George Lopez gives Hollywood low marks for the way it treats its own, but he gives Louis C.K. props for fessing up.

We got George at LAX Friday and he had strong feelings about the floodgates that have opened over the last 3 weeks.

Ex-MLB star Josh Beckett was arrested after allegedly going full NFL linebacker on a country band ... completely laying out the singer and causing injuries, TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told the 37-year-old -- who won World Series MVP with the Marlins in 2003 -- was at an open mic night at a country club in Texas with some friends when he jumped on to the stage mid-performance and tackled the singer.

Cops were called to the scene and Beckett was arrested for public intoxication -- the officer said he determined Beckett was "a danger to himself and others."

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Beckett admitted to stage diving and said he hit his leg on the speaker during the incident.

The worst part ... the singer of the band told cops he suffered serious injuries to his arm, neck and shoulder from the incident ... including a torn rotator cuff and dislocated shoulder.

Cops say the incident is still under investigation.

Beckett's lawyer tells TMZ Josh claims it was an act of horseplay and he didn't mean to hurt him. He's apologized since the incident, and is trying to do what he can to make amends.

The LiAngelo Ball shoplifting arrest was NOT captured by the family's reality TV crew -- and now producers are debating whether to even cover the arrest on the show at all, TMZ Sports has learned.

"Ball in the Family" producers initially sent cameras to China to document the family as they support LiAngelo during his first game with the UCLA basketball team. LaVar and LaMelo were also on the trip. It was supposed to be the usual zany Ball family drama.

But we're told LiAngelo's trip to the Louis Vuitton store was NOT on the production schedule -- and there was no crew in tow when he (and two teammates) allegedly jacked expensive sunglasses.

We're told the subsequent police raid on the team hotel -- which resulted in LiAngelo's arrest -- was also NOT captured by the reality show cameras.

Instead, the TV crew followed LaVar and the rest of the family on several China outings -- from sightseeing to shoe promotions.

Here's the problem ... LaVar has already reportedly gotten LiAngelo in deeper trouble by publicly downplaying the incident. He was reportedly told to shut his mouth and keep a low profile on the matter until the legal issue is resolved.

So, to shoot ... or not to shoot? That is the question for the reality show.

Obviously, producers know covering LiAngelo while he's being investigated would be reality gold -- but it could also send the wrong message to Chinese officials that he's not taking the matter seriously.

One "Ball in the Family" source says show honchos are still trying to come up with a plan -- "It's too early to say how, or if, the incident will be covered in the show."

If LiAngelo is convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison -- or as little as 20 days under house arrest in the team's luxury hotel.

Louis C.K.'s movie, "I Love You, Daddy" will not hit theaters -- the distributor is pulling it in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations against the comedian.

The Orchard announced Friday ... it would "not be moving forward" with the release, which was scheduled for Nov. 17. The decision is a huge shot to C.K. -- he wrote the film, starred in it and reportedly self-financed it too.

The movie's about a successful TV writer's daughter -- played by Chlöe Grace Moretz -- dating a much older filmmaker. Louis played the TV writer, and there's at least one scene where his friend pretends to masturbate in front of people.

As we reported, 5 women have accused C.K. of sexual misconduct, including masturbating in front of some of them.

LiAngelo Ball has got 2 powerful forces trying to secure his release from China ... UCLA and Alibaba founder Jack Ma ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Ball and 2 other UCLA basketball players are currently under house arrest after allegedly stealing sunglasses at Louis Vuitton.

Our UCLA sources tell us, the University has deep ties with China for various reasons, and school officials are using their influence to try and secure the release of the 3 players. As for the nature of the influence ... UCLA is a prize school for Chinese students, many doctors have won research projects at the various UCLA medical facilities and UCLA sports has become popular in China.

We're also told Jack Ma -- a Chinese citizen worth an estimated $40 billion -- is also working to help free the 3 players. FYI, the team visited Alibaba headquarters Monday ... the day before the arrests.

Our UCLA sources also say there is no question the players pilfered the sunglasses so there's no attempt to prove them not guilty ... they are trying to use their considerable influence to ask for mercy. As once source put it, "UCLA and Ma are pulling out all the political stops to resolve this."

Lucy Faust says she was also a victim of sexual harassment early on in her career, and the incident clearly evokes strong emotion to this day.

Lucy was at the Chinese Theatre Thursday for her new movie, "Mudbound," when she told TooFab about a director who crossed the line when she was much younger.

She has an advice for actresses and actors to whom this happens ... and the message is simple ... don't cower.

Boosie thinks Meek Mill should be celebrating his 2 to 4-year sentence ... because he's gonna do way less time than that, and make way more money than he would if he wasn't behind bars.

We got Boosie at LAX and he told us a guy like Meek can do this bid with his eyes closed, especially because his controversial prison sentence will most likely translate to only 10 months with good behavior.

Boosie, who did 5 years himself, says the real benefit will be waiting when Meek walks out of prison.

Famous Joe's Pizza -- an institution in NYC favored by celebs like the Kardashians -- is suing a former employee for biting its famed name to make his own dough.

Famous Joe's has been around since 1975, and has a few locations ... its most famous being the one in Greenwich Village with the iconic red and white sign. The pizza joint says former employee Victor Zarco took that exact style and slapped it on 2 new pizzerias over in Brooklyn.

According to a lawsuit, he wasn't all that clever -- using the name, Famous Joe's Pizza of the Village. The OG pizzeria says Zarco pushed the copycatting too far last month when he rolled out almost identical new signs.

Famous Joe is suing to force Zarco to immediately take down his signage, and for damages.

FUN FACT: FJP founder Pino Pozzuoli adopted the name "Joe" because he thought it was the English equivalent of his Italian name.

Corey Haim's mother says her son was an open book with her, and while she claims someone did abuse Corey ... she knows it wasn't Charlie Sheen.

Judy Haim spoke to Dr. Oz and told him her son never hid anything from her ... so she would have known about any instances of sexual assault. She's not buying the report claiming 19-year-old Sheen molested or raped a 13-year-old Corey on a movie set in the '80s.

Judy does accuse someone other than Sheen of abusing Corey, but Oz isn't revealing the name.

As we told you, Sheen's ex-fiancee, Brett Rossi, wasn't convinced of Charlie's innocence -- but mama Haim says she's setting the record straight.

Kim Kardashian has one less thing to worry about -- an old lawsuit for a smash-up on the Sunset Strip has been dismissed ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the situation tell us ... Kim's fender bender case from a car accident in 2014 has been settled through her insurance -- she didn't have to fork over any dough.

As we reported ... Rafael Linares claimed he suffered multiple injuries in the accident, incurred expenses for doctors and his ride was damaged. Kim's side claimed damage was minimal, the guy was fine and her G-Wagon was slightly scuffed.

Despite the disagreements then ... it looks like they worked it out.

Nicki Minaj's brother was just found guilty in his child rape trial ... a case that lasted nearly 3 weeks.

The verdict for Jelani Maraj came in Thursday in Long Island ... he was found guilty of predatory sexual assault against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

He faces 25 years to life in prison. He'll be sentenced on December 14. Nassau County D.A. Madeline Singas tells TMZ ... "We hope that today's verdict will help the family in the healing process."

Ed Westwick is disputing claims by a second accuser that he sexually assaulted her in July 2014.

Aurelie Wynn posted on Facebook that Westwick "pushed me face down and [I] was powerless under his weight. I was wearing a one piece bathing suit that he ripped, I was in complete shock." She adds, "I told the guy I was seeing [Mark Salling] that I got raped."

Westwick just posted, "It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct. I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible."

Mel B and Stephen Belafonte have settled the domestic violence portion of their nasty divorce.

We're told the 2 have reached an agreement and Mel has withdrawn her domestic violence restraining order against Stephen.

The implication ... it opens the door for Stephen to see his 6-year-old daughter Madison.

We're also told Mel B and Stephen settled a portion of their property division.

There has been no resolution of the Lorraine Gilles matter -- she's the former nanny who claims Mel B pressured her into having 3-ways with the couple. However, we're told they're close to reaching a resolution.

Charlie Sheen will face zero consequences for allegedly molesting a teenage Corey Haim -- because he never does ... according to his ex-fiancee, Brett Rossi.

Brett was at LAX Wednesday night when she lit up Charlie for, as she put it, "ruining a lot of lives." One of Corey's friends recently claimed 19-year-old Sheen molested 13-year-old Haim on a 1980s film set. Brett described that as a "pretty steep allegation" ... but it's clear she's not ruling it out.

4:55 PM PT -- Herjavec's lawyer, Lee Hutton, tells TMZ, "The allegations are false and with the sole intent for monetary gain. My client has had enough and will not tolerate extortion."

The ex-girlfriend of "Shark Tank" star Robert Herjavec has fired back at him with her own lawsuit, claiming he repeatedly raped and sodomized her.

Danielle Vasinova filed suit hours after Herjavec filed a lawsuit against her, claiming she tried extorting him for $20 million by making false claims in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal.

In her lawsuit, she says Herjavec took her to a secret, underground sex club in L.A. in 2015 and told her to watch him as he engaged in sexual conduct with other women. She claims he then demanded she participate, and when she refused he became angry and overpowered her, pinned her to a table, violently disrobed her, forcefully grabbed her face and jaw to hold her down and engaged in "injurious sexual intercourse and sodomy."

She claims there were other instances of sexual assault. Vasinova says in February 2015, Herjavec shoved her inside from a balcony, threw her down violently across a table and raped her.

And she says, the next morning, in a fit of aggression, he grabbed her by the throat, prevented her from breathing freely and engaged in sexual intercourse.

She claims when they got together he had promised to marry her and take care of her financial needs and pressured her into putting her career on hold.

Vasinova is suing for sexual battery, domestic violence, and infliction of emotional distress.
