Tyrese Gibson was down in the dumps as he left Cedars-Sinai Thursday night, after checking himself in for chest pains and anxiety.

Tyrese says he's never been embroiled in a court case in his life, and Thursday's marathon hearing that pitted him against ex-wife Norma Gibson clearly took its toll.

Gibson is trying to get a permanent restraining order claiming Tyrese has used excessive force in disciplining their 10-year-old daughter, Shayla ... something Tyrese vehemently denies.

Tyrese smoked a stogie on a bench before his wife picked him up ... she's not into it.

Whatever it takes for a little relief.

The guy going down on Cardi B on her mixtape cover is pissed off because he claims he never posed for the photo, and never signed off on his image being used in such a sexual manner.

Cardi's "Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1" cover shows a shirtless guy, with very distinct back ink, performing oral sex on the rapper. Kevin Brophy says the image is 100% him, but he only found out about it when a friend said how crazy is it that you're "cunnilinging [sic] this rapper called Cardi B."

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the artwork made for a seriously awkward moment when Brophy's pre-K son asked what Daddy was doing in the picture, and who's that girl? Brophy says his son keeps bringing it up, too.

In the docs, Brophy says he's never met Cardi or spoken to her or her people -- but he knows that's his distinct back art of a tiger battling a snake ... which he's had for 10 years.

Tyrese checked himself into an L.A. hospital Thursday night after experiencing bad chest pains, shortly after an explosive day in court with his ex-wife ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Tyrese tell us he went back to his hotel after leaving the courthouse -- he's currently in a legal battle with his ex, Norma Gibson -- when he started having the pain. We're told he felt dehydrated as well, so he decided to go to the ER.

Our sources say the "Fast & Furious" actor is currently getting fluids for dehydration and is about to undergo some tests to find out why he's having chest pains.

Tyrese left court earlier Thursday in all-black, telling us today was a funeral for abuse allegations against him. As we reported ... Norma accused him of spying on her and claimed she was afraid of him at times.

Michael Bisping just went OFF on the guy suing him over an alleged altercation at a gym back in July -- acknowledging there was an "unfortunate incident," but saying he never assaulted anyone.

Bisping appeared on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Friday on FS1) and talked all about the lawsuit ... telling us why he thinks the accuser is lying and looking to make a quick buck.

The Count also told us about his Hollywood plans after UFC 217 -- which include TWO big blockbusters.

In fact, Bisping says he sparred with one of his famous co-stars and it seems like he put a beating on the actor!

Tyrese believes there was a death in the courtroom Thursday ... and a figurative funeral was held for all the accusations about him being a bad dad.

We got Tyrese leaving the L.A. courthouse with his wife, Samantha Lee, and asked him about his all-black wardrobe -- a stark contrast from his all-white getup Tuesday -- and he waxed poetic ... saying it represents the "death of a dialogue" of abuse allegations that have followed him for years.

As we reported ... his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, took the stand Thursday to try to get a permanent restraining order against him for her and their daughter Shayla ... and claimed she's afraid of him at times.

Dana White absolutely UNLEASHED on the guy suing Michael Bisping for allegedly attacking him at the gym ... saying the dude is a "f**king p**sy" who talked trash and couldn't back it up.

The UFC honcho still hasn't talked to Bisping about the incident, but says he's pretty sure he knows how it went down.

"I’m sure it’s that typical f**king p**sy who opens his mouth at the f**king gym, and then Bisping goes over and -- I don’t know what Bisping did to him, but now he wants to f**king sue Bisping -- should have shut your f**king face in the first place."

"You’re a clown. Guys like that are a f**king embarrassment," White said on the RQMS Podcast.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... a man claims Bisping went nuclear on him for "taking his weights" at a 24 Hour Fitness in Anaheim back in July -- choking him and almost causing him to lose consciousness.

Now, he's suing the middleweight champ for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and more.

Bisping responded to the allegations on Thursday, saying they are "completely inaccurate."

Michael Bisping is calling BS on the man suing him for an alleged choke attack at an Anaheim gym ... saying the allegations are "completely inaccurate."

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Bisping is being sued by a man who claims the UFC champ flipped out at and strangled him during an argument over weights at a 24 Hour Fitness on July 31.

The man claims Bisping was the aggressor and severely injured his throat.

But moments ago, Bisping finally responded to the allegations -- saying, "It is completely inaccurate. It is not factual."

4:30 PM PT -- We're told during cross-examination, Tyrese's lawyer suggested Norma was dating a drug addict ... which is why Tyrese had a private investigator following her years ago. She denied it.

We're also told Tyrese began sobbing in the courtroom when he found out Norma wants to take their daughter to Israel for 3-4 days to meet Norma's grandma.

Tyrese's ex-wife says he has somebody following her and her friends to keep tabs on them ... and she's sometimes fearful of what he might do.

Norma Gibson's in court trying to get a permanent restraining order against Tyrese to keep him away from her and their 10-year-old daughter, Shayla. Norma took the stand Thursday and claimed Tyrese has been harassing her since 2014 after their custody evaluation by having someone tail her and her friends.

When Norma was asked if she's afraid of her ex, she replied ... "At times." She also brought up the 2007 incident where Tyrese allegedly punched her while she was pregnant, claiming 3 of Tyrese's people met with her afterward and got her to sign an agreement not to talk about it. She says she did it because she didn't want to ruin his career at the time.

Tyrese tells us this is all B.S., and the restraining order is sour grapes from him getting remarried. He claims he hasn't seen his daughter in over 60 days and just wants this resolved quickly so he can see her.

Norma has a temporary restraining order against Tyrese already, which she filed for claiming he abused their daughter. Norma claims he went into a rage, pushed Shayla to the ground, "grabbed her hands with one arm and beat her with the other" between 12 and 16 times. Norma says Tyrese hit Shayla so hard she couldn't sit. Tyrese says he only struck her once on her bottom.

Harvey Weinstein just took a dramatic step to defend himself and the company he founded ... by suing the company he founded.

Weinstein just filed a lawsuit against The Weinstein Co. in an effort to access records he can use to defend himself and the company against potential liability from women who have sued TWC for allegedly enabling Harvey's predatory behavior.

In the suit, Harvey says he wants all emails sent to and from his account and his complete employment file. He says he also wants these docs to help prevent the company from being forced to pay out "unjustified settlements," claiming he's "in a unique position to offer insight, and further explain and contextualize his emails."

Miles Teller won't face charges for public intoxication after getting busted in San Diego ... because cops did him a solid.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police are not sending the case to the City Attorney, and they've tossed the whole matter. We're told it was a first-time offense, and there were no additional charges besides being drunk in public -- a misdemeanor -- so cops said ... all good.

As we reported ... Miles was arrested in June when cops said he was falling down drunk and refused to cooperate when they placed him in the drunk tank. Miles said there was no evidence to charge him with a crime.

Cops agreed, or maybe just agreed to let this one slide.

Don Lemon's Twitter troll -- who's now been reported to police -- has a history of hating on almost all liberals, except one ... "beautiful" Huma Abedin, who he wishes would come over to his side.

The self-proclaimed white nationalist Trump supporter who sent Lemon death threats this week has a recent history of vile tweets. He's sent them to Democrats like Congresswomen Maxine Waters and Frederica Wilson -- vocal critics of Trump.

Oh, and he's also bashed Marshawn Lynch.

Here's the kicker, he's got a soft spot for Hillary Clinton's right hand woman. On Oct. 20 he called Huma ... "so beautiful" and says it's "such a shame" she's on the wrong side -- and invited her to "join us."

The real-life hockey player played by Josh Hartnett in the new movie "6 Below" has been hit with a restraining order by his wife after allegedly abusing her for years ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Eric LaMarque was an Olympic and pro hockey player -- who became famous for surviving alone in the wilderness during a massive winter storm. He was rescued but both of his feet were amputated as a result of his injuries. He wrote a book about the experience, called "Crystal Clear," which was later made into a movie.

But behind the scenes, LaMarque's life has been a mess -- his wife, Hope, claims he got violent during an argument on Oct. 13 ... the same day his movie was officially released.

Eric's wife claims he got so angry, he followed her to the car -- then punched the windows and pulled the mirrors. She claims it's not the first time he went nuclear -- she's called the police on Eric at least 11 times over the years for alleged domestic violence.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the judge granted a temporary restraining order against Eric. Hope has also filed for divorce.

We reached out to Eric who denies the Oct. 13 allegations -- but admits he had anger issues in the years after the mountain incident. Eric says he loves his wife and hopes he can work things out with her.

Uriah Shelton -- known for roles on "13 Reasons Why" and "Girl Meets World" -- got slapped with a restraining order after he allegedly kicked his sorta girlfriend in the stomach.

The woman describes Shelton as an ex-bff with whom she sometimes had sex -- and according to docs, they argued one night when she blocked him from getting into his truck. She claims he reacted with the blow to her mid-section.

In the docs, she says Uriah is a trained MMA fighter, so the blow was intense and seriously messed her up. Specifically ... "inflamed intestines and bruising to muscles." She also claims the 20-year-old celeb threatened her by talking about his firearms.

A judge has ordered Shelton to stay 100 yards away from the woman. Fair to say ... benefits cancelled.

40 Glocc insists there was no reason for him to get busted in a prostitution sting because even the alleged hooker says he's just a friend, and not a P-I-M-P.

40 got busted in February when cops in Minnesota spotted him fleeing the scene during a prostitution sting. Cops say he smashed multiple cell phones in the moments before they arrested him, but the rapper says that's hardly proof he was pimping.

In new docs, obtained by TMZ, 40 says the woman who got busted denied he was her pimp, and called him a travel buddy who had "no involvement in her actions." He also claims there's no proof his "friend" was really turning tricks.

Yes, she was naked and about to straddle an undercover officer -- but 40 says she could've been doing lots of things besides offering sex ... like a nude massage or erotic dance.

He does not cop to smashing the phones, btw -- but says IF he did, there are plenty of innocent reasons to do so. Not that he offers any examples.

Suge Knight got super scared recently ... scared enough to drop his lawsuit against Chris Brown like a hot potato ... TMZ has learned.

Suge had sued Chris over a shooting in 2014 at 1 OAK nightclub in WeHo. Suge was shot 7 times. He filed a lawsuit against 1 OAK and Chris, who was performing when shots rang out. Suge believed security was woefully lacking, which allowed the gunman to fire multiple shots.

We've learned Chris' lawyers from the law firm of Geragos & Geragos fired off a nasty letter to Suge and his legal team, saying Suge's case was a certain loser and when it was thrown out Chris would counterpunch with a malicious prosecution lawsuit.

One of Harvey Weinstein's new accusers told the press she's suing The Weinstein Co. because she and her legal team believe they knew about his behavior for years.

Actress Dominique Huett addressed the media Wednesday with her attorney, Jeff Herman, in L.A. where she briefly described an alleged incident in 2010 in which Harvey forced oral sex on her ... sparing the salacious details.

We got Dominique and Jeff before the presser, where they explained why they were gunning for the company ... and he says they both believe board members knew about this behavior for decades, and enabled him behind the scenes.

During the presser, Jeff said he was very interested in taking Harvey's brother Bob Weinstein's deposition, as well as other TWC employees to see exactly who knew what and when. He also indicated that Harvey's work contract that allowed for sexual harassment could be a smoking gun in their case.

Jeff and Dominique believe facilitating Harvey's alleged sexual harassment and assault was part of the company culture ... and they're implying they'll be seeking millions in damages through their lawsuit.
