Memories Pizza -- the first Indiana business to declare it would refuse LGBT business -- got blasted on the Internet and by phone, but the owner says there's been a huge misunderstanding ... sorta.

Kevin O’Connor tells TMZ he's had to temporarily close his business after he told a reporter he would refuse to cater a gay wedding under Indiana's new Religious Freedom Restoration Act. O'Connor says he was immediately flooded by threatening phone calls, and social media postings.

O'Connor wants to clear up one thing: He says he would never deny service to gay people in his restaurant. However, due to his religious beliefs, he does not believe in gay marriage ... and that's why he wouldn't service one.

Meanwhile, he says the threats have been serious enough that he's closing his pizza joint ... at least until the dust settles.

David Arquette is an artist at heart ... even with ass in his face -- and the freshly tagged wall of a Vegas strip club proves it.

Our stripper sources tell us ... Arquette and his boys were at the Hustler Las Vegas last weekend for his bachelor party -- but instead of draining their bank accounts for lap dances .. they went outside and put a fresh layer of graffiti on the side of the club.

David's been dabbling in graffiti, and as a Hustler L.V. regular ... we're told the club manager gave him and his crew the green light to tag at will. The whole thing took about an hour, but David's no fool ... his posse went inside for few dances before calling it a night.

At least that's the story they're telling his fiancee, Christina McLarty.

Gilbert Arenas is being sued by his longtime girlfriend Laura Govan -- the mother of his 4 kids -- who claims Gilbert kicked her out of their L.A. mansion and then sold off her $1 million engagement ring.

TMZ Sports has obtained court docs filed by Govan ... in which she claims her and Gilbert are in the middle of a NASTY split.

In the docs, the "Basketball Wives LA" star claims she started dating Gilbert in 2002 ... before he made nearly $200 million in NBA contract money.

The two never had a formal wedding, but Laura claims they "lived together as husband and wife" and Gilbert promised that she would "share equally" in all of his earnings from 2003 on ... as if they were legally married.

Govan says the relationship fell apart around the end of 2014 ... when Gilbert "notified [Laura] to vacate the premises" of their home.

To make matters worse, Laura says Gilbert then "forcefully took" the $1 million engagement ring he gave to her in 2008 and sold it without her permission.

Now, Laura says she wants her cut of the Arenas fortune -- which she says includes profits from a number of marijuana clinics which she says Gilbert owns.

Cincinnati Bengals superstar A.J. Green is officially a married man -- after tying the knot at a SICK star-studded wedding in Georgia ... complete with a hip-hop dance routine featuring his bride.

With teammates like Andy Dalton, Carlos Dunlap and Mohamed Sanu in attendance, Green married his longtime girlfriend Miranda Brooke at the historic 200 Peachtree venue in Atlanta.

The highlights:
-- A.J. had a "Hot Dawg" stand
-- There was a masquerade dance with cool masks
-- And everyone went crazy when they busted out a traditional "second line" dance

As one person who was there put it, "It was the craziest wedding we've ever been to -- beautiful! So happy for A.J. and Miranda."

It started with a kiss at The Den and ended at an alter ... Country mega-star Jason Aldean and former "American Idol" contestant Brittany Kerr got hitched Saturday in Mexico.

They tied the knot in front of "Duck Dynasty" star Willie Robertson and other close friends, according to UsWeekly.

The romance began very publicly in 2012 when Aldean and Kerr were making out at The Den on the Sunset Strip, for all to see. Aldean, who was married with kids, passed it off as a drunken mistake, but no doubt it turned into real love, because they've been inseparable ever since.

Elizabeth Olsen, the younger sister of the Olsen Twins, was hangin' on the beach in Malibu ... lookin' hot and leaving a lot to the imagination.

The "Godzilla" star broke off her engagement to super-hot model Boyd Holbrook in January.

It looks like an engagement ring ... she's flaunting it like an engagement ring ... but the rock on Erin Andrews' finger is NOT an engagement ring.

Multiple sources connected with Miley and Patrick tell us their relationship is intense. Miley is going out of her way to impress Patrick's mom, Maria Shriver, and it goes beyond dressing conservatively when Miley's around her. The conversations do not resemble what Miley puts out on social media.

The couple has partied hard, and initially people who spent time with them thought it was just a hook-up, but it's proven to be deeper.

And we're told it's not like one is pushing the other into getting serious. They're both totally into it.

"Dancing With The Stars" pro Karina Smirnoff changes fiances as often as she changes dance partners -- partly because dancers lead sexually charged lives ... this according to her latest ex.

Sources close to Jason Adelman -- who announced he and Karina were engaged in January -- say he called things off because she has "different family values." We're told he's not accusing her of cheating, but he was uncomfortable with the way she acted around other men ... especially dancers.

It's not like this was any long term engagement -- he just popped the question in January ... after they reconnected at a holiday party in December. As for his belief that dancers are all horned up people looking to bang -- a rep for Karina says that is "disrespectful and insulting to the entire dance community."

Our Adelman sources add that he feels Karina's track record speaks for itself ... she's been engaged twice before -- to fellow dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy and MLB pitcher Brad Penny -- but never made it down the aisle. So much for the third time.

Karina's rep also says this is "nothing less than an attempted smear campaign from a malicious person."

For what it's worth ... we're told Karina returned the ring.

Paris Hilton showed surprising emotion in Vegas when she fake orgasmed in front of hundreds of people.

Dallas Cowboys star Orlando Scandrick LOVES the team -- but tells us when it comes to his wedding day, he won't be tying the knot in Jerry's World.

Orlando was out in Hollywood Tuesday night with his reality star GF Draya Michele -- the self-proclaimed "sexiest couple ever" -- when we started talking marriage.

But when we asked if a 50-yard line ceremony was in their future -- they both shot the idea down hard ... unlike Steelers legend Hines Ward, who recently got married at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh.

For the record, weddings at AT&T Stadium in Dallas are super popular ... and they ain't cheap.

In fact, we're told it costs $15,000 to rent the field ... PLUS a $50,000 food and beverage minimum.

One Cowboys source told us when it's all said and done, the average field wedding is about $85,000.

U.S. soccer legend Landon Donovan has finally popped the question to GF Hannah Bartell ... and SHE SAID YES!

Donovan made the announcement on Facebook ... writing, "I recently got engaged to the love of my life, Hannah. I have never been this happy and I'm excited for our future together!"

As we previously reported, Hannah is a hotel sales exec ... and the two have been dating for more than a year-and-a-half.

Donovan was married once before to a woman named Bianca .. but they divorced in 2011. We're told Landon and Bianca are still "friendly."

We spotted Landon and Hannah on a date back in June together -- looking super happy.

Bobbi Kristina was never ever Mrs. Nick Gordon ... at least that's what her father Bobby Brown is claiming.

According to Bobby's attorney ... "Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon." For once, the Houston family agrees with Bobby Brown ... telling TMZ, Gordon and BK never officially wed.

Further, we're told by Houston family sources ... there are no legal documents that would allow Gordon to get any of the Whitney Houston fortune Bobbi Kristina inherited -- if she passes.

The fake marriage revelation flies in the face of several statements Bobbi Kristina and Nick both made on camera back in early 2014.

Shortly after the alleged wedding ... Bobby was visibly shocked when we broke the news to him, and he doubted it was true.
