This might sound random as hell if you haven't heard Shay Shay's recent "Nightcap" podcast episode with Chad Johnson ... so let us explain.

Last month, Ochocinco decided to try and play matchmaker for Shannon ... pitching the idea of setting him up with Kim K, as they're both single, goal-oriented and focused on their businesses.

"Y'all could be like Power Rangers, or a power couple, whatever they call it," the former Bengals star said ... adding Sharpe could have the same blowup Travis Kelce got from dating Taylor Swift.

Despite Ochocinco's best efforts, Sharpe isn't into the idea ... 'cause when we chopped it up with him at LAX this week, he shot it down.

"Kim has enough going on," Sharpe told us. "She's an outstanding businesswoman and what she's been able to do. That family is amazing but I got too much on my plate. She has too much on her plate and plus I'm too private of a guy. I don't want to live a public life."

Of course, Kim hasn't dated publicly since her breakup with Pete Davidson in 2022 ... but there were rumblings she was getting to know Baltimore Ravens star Odell Beckham Jr. earlier this year.

We're told they're just friends at this point ... and it's clear Ochocinco wanted Shannon to swoop in.

Irina Shayk was spotted walking into Tom Brady's condo building on Wednesday ... and she arrived in a curious fashion -- considering she just recently vented about the coverage of her dating life.

The supermodel showed up to the lavish New York City complex wearing an all-black, leather outfit ... opting to walk through the front door near paparazzi -- as opposed to the building's more discreet, private entrance away from cameras.

It was a peculiar decision ... because she had just said in an interview with Elle that she couldn't stand the attention her love life has drawn.

What's even more interesting ... it's unclear why she was even there -- as our sources say she and Brady are not back together after splitting last month.

For her part, Shayk didn't want to talk about her romance with Brady or if she and Bradley Cooper have reignited their relationship during her chat with Elle ... saying to the inquiries, "No comment."

As we reported, Shayk and Brady began dating over the summer and continued to see each other despite her posting photos of herself topless while out vacationing with Cooper. They, however, split in October, after sources close to the situation told TMZ things just "fizzled out."

Shayk was then seen spending Halloween night with Cooper, wearing matching costumes while trick-or-treating with their daughter.

With Kyle recently referring to their separation as a straight-up divorce -- there's a fortune on the table if that apparent slip of the tongue becomes reality ... although sources with direct knowledge tell us neither Kyle nor Mauricio has lawyered up.

Multiple sources tell TMZ ... Kyle and Mauricio are not directly talking about ending their marriage, but we're told the thought is certainly present ... so division of assets is something to consider, assuming they decide to cross that bridge.

[Mauricio] was busy doing 'Dancing with the Stars,' so he wasn't around as much. We’re trying to figure it out. We know we love each other."

KR then started to choke up, saying she hears everyone telling her to just "fix" the problem -- but as she clearly states here, it's not nearly as simple as it sounds.

Of course, this comes on the heels of Kyle's other interview last night at BravoCon -- where she referred to their separation as an outright divorce ... a slip of the tongue, it seems.

From what we can gather ... things are rocky between the couple at the moment, and while it sounds like she and Mauricio might want to reconcile -- there are obstacles that stand in their way ... even as they continue to live under the same roof and film for 'RHOBH.'

That's something Kyle addressed Sunday too ... saying she didn't want her fights with Mauricio caught on camera, and that Bravo producers noticed something was off.

Adding an extra layer of complexity is the fact that Mauricio continues to get cozy with his 'DWTS' partner, Emma Slater, with whom he was again spotted at dinner this weekend.

Remember, this follows a pretty public outing the two of them shared a couple weeks ago -- where they were seen holding hands -- but people in his world tried explaining it away as merely platonic ... even though Kyle isn't buying it, and found the whole thing disrespectful.

As we've been reporting, Mauricio's been super tight with his "DWTS" dance partner, Emma Slater, and even after getting booted from the show, they were seen out together Saturday night, walking into an L.A. nightclub arm in arm.

As for Kyle, she's been super close with country star Morgan Wade for months, although they have not publicly defined their relationship other than to say they're close friends and collaborators on a documentary.

Eyewitnesses tell us ... Mauricio placed his hand on Emma's back at one point, but it's hard to tell from our images if he's actually touching her.

Our sources say the trio went through a side entrance at the hotel and disappeared inside the club.

Mauricio and Emma have done this dance before. As we reported ... the 'DWTS' pair was pictured holding hands while leaving a restaurant in Bev Hills in late October.
