king stupid I had just got both cars!!! Why would I have a Benz and SUW with no insurance!!!! Dumb azzez! !Haha!!!"

TMZ has learned ... 50 and the Weinstein Brothers are co-hosting the party at a restaurant in NY tonight ... an event that was only supposed to cater to roughly 100 people.

But event organizers freaked out when they noticed 50 posted the invitation on his Twitter page -- because 50 has 4 million followers ... and they now have to prep in case an army of fans try to crash.

Bynes tweeted the gloomy news moments ago, saying, "Sad day....Little Angel is in heaven now. RIP I love you."

This morning, Bynes announced Little Angel went missing sometime yesterday -- and begged her Twitter followers to help her locate the young pup.
