Allen Iverson -- once considered the best player in the NBA -- is a terrible parent ... a horrible, irresponsible, pathetic excuse for a parent ... this according to an Atlanta family court judge.

Iverson just officially became a single man -- after the ATL judge signed off on his divorce from Tawanna Iverson ... the mother of his five children.

But in the final divorce decree, the judge UNLOADS on A.I. ... saying:

"[Iverson] does not know how to manage the children; has little interest in learning to manage the children and has actually, at times, been a hindrance to their spiritual and emotional growth and development.

For example, he has refused to attend to an obvious and serious alcohol problem, which has caused him to do inappropriate things in the presence of the children while impaired.

He has left the children alone without supervision. He has left his young daughters in a hotel room with men who are unknown to the mother."

The judge has awarded Tawanna legal and physical custody of the kids. Allen has some visitation rights ... but ONLY if he abides by certain conditions.

Among them ... Allen must NOT drink a drop of alcohol for the next 18 months. And there's more ... until all of his kids become adults [18+], he can't consume alcohol within 24 hours of the times he has the kids.

He's also been ordered to see a shrink and attend AA meetings for a year.

He definitely saw this coming ... but now Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank has been hit with divorce papers from his estranged wife ... TMZ has learned.

Blank -- the BILLIONAIRE who co-founded Home Depot -- had previously announced he and Stephanie Blank separated in 2011 ... after 16 years of marriage.

Now, Stephanie -- the mother of Arthur's three children -- has pulled the trigger ... filing divorce docs in Fulton County, GA.

According to the papers, Stephanie claims the union has been "irretrievably broken" ... but the good news -- the two have already hammered out a settlement that covers money, custody and property.

The terms of the settlement are confidential -- but with Art reportedly worth $1.3 BILLION ... Stephanie stands to get some serious green.

As for the couple's three minor kids ... Stephanie says she and Art have put together a "comprehensive Parenting Plan" ... but the terms of the plan are also confidential.

Back when they split, the couple had released a joint statement saying they "remain great friends and are committed to working together to parent their three wonderful children."

First he was shot dead on "Sons of Anarchy," but now the guy who played Sheriff Vic Trammel on the show is facing the death of his real-life marriage ... TMZ has learned.

Glenn Plummer -- who you also might remember as Bobby Johnson in the kick-ass gangsta classic "South Central" -- has been hit with divorce papers by his wife of 12 years DeMonica Santiago-Plummer.

According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, DeMonica is seeking full legal and physical custody of the couple's two children.

FYI -- DeMonica's kinda famous in her own right -- she was a member of Motown R&B group The Good Girls in the late 80s.

Troy Aikman's ex-wife is getting off with a slap on the wrist after cops say she was drunkenly hanging out in a Texas high school parking lot back in August ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Rhonda Aikman was a stumby, wobbly mess when cops found her in a car at a high school in Murphy, TX on August 27. Officers say they also found two water bottles filled with a liquid that smelled like booze inside the vehicle.

During the arrest, Rhonda tried to guilt cops into letting her off the hook by dropping her ex-husband's name -- "Do you know what this is gonna do to him? Troy?"

She was eventually charged with public intoxication.

Today, Rhonda -- whose marriage to Troy ended back in 2011 -- agreed to plead "no contest" to the charge in exchange for 30 days probation ... after which the underlying charge will be dismissed (presuming she keeps her nose clean).

Mexican pop star Paulina Rubio was so determined to prove her husband's a bad father ... she hired a freaking private eye to track his every move -- TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, Rubio filed an emergency motion in Miami last month to strip estranged hubby Nicolas Vallejo-Nagera of all custody rights.

Rubio claims she hired a private investigator ... who exposed Nic as he "repeatedly demonstrated detrimental behavior and a lack of parental responsibility." This includes:

-- Taking the kid outside while he was sick (she asked him not to)
-- Refusing to change his diaper all day
-- Leaving him in his carriage totally unsupervised
-- Smoking around him again and again

Rubio claims Nic showed a "total disregard" for their son -- but according to the docs, they eventually struck a compromise in which Nic agreed to keep a nanny around while he watched the kid.

Paul Nassif is taking the high road -- rather than bashing his ex, Adrienne Maloof, for dating a much younger man ... he's just happy that she's happy.

Maloof has been seen all over town this past week with her new beau, Sean Stewart, who happens to be 20 years her junior.

But when we saw Nassif last night at RivaBella in West Hollywood, he acted like a perfect gentleman, saying, "As long as she's happy, that's all I care about."

As if his famous mom's divorce wasn't bad enough -- "High School Musical" star Chris Warren has now filed a lawsuit against BOTH his parents, accusing the pair of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars of his child acting money.

Warren filed the lawsuit against "Passions" actress Brook Kerr and Christopher Warren Sr., claiming they established a trust for him back in 2001 for all the money he made as a minor -- and have been secretly dipping into the kitty ... big time.

According to the lawsuit, Chris paid into the account for years, but when he decided to make a withdrawal back in 2011 -- as a 21-year-old -- his parents refused to grant him access.

When pressed, Chris claims his parents admitted they had blown through hundreds of thousands of dollars of his money on their own personal expenses ... but refused to say how much was left in the account.

Chris is now suing his parents for all the money back ... even though he's still not sure exactly how much they took.

Reminder: Chris' parents are currently embroiled in a nasty divorce.

NFL star Jeremy Shockey's extremely hot estranged wife is up in arms over her naked backside -- claiming the Super Bowl champ posted a photo of her bare butt on the Internet ... and now, she wants him to pay.

Daniela Cortazar-Shockey -- who married Jeremy last May before the couple separated in October -- just filed legal docs contesting their prenup.

Despite the agreement -- which leaves her with zilch in the event of a divorce -- Daniela claims she's still entitled to temporary alimony and lawyers' fees under Florida law.

But the interesting part, Daniela is also demanding at least $15,000 from Jeremy, claiming he violated a privacy provision in the prenup by posting a picture of Daniela's butt on Instagram recently ... long after they split up.

The picture has since been removed from Jeremy's social networking accounts.

Daniela is also asking the court to force Jeremy to stop posting about her on the Internet.

Liberty Ross has filed for divorce from her cheating hubby Rupert Sanders ... TMZ has learned.

Ross just filed her paperwork in L.A. County Superior Court. She's asking for joint custody of their 2 children -- ages 5 and 7.

Ross, who is repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser, is also asking for spousal support, as well as attorney's fees.

Sanders, who is repped by Lance Spiegel, also filed his response to the divorce petition. He's also requesting joint custody. He is not asking for spousal support. As for attorney's fees, he wants to share the costs with Liberty.

Sanders famously cheated on Ross ... with Kristen Stewart, whom he was directing in "Snow White and the Huntsman."

Liberty Ross didn't seem like a woman about to file for divorce when we spoke to her just two weeks ago ... or did she?

As TMZ first reported, Ross filed for divorce yesterday from her director hubby, Rupert Sanders, who made headlines over the summer for his fling with Kristen Stewart.

When we caught up with Ross outside of the Chateau Marmont back on January 11, she said the latest with her was simply ... "happiness." (Or maybe she said fabulous. Hard to tell. But still ...)

Kim Kardashian has drawn a hard line in the sand ... not only is she refusing to pay Kris Humphries a dime ... she's demanding he cover ALL of her attorney's fees ... sources connected to the case tell TMZ.

TMZ first reported ... Kris demanded $7 MILLION to walk away from their marriage ... but Kim told him to pound sand. Contrary to recent reports, Kim has never offered Kris a penny to settle the divorce case.

We know ... Kim's position has always been that Kris actually MADE money by marrying her and therefore she doesn't owe him anything.

But now, our sources say, Kim feels Kris has needlessly dragged this on for so long and it cost her so much $$$ in legal fees and other expenses ... she wants the NBA star to cover those costs.

Sources tell us ... Kim's fees have ballooned to around $250,000 ... and Kris has spent somewhere in the same neighborhood.

And our sources say ... Kim is more than happy to try the case before a judge, because she's convinced she'll win the divorce and he'll walk away owing her.

Bethenny Frankel's estranged husband has made it clear ... he's not going down without a fight in divorce court, because he's gunning for exactly the same spoils Bethenny wants from him.

TMZ has learned Jason Hoppy has filed his response to Bethenny's divorce petition, in which he's requesting PRIMARY CUSTODY of the couple's 2-year-old daughter. We broke the story, Bethenny also wants primary custody.

Jason also wants child support from Bethenny -- she wants the same from him.

Jason is asking for Bethenny to foot the bill for medical and dental insurance as well as related expenses for himself and daughter Bryn. In Bethenny's legal docs she asks that Jason pay for her medical and dental bills, as well as Bryn's.

Jason wants Bethenny to maintain life insurance on herself, making both Bryn and him beneficiaries. She wants him to maintain a life insurance policy for her benefit as well as Bryn's.

And last but not least ... Jason wants "exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence." Surprise -- Bethenny wants that too.

Ah, one last thing. He wants her to pay for his lawyer, accountant, etc.

This one's not gonna end nicely.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is now going to the media in yet another attempt to save his marriage ... telling Germany's top newspaper he still loves Maria Shriver and wants to reconcile.

Ahnald spoke with the Bild newspaper -- and though we don't sprechen sie Deutsch ... we're told Schwarzenegger said, "We're not fighting any war. I still hope for reconciliation. I still love Maria."

Funny, since Arnold was spotted out partying with a 25-year-old chick over the summer ... and he doesn't love Maria enough to give her half of the autobiography profits even though Maria's relationship with Arnold is all over the book.

FYI -- Shriver filed for divorce back in 2011 after 25 years of marriage ... after it came out that Arnold fathered a secret love child with the family maid and never told her about it.

Former NBA star Allen Iverson finally struck a deal in his bitter divorce battle with his estranged wife and all it took was a cool $3 MILLION to bury the hatchet, TMZ has learned.

We're told Iverson and Tawanna -- who married way back in 2001 -- informed a judge last week they had reached a financial settlement outside of court in their ongoing divorce case ... just days before the two were set to go to trial.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... as part of the deal, the NBA legend agreed to pay Tawanna $3 million, paid out as a large lump sum. We're told Iverson also agreed to fork over various assets and a percentage of his future Reebok endorsement deal checks. He'll pay up child support payments for the duo's five kids.

On the bright side for Iverson, we're told he scored the couple's GA mansion (which is currently facing foreclosure ... so not so bright) and gets to keep his primo ride, a Maybach, as well as other personal belongings.

Newly single "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Adrienne Maloof has seemingly moved on with a new man (and he's barely a man) in the form of Sean Stewart.

Yes, it seems the new couple -- whose age difference is nearly 20 years -- went out for a night on the town, hitting up the popular Beverly Hills restaurant Crustacean last night.

Kobe and Vanessa Bryant launched their reconciliation tour last night by hitting up the Warner Bros. Golden Globes after-party together ... just a few days after Vanessa called off the split.

The on-again, off-again, on-again couple announced last week they were pulling the plug on their divorce, which seemed like a foregone conclusion after they were seen together at the 12-12-12 concert and on New Year's Eve.
