Nicki Minaj's husband, Kenneth Petty, says having his name on New York's Sex Offender Registry has caused him a lot of problems, and the worst part is he never got his day in court to challenge it ... according to new legal docs.

Petty's suing the State of New York and its Criminal Justice Services division to have his name removed from the sex offender's registry, because he claims he never got notice of a hearing about it back in October 2004 while he was incarcerated.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... the hearing offered an opportunity to challenge the risk level assigned to him -- he was categorized as a level 2 sex offender at the time -- but problem is, Petty claims he never actually got notice of it.

Petty claims the notice of the hearing was sent to an address where he didn't live -- because he was in prison at the time -- and alleges the "Kenny Petty" signature on the bottom is a forgery.

Petty claims whoever did it also answered that he would not be attending the hearing. So, according to the new suit, Petty claims he never got his constitutional right to due process to challenge the risk level assigned to him.

Britney Spears' boyfriend is as hopeful as her fans she'll return to performing, and seems to think it could happen soon ... but admittedly he's got his fingers metaphorically crossed.

Sam Asghari was leaving an intense and sweaty workout at Bas Rutten's Elite MMA Gym in L.A. Wednesday when he blurted out something that could send Brit's followers into a tizzy ... claiming she'll "absolutely" take the stage again soon.

His absolute statement was quickly followed up with a mumbled "hopefully" -- so it doesn't sound like there's any solid plan in place just yet.

As for recent developments in Britney's conservatorship case -- like her father Jamie agreeing to step down -- Sam has another brief response ... with some added muscle.

Speaking of which, Sam makes a quick pitch to the producers of 'Fast & Furious 10' for a role and he's certainly taking his acting and fitness goals seriously.

F-boys are coming out on top in a big way -- we got 'FBOY Island' star Sarah Emig hanging with Garrett Morosky in L.A. ... despite the fact he embarrassed her on TV, and she claimed to be done with him.

The bitter exes -- or so we thought -- from the HBO Max reality dating show were together at an Erewhon in L.A. Tuesday, and we caught them red-handed as they were going in with another co-star, Greg.

Sooo many questions to be asked, starting with ... is Sarah actually giving Garrett a second chance??? Watch the clip, they tried to keep it all on the DL, but Sarah did admit "I wanna hear him out. I wanna hear what he has to say."

We also asked if Garrett had done everything he needed to get Sarah to forgive him, and he copped to coming up short in that department. Based on what they're telling us here -- Garrett still needs to give Sarah some sort of formal apology.

Still, the fact they're looking chummy again is a full 180 from what Sarah told us just a couple days ago -- namely, that she's done with GM ... after he suggested a reconciliation could happen.

It would appear Garrett was right, and he's more of a smooth talker than we realized.

Ben Affleck is turning 49 today, and before he gets into whatever Jennifer Lopez has in store for him ... it seems he wanted some QT with his kiddos, without her on his arm.

BA was spotted out Sunday with his three children in tow -- Violet, Samuel and Seraphina -- while they were apparently visiting a friend in L.A. It's just dad and the young ones here ... no sign of Jen or any of her brood tagging along. Ditto for his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.

It's interesting to see Ben without the former tied to his hip on his most special of days -- considering they've been doing just that with all their other outings lately, plus workplace drop-ins. Frankly, we figured it'd be a no-brainer to see her with him early and often on his bday.

Not the case, though, it seems. Maybe Ben's compartmentalizing, and splitting up his time. Family first, love life second. Oddly enough, there's no bday shout-out from Jen yet either.

The only thing she has up on her Story today is a goofy solo selfie -- definitely not the same type of attention/treatment she gave herself a few weeks ago for the big 5-2, which had Ben's fingerprints all over the celebration. On the other hand, he is a low-key dude generally (no IG or anything) ... so, maybe the non-acknowledgment is at his behest? 🤷🏽‍♂️

While JL might not be giving him bday props just yet, Ben's old director pal, Zack Snyder, sure has ... he posted a born day tribute with some never-before-seen photos of BA as Batman -- and it's got DC fans buzzing and clamoring for more Snyder-verse content.

Zack threw up the throwback pic on Vero, showing a test batsuit he was having Ben try on at the time -- which was apparently back in 2013, before they started filming 'Batman v Superman.' Your boy looked as good then as he does now some 8 years later.

You can't love dessert as much as Britney Spears does -- at least not based on the sounds she was putting down when her BF was tempted ... by an ice cream sundae.

So, outwardly this is a video of chiseled Sam Asghari fighting off his desire to suck down some ice cream -- but Brit steals the show with her reaction to the delicious treat. You know the ol' saying -- you scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream.

Well, Britney's blown that outta the water. Instead of screaming, she's just moaning in a way that's orgasmically reminiscent of Meg Ryan in "When Harry Met Sally."

The most frustrating part -- it's not clear if Sam actually ate the sundae or let it go to waste because he suggests it doesn't fit into his diet and fitness plan. In other words: Where's the climax???

Later in his IG Story, Sam also whipped up some sort of cake dessert for "someone else that can eat this at the moment" ... and again, all signs point to his GF.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez hit up a restaurant known for its star-studded guests ... and ya gotta wonder if there was something to celebrate.

Bennifer 2.0 held hands as they headed into Craig's in WeHo Wednesday night for a dinner date, but unlike their Beverly Hills outing last weekend ... this was a more family affair.

J Lo's 13-year-old daughter, Emme, tagged along for the occasion, which is interesting because as we reported ... signs are pointing to Ben and Jen looking to buy a massive home together.

On Tuesday, the couple was out house hunting all over the L.A. area ... and one of the places they checked out is a jaw-dropping $85 million Beverly Hills estate with a 38,000-sq-ft main house with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.

So yeah, plenty of room for them and all their kids.

Of course, they've been doing a lot of house hunting lately -- together and solo -- along with an increasing amount of public appearances ... so it's hard to tell if this was a special date at Craig's or just par for the course.

Paul Walker's only child, Meadow, is now engaged nearly 8 years after his death.

The 22-year-old model made the announcement not-so-subtly on IG Monday with a quick, fun video of her in a pool somewhere in the desert. She flashes the giant rock on that finger ... and flirtatiously floats away from the cameraman, presumably her fiancé.

That would be one Louis Thornton-Allan -- apparently an actor himself -- whom she just went Instagram official with last month. It's unclear how long they've been romantically involved before that ... but in any case, it looks like they're ready to walk down the aisle together.

Besides the obvious celebratory sentiment, the other feeling here is ... man, does time fly. It seems just like yesterday when she was 14, right around the time her dad tragically died in a car accident in 2013.

Of course, they were close ... and Paul's death was hard on Meadow. But, she's carried on well -- and has even shown up to a few of 'Fast & Furious' premieres since his passing. She continues to hype up PW's legacy to this day ... always promoting 'Fast' content, too.

BTW, Louis seems to have popped the question here on a special day in and of itself -- seems today's the birthday of a family member of his ... possibly his pops, 'cause he gave him a shoutout online -- in addition to posting more about his and Meadow's baecation.

There are a couple simple things Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez need to do to make their relationship last this time around -- and Simon Cowell has the one-two recipe.

The 'Idol' vet and music producer was out for a bike ride in L.A. with his girlfriend, Lauren, and their son when a photog asked if he had any advice for Bennifer 2.0 as they head down the couple's path once again some 20 years later.

TMZ Sports spotted the new couple couple at celeb hotspot Nobu in Malibu Friday night ... as they left dinner.

We're told De La Hoya and Sonders met at a boxing event HS was working in June ... where she interviewed the former 6-weight class world champion.

The sparks obviously were flying ... and we're told they've been inseparable ever since.

In fact, the new couple recently took a trip to Pebble Beach golf course where they hit the links together.

Last year, Sonders was in a relationship with high-stakes gambler, "Vegas Dave" ... before the couple ultimately split.

Of course, Oscar is returning to the ring after spending 13 years in retirement (his last fight was a loss to Manny Pacquiao in 2008) ... boxing Belfort, the 44-year-old MMA legend.

FYI, Belfort is one of the greatest MMA fighters ever ... with wins over Dan Henderson, Michael Bisping and Luke Rockhold.

We asked ODLH about the upcoming scrap ... and he told us he's training his ass off.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck aren't shying away from their love here in La La Land -- as if their big date night on Saturday wasn't enough ... here's more evidence from the day after.

Check out these photos TMZ obtained of Bennifer holding hands for a romantic stroll on the beach late Sunday afternoon ... one that's kinda tucked away in Malibu near Paradise Cove, below what we're told seemed to be a private home (perhaps one of theirs, or a pal's even).

Unclear who exactly the guy third-wheeling with them was, but eyewitnesses tell us he seemed to be part of their crew as they took a walk to remember. We *think* that looks like someone we recognize -- and who Ben certainly recognizes too. That you, Matt Damon???

Anyway, we're told the couple stopped and chatted with a few others along the way, and then the trio made their way up some stairs.

Feels like Ben and Jen might've wanted to get away from paps, as there didn't appear to be any in sight here -- unfortunately, they're just too damn famous and hot not to notice. Sorry guys!

Still ... it's a pretty romantic outing, even away from the public eye so to speak -- which speaks volumes about where they are right now (aka, head over heels in love). Remember, they'd just hit the town the night prior in a big "we're here" type of way.

Before the big Bev Hills debut, they'd only been seen getting publicly affectionate on their Euro vacay -- but after this, something tells us we're gonna see a lot more Ben/Jen PDA.

The can't-keep-our-hands-off-each-other couple locked arms as they arrived at Oliveta restaurant in Bev Hills. They showed up at 8:30 PM and left at around 11, so lots to talk about.

They just returned from a super-romantic vacay in the South of France, celebrating her 52nd birthday ... and they were like 2 teenagers with raging hormones!

As we told you, J Lo is house-hunting in L.A. ... what's unclear is if Ben was just along for the ride when she was looking or if he's gonna be a co-owner.  Translation -- they could be shackin' up.

J Lo was also visiting schools in the L.A. area for her 2 kids.

Lot of folks think this is all a prelude to an engagement, but so far, no ring.  Ben did, however, gift his GF a necklace with his name attached. And, there's a teardrop diamond hanging from the bling, and some folks think it's a new-fangled type of engagement ring.

Tichina Arnold says she split from her husband at the beginning of 2016 following his sex tape scandal with another woman ... but she's just now pulling the trigger on officially ending her marriage.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... "The Neighborhood" and "Martin" star filed for divorce from Rico Hines this week, citing the usual irreconcilable differences.

What's unusual, however, is the timing of this divorce -- Tichina lists the separation date as January 12, 2016 ... about 3-and-a-half years after they wed in 2012.

If you don't recall ... the actress announced she was divorcing Rico back then, and memorably claimed it was due to discovering he made a sex tape with another woman.

Britney Spears just told a long, bizarre story about getting locked in her bathroom in the middle of the night ... and it's eyebrow-raising for sure.

The pop star just shared her wild bathroom adventure, explaining how she got trapped in there in the first place and detailing the lengths to which she and others went to set her free.

Britney says she got distracted by some leftover coffee on a hunt for some face wash before realizing she was locked inside. She says her boyfriend, Sam Asghari, was fast asleep and she had to scream 4 times to wake him up.

When Sam's attempts to pick the lock failed, Britney says she was able to call security to come open the door ... but it sounds like they were asleep just like Sam.

Britney says another 45 minutes went by before she was finally freed, but only after drinking her stale coffee.

Michelle Pfeiffer and David E. Kelley have taken advantage of the blazing hot housing market by unloading their Pacific Palisades home in a flash ... TMZ has learned.

The couple listed the estate in July and it only took a week to get a solid offer. The house was listed at $25 million and our real estate sources say they got close to asking.

It's an eye-popping amount of loot, but it's by no means a bonanza for them. They paid $22,250,000 in January 2020 ... so with carrying costs, upgrades and realtor fees ... it's probably around the break-even mark.

The house is just over 10,000 square feet, with 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It's right up against the Riviera Golf Course, which is prime real estate in the area. In addition to overlooking the golf course, it has ocean views as well. Of course, it has the requisite pool -- an infinity pool, no less.

The singer was spotted practically jumping for joy Sunday when she came across a potbellied pig in Hawaii ... where she and her BF, Sam Asghari, have returned for vacation again.

With all her recent conservatorship drama playing out in court, it's been a while since we've seen Brit looking so genuinely giddy as she does here. She completely freaked when she saw someone's pet pig out for a walk on Maui.

Britney bent down to pet and stroke the little guy. Apparently, she's gotten the word ... domesticated pigs are super smart, and make a nice alternative to cats and dogs.

It's vacation time for Lionel Messi ... and the soccer megastar is enjoying his annual getaway on the Spanish waters with his wife, kids, and bestie, Luis Suarez!!!

Of course, Messi and Suarez are as close as it gets ... and the gang has been known to tour Spain on expensive boats during the summer months over the past few years.
