Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene If I Had Planned Jan. 6 ... We Woulda Gotten the Job Done!!! 😬

Published | Updated

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene reportedly said if the mobilization of the Jan. 6 insurrection was in her hands, she would've made sure it was mission accomplished for Donald Trump.

The Georgia lawmaker made the shocking statement Saturday night during the New York Young Republican Club gala -- where she, Donald Trump Jr. and other prominent members of the GOP were in attendance to preach their policy positions as part of the new Congress.

Per the New York Post ... Greene, at one point said on Jan. 6, "I want to tell you something, if Steve Bannon and I had organized that, we would have won. Not to mention, we would’ve been armed." Bannon was in the audience, BTW -- it's unclear how the crowd reacted.

BTW, this moment of her speech wasn't caught on camera, and others were too ... and they also raised eyebrows, especially when she got to the topic of sex toys at big box stores.

She was talking about the state of the country, from her POV, and mentioned that you can buy butt plugs and dildos at Target and CVS these days -- which she considers an outrage. The audience didn't seem all that amused by her bringing it up ... and she apologized.

MTG did note, however, that with Republicans now controlling the House again ... she and her colleagues plan to attend to issues they consider important -- including the Hunter Biden laptop issue, President Biden's handling of certain matters these past 2 years and more.

In other words ... we're in for a log-jammed next couple of years, it seems. And with sentiments like these about the attack on the Capitol being spoken so freely and openly ... it's likely to be an all-out fist fight the whole way through.

Mark Curry I Was Racially Profiled ... By Hotel in Colorado

Published | Updated

Mark Curry claims he was racially profiled at a hotel in Colorado -- and the video evidence he has certainly raises some questions about why he was approached at all.

The actor/comedian posted a video this weekend that shows him hanging out in the lobby of an establishment called The Mining Exchange (a Wyndham hotel) in downtown Colorado Springs -- where he was in town for a gig a comedy club nearby.

HOSTILE HOTEL

The clip starts with Mark sitting down and enjoying some coffee, but almost instantly ... we see there are two employees standing nearby and looking over him. MC says they accosted him out of nowhere and asked if he was a guest staying there (he was, obviously).

Mark starts to question why he, of all people, is being asked this ... and jumps to the conclusion that it's because he's Black. He accuses the employees of harassing him, and wonders out loud why other guests in the lobby aren't being asked the same thing.

The employees don't really have an answer for him, and they just awkwardly stand there while Mark continues to record. Eventually, he uses the bathroom in a tense environment and is asked for his ID by a front desk attendant. Later, he enters his room and vents.

Mark says you can't be Black in America without an interrogation at some point, and he's sick of it. He posted the hotel's phone number and encouraged folks to blow them up.

As for the hotel, they have since apologized -- saying they reached out to Mark to comp him for his stay and offer him another free visit in the future. They also say they're going to be retraining their staff after this to make sure it remains a place that's welcoming for all.

Kylie Jenner Wears Seemingly Real Fur Scarf ... On Aspen Trip w/ Kendall

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner looked to have the remnants of a dead animal around her neck during a weekend trip to Aspen with Kendall Jenner ... the question being, is it real?

The two KarJenner sisters were in the ritzy Colorado ski town Saturday, where they hit the streets for a little retail therapy ... dressed up in their best winter getups, of course. Kendall was rocking an intricately-designed trench coat with matching leather gloves and boots.

Kylie, meanwhile, was wearing some sort of snowsuit with a headband and sunglasses. The piece of her ensemble that stood out, though ... a white scarf, which looks like real fur.

She was definitely flaunting it as part of her outfit, and ya gotta imagine if any animal activists were around -- they might've thrown a fit. Luckily, that wasn't the case ... it was just a bunch of fans nearby who saw Kylie and Kendall and wanted photos, which they obliged.

FUR FREAKOUT

Kylie's been in these people's crosshairs before -- getting yelled at here in L.A. and bombarded with bullhorn chants. She's never directly addressed the fur controversies as far as we've seen ... so maybe she's sticking to her guns and wearing what she likes.

We've reached out to Kylie's camp for comment ... so far, no word back.

Kanye West Named 'Antisemite of the Year' By Watchdog Group

Published | Updated

Kanye West may never win another music-related award again, but there's one group that's honoring him with a not-so-flattering title ... "Antisemite of the Year."

After several weeks and nearly 10,000 votes from members online, watchdog group StopAntisemitism has named Ye the most problematic person of 2022 when it comes to the group's mission.

Liora Rez, SA's Executive Director, tells TMZ, "Kanye uses his celebrity platform to push dangerous antisemitic tropes about Jews and power and he refuses to stop. His continuous onslaught of bigoted statements has resulted in horrific antisemitic acts perpetrated by white supremacists, Black Hebrew Israelites, and other fringe groups looking to cause Jews harm."

She continues, "Jew hatred is already out of control in the United States and the last thing we need is a celebrity like Kanye to add fuel to that fire.”

It's not hard to find the evidence backing Kanye's "Antisemite of the Year" victory.

As we reported, it was shortly after he declared he was, "going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE" when a group was spotted hanging a "Kanye is right about the Jews" sign over an L.A. freeway.

NOT SORRY, NO REGRETS

Just a few days after that, Kanye told Piers Morgan he only wished harm on Jewish people who did him wrong in music and business deals.

FROM THE MOUTH OF KANYE

Finally, it was last week on Alex Jones "Infowars" when Kanye declared he loved Hitler, denied parts of the Holocaust and demanded Nazis get hated on less when things really ramped up.

We know Adidas, Balenciaga and some of Kanye's closest friends have all cut ties ... he even lost an honorary degree.

Hard to imagine his "Antisemite of the Year" honor will disappear any time soon.

Al Sharpton Defends Deion Sanders ... He Had 'The Right' To Leave JSU!!!

DEFENDING DEION

All the Deion Sanders haters need to get off the coach's head ... so says Al Sharpton, who tells TMZ Sports Prime had every right to leave Jackson State for Colorado earlier this month.

"I think that a lot of us had such pride in him being at an HBCU that we forget that people make personal decisions," the civil rights activist told us this week in New York City ... "And they have the right to do that."

Of course, there have been a lot of mixed reactions to Sanders' move to Boulder ... with many blasting him for leaving the HBCU that he helped turn around for a Pac-12 program he has little ties to.

But, Sharpton tells us the critics need to cool it ... saying he believes Deion did everything he said he was going to do at JSU before ultimately taking a bigger gig.

"He's moved on and I think that our job is to make sure that Jackson State and others continue at the same level," Sharpton said.

Sharpton ain't the only one that has had Sanders' back since the move ... Bomani Jones also supported him this week -- saying on "TMZ Live" he understood the choice.

Despite backlash, Sanders is receiving a ton of love from Colorado nonetheless ... getting a standing ovation at the Buffs' basketball game on Thursday.

Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Hypocritically Using Media for Relevance ... Claims Royals Expert

Published | Updated

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry beat "the media's out to get us" drum repeatedly in their new Netflix docuseries, but a royal expert says that's kinda rich ... considering how much they need media coverage.

Kinsey Schofield tells TMZ ... Harry and Meghan's claims about the aggressive press surrounding their life came as a shock to her, and sees a clear contrast between them and Princess Diana.

120922_kinsey_schofield_docuseries_kal
MEGHAN & HARRY'S HYPOCRISY

Kinsey sees the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as entertainers, more than members of the royal family at this point ... and thinks all they're doing is trying to deflect hate and get the public on their side.

While Kinsey doesn't think it's working, the jury's still out -- because after volume 1 of "Harry & Meghan" dropped this week, many viewers see the couple's version of their story as pretty charming.

As you know, a big point in the series is about the media's negative takes on the couple ... with Meghan saying, "No matter what I did they were still going to find a way to destroy me."

BBC's Nicholas Witchell called that claim "absurd," despite the countless racist and slanted British tabloid headlines shown in the docuseries.

TAKEN TOO FAR???

Kinsey really takes Meghan to task, though, over one controversial moment from the doc -- Meghan's reenactment of her curtsy to Queen Elizabeth.

She saw it as disrespectful, in light of the Queen's death in September, and a scene that should've been left on the cutting room floor.

Now, she does admit QE2 would probably have gotten a chuckle out of the reenactment -- but believes there's evidence it rubbed Harry the wrong way.

Harry & Meghan Chances at Coronation Invite ... In Question Amid Doc

Published | Updated

To invite or disinvite -- that's the question facing King Charles as it pertains to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attending his coronation next year ... and there's a lot of opinions.

Now that the couple's Netflix doc is out (at least in part), many have wondered what'll become of the King's big ceremony next Spring -- namely, are the Duke and Duchess going to be asked to come, or on the flip side ... explicitly told they're not welcome?

Several so-called Royal experts have weighed in over the past few days -- and the consensus seems to be ... it depends on what else comes out in their series.

So far, there hasn't really been any real bombshell accusations hurled toward the Royal family that we weren't already aware of. In the first three episodes of 'Harry & Meghan,' the couple has mostly recounted how they met and navigating the U.K. press/Royal life early on.

While the first official trailer seemed to promise some harsh criticism of the senior members -- including Prince William and Charles -- the doc's been relatively mild of late. The second half, which is set to air on Dec. 15, is sure to include more incendiary content ... that is, after they cover Meghan and Harry's first wedding dance, which Netflix teased with a new clip.

Now, if Harry and Meghan go into further detail about their racism allegations relating to their son, Archie, it could easily blow up their chances at being invited to the coronation in May ... which, as of now, is actually scheduled on the kid's 4th birthday to the date.

Unclear whether that was intentional or not, but it certainly seems fishy. At any rate, neither party has officially commented on any plans for Harry and Meg to attend or not ... but some insiders have claimed that Charles' wife, Camilla, has expressed wanting them there.

Some in the U.K. are outright saying Harry and Meghan should nix themselves before Charles has to decide ... asserting they've burned a bridge too many here. Stay tuned ...

Emily Blunt Tom Cruise Told Me ... 'Stop Being Such a P***y' on Set

Let me be blunt, em

Tom Cruise gave Emily Blunt some tough-love advice while on set for their 2014 action flick -- which basically amounted to him telling her to grow a pair ... so says his costar.

The actress dished about the amusing story during an appearance on the "Smartless" podcast, which is cohosted by Jason Bateman, Will Arnett and Sean Hayes. They went through highlights of her career, and along the way ... they stopped at "Edge of Tomorrow."

Emily recounted her experience with the massive metal suits that her and Tom's characters wear throughout the movie, which were actually pretty damn heavy and hard to use in real life.

It was so difficult, in fact, that EB says she was freaking out about it -- breaking down on set and even crying at one point because she felt she wouldn't be able to proceed with the shoot ... which she says left Tom at a loss for words, as he didn't really know what to do.

Eventually, the words came to him. She says he bent down and said, "Come on. Stop being such a p***y, okay?" Emily says she laughed at that, and got it together to get the job done.

The cohosts all gave Tom kudos for his no-frills coaching approach. The legend lives on.

Fat Joe & Uncle Luke Clear the Air on Pitbull, Trick ... During IG Live Sesh

Published | Updated
UPDATE

12:34 PM PT -- Fat Joe and Uncle Luke have buried the hatchet and cleared the air about who discovered who -- and who's owed credit ... with FJ conceding, yeah ... it was Luke.

UPDATE
UPDATE

The two hip hop legends hopped on an IG Live to set the record straight, with Joe clarifying that he didn't claim to have discovered either Pitbull or Trick Daddy, but rather -- just amplified their music and helped them get on even more so than they already were.

UPDATE

Luke seemed to agree with this characterization, and they left on peaceful terms.

Fat Joe’s latest round of storytelling has landed him in the crosshairs of Luther “Uncle Luke” Campbell … who disagrees with Joe’s recollection of a key Florida rap timeline.

Joe was a guest on Math Hoffa’s “My Expert Opinion” over the summer -- where he claimed to have been the first cosign for future legends Trick Daddy and Pitbull … and spun their early demos into successful career launches -- like the Don he says he is.

Joe also took credit for blowing up his fellow Bronx rapper French Montana — but the 2 Live Crew founder, who just came across the interview, couldn’t stomach the Pitbull and TD comments and dug into his bag of receipts ... which Rick Ross found rather amusing.

He actually commented under Luke's long caption, laughing at his word selection.

Anyway, Luke says it was HE who put Trick Daddy on -- via their 1996 booty-shaking anthem collaboration "Scarred" -- recorded right when TD came home from jail and started his career ... suggesting FJ was full of it for claiming he had discovered him.

The proud Miami native said the same for Pitbull ... noting he signed the Cuban megastar to his Luke Records imprint during his career origins, which happened back in 2001.

Bottom line ... Luke is directly contradicting Joe's recollection of events, and dares him to correct the record, as he says he has proof to back his memory. Not just that, but Luke went on to say he actually dug DJ Khaled out of obscurity and made him mainstream too.

Joe hasn't responded yet -- but the dude's been catching a lot of flak lately for such tales -- including the assertion that Latinos were equally important in founding the hip hop genre.

Elon Musk Threatens to Sue Twitter Employees ... Who Break NDAs

Published | Updated

Elon Musk is sick of all the leaks plaguing Twitter lately -- so he's threatening to enforce the company's NDAs with his workforce ... at the risk of potential litigation.

The Chief Twit reportedly fired off an email to employees that detailed ramifications if they were found to be leaking sensitive insider info to the media ... this according to Platformer's Zoë Schiffer, who says she obtained a copy of the correspondence and quoted from it.

Schiffer says the email from EM begins ... "As evidenced by the many detailed leaks of confidential Twitter information, a few people at our company continue to act in a manner contrary to the company's interests and in violation of their NDA."

Elon reportedly goes on to say this, "This will be said only once: If you clearly and deliberately violate the NDA that you signed when you joined, you accept liability to the full extent of the law & Twitter will immediately seek damages."

There is a little wiggle room, it seems ... as Elon apparently told his fellow birds that an accidental or occasional slipup was understandable -- but also made a distinction between that and what he says has been happening en masse ... outright squealing to the press.

There has, in fact, been a lot of news about how Twitter's operating under Elon's regime -- with word of one of the HQs being turned into a motel of sorts, the mass firings/attempted rehires ... and, of course, the scarecrow moderation council he plans to install.

Some have called out EM as a hypocrite for trying to silence his own staff, while continuing to explicitly leak internal Twitter files to journos like Matt Taibbi and Bari Weiss.

L.A. Councilman Kevin de León Brawls at Tree Lighting!!! Says Protester Lit Him Up

Published

Controversial L.A. councilman Kevin de León got into a knockdown, drag-out fight with an activist ... while attending a Christmas tree lighting and toy giveaway event, of all places.

The video starts as de León is slamming Jason Reedy down onto a table, and the 2 of them continued wrestling into a hallway ... as people around them tried to break it up. Reedy is an organizer for a tenant rights group, and apparently has beef with de León.

After the fight ended -- with no serious injuries -- de León claimed it all started with Reedy headbutting him. He said the "self-proclaimed activists" assaulted him during the "community holiday event to the dismay of a multitude of families and children who were there to celebrate a Christmas tree lighting and to receive toys and food."

The incident's not all that shocking -- de León has been under fire since a leaked recording of him and other council members making racist remarks came out in October. Two of the council members resigned, but de León refused to step down and, instead, issued an apology.

After Friday's scuffle, Reedy's attorney told the LA Times, de León is “a disgrace.”

De León -- who unsuccessfully ran for mayor of L.A. this year -- had been the target of protests hours earlier during a city council meeting. The protestors were still angry about the racially charged recording, and shouted for his resignation,

Mexico Serial Killer Moves Like Ted Bundy, On the Loose ... Tijuana Victims Piling Up

Published

A serial killer on the U.S. and Mexico border seems like a Ted Bundy copycat, at least to the Mexican authorities desperately trying to hunt him down.

So far, cops believe the murderer has snuffed out 3 Tijuana sex workers -- women he targeted in strip clubs, lured back to a hotel room ... and then performed violent sexual acts before killing them.

Baja California (Mexico) Attorney General Ricardo Iván Carpio Sánchez told reporters Friday ... “This subject has criminal tendencies associated with violent and psychopathic behavior. His profile is very similar to someone who became very well-known decades ago: Ted Bundy."

They also suspect the killer is American. Tijuana is just over the California border.

Bundy confessed to abducting and murdering 30 women and girls across the United States from 1974 to 1978. He was later captured and executed by the state of Florida in 1989.

Carpio says they do have the name of one possible suspect. They're not saying it publicly, yet, but he says they've shared the info with U.S. law enforcement, including the FBI, so they can coordinate efforts to capture him.

Thomas Markle Not Watching 'Harry & Meghan' ... Focused On Stroke Recovery

Published | Updated

Thomas Markle is steering clear of his daughter's docuseries, "Harry & Meghan" ... according to Meghan's half sister, who says their father's more focused on his health than the project she calls "disrespectful."

Samantha Markle tells TMZ ... she's protecting her dad by telling him not to watch the new doc, saying Meghan's kicked Thomas while he was down in the past, and a series like this just further disrespects their fam.

Samantha says Thomas doesn't know what's in the series, and doesn't need to find out.

She doesn't think he'd even want to watch, because the royal family ordeal has been damaging to his health for a while. Most importantly, he's still recovering from the stroke he suffered earlier this year.

If you haven't seen it, the Netflix series is essentially the Duke and Duchess' side of everything they've been through -- from their first date to leaving the royal family to dealing with racist British headlines.

It also includes their viewpoint of the drama with Thomas leading up to their wedding, which he famously did not attend. Harry even says how "incredibly sad" it is for his wife to have lost her dad.

Samantha claims it was always Meghan's decision for Thomas to not be in her life -- and while he's accepted the disconnect, she says it's a numb feeling for him.

Liver King Supplement Co. Will Take A Hit ... After Steroid Admission

Published

The Liver King's recent bombshell admission might be bad news for his wildly successful supplement companies ... 'cause he expects to lose customers over his steroid use.

45-year-old Brian Johnson joined "TMZ Live" to discuss his decision to come clean about doping ... and he says he understands the harm he's caused by lying about it for years, and accepts all criticism coming his way.

"I know that I f****ed this up," LK said Friday. "I owe this. This is on me to deal with, and I deserve all the hate and criticism that I'm getting. I'll deal with this."

Before he ever became the viral Liver King with millions of followers, Johnson was already raking in the dough through his Heart & Soil and Ancestral Supplements company -- which reportedly earned him $100 million a year.

Now that he's come clean, LK foresees a drop in sales ... but says that's not what's most important to him.

"I'm sure it's going to affect the revenue, but everyone needs to understand this was never why we got into this," he said.

"I hope that customers remain, but what matters more than anything is nose-to-tail nourishment better be in your diet. If you don't want to get it from one of my companies, I hope you'll get it from somewhere else."

You gotta give LK credit for facing the music amid the backlash ... and he was open throughout the interview.

R. Kelly Speaks From Prison About Surprise Album ... I Didn't Drop Any Music!!!

Published

R. Kelly isn't admitting a damn thing when it comes to the "I Admit It" album that dropped Friday -- speaking from jail, he calls the recording a plot to screw him over in court.

TMZ obtained this audio Kelly's attorney, Jennifer Bonjean, says he recorded Friday shortly after they'd met. The disgraced singer immediately shuts down the notion he'd put out any music right now, much less something with the lyrics, "I Admit It," because he's trying to appeal his latest federal conviction.

Even more mysterious ... Kelly seems to insinuate the album recordings aren't even his voice. He says, "I hope people recognized my voice and know that" he wouldn't be recording in the middle of a legal battle.

As we reported, it certainly looked and sounded like he'd release a 13-track album, with the title track addressing many of the allegations leveled against him.

After just a few hours, though, the project was pulled from Spotify and Apple Music -- as Kelly's label, Sony Music, denied any involvement in the recording or in distributing it to the streamers.

His legal team later told us, they were investigating to figure out who may have released the music. BTW, we know it was uploaded by Ingrooves, a distributor owned by Universal Music Group ... with no ties to Sony Music.

Also, the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed R. Kelly didn't produce any songs using equipment in prison.

During this voice recording, he seemed to want to prove it's not his voice on "I Admit It" -- so, he broke into a few bars of his song, “When A Woman's Fed Up."

He thinks there's a clear difference, but listen for yourself.

Kelly's been convicted by 2 separate federal juries -- and is serving a 30-year sentence for sex crimes. He's scheduled to be sentenced in February for the second case.

R. Kelly Legal Team Investigating Album Release It Shouldn't Have Dropped!!!

Published | Updated

R. Kelly's legal team is digging deep into the mystery of who dropped an unauthorized album using his name and recordings, and his attorney says they've already got their sights set on a few possible suspects.

R. Kelly's criminal defense attorney, Jennifer Bonjean, tells TMZ the disgraced singer's lawyers, entertainment attorneys and trusted friends are all trying to get to the bottom of who currently has access to his music catalog. She says they have a small group of people who they've ID'd as culprits ... but notes a potential problem could be his material changing hands.

Bonjean says she spoke with R. Kelly Friday afternoon -- he was surprised and upset about the music's release without his permission.

Bonjean tells us stuff like this has been a reoccurring issue for R. Kelly ... claiming a bunch of studio equipment, computers and masters were taken shortly after his 2019 arrest. She says there's also been an issue with his calls and emails being stolen from prison.

As we reported, an album called "I Admit It," featuring a bunch of R. Kelly's SoundCloud tracks, silently made its way to major streaming platforms Friday but was quickly removed. A source at Sony Music told us it appeared to be a bootleg version.

FYI -- the Federal Bureau of Prisons tells TMZ it conducted a review and determined R. Kelly didn't produce any songs using equipment from behind bars. Regarding Bonjean's claims the FBOP stole calls and emails, we're told the Bureau "does not comment on pending litigation."
