Justin Bieber's looking to unload his palace in Beverly Hills ... either that, or he's just bored and wants to see what he can get for it.

JB started posting a series of candid shots of his home in the wee hours of the morning, showcasing his feet while lounging on a staircase, some of his art and one of his Super Shot basketball arcade game.

He captioned the pics, "Home vibes," but then let his followers know he actually thinks he wants to sell it. Bieber's next post -- which included his 2 Savannah cats -- said ... "I’ll sell it with all the furniture . MAKE AN OFFER."

In case you're interested ... Justin bought the place earlier this year for $8.5 million, and it's known as "The Tropics." It's 6,132 square feet, 5 beds, 7 baths with a sunken family room, a bright kitchen with a large center island, a home theater and wine cellar. So, yeah ... home vibes.

Larry King's divorce to his 7th wife is kicking into high gear ... we've learned their house is now up for sale.

Larry and Shawn Southwick have listed their massive Beverly Hills pad for $16.995 million, and we're told it's a big step in reaching a divorce settlement as quickly and smoothly as possible.

The now-estranged couple bought the 5-bed, Tuscan-style house in 2007 for just under $12 mil, so if all goes well ... they'll make a nice profit.

The property is 11,000 square feet and features a skylit foyer and a master suite with twin bathrooms. It also comes with a 2-bedroom guest house, a pool, and ... a big ol' trophy room. It's listed by mega-realtor Kurt Rappaport.

Mama June should be kicking herself in the ass for the not-so-brilliant deal she struck to sell her house -- a cash deal worth just a fraction of the home's market value.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... June handed over her keys to some investors in August for just 6 figures. That's a shocking loss, considering she bought it in 2014 for $156k, and it had been appraised in 2018 at $150,300.

You don't have to be a math whiz to know June took a bath, but what's really shocking is SHE set that dirt-cheap discount price!!!

Our sources say Mama June was approached by a group of real estate investors who'd heard through the grapevine she wanted to sell. We're told June informed them the place could be theirs for the nice round price of $100k.

Of course, they quickly agreed, paid a $2,500 down payment and let escrow take care of the rest. BTW, this was a CASH transaction.

Kanye West wants his presence in Wyoming to be known far and wide -- it looks like he's hosting a mega Sunday Service this week, inviting all the townsfolk and their mom.

Ye's forthcoming Service is taking place at the Powwow Garden of the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in Cody, Wyoming -- where Kanye now owns a massive waterfront property, aptly named Monster Lake Ranch. Per local reports, the sign now reads "West Lake."

We already know he and Kim have made themselves at home -- getting acquainted with the local wildlife, to the chagrin of the Wyoming Game & Fish Dept. Now, it looks like Kanye wants to properly introduce the Wests to the community, 'cause his Sunday Service is being heavily advertised on a massive digital billboard, as well as on social media.

According to the venue's Facebook post about it, he's bringing out his "80-person choral group" for the performance -- so yeah, Kanye and co. are pulling out all the stops.

Preparations are currently underway for the free and public event, and it looks like they're expecting quite a turnout. Photos obtained by TMZ show a bunch of tents being set up Saturday ahead of Ye's Sunday Service, with catering and special event trucks in tow.

The Powwow Garden has a capacity of about 700 people -- 200 seated or 700 standing according to the Center's website -- but it's unclear how many people will actually show up. FYI, there are less than 10,000 people total living in Cody itself.

It's an interesting move on Kanye's part, as many of his Sunday Services of late have been relatively low-key -- not including the Chicago stop, of course. This appears to be the exact opposite of that -- pretty much a come one, come all approach.

Barbara Corcoran has found herself in an envious position -- she has too many beachfront properties in New York ... so she's looking for somebody to take one off her hands.

Kylie Jenner had an intruder prowling around her property Monday, and the guy wasn't finished with the family because he beelined it over to Kim and Kanye's house.

TMZ has obtained this surveillance video shot from Kylie's security cam at one of her Hidden Hills homes. It shows the prowler around 5 AM rooting around the BBQ area -- possibly looking for a hidden key.

The guy apparently didn't find what he was looking for and bailed, without attempting to break inside.

Our sources tell us the guy went straight to Kim and Kanye's nearby home and somehow got inside their mailbox, located outside the residence. He didn't get far, because security eyed him and the guy beat a hasty retreat.

Our sources say someone from Kylie's team saw the surveillance vid and called the cops.

Mind you ... Kylie, Kim and Kanye all live in a gated community, yet somehow this dude -- and others before him -- was able to make it into Kylie's backyard and the entrance to Kim and Kanye's home.

Police have stepped up patrol in the area, but the bigger question ... what's going on with security for the gated community? As we reported, Kris Jenner and Scott Disick also had intruders who made their way into the gated community. Kendall Jenner also had an intruder scale the mountainside in her gated community and ended up in her backyard and a second time on her porch.

Kanye West's futuristic housing community needs a new home base ... because his dome-shaped structures in Calabasas have been destroyed.

All but one of the housing prototypes were torn down with about a week to spare before the September 15 deadline ... imposed by the L.A. County Dept. of Public Works for violating the building code.

As you can see in these aerial photos taken Monday ... all that's left at the site, where at least 3 of Ye's huge domes once sat, is a bunch of rubble, a dump truck and one small dome-ish tower. We're told that one is also coming down before the deadline.

We broke the story ... Kanye's neighbors were pissed in mid-August over construction crews working on his property all weekend long, including Sundays, which isn't allowed.

Cops were called and put an end to the noise, but the workers have clearly still been busy with the tear-down process.

As we told you ... Kanye's prototypes are part of his vision of an egalitarian community, but he didn't get the proper permits to build them.

Post Malone is preparing for the apocalypse with a $3 million compound tucked away in Northern Utah ... and the first images of the property prove it's a pretty sweet place to await the end of the world!!!

We did some digging on the compound Post's been quietly living in, since buying it early last year ... and the place is simply amazing.

Post's pad is in a super secluded area outside Salt Lake City, and the property sprawls over 6.75 acres of natural beauty, with breathtaking views of the canyons, mountains and city skyline ... best seen from the expansive pool deck in the backyard, and through the floor to ceiling windows covering the home.

The rapper spared no expense keeping himself occupied as he waits for doomsday ... the 5-bed, 6-bath mansion is 12,702 square feet with a fire pit, basketball court, wine cellar, home gym and hot tub ... and Post is putting in a recording studio and 30 bunk beds for his best buds.

Post says he's adding to the home with a massive underground bunker, which he says will survive the end of days. He says he loves living out in the sticks, where he can do what he calls, "cowboy s***," like shooting guns.

Looks like a pretty sweet place to kick back and smoke his own weed. Hopefully, Post doesn't put the apocalypse bunker to the test any time soon.

Michael Jackson's artsy jungle gym is going on the market ... so you can take home some of the most interesting pieces of art ever displayed at the famed Neverland Ranch.

A collection of bronze sculptures depicting different animals and a huge tree with a special engraving from the King of Pop is now for sale at $1.75 million ... Gary Zimet of Moments in Time tells TMZ.

Michael displayed the artwork at the expansive Neverland Ranch for 11 years, from 1994 to 2005, and it was super popular among kids. MJ hosted lots of terminally ill kids back then, and the tree was hollowed out so they could play inside.

A special plaque was added to the tree sculpture with words from Michael ... "Magical children don't worry how, don't delay - this moment's now."
