Cris "Cyborg" Justino says the fact Ronda Rousey considered suicide after her loss to Holly Holm proves she has a "weak mind."

We had initially asked Cyborg if she thought Miesha Tate had crossed the line by bringing up Rousey's post-fight depression on "TMZ Sports" Monday ... and that's when Cyborg went in.

"When you fight, you can lose, you can win. It's a sport. You cannot think you want suicide because you lose one fight."

If rapping ever fails for Matisyahu ... he could write an awesome how-to manual for dealing with pesky fans and their phones.

Matisyahu was performing at The Wiltern in L.A. Wednesday and brought a bunch of fans onstage while he performed "One Day." You can see in the video, one girl decided it was her chance to snap a selfie with the rapper. Bad decision.

Adele kicked off her world tour by helping a female fan take a leap of faith ... dropping a Leap Year proposal on her boyfriend in the middle of the concert -- but it did not go as planned.

No one will question the power of Adele's voice, but during Monday night's show in Belfast ... even that wasn't enough to convince the reluctant dude to say "yes" to his gf.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter -- a new Universal Studios Hollywood park -- is 2 months from launch, and there's a problem ... it makes people barf.

The ride is supposed to be a carbon copy of the one that's already up and running at Universal in Orlando. It takes thrill seekers on a 3D broom ride through Hogwarts Castle and other iconic locations from the book.

Problem is ... something about the Hollywood ride is different and makes people hurl. The guinea pigs, aka Universal employees, who have jumped on the broom haven't been able to handle the adventure, and the engineers are trying to figure out what's different from the Orlando ride.

We reached out to Universal for comment ... so far, no word back.

Captain Monte Colburn from "Deadliest Catch" just paid the piper for a crime on the high seas.

Turns out the captain was on the hunt for crab in an area that was strictly off limits. The excursion went down in November, during the taping of his show.

The reality is ... he could have gotten away with it, but there was a non-deadly catch. When he docked his boat, Fish and Game officials inspected his catch and found a certain species -- Opilio crab that live in waters that are protected during that time of year. In other words ... busted.

Monte was slapped with a $750 fine, which he just paid.

BTW ... last season Monte enraged his brother, Capt. Keith, by pulling the same stunt.

Mike Tyson says he thinks Brad Pitt is a "really nice guy" -- which is interesting considering he once caught the guy about to have sex with his estranged wife.

Iron Mike was on "The Real" when he was asked to recall that infamous moment back in the '80s when he caught his then (estranged) wife Robin Givens sneaking around their house with Pitt.

The whole thing is funny ... Tyson says he was actually at the house hoping to bang Givens one last time before they hashed it out with divorce lawyers when he saw Robin with Brad.

Mike says he doesn't think they actually banged -- though he thinks they were about to -- and says Pitt was goofy and stoney when he confronted the actor.

Now, almost 30 years later ... Tyson says he holds no grudges against Pitt -- and praises him as a nice guy.

Wonder how Brad feels about the whole thing.

Kim Cattrall is pissed about a reckless teenage driver ... who smashed into her house.

Kim posted the crazy pics outside her Vancouver Island, BC home, saying, "A senseless 16 yr old driver plowed into my home Joy Riding @ 1 am. People cld have been killed. U should b ashamed."

The "Sex and the City" actress also tweeted the pics to MADD.

According to Kim, four people, including the driver and her friends could have been hurt during Tuesday morning's crash, but amazingly no one was injured. As Kim put it, the driver is "home free to drive around today."

A local report says cops are investigating.

Kylie Jenner could have an unwelcome visitor soon ... a repo man looking for a G-Wagon.

We've learned, a repo company has been hired to reclaim a 2013 G-Wagon Tyga owned ... it's the same one he gave to Blac Chyna. Remember, Tyga had it repainted last August and Kylie was seen driving it to her birthday dinner at Nobu. It looked like it was her birthday present, but she denied it.

According to the docs we've seen, Tyga hasn't made payments on the SUV since October, and now the repo company is on the hunt. The docs ID Kylie as Tyga's girlfriend and give her address as a possible place to repo the G-Wagon.

Our repo sources say the company has been trying to get the whip since last month, but they've been thwarted because it's been parked at Kylie's house and she's behind 2 security gates.

This is the latest in what seems to be a series of Tyga's financial woes. He was slapped with tax liens totaling $120,000 and also faced eviction for non-payment of rent.

United runs a piss poor airline, according to a passenger who claims someone at the carrier opened her luggage and peed on her clothes.

Laura Henry tells TMZ she flew from Newark to San Fran last week and all seemed fine, until she unpacked her bags. She says to her horror she discovered someone had urinated on her clothing and the lining of the luggage ... claiming the liquid was yellow and it reeked of pee.

Henry took the bag to SFO Airport the next day and filed a complaint. She says the United rep called BS on her story but said someone would get back to her.

We contacted UA and an official told us they don't believe anyone peed on her clothing ... there was no evidence or smell of pee on anything. In a show of good will the airline is paying for a new bag. Henry says she put the garments in the wash for a few cycles and the stain and smell are gone.

The voice behind the viral "Damn Daniel" video fell victim to a prank Tuesday when someone called cops saying there'd been a shooting at his house.

Law enforcement tells TMZ they responded to a call around 1 AM to the Riverside, CA home after the caller said a boy had shot his mom in the head with an AK-47. However, it all turned out to be a hoax ... officers cleared the scene and determined no one at the house was involved.

The "Damn Daniel" video has blown up with nearly 294k retweets and 380k favorites.

We're told there are no suspects.

Gwyneth Paltrow's alleged stalker is still a threat to the actress ... no matter what the jury said in his felony stalking case -- so says the LAPD.

LAPD cops with direct knowledge of Dante Soiu tell us ... they're surprised a jury found him not guilty, but it doesn't mean Gwyneth is safe. Soiu has showed signs of mental instability over a period of years, and a dangerous obsession with the actress.

We're told LAPD officials will meet with prosecutors to figure out why the case went south and how to shore up any future case against Soiu. One thing is clear ... the LAPD doesn't think this is the end of Soiu and his bizarre conduct toward Gwyneth.

Aaron Carter's looking less tween idol and more "Sons of Anarchy" these days thanks to some fresh ink on his neck ... and that's just the start.

Kate Hudson and Nick Jonas were remarkably calm after a photog opened their car door to snap some shots.

Kate and Nick were leaving Pace restaurant near the Sunset Strip Wednesday when a photog thought it was a good idea to open the passenger door and take some pictures. Kate was clearly shocked and let out a squeal, but other than that neither flinched as they left.

U.S. Olympic legend Amy Van Dyken just got a full-fledged apology from the U.S. Postal Service -- after a USPS truck blocked her from parking in a disabled spot at her neurologist's office.

Amy -- who uses a wheelchair after suffering a spinal cord injury back in 2014 -- took video at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix ... showing a truck parked in the disabled space despite the fact there are BUNCH of other open spaces in the parking lot.

Now, we've learned the USPS has reached out to Amy to apologize calling the situation "absolutely unacceptable."

In fact, the USPS sent a statement to Van Dyken saying ... "The action documented in your video is against Postal Service policy and is absolutely not acceptable behavior."

"We sincerely apologize for your experience, and assure you we are looking into this situation to ensure it does not happen again in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's property is strictly a no pee zone ... just ask the guy who almost got arrested.

Our law enforcement sources say cops were called to the couple's Hollywood Hills home last week after their security guards noticed a man lurking in the bushes.

They thought they had a trespasser on their hands, so they detained him until the men in blue arrived.

Turns out it was just nature's call. The guy was homeless and in desperate need of a leak. He had no outstanding warrants at the time and no history of bothering the Jolie-Pitts. Cops looked at surveillance video and the story checked out.

We're told neither Brad nor Angie were home at the time.

Val Chmerkovskiy is being sued by a 16-year-old girl with Down Syndrome, who claims the 'DWTS' pro caused her severe emotional distress by posting a pic that mocked her.

The girl claims in 2008 she was at a baseball game and someone took the picture of her drinking a soda. The guy posted the pic with the heading, "Everything that's wrong with America."

The pic became a meme in 2014, and Val posted it 3 weeks ago on Facebook. The caption on the meme read, "Letting your kid become obese should be considered child abuse."

The girl claims, thanks to Val and CBS News -- which also posted the pic -- the meme went viral and she's been humiliated. She says her mom sent several emails to Val asking him to take down the meme, and he responded with a post that read in part, "I am truly sorry for the lack of sensitivity ... You're handicapping your kid, and they're defenseless."

Val went on to criticize the girl's mom, saying, "They don't know better. That's why you're there."

The lawsuit essentially says the reason the girl has weight issues is because of her condition.

The suit alleges defamation, emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
