Federal prosecutors are demanding Anna Kepner’s stepbrother be locked up after he was accused of raping and murdering his sister ... TMZ has learned.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors call Anna’s brother -- only identified as T.H. in paperwork -- a “danger to others” and argue he should not be released on bond.
The prosecutors said that the evidence “demonstrated the offense conduct that [T.H.] engaged in involved the most serious, egregious, and violative crimes one person can inflict upon another.”

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Lindsie asked the court to order David to stop harassing, abusing, and intimidating her.
Lindsie says she dated David for two years, and they stayed at each other’s homes. In her filing, she says the relationship ended after his recent arrest on April 10. In the filing, Lindsie said she went to dinner with David the night before his arrest and claims he saw a photo on her phone that he thought was a photo of another man.
She alleged that he became verbally aggressive until she was able to explain that the photo was of him, not another man. She said David apologized once he realized he was wrong.
California Congressman Eric Swalwell says he’s stepping down from Capitol Hill -- and he’s owning up to past mistakes while blasting what he calls a rush to judgment in Washington.
In a statement announcing his resignation he posted to X, Swalwell apologized to his family, staff, and constituents for what he described as “mistakes in judgment” -- but made it clear he’s not backing down from a separate allegation he insists is flat-out false.
Swalwell says he plans to fight that accusation head-on … but at the same time, he admitted the controversy has become a distraction he doesn’t want hanging over the people he represents.
