Blake Shelton playfully gnawed at Gwen Stefani while "The Voice" was on a commercial break Monday night.

Officially, for all the doubters, the TV sweeps period ended 12 days ago -- so maybe they're not together just for ratings.

Then again, for you true believers ... there is still a 'Voice' finale to promote.

Jared Leto says he's sorry for going off on Taylor Swift.

TMZ broke the story ... Jared was in the studio with his Thirty Seconds to Mars bandmates when he flipped from admiring T-Swift's 16 count, to saying "F*** her!"

Jared tweeted an apology to Taylor and her fans, saying, "The truth is I think Taylor Swift is amazing + an incredible example of what's possible," adding, "If I hurt her or her fans my sincerest apologies."

TMZ posted video of Jared in a studio session where he and a bandmate were using Taylor's songs as inspiration and in a moment of frustration hurled the f word. It's actually a compliment, if you break it down.

A woman who shares a name with San Bernardino shooter Tashfeen Malik says she's getting slammed with anti-Islam threats -- and that's AFTER she made it clear to all ... she's not a terrorist.

Malik tells TMZ after the shooters were identified Wednesday night, she was blasted on Twitter with hateful messages like "glad ur dead u whore."

She tried to quickly clear up the confusion and tweeted, "unfortunately the woman in the San Bernardino shooting has the same name as me ... I would appreciate if you all would stop with the hate mail."

That only made matters worse -- Malik says people angrily responded with anti-Islam sentiments ... "all Muslims are terrorists" and "you're still a terrorist because you're Muslim."

Khloe Kardashian contracted a serious staph infection at the hospital where Lamar Odom is laid up, and it's so bad she's had to cancel a portion of her book tour.

Lamar has been hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. for a month, and Khloe has been a frequent visitor.

We're told Khloe has a lesion on her leg which became incredibly painful. She developed a high fever, swollen glands. She's also sweating profusely with intermittent chills.

One very connected source tells TMZ, "It's so scary. She's so sick."

Khloe cancelled several appearances for her book promotion, tweeting, "I'm sick & dr's orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what's wrong."

Magic Johnson is putting Charlie Sheen on the spot -- saying now that he's gone public about having HIV, they should work TOGETHER to help educate people about it.

Justin Bieber is among the many mourning the loss of a friend or loved one in the aftermath of last Friday's Paris terror attacks.

Justin shared a heartfelt message for pal Thomas Ayad on Twitter. Ayad had worked for Mercury Records as a product manager, and was killed during the mass shooting at the Eagles of Death Metal concert.

In his message, Justin said he and Thomas had worked together for years and he thanked his pal for everything he did for him.

Justin left his fans with a deep thought: "Make sure to appreciate people while you have them," before sending his condolences to Ayad's family and friends.

Ayad was among at least 89 people killed at the concert.

Rob Lowe was quick to criticize after the Paris shootings, but he has shut down since scoffing at the Parisian decision to open its boarders to refugees.

Lowe pounced on social media after the attacks, saying "Oh, NOW France closes its borders. #Hollande." The reference is when the President of France ordered all borders to be closed after the shooting so the terrorists could not escape.

The floodgates opened, with people slamming the actor as "a disgusting human being." One person said, "Those refugees were fleeing their home countries to save their lives."

The iconic Eiffel Tower peace symbol used by big name celebs like Kim Kardashian, Ellen Degeneres and Justin Bieber was created to bring the world together by a young French artist.

Jean Jullien, a 27-year-old visual artist tells TMZ when news of the attacks started to spread last night, he needed a way to express himself. He says his first reaction was to draw the symbol of peace and share it as a sign of solidarity ... with the tower serving as an image the world could relate to.

Since then, the image is everywhere ... becoming an unofficial symbol for support. Jullien's first tweet of the drawing has already been shared by almost 50 thousand people and celebs have helped that number grow even bigger.

8:15 AM PT -- Police arrested the suspect ... a 45-year-old man named David Merck, and booked him for felony battery. ET got Pauley's sketch of Merck, and a photo one of her friends later took of him.

She could have a future in forensic art.

Pauley Perrette, who plays scientist Abby Sciuto on "NCIS," says a "psychotic homeless man" punched her in the face Thursday night and vowed he would kill her.

Perrette says she was walking from her Hollywood home to a guest house she owned when the guy appeared, repeatedly threatening to end her life.

It's a bizarre story. Perrette says she told the guy, who called himself William, that he had a "beautiful name" but he just unloaded and punched her again.

She says, "I went into shock ... collapsed on the sidewalk." She says cops came, she drew a "police sketch" of the guy, who was "headed towards Hollywood Blvd with murder in his eyes." Perrette says cops arrested him.

Now it gets really weird. Perrette tweeted, "I am shaken and traumatized. My house, my beloved Hollywood. My beloved homeless people that I spend my life protecting ... My life changed tonight."

She ends by writing, "We need to not walk alone. I need to heal. I almost died tonight."

Talk about revisionist history ... the Cal Golden Bears posted a little #TBT Thursday -- reminiscing about the time Marshawn Lynch led Cal over Oregon in overtime back in 2005.

Problem is ... it didn't really happen that way.

Fact is ... #23 Cal LOST to #15 Oregon 27-20 thanks to a 4-yard TD pass from Brady Leaf in OT.

Lynch had 2 touchdowns of his own that game ... but definitely no game winning heroics.

Jose Canseco is THREATENING the publisher of a popular lifestyle magazine ... claiming the guy owes him $350,000 ... and warns, "People get killed for less."

The man Jose is going after is Kamal Hotchandani -- the publisher and CEO of Haute Media Group ... which publishes Haute Living magazine, a lifestyle mag for rich people.

Canseco tells TMZ Sports the two were involved in a business transaction roughly ten years ago -- in which Kamal allegedly stiffed the ex-MLB star out of $350,000.

We reached out to Kamal and Haute Media several times to get his side of the story -- but haven't heard back.

Meantime, Canseco says he's run out of patience ... and tweeted, "Kamal hotchandani I am coming after you."

"Watch yourself kamal...yes that is a threat..you owe me 350k."

"Your time is up ..you should have contacted me now it's to late."

Canseco says he is NOT threatening violence -- he just wants to smoke Kamal out.

4:25PM PT -- We finally heard back from Kamal's camp -- and he ain't taking this thing lightly.

His attorney Sandy Becher tells us, "We have authorities in various jurisdictions dealing with Canseco's not only defamatory but downright extortionate and otherwise criminal behavior."

Becher says Canseco has been terrorizing Kamal with barrage of phone calls and texts -- and demands Jose cut it out, ASAP.

Becher continues, "Mr. Hotchandani categorically denies his flagrant lies and initially did not want to even dignify Canseco's false and inane accusations with a response, however he was left no other choice given the escalation in Canseco's threats against him and his family and irrational conduct but to seek the guidance of both state and federal authorities and pursue all civil and criminal remedies available at law should this conduct persist."

Halle Berry has no idea what sparked David Justice's tirade ... but it appears she never said or even insinuated he attacked her.

Sources close to Halle tell TMZ the actress is upset that Justice put her on blast Tuesday, warning Olivier Martinez Halle would use her "Hollywood team" to destroy him.

Our Halle sources say the actress is adamant ... she never claimed Justice struck her during their relationship.

We did some checking and could not find anything attributed to Halle pointing the finger at David. Lots of people assumed she was talking about David when she said back in the '90s a former boyfriend struck her so hard on the side of the head she suffered hearing loss. Halle never ID'd the culprit and we're told she never will.

It looks like David had some change of heart, because he began deleting portions of his accusations on Twitter.

Russell Wilson continues to prove he's the greatest guy in the world ... auctioning off his game worn cleats from the Seahawks' victory over the 49ers last month to aid in the fight against children's cancer.

Wilson announced the donation on Twitter moments ago ... with a message that read, "Had a tough time letting go of these...auctioning my game worn cleats from our win over SF to fight childhood cancer."

The Seahawks beat the 49ers 20-3 on October 22nd ... Russell made sure to scribble in the date and score on the shoes.

The cleats are already ON FIRE on eBay ... fetching a price of nearly $900 with seven days of bidding still left to go, which tells you they're going to net a big sum when all is said and done.

At least one part of Zola the stripper's epic saga checks out -- 'Z' the pimp was busted for sexual assault and sex trafficking ... among many other felonies.

Turns out the pimp's real name is Akporode Uwedjojevwe, and according to docs, cops in Reno busted him back in April. You'll recall ... Zola's story, which went viral last week, included an epilogue -- that "white bitch" Jessica got arrested with 'Z' in Vegas.

Zola's location was off, and there's no evidence Jessica was arrested -- but 'Z' got hauled in on a laundry list of charges ... including sexual assault, battery with intent to commit sexual assault, sex trafficking, and attempted sex trafficking.

The docs list a 'J.S.' as one of the women 'Z' allegedly forced into prostitution. According to The Washington Post, 'J.S.' is the Jessica from Zola's story.

11:32 A.M. PST -- Apparently Eric Benet agrees with David ... he just tweeted, "My man at @23davidjustice is tweeting some truth dis' mornin'!"

David Justice says he NEVER laid a finger on his ex-wife Halle Berry -- and essentially blames her for starting rumors that he abused her ... claiming she made it a mission to destroy his character after they broke up.
