Kenya Moore insists she DID NOT fake her dog's death for ratings and is disgusted at reports that claim otherwise.

On Sunday's episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Kenya revealed her pooch of seven years -- a Yorkie named Velvet -- had died after being viciously attacked by a neighbor's dog.

But the day after the episode aired, reports came out claiming the dog was alive and well and living with her friend Brandon DeShazer ... and that Moore had FAKED the death to drive up ratings.

DeShazer -- who posted a series of old photos of Velvet when the show aired that sparked the rumor -- calls the reports "vile" and "irresponsible," telling TMZ, "Anybody who has pets knows the kind of love you develop for them. To report that something like that would be staged … it’s disgusting."

We're told Moore is still heartbroken over Velvet's passing and calls the reports "evil."

A Long Island man is suing a nursing home on behalf of his 85-year-old mother ... claiming she was swindled out of money and humiliated when the home shipped in male strippers.

Franklin Youngblood claims he found the photo of his mom Bernice at the East Neck Nursing Center. He says when he confronted the nurses, they stonewalled him and even tried to snatch the pic away.

Youngblood says he learned the strippers were hired as part of an "entertainment event" planned by the facility and that it wasn't just a one-time thing.

Youngblood claims his mother suffers from Alzheimer's, advanced dementia and is confined to a wheelchair, which made her unable to fend off the stripper. He also claims the dollar bills were taken from her personal account.

The facility has yet to comment.

Corey Feldman is clearly in demand -- in his own mind -- because he's not jumping to sign on for a "Goonies" sequel unless producers meet his demands.

TMZ broke the story ... "Goonies" director Richard Donner says he's making a sequel to the movie 28 years later and wants the entire cast to return -- but Feldman's not down just yet.

Feldman unloaded online saying Donner tried selling him a similar story a few months ago -- Corey claims Donner promised Spielberg was involved as well -- but he's skeptical.

Corey adds, "It can't be done without a perfect script! We all must be certain that it doesn't miss the magic of the original."

The real-life Wolf of Wall Street Jordan Belfort got an instant movie review -- from the U.S. Government -- which took notice that Belfort was still living high on the hog despite owing millions.

TMZ has obtained legal docs filed by Uncle Sam 2 weeks after the movie premiered. According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the government zeroed in on 2 lavish homes they think he owns in a swanky L.A. beachside community.

The government is putting its paws on the Hermosa Beach homes because Belfort is on the hook for $110 MILLION.

The government placed liens on both properties in an effort to enforce the judgment on behalf of the investors he bilked.

It's interesting ... a company in NYC that got a $27K judgment against Belfort got a lien on a 3rd property in the same area.

Mother nature tried her best to ruin a Waka Flocka Flame gig on Friday night ... so the rapper said screw it, and took his outdoor show INSIDE AN ACTUAL LIVING ROOM!

Waka -- no stranger to sell out arena shows -- had a concert Friday at the University of Alabama's Delta Chi fraternity ... and it was supposed to be held in the backyard.

However, promoters say they were forced to move things into the living room when rain got too intense -- and based on the video, it looks the scene change made for a bad ass concert.

Waka requested 40 bottles of cheap champagne for the event -- which ran the frat over $25k.

Jeremy Piven might be in for a big surprise -- a hot blonde Australian model whom he's rumored to have dated is MARRIED with a DAUGHTER ... and she was arrested after allegedly attacking her husband when he confronted her.

31-year-old Sophie Turner was busted March 23rd for felony domestic violence after an argument with her husband Gianmichele Gennari allegedly erupted into violence.

Gianmichele claims he confronted Sophie last month with what he called her "sexually provocative choices" ... including abandoning both him and their daughter on February 8 ... allegedly hooking up with Jeremey at a Santa Monica hotel. She eventually came home at 3:30 AM.

Gianmichele claims Sophie often leaves the house in slutty dresses and doesn't wear her wedding ring, flaunting to the paparazzi she's single and available ... often staying out all night.

Gianmichele says Sophie responded to his complaints by attacking him ... causing facial cuts and scratches on his arm and neck. He says she was so crazy she ripped the shirt right off his body.

Jeremy Piven has been linked to Sophie for years -- as early as 2010. Sophie says they're just friends. We came across a couple of video clips over the last few years that show Jeremy and Sophie awfully cozy.

Sophie's been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Gianmichele and their daughter until a court hearing later this month.

Sophie's attorney Tiffany Feder says the model maintains her innocence, adding, "Sophie has always maintained a distinction between her public persona and her private life for the benefit of her family."

Bill Maher believes there's a secret gay mafia ... and the "Real Time" host says the group will take out anybody who stands in its way.

Maher's show panel Friday night was discussing the recent drama surrounding Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich stepping down from the company -- after he faced criticism for donating money in '08 to support a ballot initiative banning same-sex marriage.

Watch the video ... Maher seems to think a big group of powerful gay men seek revenge against anyone who doesn't believe in their political views -- and that's why Eich was ousted.

The singer was rollin' through Miami Friday on a segway with a felonious design ... which now matches a Range Rover that makes Justin Bieber's reflective whip look understated.

According to new docs in her ongoing perfume lawsuit, Snooki has asked for her upcoming deposition NOT to be recorded -- now that the embarrassing Bieber precedent has been set.

TMZ got the video showing Bieber making a complete ass out of himself last month in his photog-beating deposition. Bieber tried painfully hard to look cool and rebellious, but ended up sounding like an arrogant, inarticulate, self-entitled goofball ... for all the world to see.

A judge will probably make the final decision, and if he cares at all about entertainment value, he'll let the cameras roll.

Andrew Dice Clay hates his marriage but he loves his wife -- so he filed for divorce ... even though the comedian plans to stay with his woman 'til death do they part.

The Diceman filed the papers last month -- but he tells TMZ, it's NOT because he wants to get away from his wife Valerie Vasquez.

56-year-old Clay says, "The word 'marriage' was putting a pressure on our relationship and since we filed, we’ve been more in love and have had more respect for each other than ever before." Clay says the couple even celebrated their divorce at a fancy Hollywood restaurant.

Vasquez and Clay were married in Vegas on Valentine's Day in 2010. They have no kids together.

The woman who passed over Jon Hamm on a dating show back in 1996 would do it all again ... telling TMZ Live she wouldn't trade her husband for "one thousand Jon Hamms!"

As TMZ first reported, the man who would be Don Draper appeared on a show called "The Big Date" long before appearing on "Mad Men" ... and got passed over by TWO different women on the show.

TMZ Live managed to track down Mary, one of the women from the show, who says she is aware Hamm went on to become famous ... but says she's never seen an episode of "Mad Men."

What she was not aware of ... was Hamm's reputation in the man region. Of course ... we told her.

Our street art sources tell us Perry contacted a local graffiti artist named RISK to scout locations where they could plaster the Aerosmith logo and "Let Rock Rule" ... the name of their upcoming tour.

Problem is it caused a major issue for the owner of the building -- who tells TMZ they were slated to do a photo shoot on the wall Perry defaced.

The owner says he's a big Aerosmith fan so he's not pressing charges -- but he had no idea about Perry's tagging mission ... and was forced to push back their client's shoot so they could paint over the wall ASAP (below).

Law enforcement sources tell us if Perry is caught in the act -- marketing or not -- he will be arrested for vandalism.

We reached out to Perry ... and in true rockstar fashion he said, "let the music do the talking."

The worst decision you've ever made doesn't compare to the two women who DID NOT pick Jon Hamm on a dating show waaaaay before he hit it big.

Back in 1996, 25-year-old Hamm looked like Don Draper -- if he was in the witness protection program -- when he went on a show called "The Big Date" ... hosted by Mark L. Walberg, who now hosts "Antiques Roadshow."

Brooke Burke Charvet was so afraid her car would veer into oncoming traffic yesterday, that she drove it up a hill and into a fence on purpose ... to avoid a bad accident.

Brooke got into a minor accident yesterday in Malibu and scratched up her sweet Maserati. Cops were suspicious enough that they gave her a field sobriety test.

But Brooke was stone cold sober, explaining the ABS system on her Maserati had failed. She said her only concern was for the safety of the small children in her car ... and that's why she drove it into a fence ... rather than risk hitting another car.

An artist who defaced several works of famed graffiti artist Banksy has been charged with the crime of vandalism -- which is pretty incredible since Banksy's collection is itself an act of vandalism.

David William Noll has been charged with FELONY vandalism. According to the criminal complaint -- obtained by TMZ -- Noll defaced 2 of Banksy's most famous works -- Girl on Swing and Peeing Dog.

The L.A. County D.A. filed FOUR separate vandalism charges, because Noll allegedly defaced both works and 5 days later went back and used paint remover on the walls. Max penalty -- 5 years in prison.

Noll could end up on L.A.'s stupidest criminals list ... because he recorded himself painting over Banksy's art, and then posted it on YouTube. The LAPD got a search warrant to get his info from YouTube, and then nabbed the 35-year-old at his mom's house in Modesto.

We asked the D.A. why they didn't also charge Banksy, since he too was a vandal ... and a bragger at that.

The D.A. says the only way they will prosecute for vandalism is if the property owner complains -- and Banksy got lucky ... no one complained about his art ... but they definitely weren't into Noll's handiwork.

According to the LAPD police report ... the company that owns the Girl On Swing building -- a jeweler called Tarina Tarantino -- believes Banksy's work increased the value of the property by $650,000.
