Kamala Harris Madame Tussauds' 1st VP Wax Figure!!!

Kamala Harris is getting the Madame Tussauds treatment ... becoming the first Veep EVER to get immortalized by the famous wax museum.
Madame Tussauds New York on Wednesday released the work-in-progress clay head sculptures of President Biden and the VP. The resemblance is uncanny ... as MT's work usually is.
But, what's interesting here is Harris -- the first woman, Black and Asian-American VP -- becomes the first Vice President to whom Madame Tussauds' extends this honor.
It's a tradition for the wax museum to feature each U.S. president to get the honor. In fact, Madame Tussauds announced Biden would get his own figure following his Presidential win.
But, with the Biden-Harris administration inching close to their 100th day in office ... Madame Tussauds decided Harris would also be included ... with their clay heads created by a team of London-based studio artists. The meticulous work included the artists researching hundreds of pics to get as close to perfection.
Madame Tussauds says it took around 6 weeks to sculpt the figure and it'll take another 4 to 6 months to complete it. When it's done the final product will feature Biden and Harris wearing replica outfits from Inauguration Day.
Biden's outfit will feature a midnight blue Ralph Lauren suit and Harris will sport a purple coat, dress, gold and pearl necklace and pearl earrings.
Madame Tussauds will unveil the wax figures sometime this year and they'll be headed to the museum's "Oval Office" experience.

Dr. Fauci Pushes Back on Rogan's Vaxx Remark ... Young Folks SHOULD Get It
Joe Rogan's suggestion that young people don't need to get the vaccine isn't sitting well with Dr. Anthony Fauci, who says that's a totally selfish approach to battling a pandemic.
The Spotify podcaster got a lot of backlash this week for saying folks in their 20s aren't susceptible to serious illness if they get infected ... and adding that he'd tell them not to get vaccinated.
Fauci was on NBC Today and fired back at Rogan's remarks ... saying the guy is simply wrong. He notes that while, yes, younger people aren't as likely to get deathly ill from COVID ... that's not really the point.
He says those people can still contract it -- even without showing symptoms -- and give it to someone else, who might be more prone to getting sick ... and possibly even dying. So, in other words, Fauci says it's a me vs. the world mentality -- and a selfish notion to avoid getting vaccinated just because you think you're healthy and would be fine without it.
Spotify’s Joe Rogan encourages "healthy" young people not to get a coronavirus vaccine. His show is Spotify's most popular podcast.

JR, meanwhile, doesn't seem to have been down with a lot of the COVID protocols that were rolled out over the last year, and has often questioned the legitimacy of CDC guidelines. He's also entertained conspiracy theories and speculation over COVID ... without any expertise on the matter.
Joe's got a massive audience tuning in weekly, so ya get why Fauci -- and others in medicine and science -- are so concerned about him spreading anti-vax ideas at such a critical moment in the pandemic.

Derek Chauvin Juror No Pressure for a guilty verdict ... Hardest Part Was Déjà Vu
-
Breaking News
- 10.2K shares
One of the jurors on Derek Chauvin's trial says there was no pressure to reach a guilty verdict -- but does explain the most difficult part of the job ... seeing the videos on replay.
Brandon Mitchell -- Juror #52 on the case -- did an early blitz of interviews Wednesday morning ... sitting down with 'CBS This Morning' and 'Good Morning America.' He offered interesting insights on both, but told CBS what everyone's been wanting to know.
Gayle King asked Mitchell if he or his peers felt heat from the public to deliver guilty verdicts on all counts -- especially 2nd-degree murder, the heaviest of charges -- but he tells her straight up ... nope. He admits there was stress, but not the kind you might expect.
Watch for yourself ... sounds like the jurors stomachs turned every time they had to watch George Floyd die -- which happened countless times throughout the 3-week proceedings. You can also tell Mitchell took a lot of what was discussed at trial personally ... as he himself is a tall Black man, similar in stature to Floyd.
Robin Roberts asked another lingering question ... how were they able to reach consensus so quickly, and were there any holdouts??? Mitchell spilled on that as well -- and, surprisingly, he tells her there weren't any major hang-ups ... except on how to interpret the instructions.
Mitchell explains that once they went around the room and read the instructions back multiple times over ... the one juror who was hesitant finally came around, and the rest is history.
4/20/21
As you know ... Chauvin was found guilty on all counts, and can spend upwards of 40 years behind bars, depending on how sentencing goes. He's scheduled to hear his fate on that front in late June ... and, in the meantime, is sitting in jail.

Omni Hoverboards Average Joe$ Can Buy, Fly New Craft All By Summer's End!!!

Marty McFly may be a fictional character with a prop that serves as a cool hoverboard but soon your average (wealthy) Joe may have the chance to actually own one ... 'cause they're ready to hit the market this summer.
Alexandru Duru and Philippe Maalouf, co-founders of Omni Hoverboards, tell TMZ ... their company is very close to bringing a new hoverboard model to market.
This man is living in 2030! 🔥 pic.twitter.com/fgXLCEPldS

That means ... the public will soon be able to buy a limited supply that will be made available summer or late 2021. But, hoverboard riders will have to plunk down a small fortune for the craft. We are told pricing is still a work in progress, but the 10-propellor model is expected to fetch around $36k.
We're told Omni wants to eventually sell an 8-propellor model that could retail for around $27k.
Hoverboards are all the rage right now. As we reported ... some dude was seen zipping through the streets over the weekend. And, for the record, that hoverboard does NOT belong to Omni. But, it sure created tons of buzz that the technology's there to make Michael J. Fox's dream a reality.
Truth is ... Omni's past models and most hoverboard competitors last about 1 to 3 minutes in the air, which is why most hoverboard clips on social media are short. The new model could stay airborne for 30 minutes.
Omni has been at it for some time now trying to get its hoverboards off the ground. In 2015, its mark-1 prototype earned a Guinness record by traveling a total distance of 905 feet.
Omni's hoverboard also delivered the game ball at the Portuguese Cup Final back in 2017. Pretty cool visual, for sure ... but the Omni founders do warn caution that while it's cool to see a hoverboard zip through the streets ... it's safer to hover over water.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Gave Caitlyn Jenner CA Gov. Advice ... Told Her She Could Win
-
Exclusive Details
- 1.9K shares
8:55 AM PT -- Turns out Jimmy Kimmel was on to something with his question about Arnold talking to Caitlyn personally -- because we've learned there's truth to it and then some.
Sources close to Caitlyn tell TMZ ... yes, Caitlyn and Arnold spoke before she announced she'd be running. It's unclear how long before, but we've been told they talked ... and that Caitlyn sought Arnold's advice, for obvious reasons.
There's also this ... our sources say Arnold told her she could win, even encouraging her to throw her hat in the ring.
Like he alluded to on Jimmy's show, Caitlyn has been a friend of his for a long time now. Fun fact ... she even served as Arnold's Sports Commissioner while he was in office.
Caitlyn Jenner is following in Arnold Schwarzenegger's footsteps in her bid for Governor of California -- and wouldn't you know it ... the man himself has some sage advice!!!
The former Governator did Jimmy Kimmel's show Monday night and was asked what he made of the former Olympian taking a crack at politics, like Arnold did almost two decades ago. Long story short ... Arnold says she could win.
Now, Arnold stopped short of endorsing Caitlyn ... but did note that, just like in his 2003 race, anybody could take the prize based on how dissatisfied Californians seem to be with Gavin Newsom. And yes, that includes Ms. Jenner herself.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Ahnald says it'll be far from a cakewalk for Caitlyn, though, despite her fame. He tells Jimmy there will probably be upwards of 100 Republican candidates vying for the job -- about the same number in his race.
So, how should Caitlyn stand out in the crowd? Arnold dished some advice, saying gubernatorial candidates need to have a sharp vision that they can easily communicate to the masses. Not just that, but he says they gotta be able to convince folks why they're qualified.
It also sounds like the ex-Gov might've actually spoken with Caitlyn already about her bid ... but he didn't go into deets of what they might've discussed. What's also obvious here is that the guy's trying to be diplomatic ... he notes he's buds with Newsom AND Caitlyn, and doesn't wanna show his support one way or another at this point.
Still, ya gotta wonder who he'll vote for come election day. Based on what he's saying here ... we'd say it's a toss-up.

A young Aussie Rules football fan's face met an unfortunate fate at a game over the weekend ... the poor kid got drilled by a ball from dozens of yards away, and multiple cameras shot the whole thing!
The incident all went down Sunday in Australia ... when Port Adelaide star Connor Rozee kicked a bullet through the uprights against St. Kilda.
A 5-year-old in the stands was hoisted up by his brother in an attempt to catch the ball as it came crashing down ... but the ball ended up clanking off the little guy's face!!

Check out the footage from several different angles ... the ball sadly smashed the hell out of Sonny Ah-Matt's dome -- and everyone watching was stunned!!
Fortunately, the little kid was a trooper ... and shook off the stinger no problem!!
"He was fine," Ah-Matt's mother told 9News Australia. "And then, at the end of the game, he's standing up, cheering and singing the song."
As for why the little guy tried to make the catch ... his brother explained he offered up $100 to Sonny if he could haul in the ball on the fly.
Not the best decision, considering the ball's basically half Ah-Matt's size -- but, hey, good job, good effort!
Ah-Matt's brother said he'd probably end up giving the little guy $50 for his troubles ... and Port Adelaide ended up getting the win -- so, good times all around for Sonny, we're sure.
Now go ice up, son!

Chadwick Boseman Celebs React to Weird Oscars Snub Anthony Hopkins Responds
-
Exclusive
- 12.3K shares
A lot of people feel like the late Chadwick Boseman was snubbed at the 93rd Oscars -- including a handful of celebs who were at the show ... and they didn't bite their tongues.
We ran into actress Andra Day -- the nominated star from 'The United States Vs. Billie Holiday' -- Sunday night leaving Spring Place in Bev Hills, not too long after the show, and asked if she thought the Academy had gotten better with diversity ... and she said yes. Well, at least partly.
Watch ... she makes it clear they're moving in the right direction, but have a long way to go -- and that pivot starts long before the Oscars get handed out. Of course, we also had to ask about Chadwick losing the Best Actor Oscar to Sir Anthony Hopkins in rushed, anti-climatic finish.
AD kept it real with her answer, and so did her 'Billie Holiday' costar Evan Ross ... although, he put it in more diplomatic terms. Model Winnie Harlow, however, just let it rip with her Chadwick hot take.
Speaking of Hopkins (who wasn't even at Union Station to receive his award) -- he posted a gracious thank you message last night, but also seemed stunned to have won, and gave a shout-out to Chadwick. Fact is, Sir AH was great as the lead in 'The Father' ... so, it's hard for anyone to say he didn't earn his win.
Here's why people thought Chadwick was a shoo-in to win, though -- one, his performance has been called stellar in 'Ma Rainey's Black Bottom' (his last role before he died).
But, more importantly ... the entire award show seemed to be heading in that direction -- show producer Steven Soderbergh literally bumped Best Picture ahead of schedule just for a Best Actor finale.
Instead, Hopkins won ... and wasn't on hand to accept. It was awkward -- and folks question why they changed the traditional order of awards. It sure misled the audience into thinking one thing, but delivering another. Plot twist!

Regina King Opens the Oscars ... Talks Chauvin Verdict Immediately
-
Breaking News
- 22.8K shares
Regina King was the first presenter to kick off the 93rd Academy Awards -- and she instantly got into the Derek Chauvin trial ... with a powerful message to audiences at home.
The actor/director -- who's actually nominated for an Oscar this year with her film "One Night in Miami" -- made her way to the stage within Union Station in what looked like the opening of a film ... with a ton of "starring" credits being flashed across the screen.
Once she was in front of her audience, Regina didn't hesitate to talk about the big news of the week -- namely, that Chauvin had been found guilty of murdering George Floyd.
She said that the way that verdict went ultimately decided what she was going to be wearing on Sunday ... instead of heels, Regina says she might've been in marching boots had things gone a different direction. You could hear some in the crowd emphatically agree.
4/20/21
Regina also addressed viewers who were tuning in -- saying she knows folks might wanna change the channel when Hollywood starts to "preach" to them ... but she made a point that no amount of money will ever change how she digests these issues, or the fact that they are real in her own life with her own children. In other words, this is personal for her.
It doesn't look like any other presenters or winners thus far have gotten nearly as political as Regina did -- but we'll be keeping an eye out for other remarks about the climate right now.

Blueface Tells Ladies in Bunk Beds Get a Tattoo, or you can GTFO!!!
4:51 PM PT -- It looks like Blueface's tattoo shenanigans might actually be part of a new reality show he's been working on for the past several months, which is in the vein of 'Bad Girls Club' ... and streams exclusively on Only Fans. Not sure that makes us feel any better about this ... but alrighty then.
There's a strange scene unfolding in Blueface's world -- he's apparently got a bunch of girlfriends living under one roof ... whom he says need to get branded, or get lost.
That's definitely the vibe from a newly surfaced video that the L.A. rapper seems to have posted himself this past week ... which is just now bubbling up on social media. Blueface didn't post this on IG -- he doesn't have one these days -- so it might've gone up on Snap.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
At any rate, what was captured here is pretty troubling to watch on its face ... you see Blue walking through bedrooms that are full of bunk beds with women sleeping in them. He's waking them up, announcing that today is the day they're all getting tattoos.
No joke ... dude goes around badgering these ladies, asking where they're gonna get their tattoo ... and some of the women actually show him -- and they seem all in. At one point, you see the artwork being inked in ... and it appears to be a portrait of some sort. You even hear Blueface say during the video ... "Tattoo or go home. Which one is it?"
Unclear if Blue was directing them to get "Blueface" tattoos, per se ... but some people seem to think that's what he was doing.
If that's giving you cult-ish vibes -- you're not alone ... that's the comparison most others are drawing online. Some are even cracking R. Kelly jokes at Blue's expense ... but that might be going too far. It doesn't appear anything illegal is going on here ... at first glance, anyway.
While he might not be breaking the law ... this clip doesn't fare well for his image, as Blueface has already been accused of being misogynistic. You'll recall that crazy stripper fight he hosted at his crib -- which he fully seemed to be egging on at the time.

It might look like something straight out of 'Back to the Future' ... but it ain't -- this seems to be the real McCoy. How we know that is because someone linked to the company that manufactures this modern marvel of technology.
Hunter Kowald is the hoverboard aircraft developer -- and he touts his aircraft 'The Skysurfer' as the worlds smallest and most powerful hovercraft. The SkySurfer Aircraft has a total flight time of 20 minutes and starts at around $85k.
In any case, the road to the future appears to be paving its way as we speak. And as Doc Brown once said ... "where we're going, we don't need roads." Turns out ... he was right!

Police Use of Force Cop Punches Autistic Teen in Face ... 'Don't Make Me Hurt You More!'
A 17-year-old boy with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder was punched in the head by a cop, who threatened even more punishment.
The incident went down Wednesday in Vacaville, California. Cops responded to a call of a possible stabbing or assault with either a pipe or a knife and found Preston on his scooter. Preston was allegedly in a scuffle with a neighbor and picked up the alleged weapon but no one was injured.
In the video, you see the officer toss Preston's scooter to the side and order the teen to sit. He gets in Preston's face and the boy then gets up and tries to run. The cop grabs him, yanks him to the ground and delivers a punch to the head.
You hear Preston scream, "You punched me in the f***ing head." The officer responds ... "You're gonna get hurt. Don't make me hurt you more. Don't make me hurt you more."
Preston's dad, Adam Wolf, posted this ... "The officer screamed at him to sit down which he did. The officer then moved Aggressively toward my son, threw his scooter and got in his face. My son became fearful, as would any child with Autism. The officer went to touch Preston, at which point Preston moves away. At this point, Preston was confused and afraid and moves away from the officer even more."
Adam goes on ... At that point the officer felt it was a good idea to THROW Preston to the ground ... I don't believe that Preston will ever trust a police officer again. I am pro police, but I am not pro ABUSE! This individual and department must be held accountable for their actions. NO child, disability or not, deserves to be treated like this."
Police detained Preston for an hour ... he was cited and released.
The PD says it's investigating the incident and the officer didn't know Preston had special needs.

Elon Musk People Will Die Traveling to Mars
Elon Musk made a startling comment about the impending voyage to Mars, saying, "A bunch of people will probably die."
Elon was deep in conversation with Peter Diamandis, founder of the X Prize Foundation, when they talked about Musk's dream for humans to set foot on the Red Planet by 2026. NASA's projection was 2033.
Elon waxed a little poetic, saying, "Going to Mars reads like that advert for Shackleton going to the Antarctic. You know it is dangerous. It's uncomfortable, and it's a long journey."
And then, he lowered the boom ... "You might not come back alive, but it is a glorious adventure and it will be an amazing experience ... Yeah, honestly, a bunch of people will probably die in the beginning."
Thing is ... he may be truth-telling, despite people not wanting to hear it.
Elon's take is that the upside justifies the downside ... "For the first time in the four and a half billion year history of Earth it has been possible to extend life beyond Earth and make life multi-planetary."
He went on ... "Humanity is the agent of life and we have an obligation to ensure the creatures of Earth continue even if there is a calamity on Earth, whether it is man-made or a natural calamity - if you look at the fossil record there are many mass extinctions. It is about ensuring we pass that threshold where it is self-sustaining if some calamity prevents the ships from going there."
Musk, who was barefoot during the interview, ominously asked, "What comes first - a self-sustaining city on Mars or World War Three?"
BTW, Musk, who's going to host "Saturday Night Live" in a few weeks, wants to establish a self-sustaining civilization on Mars.

Ma'Khia Bryant Man Asks Cops If They'd Kill Him Like Her Cop Says Yeah, If He Had a Knife
A confrontation between police and a black man got heated with an officer's response to the question ... Will they kill him like they killed Ma'Khia Bryant?
Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.
The incident went down in Washington D.C. ... as one of the officers responded, "Are you going to stab somebody like her?"
That set the man off, as he fired back, "No, but she called y'all for help!"
It's unclear if the man was stopped by police or if it was just a conversation, but the exchange has drawn heavy criticism. The Metropolitan PD is aware of the incident and is investigating.
As you know by now, Ma'Khia Bryant, a 16-year-old from Columbus, OH, was shot and killed by a police officer as she lunged at another girl with a knife. The incident has raised questions, including why police didn't use a non-lethal taser and why the officer fired 4 times.
Authorities are investigating the shooting ... one of numerous such investigations that are being conducted around the country.

Susan Sarandon, Cynthia Erivo Go After Hidden Hospital Fees ... In Powerful Oscars PSA
-
Exclusive

Susan Sarandon and Cynthia Erivo are planning to draw attention to a little-discussed issue they want people to know about during the Academy Awards ... hospital pricing transparency.
TMZ has learned a PSA is set to air Sunday during ABC's broadcast of the award show -- which will star the two Oscar-caliber actresses doing a spot for a campaign known as Power to the Patients ... a national org that fights for patient rights when it comes to this issue.
We got a hold of the ad early, and it looks like Suze and Cynthia are fully on board with the effort ... noting that hospitals across the country are required by law -- as of this year -- to give patients a full rundown of what their services cost ... BEFORE using 'em on folks.
Most people who've been to the ER or who've had long-term hospital stays know this nightmare all too well ... you're in there getting treated for whatever it is you need, and not long after -- you get a FAT bill in the mail that amounts to tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of dollars you never knew you were agreeing to while being treated.
The whole idea here is educational ... basically letting people know they have a right to know going in, and not to be afraid to demand a hospital's staff to disclose that type of info.
It's a worthy cause, for sure, and one that'll definitely get eyeballs come showtime.

Elon Musk Set to Host 'SNL' in 2 Weeks ... Miley Cyrus Tagging Along
-
Breaking News
- 1.6K shares
Worlds will be colliding on "Saturday Night Live" in a couple weeks -- because the hottest tech wiz in the game is set to take up hosting duties ... and yes, we're talking Elon Musk.
The Tesla CEO was confirmed to be the 'SNL' host for the weekend of May 8 -- this after Miley Cyrus posted the famous sticky note bulletin board that showed Elon as host and her as the musical guest. At first, it wasn't clear if this was legit ... or just a stunt/joke.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Not too long after Miley posted, however, 'SNL' itself confirmed with the same announcement. They had a helluva way of teasing the appearance, too, writing ... "Musk See TV."
Elon hasn't responded to the news just yet -- but if 'SNL' is saying it's happening, we're pretty sure we can take that to the bank. It's probably one of the biggest host announcements they've had in a while ... since Eddie Murphy was said to be returning, tbh.
Of course, Elon is NOT a professional entertainer by traditional standards -- and that's usually who 'SNL' recruits to cameo on their show, especially when it comes to hosting. They usually stick with actors, musicians/artists, comics and/or athletes to take up the mantle ... although, they have deviated into other types of hosts over the years -- politicos, etc.
Folks will remember when 'SNL' had Donald Trump host in the run-up to the 2016 election. They also once had Steve Forbes on there as a host, as well as Rudy Giuliani and Al Sharpton. There've been other randos who've shown up and seemed out of place, but having Musk on would appear to be the first time 'SNL' has delved into the tech world for a host.
While Silicon Valley and its leaders are often skewered on 'SNL' -- it doesn't look like they've taken too many shots at Elon for him to turn 'em down. And, besides, the guy IS charismatic -- so he could make for a good host in the end. Let's see his comedy chops!

VHS Embezzlement Case Be Kind, Rewind & Oh, Plz Return it ... Or Else You're a Criminal!!!
A woman got a blast from the past in the worst possible way -- learning of embezzlement charges against her ... all 'cause she supposedly never returned a rented tape in the '90s.
This story comes out of Oklahoma -- where Caron McBride told KOKH FOX25 she'd recently stumbled across a stunning discovery re: her criminal record -- namely, that she was wanted for felony embezzlement because she never returned a VHS movie from 1999.
The film in question is "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" ... and prosecutors say she rented it from a video store called Movie Place ... which ain't a thing anymore. Because the movie never made it back to its rightful owner, the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office filed the embezzlement charge in 2000, and it's been sitting ever since.
Remember these? Yeah, that's a VHS tape.
— Erika Stanish (@Erika_Stanish) April 22, 2021 @Erika_Stanish
TONIGHT- an Oklahoma woman is trying to clear her record after learning she was charged w/ felony embezzlement for never returning 'Sabrina the Teenage Witch' on VHS tape from a 'Movie Place' 21 YEARS AGO. Hear from her on @OKCFOX at 9. pic.twitter.com/CE4aModOhI
McBride says she was never aware of the charge, or the fact that she'd even rented that movie. As a result, the charge has been sitting in limbo, with her wanted by authorities. McBride says she only became aware of it after trying to change her surname at the DMV.
She says she tried clearing it up with the D.A.'s office, but it took a while before they ultimately decided to dismiss the charges against her. Thing is, she's still gotta get that charge expunged from her record -- which will undoubtedly be another pain in the ass.
McBride says she'd been cut loose from several jobs over the past 20 years -- but without any explanation. Now, she says it's probably due to that lingering charge employers might've seen on a criminal background check. Thank God streaming services came along. 😅
