Sources close to the 'LIM' star tell TMZ Larry has been seeing 53-year-old Connie Stauddy of Decatur, Alabama. We're told they met online when Connie reached out to get a reading from Theresa. They stayed in touch, and have been talking long distance for a few months now.

We're told they're not quite an exclusive couple just yet ... the relationship is very new. We broke the story ... Larry was spotted out shopping with Connie in 'Bama this weekend, picking up some home essentials and perusing the furniture section.

Interestingly enough ... sources say Connie is going through a divorce of her own, so she and Larry have a lot in common right now.

David Foster and Katharine McPhee are engaged after he popped the question during their European vacation ... TMZ has learned.

Katharine and David were on the Italian island of Capri Sunday as she showed off her engagement ring to family and friends over FaceTime. It's unclear exactly which day he proposed, but we imagine it was shortly before this pic was taken.

Katharine's rep, Leslie Sloan, confirmed the engagement.
