Boxing star Victor Ortiz pled guilty to a battery charge stemming from a fight at a Kenny Chesney concert last summer but he won't spend a minute behind bars ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Tinder's idea of letting users "Super Like" each other beyond a basic right swipe is genius -- but it's also not theirs ... so claims a guy who's now suing the company.

John Mellesmoen claims in a new lawsuit he pitched the idea of the "Super Like" to Tinder's CEO, Sean Rad, back in 2014, and says Rad loved it ... promising to compensate him if the company ever used it. John says he hasn't seen a dime.

Mellesmoen claims he laid out the entire concept of the "Super Like" feature, which essentially allows users to buy someone a virtual drink instead of the just giving a "glance across the room" with a regular right swipe.

Mel Gibson just agreed to pay baby mama Oksana Grigorieva 50% more than she was getting last month, but the trade-off is that she has to skedaddle from his home.

We've learned Mel and Oksana have been squabbling over child support for 6-year-old Lucia. Oksana was pulling in $20k a month but wanted a small increase -- to $100k a month!

We're told they went back and forth and struck a deal. Mel is now paying Oksana a skosh under $30k a month. But in return Oksana agreed to vacate Mel's $2.4 million rental home in Sherman Oaks. We're told she's rented a pad in Malibu.

It's pretty amazing. TMZ broke the story, Mel was willing to pay Oksana $15 MILLION to settle their child support and alleged domestic violence cases -- provided she keeps those incendiary, racist tapes secret. After signing the agreement, Oksana disavowed it and went for more.

She ended up with a $250,00 settlement.

The banned substance that triggered a WWE wellness policy violation for Eva Marie is Adderall, but we're told Eva is adamant she had a prescription, and will appeal the punishment.

As we previously reported, Marie was hit with a 30 day suspension this week for allegedly violating the policy -- which covers everything from substance abuse to annual physicals and cardiovascular health.

Our WWE sources tell us ... all performers are REQUIRED to disclose all medication to WWE officials for company approval.

We're told in Eva's case ... the WWE claims the medication was NOT properly approved, thus the violation.

Sources connected to Eva say she claims she has a legit prescription from her doctor.

We reached out to Eva, and she said ... “I am disappointed that this suspension has occurred, yet understand and respect that WWE upholds their Wellness Policy to the letter and won't compromise on its integrity."

She added, "I violated policy by not turning in portions of required paperwork in the time frame WWE Medical deemed timely. I look forward to my return!”

Ryan Lochte has plenty of staunch defenders left -- including police officers -- behind the gates of his Charlotte neighborhood ... TMZ has learned.

The embattled swimmer flew back Wednesday to the Carolina town where he now lives, and sources in his hood tell us Charlotte PD has at least two patrol cars dedicated to keeping haters, fans and media away from Lochte.

We're told police are posted at the security gate entrance, and there's another patrol car cruising the blocks around Lochte's house.

One source told us the Homeowner's Association is also keeping an eye on Ryan's place, and officers -- of the HOA, that is -- have banned interlopers for up to 99 years!

We're told there's been no sign of Ryan at the house since he got back to the States.

Miley Cyrus' little sis Noah was texting behind the wheel and rear-ended a guy who now can't keep the missus happy ... according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

EJ Hawkins is suing the 16-year-old, claiming he was cruising on the 101 in L.A. when she slammed into his car, sending him to the hospital.

EJ claims in addition to the physical pain, he's suffered "loss of love, affection, companionship, comfort, society and sexual relations."

Katt Williams unloaded a punch that sent a man back to the hospital, a couple months after the guy had brain surgery.

At least that's what Paul Love says happened to him in a new lawsuit. Love is the pool supply store employee who was allegedly assaulted when Katt got arrested earlier this year in Georgia.

In the suit, Love says Katt flew into a rage because he canceled his order twice, and Katt thought the screwup was racially motivated. He says Katt hurled a bunch of store items, and then punched him in the face.

Katt copped to socking Love, but insists Love called him the n-word. Love denies that.

What's more ... Love says he was on doctor's orders to avoid stress or excessive force to the head ... due to the brain surgery he'd had just 10 weeks before the Katt run-in. He's suing Katt for physical pain and unspecified damages.

Ryan Lochte is finally doing a mea culpa for the lie he told on NBC that's become an international incident ... but he kind of doubled down on the version of events he told cops.

Lochte just posted ... "I want to apologize for my behavior last weekend -- for not being more careful and candid in how I described the events of that early morning and for my role in taking the focus away from the many athletes fulfilling their dreams of participating in the Olympics. I waited to share these thoughts until it was confirmed that the legal situation was addressed and it was clear that my teammates would be arriving home safely."

Lochte continues ... "It's traumatic to be out late with your friends in a foreign country - with a language barrier - and have a stranger point a gun at you and demand money to let you leave, but regardless of the behavior of anyone else that night, I should have been much more responsible in how I handled myself and for that I am sorry to my teammates, my fans, my fellow competitors, my sponsors, and the hosts of this great event."

He goes on to say he's proud to rep the USA in Olympic competition and this was a situation that could and should have been avoided.

He adds, "I accept responsibility for my role in this happening and have learned some valuable lessons. I am grateful for my USA Swimming teammates and the USOC, and appreciate all of the efforts of the IOC, the Rio '16 Host Committee, and the people of Brazil who welcomed us to Rio and worked so hard to make sure that these Olympic Games provided a lifetime of great new memories."

"There has already been too much said and too many valuable resources dedicated to what happened last weekend, so I hope we spend our time celebrating the great stories and performances of these Games and look ahead to celebrating future successes."

The statement is clearly crafted to thwart police efforts to have Lochte prosecuted. The biggest problem the swimmer faces ... going on TV, trashing the city by claiming armed men posed as cops robbed him as he was innocently taking a cab back to the Village.

Here's Team USA swimmers Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz finally returning to the states ... after Brazilian officials pulled them off their homebound flight earlier this week.

Conger and Bentz were part of the Ryan Lochte party crew that allegedly vandalized a Rio gas station bathroom Sunday morning and then lied about it to police.

The two were interviewed by police -- but were ultimately allowed to fly home on Thursday.

Diddy and Cassie have called it quits following an explosive argument that ended with cops rushing to her home ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... they got into a heated argument in a car Wednesday afternoon after Cassie told Diddy she wanted to break up. We're told Diddy got pissed off and suspicious enough to grab her phone and start scrolling through.

Our sources say Diddy jumped out of the car in Bev Hills -- phone in hand -- and she took off with the driver.

Diddy eventually came home and returned the phone, but then took 2 cars parked outside.

Cassie had told her mom about the phone incident before Diddy came home and returned it, and the mom called the cops on him. Cops ended up at Cassie's home and she explained she got the phone back so they left, but not before writing up a domestic incident report. However, we're told no crime was committed.

As for the breakup, we're told they've done it before -- Justin and Selena style -- so who knows?

Ryan Lochte and his crew paid around $400 to the Rio gas station owner for a sandwich sign they cracked during their drunken escapade, and the amount of cash may actually help the boys.

Our guy in Rio got a pic of the damage, and all you see is a slight crack on the plastic cover of a sign on the wall outside the bathroom. Although cops talked about a mirror that was broken in the bathroom, we saw no evidence of this and someone who works there said the sign was the only thing damaged.

Lochte claims he and the other swimmers offered around $50 for the damage but the station wanted more. Our Lochte sources tell us he paid around $400.

Our sources say by extracting exponentially more than the damage warranted, with the help of a gun, that constituted robbery and therefore the police report was not false.

Kendall Jenner isn't taking any chances after a guy made it inside the gates of her new Hollywood Hills home ... she's hired round-the-clock guards.

We're told security will patrol her yard and sit outside the home so the uninvited hold their distance. BTW, she already had a security system and bodyguards, but apparently she needs extra muscle.

As we previously reported, Shavaughn McKenzie was arrested and charged with stalking and trespassing after he followed Kendall up her driveway. Kendall got a restraining order against him.

We're told she was so shaken up she doesn't feel safe at her pad any more, which she purchased in June. The plan is to have guards for the foreseeable future.

Kris Jenner was terrorized by a woman who hacked her iCloud and social media accounts, impersonated her and flooded her with explicit messages ... according to the feds.

Prosecutors slapped the woman with a 15-count indictment for harassing Kris, several of her family members and 2 assistants in 2014. According to docs, the suspect sent hundreds of emails and texts, many of which were sexual and disturbing. They include:

- "Can I eat you out. Oh you can't block me forever love."
- "I'm gonna duck you right in the p**** hole you are mine and u am in love"
- "Instagram me. Make me famous."

According to docs, she claimed to have a sex tape of Kris and even impersonated the Kardashian matriarch during a phone call to cops ... saying one of her family members was committing suicide.

The woman also sent Caitlyn Jenner texts like, "Kris hates blacks and we made it to TMZ bye Bruce."

Amber Heard is giving ALL of her Johnny Depp divorce settlement money to 2 charities.

Amber confirmed what TMZ first reported ... the settlement amount is $7 million, and she tells us, "The donation will be divided equally between the ACLU, with a particular focus to stop violence against women, and the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, where I have worked as a volunteer for the past 10 years."

Amber's also reiterating what she and Johnny said in their joint statement -- that the divorce wasn't about financial gain. She says, "Money played no role for me personally and never has, except to the extent that I could donate it to charity and, in doing so, hopefully help those less able to defend themselves."

Amber says she forfeited all residuals Johnny earned from movie deals he made during their 15-month marriage ... which she'd be entitled to because there was no prenup.

A rep for Children's Hospital thanked Heard and said, "her generosity will support the lifesaving treatments and cures that CHLA provides for critically ill children each year."

Amber added, "Hopefully this experience results in a positive change in the lives of people who need it the most."

3:34 PM PT -- ABC News appears to have backed off the indictment story and now says federal cops are "recommending" indictment.

Ryan Lochte and James Feigen have been indicted in Rio for filing a false police report ... this according to ABC News.

Sources connected to the 2 swimmers tell TMZ, they're "not surprised" at the turn of events, but they add Ryan and Jimmy told the truth. They reiterated, as Ryan initially said, the swimmers were in a cab, they were confronted by men who appeared to be police and at that point there is a lapse of 3 minutes on the video.

When the video restarts the swimmers come out with their hands up, Ryan is standing and then goes down. And the sources add armed security took their money.

Jimmy Feigen is still in Rio and could be arrested. Ryan is back in the U.S.

The crime of filing a false police report is punishable by 6 months in jail. We've done some checking and the crime is not listed as an extraditable offense, which means the U.S. cannot force Lochte to go back to Rio for prosecution.
