Ex-USC football player Osa Masina was sentenced to 3 years behind bars on Tuesday after pleading guilty to 3 counts of misdemeanor sexual battery ... but will only be locked up for 1 year.

Masina learned his fate at a Salt Lake City courthouse Tuesday afternoon ... after the 19-year-old victim re-told her testimony ... saying she was anally raped by Masina after falling asleep at a party back in 2016.

She also said Masina engaged in oral sex with her while she was asleep.

The ex-USC linebacker was initially charged with rape and two counts of forcible sodomy -- both 1st degree felonies ... but accepted a plea deal on lesser charges in October.

Once Masina gets out, he will spend the next 2 years on probation.

Tom Izzo's won the NCAA tournament and been to 7 Final Fours ... but from the looks of it, the happiest moment of his life was being on the set of "Judge Mathis."

The legendary Michigan State basketball coach was a special guest on the courtroom reality show ... and dude was cheesin' like it was his damn wedding day.

Mathis was presiding over a diehard Ohio State fan (from Michigan!!), so he had to throw shade and shout out Coach Izzo -- who couldn't get enough.

Two male models alleged famed photographer Bruce Weber forced them to touch their genitals ... leading to depression, substance abuse and ruined careers.

Jason Boyce and Mark Ricketson appeared with attorney Lisa Bloom Tuesday at a news conference ... where Boyce publicly spoke for the first time about allegations detailed in a lawsuit filed Friday. At the time, Boyce was 28 and Weber 68.

Ricketson said his encounter with Weber -- whose work for Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Gianni Versace has appeared in GQ, Vogue and countless other magazines -- went down when he was 18 years old during a breathing exercise.

Ricketson said he "knew that if he protested or refused we would be blacklisted." Ricketson, however, isn't suing because Bloom said the statute of limitations has passed.

LaVar Ball says the punishment UCLA dropped on his son, LiAngelo, is worse than him going to jail ... saying the school shouldn't "hang him on a cross" over one mistake.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... LaVar is pulling LiAngelo from UCLA due to the school's decision to indefinitely suspend his son. The Ball family patriarch now tells CNN's Chris Cuomo the decision wasn't just his and, in fact, Gelo agreed with the call.

LaVar says Gelo trusted him to make the decision because ... he was gonna be 1 and done -- leaving UCLA after one season, and then heading to the NBA or Europe.

LaVar says there's no reconsidering -- the decision's done.

LiAngelo -- along with LaVar -- also appeared on the Today show ... and talked about shoplifting in China, getting caught by the cops, and spending time in Chinese jail.

Randy Travis' DWI arrest video has finally been released by Texas officials, and it's apparent the singer is out of it.

The video is 3 hours long ... we've posted a portion where Randy is clearly agitated and praying to God.

The 2012 footage of Randy's arrest was released Monday after a federal judge denied the country singer's request to keep it private.

As we reported ... Travis filed a lawsuit in September to keep his arrest vid under wraps, claiming it would be a violation of his privacy rights because he was exhausted, intoxicated and medicated.

Travis crashed his Trans Am and was found naked at the crash scene after walking to a convenience store ... also in the nude.

Travis' rep tells TMZ, "Randy's behavior was extremely altered the evening of his arrest due to the state of his mental health, and substances in his body, causing him to do and say things that were entirely out of character," adding he suffered a severe concussion as a result of the crash.

The rep goes on ... "Randy is deeply apologetic for his actions that evening. A man of integrity with a good heart, Randy does not and will never condone these type of actions that distort the true beliefs of Randy Travis and his entire family."

Katy Perry and the Archdiocese of L.A. just won $15 million.

Katy had a deal to buy a convent from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. It's unclear, but it looks like Katy want to use the convent as a home. Thing is, a restaurant owner named Dana Hollister claimed she had already bought the convent from 2 nuns.

The Archdiocese went to the nuns and said they had no right to sell the property. That launched a 2-year battle over who had the right to sell the property.

Bill O'Reilly is being sued by a woman he settled up with in a harassment case, claiming he violated a clause in their agreement that prohibited him from talking trash about her.

Rachel Bernstein, who was a junior producer at FOX News, claims she settled a lawsuit in 2002 for an undisclosed amount. She claimed O'Reilly was extremely abusive toward her.

O'Reilly made a statement to The New York Times last April, which triggered Bernstein's lawsuit. O'Reilly said, "In my more than 20 years at Fox News Channel, no one has ever filed a complaint about me with the Human Resources Department, even on the anonymous hotline."

Bernstein says O'Reilly's statement is false, claiming she repeatedly complained to HR and various Fox execs.

Ben McAdoo is out as NY Giants head coach ... less than 2 seasons after taking over the job, according to reports.

The last place, 2-10 Giants lost again on Sunday ... falling 24-17 to the Raiders in Oakland. However, it was the benching of star QB Eli Manning that had the sports world up in arms ... and fans calling for BM's head.

McAdoo wasn't always hated in NYC ... he got off to a great start with the Giants last year, going 11-5 and making the playoffs.

12 games after playing a playoff game in Green Bay ... McAdoo is unemployed.

The NYG have also reportedly fired GM Jerry Reese -- who was the general manager for the Giants last 2 Super Bowl wins.

Tom Brady hopes he won't have to play without Rob Gronkowski next week ... despite the superstar tight end's controversial late hit on a defenseless Bills player on Sunday.

TB12 spoke with 'Kirk and Callahan' on WEEI Monday morning and addressed the hit on Tre'Davious White -- resulting in a concussion -- saying Gronk lashed out after growing frustrated with unfair calls earlier in the game.

"It's an emotional game and these are like spur of the moment things, they just happen," Brady says.

"You always love to keep your cool all the time but you're in a sport where you're trying to run and block and hit and tackle and be physical and aggressive. That's why people tune in."

FSU quarterback Deondre Francois says Jimbo Fisher didn't do him the courtesy of giving a heads up before bailing for the Texas A&M coaching job ... and he's clearly pissed.

Jimbo resigned from his job in Tallahassee on Friday to accept a 10-year, $75 MILLION fully guaranteed deal with the Aggies, according to reports.

Matias Messi allegedly told a security guard at the Fighiera fishing club that he cut his face by colliding with a sandbar ... but after police discovered a .380 handgun inside Matias' motorboat, they tried (and failed) to track him down for questioning.

The Messi family is pissed over all the accusations -- issuing a statement today saying Matias was NOT carrying a gun on the boat ... and has been MIA because he's at the hospital prepping for surgery.

Federal prosecutors are going after the top secret "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" and Wayne's legendarily unreleased album, along with a bunch of cash. Remember, the pharma bro purchased the Wu-Tang album for 2 million bucks, and apparently got his hands on 'Carter V.' He infamously leaked a few tracks.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors are going after Martin's assets -- totaling nearly $7.4 million -- to pay down what he owes in restitution after getting convicted of defrauding investors. Among the items feds wanna seize:

-- $5 million in cash currently held in an E-Trade brokerage account
-- Shares held in Turing Pharmaceuticals
-- An Enigma machine
-- A Picasso painting

Rick Pitino is suing the University of Louisville Athletic Association for 38 MILLION DOLLARS ... claiming they breached his contract when they gave him the ax in October.

In the lawsuit -- filed in U.S. District Court -- Pitino's attorney is attempting to recoup the $4.3 million his client was to make each year through 2026 ... 9 seasons worth of salary.

The suit states that the ULAA -- the part of the University that oversees athletics -- didn't give Pitino a 10-day notice prior to firing him -- as his attorney says was mandated by his contract.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are giving friends and family an extra day to recover from their wedding because they're reportedly tying the knot over Memorial Day Weekend.

The wedding date is set for Saturday, May 26 ... according to one British tabloid. That would work out perfectly not only for their American guests, but also the Brits. That Monday is a Bank Holiday in the UK.

As we reported, they're getting hitched at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle outside of London.
