Florida Paddling Incident Beaten 6-year-old getting therapy ... Mother Too
-
Exclusive
- 21.9K shares
The 6-year-old student from Florida who took a paddling -- with her mom watching -- is still shaken up from the incident ... and is getting professional help.
Brent Probinsky, the family's lawyer, tells TMZ that the girl's mother calls him twice a day with distress about the school beating that happened on April 13 ... telling him the kid can't sleep, cries constantly and feels generally terrorized by what happened.
As you can imagine, we're told her parents are also overcome with emotion ... especially the mom, whom Probinsky tells us is riddled with guilt from watching it all unfold. We're told the family now has a therapist ... and their first appointment should be this week.
BTW, the attorney shed some light on why the mom just stood by instead of stepping in -- he says she and her husband are undocumented immigrants from Mexico, and she was afraid she'd get deported if she reported it. You can see her hesitation first-hand in new video that we've obtained, showing the principal take an authoritative tone right from the jump.
Luckily, the mom reported it anyway ... and now it's being handled by authorities. Probinsky says the case is being reviewed by the state attorney's office, as well as the school district and the Florida Dept. of Education. Probinsky insists this was aggravated battery -- he's pushing for officials to strip the principal and her clerk of their education licenses ... so they can't teach in Florida ever again.
Time will tell what comes of this -- but for now, both the clerk and principal are on leave.

Olivia Wilde can breathe a sigh of relief ... a judge just granted a permanent restraining order against the man she claims keeps showing up at her home, believing he was her lover.
According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... 30-year-old Eric Nathanial Fuhs must stay away from Olivia for the next 3 years. We're told the restraining order also protects her ex, Jason Sudeikis, and their kids.
TMZ broke the story ... Olivia sought protection against Fuhs last month after claiming she had security footage showing him showing up to her crib on multiple occasions to leave notes for her and Sudeikis, with the guy falsely claiming he was dating Olivia.
The documents had initially stated Olivia and Jason still lived together, but sources later said that wasn't the case.
The actress, who is now with Harry Styles, also said Fuhs left an ominous note saying he's "struggling to stay sane."
Olivia said she was scared the man was able to find her home, so she filed for the restraining order.

Quando Rondo and his entourage were caught in a hail of gunfire at a convenience store in Georgia, and one man in his entourage was wounded.
According to law enforcement sources, the shots rang out around 3:20 AM Sunday in Blackshear, while Quando and his crew were in a parking lot off the highway. Cops believe the shooter opened fire from across the road or from the highway.
Our sources say police aren't aware of any bullets striking Quando, because he was not at the scene when cops responded, but we're told he was in the parking lot before the shooting.
The rapper was traveling with a large entourage, and we're told one man in the group was shot in the hand and got treatment at a local hospital.
It's interesting ... law enforcement says it appears Quando and his crew weren't at the convenience store long before shots rang out, and cops believe they were making a quick stop when the shooting started.
As we reported ... cops say Quando Rondo's crew was involved in a November shootout with King Von's entourage outside an Atlanta nightclub, which left Von dead. One of Quando's crew members was arrested for felony murder.

NFL's Mark Walton Insane Pizza Hut Arrest Caught On Police Video ... 'I Can Pee On Myself?'
-
Exclusive
NFL free agent Mark Walton argued with Pizza Hut employees, yelled at cops, got violent with his cousin, and then peed on himself before being arrested last January ... and the entire, wild scene was all caught on police video obtained by TMZ Sports.
It all went down back on Jan. 31 ... when around 11:24 PM, the 24-year-old running back got into a tiff with workers at a Miami Pizza Hut shop.
In the police footage, you can see officers rolled up to Walton while he was in a heated dispute at the pizza joint's ordering counter.
In the clip, Walton says he was pissed at employees because after they canceled one of his orders ... he claims one of them called him a "f*** n***a."
Walton says he personally came to the store to confront them over it ... and that's when all the drama began.
Cops say Pizza Hut employees claimed Walton was "banging on the windows" prior to their arrival ... and you can see in video, Walton was yelling at the employees when the officers showed up.
Mark continued to bicker with the Pizza Hut staffers while cops were present ... and eventually, he became combative toward the officers themselves.
At one point, as the cops tried to get him to calm down and leave the area, Walton screamed at an officer, "You don't know who I am! I don't care! I'm about money!"
Walton eventually walked away from the scene with his cousin -- though the two didn't get very far, because they ended up in a physical altercation at the back of the Pizza Hut.
You can see in footage, when cops turned the corner to check in on the two ... Walton was standing over his cousin, who appeared to be knocked out while bleeding profusely from his forehead area.
Cops ordered Walton to the ground at taser-point ... and while they put him in handcuffs, the NFL player told them his cousin had fallen after grabbing him during their dispute.
While detained, Walton argued with officers more ... and then asked them if he could "pee on myself." When cops said yes, Walton let it go.
Eventually, Walton admitted to an officer on video that he had been drinking earlier in the day.
Walton was ultimately hit with 2 charges over the incident, misdemeanor trespassing and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
But, court records show he reached a deal with prosecutors last month to have the case closed ... though we're working on the specifics of that agreement.
Walton was a Cincinnati Bengals fourth-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft ... but he was eventually cut by the team in 2019 following multiple arrests.
Walton eventually signed on with the Dolphins in '19 ... but they too cut him after he ran into more trouble with the law.
The current free agent has rushed for 235 yards on 67 carries in his two-year career.

Paddling Principal 6-year-old student takes a beating ... Mom Stands There & Films
An elementary school principal went full 19th-century headmaster on a 6-year-old student -- paddling her a few times ... all while the mom recorded it.
This is coming out of Clewiston, FL ... where Central Elementary School Principal Melissa Carter and her clerk, Cecilia Self, were captured on video bending a little girl over and giving her a few whacks with an old-school paddle ... all in front of the kid's mom, who filmed it.
The student's mother says she was called to the school recently, with a claim that her daughter had damaged a school computer ... with a repair cost of nothing more than $50.
The mom says she was told by the school that her kid would be getting paddled as punishment, with her and a "deputy" present ... but says she didn't understand the process as it was being explained to her, as she doesn't speak much English.
Anyway, when the mom showed up to pay the fee and get her daughter ... she says she was led to a room where Carter and Self were present, along with her child. No law enforcement deputy was in sight. Before she knew it, Carter was meting out a beating.
The mom, who hasn't been ID'd for privacy, insists she didn't step in because she felt she would get in trouble ... and figured the only thing she could do was to document it to expose the abuse. So, that's what she did ... secretly filming the encounter and standing by.
The mom justifies her action -- or a lack thereof -- by saying she felt she needed to "sacrifice" her daughter to blow the lid on what was going on there.
In any case, there are a number of investigations underway over this ... a criminal one at the hands of Clewiston PD, a social one by the Dept. of Children and Families and of course, one by the district itself, Hendry County ... which does NOT allow corporal punishment.

Kentucky Derby Breonna Taylor Protesters Arrested ... After Diner Points Gun at Them

10:39 AM PT -- Louisville PD finally got back to us on what the protesters were arrested for exactly -- and they're all minor infractions that the police say are related to protesting ... and failing to obey orders when they impeded on the restaurant's property and faced off with customers.
Five different people were booked, and the charges range from disregarding an officer's signals for directing traffic/fleeing, evading police and even hitchhiking ... to disorderly conduct, failure to disperse and possession of an open alcoholic beverage/possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
The cops insist at least one of the protesters was also armed ... but you can't really see that in the video. The man who was clearly brandishing a gun does not appear to have been arrested.
Several protesters near the Kentucky Derby were arrested Saturday as they protested the killing of Breonna Taylor ... but as for why they got arrested -- well the cops won't say.
Around 50 protesters marched by the entrance of Churchill Downs with signs that read, "We haven't forgotten Breonna."

— Hayes Gardner (@HayesGardner) May 2, 2021 @HayesGardner
The protesters ended up at La Chasse restaurant, and suddenly a man dining on the patio pulled out a gun and trained it on the group. There's no evidence from the video that the man was threatened.
Kentucky is an open carry state, so when cops came he was in the clear. But then, there was a foot chase and cops corralled 3 protesters and arrested them.
We contacted the Louisville PD and asked why the protesters were arrested. They wouldn't say but told us to file a public records request and even then they might not tell us. Sheesh.
As you know, none of the cops have been charged for Breonna's death and her family is especially upset that the grand jury proceeding was a sham. Attorney General Daniel Cameron told the media his office had instructed grand jurors on possible homicide charges when grand jurors said they had not been so instructed.

Jack Harlow Caught in Middle of Fatal Shooting ... Club Outing Turns Deadly
-
Exclusive

Jack Harlow was feet away from what turned out to be a fatal shooting in Kentucky this weekend -- and TMZ's got video of the moment shots were fired ... and Jack scrambling.
The rapper -- who hails from the Louisville area -- was partying at a place in town called Vibes Restaurant and Ultra Lounge ... which was throwing a shindig in honor of the Kentucky Derby, something Jack himself had attended earlier in the day Friday.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Later that night, he stopped in at Ultra Lounge ... where he was filmed vibing out near the stage. Check out the video though -- it looks like an altercation unfolds with a woman and at least one man ... who then start leaning into each other before falling over in a scuffle.
Right at that moment, you hear what sounds to be a gunshot go off ... and everyone starts making a run for it, including Jack. It doesn't appear he was injured -- but we got calls in to his rep to make sure.
While it's unclear what exactly led up to the violence or who shot ... it sadly ended with someone losing their life. Police have said a woman was found dead from the shooting and a man was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No suspects have been arrested.

Minnesota AG Keith Ellison Chauvin Deserves Stiff Sentence ... For 'Particular Cruelty' to Floyd
Derek Chauvin deserves to be locked up for much longer than what the state of Minnesota's guidelines suggest ... that's according to the state's Attorney General, who's citing the ex-cop's "particular cruelty" toward George Floyd.
Minnesota AG Keith Ellison filed docs this week asking Judge Cahill to impose a stiffer sentence come June than he otherwise might under state sentencing guidelines, which recommend just 12.5 years. Cahill doesn't have to play it by the book, though, and could give Chauvin the max of 40 years.
If he's going over 12.5 years ... Cahill would have to find evidence of aggravating factors in the case, and Ellison says there's more than enough of that.
5/25/20
While Ellison didn't say exactly what the state is seeking in terms of a sentence ... it sounds like they want Chauvin behind bars for way longer than just a decade and change -- arguing the guy was especially cruel while killing Floyd, as evidenced by the number of times he ignored Floyd's screams.
Ellison notes Chauvin stayed on Floyd's neck for over nine minutes, despite the fact George was telling cops how much pain he was in ... that he couldn't breathe ... and that he was going to die. Floyd complained about not being able to breathe a whopping 27 times.
Chauvin's defense attorney, Eric Nelson, is arguing for the opposite -- saying Chauvin was authorized to use that force for an actively resisting suspect. The problem with that argument is Chauvin's own superiors testified he'd broken department protocol.
Ellison's filing is interesting in light of what he said on "60 Minutes" last week -- that Chauvin shouldn't get the maximum sentence just to set an example. Instead, he said the judge should give him whatever the case merits.
Chauvin is scheduled to hear his fate on June 25 -- with the other three ex-MPD officers waiting in the wings as their trials are set to begin in August.

Dumb Criminals 'Freestyling Felon' Breaks into Dance ... After Stealing, Pawning Jewelry

Gazo and Jackson made their way to nearby Stuart, Florida, where they entered a pawn shop and scored some serious cash. Gazo couldn't contain his glee as he broke into a dance before they drove off.
The cops were blunt ... "Freestyling Felon is dancing his way into jail, with your help." There's now a warrant out for their arrest.
Gazo and Jackson are wanted for Dealing in Stolen Property, Giving False Information to a Pawnbroker and 3rd Degree Grand Theft.

Policing in America College Professor Indignant ... When Student Calls Cops 'Heroes'
A California college professor was borderline enraged when one of her students said he believed cops were heroes, and the exchange is fascinating.
19-year-old Braden Ellis was in a zoom lecture with his professor at Cypress College. Ellis told the class he believed the majority of police were good people and acknowledged there were bad cops who should be disciplined.
The professor shot back there is little to no accountability when cops cross the line ... and the stats support her position. Ellis didn't disagree but stood his ground and maintained most cops joined their police forces to protect and serve and therefore deserved hero status.
The professor wasn't having it, saying, "So what is your bottom line point? You're saying police officers should be revered, viewed as heroes? They belong on TV shows with children?"
Ellis's response ... "I think they are heroes in a sense because they come to your need and help you."
That escalated the argument, with the professor saying she wouldn't call the cops even if she was in harm's way because she doesn't trust them.
It's an interesting argument and shows the polarization in America. At this point, it's hard for anyone to seriously argue there isn't systemic racism in policing, but that doesn't automatically paint every cop with the same brush. Watch and judge for yourself.

Marilyn Manson Sued 'GoT' Actress Esme Bianco Claims Rape ... Cut with a Nazi Knife
-
Breaking News
- 6.7K shares
12:14 PM PT -- Manson's attorney, Howard King, tells us, "These claims are provably false. To be clear, this suit was only filed after my client refused to be shaken down by Ms. Bianco and her lawyer and give in to their outrageous financial demands based on conduct that simply never occurred. We will vigorously contest these allegations in court and are confident that we will prevail.”
Esme Bianco -- best known for her role as Ros on "Game of Thrones" -- claims she was drugged, tortured and raped by Marilyn Manson in a bombshell new lawsuit.
According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the actress met the shock rocker in 2005 through his then-fiancee and he expressed interest in casting her in some film projects ... then she says he hit her up again after his divorce in 2007.
Bianco claims this is when he made his first "sexual overtures" toward her by requesting nude photographs, but he played it off as a joke. According to the docs, Manson flew her to L.A. in early 2009, purportedly to film a music vid for his song, "I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies" ... and this is when years of abuse began.
The actress claims upon arrival she learned there was no film crew, just Manson, and she was expected to stay with him, be on call 24/7 and wear lingerie as her "costume." She alleges she was given drugs and alcohol and subjected to threats of violence and rape, and according to the docs ... was tied to a prayer kneeler and beaten by Manson with a whip he told her was utilized by the Nazis. She claims Manson also electrocuted her.
Bianco claims she was manipulated into believing this was all part of the music video shoot, and he assured her it was being edited. She says he then visited her in May 2009 in London and they began a sexual relationship, though she claims he was controlling and degrading.
According to the docs ... Bianco claims they kept a long-distance relationship going until 2011, when Manson convinced her to move to L.A. to live with him and promised her film roles. She claims during this time she endured constant abuse, including sleep deprivation, verbal abuse and tantrums if she expressed discomfort over the "violent and sexually graphic films" he allegedly played in his apartment.
She claims Manson once chased her around the home with an ax, and on another occasion "cut Ms. Bianco with a Nazi knife during sex, without her consent, and photographed the cuts on her body." She says he also posted the photos online without her consent.
Bianco says Manson used a pattern of using "drugs, force, and threats of force to coerce sexual acts" from her on multiple occasions, and claims he raped her around May 2011.
She also accused him of sexual battery during her time with him in L.A. in 2011. According to the docs ... "These acts include spanking, biting, cutting, and whipping Ms. Bianco’s buttocks, breasts, and genitals for [Manson's] sexual gratification," and all without her consent.
Bianco's lawsuit does not say if she reported the alleged rape or abuse to police. We've reached out to Manson's camp ... no word back yet.

Ghislaine Maxwell Gets Black Eye Behind Bars ... First Pic From Prison
Ghislaine Maxwell is sleep deprived and things are so torturous for her behind bars she's suffered a black eye ... so claims her attorney in a letter and photo she filed in court.
Maxwell's attorney, Bobbi Sternheim, filed docs attaching a picture showing what Jeffrey Epstein's associate is looking like these days while locked up at NYC's Metropolitan Detention Center.
It's clear she's suffered a bruise under her eye, but how she got it is a mystery. Her lawyer's filing included a letter to the judge stating Maxwell only noticed the bruise after catching her reflection on a nail clipper. She doesn't have a mirror.
Sternheim says Maxwell -- who's accused of trafficking underage girls to have sex with Epstein -- doesn't know how she got the bruise. It appears prison officials aren't buying that, because Sternheim claims officials threatened to put Maxwell in a Special Housing Unit unless she spilled the beans on how she got the bruise.
But, Sternheim says if Maxwell's ever placed in SHU "it would be ironic" because "it would signal that Ms. Maxwell needs protection from the very staff so intent on protecting her, since she has no contact with anyone but staff."
BTW ... there's one theory on how Maxwell got the bruise. Sternheim said, "There is concern that the bruise may be related to the need for Ms. Maxwell to shield her eyes [using a sock or towel] from the lights projected into her cell throughout the night."
Sternheim's concerned about Maxwell's sleep disruption every 15 minutes to check on her breathing ... to which the attorney also objects, saying it's a "myth" that "Maxwell's conditions of confinement are related to her being a suicide risk."
Maxwell's attorney wants prison officials to ax the 15-minute light surveillance because they say sleep deprivation is having an adverse effect on her "health, well-being, and ability to prepare for and withstand trial."

Rudy Giuliani Here's What Triggered FBI Raid ... Ukraine & Trump Ties, My Ass!!!
Rudy Giuliani just went on his radio show in an effort to set the record straight about what led the FBI to raid his NYC pad and office.
Rudy said Thursday on his WABC radio show that reports the search warrant's tied to allegations he played middle man between Ukrainian officials and Donald Trump ... are FALSE.
Instead, he claims the feds came knocking because he allegedly failed to file as a foreign agent prior to dealing with Ukraine -- which he said was also false.
What's more ... Giuliani claimed he tried to clear this up with the Justice Department for the last 2 years, but they ignored him. Rudy said that over the last 2 years he was willing to prove as much ... but claims the Justice Department ignored him.
In all, he claims he made 3 attempts to squash the whole Ukraine drama -- 2 years ago, 1 year ago and 6 months ago. What's interesting about all of those dates is that they were all under President Trump's administration.
Rudy, who in November 2019 said anyone that tries locking him up will come away embarrassed, the feds instead decided to raid his home at 6 in the morning.
As we reported ... federal investigators seized Rudy's electronic devices as part of a criminal probe involving his alleged dealings with Ukraine. The feds wanna know if Rudy illegally lobbied the Trump administration in 2019 on behalf of officials and oligarchs in Ukraine.

Rudy Giuliani Feds Raid NYC Office & Apartment ... He Claims Feds Did it Just to Put on Show

6:15 PM PT -- Giuliani’s attorney, Robert Costello, tells TMZ, "In the past two years on two different occasions I told the [Assistant U.S. Attorneys] that to stop the endless anonymous leaks implying that Giuliani committed a crime we would sit down and answer any questions about any criminal law topic. Our only provision was that we could not, by operation of law, disclose attorney client communications or executive privilege communications."
Costello says all he asked was to know the subject, but the feds "refused and said they would listen to anything I wanted to say but they would tell me the subject to talk about." However, he says they never did that, and Costello's strongly suggesting the U.S. Attorney's Office was more interested in sticking it to Rudy with Wednesday's raid.
He adds, "What they obtained today they could have obtained with a grand jury subpoena- but that would have been secret and leaking that to the media would be a federal crime. Not so if you send 7 FBI agents to a posh building on the upper east side of Manhattan where you can be assured that at least one neighbor or a doorman will call a newspaper to report what they saw."
Rudy Giuliani's apartment and office in Manhattan were crawling with federal investigators Wednesday ... we've confirmed they just executed search warrants as part of a criminal investigation.
Our law enforcement sources tell us federal investigators seized Giuliani's electronic devices from his home and his Park Ave. office space as part of a criminal probe involving his alleged dealings with Ukraine.
As you know, the feds are looking to see if Rudy, the former New York City Mayor and Donald Trump's attorney, illegally lobbied the Trump administration in 2019 on behalf of officials and oligarchs in Ukraine ... while those same folks were allegedly helping Giuliani dig up dirt on Joe Biden and other Trump political rivals.
The FBI and the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's Office had no comment on the raids. BTW, this is the same prosecutors' office Rudy once headed up back in the '80s.
