Jon & Kate's 8 Guaranteed Big Money
"Jon & Kate Plus 8" honchos won't face legal action following an investigation into the show's treatment of the kiddies -- but there's a catch ... and it involves a lot of money.
In documents just released to the public, The Bureau of Labor Law Compliance says it never obtained evidence proving the show abused the rights of the children.
But ... there are new stipulations the show must abide by -- including putting away "at least 15% of the gross proceeds of this show and future shows" that will be put into a trust until the kids are 18.
A rep for TLC said the trust was established in November.

Lindsay Lohan Bails on Deposition
TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan just bailed on her deposition in a case where she's being sued for allegedly holding three men hostage in an SUV.
Lindsay is being sued over the 2007 incident ... in which she allegedly hijacked an SUV -- with three men and a baggie of cocaine inside. Lindsay allegedly took the wheel and chased another car from Malibu to Santa Monica, where she was ultimately arrested for DUI.
But this morning, Lindsay showed up to a lawyer's office in an SUV ... this time as a passenger .... in Venice, CA for her depo, but there was a conflict. Her lawyer, Ed McPherson was there ... and waited in vain. Lawyers for the three men (and the lawyer for one of the women in the car she was chasing) wanted to grill Lindsay all day, but Lindsay said she only had a few hours.
After arriving an hour and a half late, Lindsay bailed without even getting out of the SUV. We're told the plaintiffs' lawyers told her if she wouldn't sit for her depo for the full day ... she shouldn't bother at all.

Shaq to VH1: My Wife Better Not Bash Me on TV
Shaquille O'Neal believes his estranged wife Shaunie O'Neal may be cooking up a "televised revenge" plot on her VH1 reality show -- and now he's making legal threats to keep her from Shaq-bashing on the air.
Shaq's lawyer has fired off a letter to the network -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he demands VH1 immediately halt production on "any further episodes of 'Basketball Wives' which make any reference to Mr. O'Neal."
Shaq's lawyer claims Shaunie signed a confidentiality agreement at some point in their relationship -- so if she says anything about Shaq on TV, she and the production company will find their asses in court.
The first episode of the show already ran last week and show #2 -- which reportedly features a scene centered around Shaunie's relationship with Shaq -- is scheduled to run Sunday. Sources close to the show tell us it's unclear whether or not the next episode will make air.

Justin Bieber -- The Driver's License Mystery
Justin Bieber -- who just turned 16 in March -- hit a DMV office in Atlanta yesterday where he was seen posing for a pic at the DMV photo booth ... seems like somebody's DRIVING!!!!!
Our well placed sources at the DMV tell us Bieber rolled through the office with his mom -- didn't have to wait in line ... and ultimately, got a little photo session at the DMV license counter.
Bieb's rep wouldn't confirm if Justin is now licensed to drive, but we're told he did pull off one amazing accomplishment -- the photographer let Justin take several photos so he wouldn't wind up with a crappy pic ... like the rest of us.

Dr. Murray Lawyers Up for Wrongful Death Suit
Dr. Conrad Murray is already planning his legal strategy in a Michael Jackson wrongful death case ... TMZ has learned.
Dr. Murray, we're told, has already hired a civil lawyer, Charles Peckham, who handles medical board cases and wrongful death lawsuits.
We've learned Peckham has already been in touch with Dr. Murray's malpractice insurance carrier, and it turns out to be a tricky situation.
Sources connected with Dr. Murray's defense tell TMZ Dr. Murray had a malpractice policy issued in Texas that covered his medical practices in Texas and Nevada.
Here's the rub. Dr. Murray did not have a medical practice in California, which is a prerequisite for his malpractice coverage. So Dr. Murray's position is that he first saw Michael Jackson as a Nevada patient and what he did for him in L.A. was merely an extension of the Nevada treatment.
We've learned the malpractice policy would only cover civil litigation, not criminal. In the event the doctor is sued for wrongful death -- and Joe Jackson promises that will happen soon -- Murray expects the policy would cover attorney's fees and any judgment.
One source told TMZ, "We fully expect the insurance company would cover such costs."

Sandra Bullock Met One of Jesse's Girls
The woman who settled a sexual harassment lawsuit against Jesse James claims she actually met Sandra Bullock and the two even talked about Jesse ... sources tell TMZ.
TMZ broke the story about Merilee Gerth, the former executive from West Coast Choppers -- who scored a $725,000 settlement from Jesse James with the help of Gloria Allred.
Sources tell us Gerth and Bullock met after Jesse invited the exec to sit in his box at the Long Beach Grand Prix with Sandra ... mind you, this was precisely when Jesse was allegedly making sexual advances toward the exec.
As for what they talked about ... our sources tell us Sandra said she and Jesse had a ritual each night of talking about who they hated at work that day.
Who knew Sandra hated anyone ... well, at least until now.

Steven Seagal Sued for Sexual Assault, Trafficking
UPDATE: Seagal's lawyer, Marty Singer, responded to the lawsuit this way: "The lawsuit filed by Kayden Nguyen against Steven Seagal is a ridiculous and absurd claim by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for using illegal narcotics." Singer says the suit is a "complete fabrication without a scintilla of truth" and he's confident it will be dismissed.
Steven Seagal is accused of trafficking women for sex, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.
A 23-year-old former model claims she interviewed with Seagal last February for the position of executive assistant. Kayden Nguyen says she got the job, but when she showed up for work, she learned, "Mr. Seagal had been keeping two young female Russian 'Attendants' on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."
Nguyen alleges in her suit, one of the 'Attendants' had recently quit and it was this job -- not executive assistant -- Seagal intended her to fill.
Nguyen claims the very first night on the job, Seagal treated her "as his sex toy." Nguyen says in the lawsuit Seagal, pushed his hands under her skirt, tried fondling her breasts and forced his hand down her pants.
Nguyen says she complained the next morning -- unclear to whom -- but nothing was done.
Nguyen says the next day Seagal did it again, sexually assaulting her and forcing her to consume illegal pills. And she says there were other sexual assaults that followed.
According to the suit, Seagal said, "My wife wouldn't mind if you and I had a sexual relationship."
Nguyen is suing for more than a million bucks.
So far, no comment from Seagal.

Kate Gosselin: There's No Special Law for Jon
Kate Gosselin's lawyer is asking a judge to throw out Jon Gosselin's request for primary custody, arguing Jon's legal docs are riddled with mistakes.
For starters -- Kate's lawyer, Mark Momjian, claims Jon went to the wrong court for child support. Momjian raises other technical issues and wants the case tossed.
Momjian scoffs at Jon and his lawyer in legal docs, "There is no 'Jon Gosselin' exception to the Pennsylvania [law]."
Momjian tells TMZ the papers filed by Jon are "incoherent and filed by someone who clearly didn't know what he was doing."

Cinnabun's Star Turn in Jesse James Porn
The Jesse James/Sandra Bullock cheating saga has now reached a new level -- the parody porn level ... and even Cinnabun has a role.
TMZ has obtained the script for "Hustler’s Untrue Hollywood Stories: Jesse James" -- which begins production on Monday. Jesse, Sandra and Michelle are all featured -- and Jesse's trusty sidekick Cinnabun has a part, played by a dog named Crisco. Don't worry -- it's a non-sex scene.
**SPOILER ALERT** In the film, Jesse cheats on Sandra with Michelle McGee, Sandra sends him to sex rehab (they get it on), then she cheats on him right back ... with Brigitte Daguerre.
Finally -- a Sandra Bullock movie guys would actually want to see.

Jon & Kate Plus 8 - Part Deux?
Jon Gosselin is "definitely open" to co-starring with ex-wife Kate Gosselin on a new TV project -- with one big string attached ... TMZ has learned.
Jon's lawyer, former assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, tells TMZ "under the right circumstances" Jon would do a show with Kate, but "the contract would have to be tighter." He did not elaborate, but we're guessing it has something to do with the way TLC cleaned Jon's clock in court.
List did not say what type of show he'd like to do, but said having Jon and Kate around the kids more would be a definite plus.
List says Jon would "love to settle" the latest legal dispute he ignited. TMZ broke the story that Jon filed legal papers asking for primary custody and child support. But Jon will press on with the case, unless Kate gives up her "global commitments." According to List, Jon feels Kate can't have it both ways -- being both a star and an attentive parent.
List says he and Jon both feel Kate is "addicted to the paparazzi." He says even if Kate is booted from "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday, he won't drop his custody case because Kate is "caught up in the glamour of Hollywood" and will take other jobs.
Now if Kate brings Jon along for the Hollywood tour, well apparently that's a whole other Oprah.

Carter played Julia Sugarbaker on "Designing Women" from 1986-1993. She earned an Emmy nomination in 2007 for her guest stint on "Desperate Housewives."

Frances Bean: Courtney Love Won't Control Me
Courtney Love will never have legal control over her daughter again ... TMZ has learned.
Frances Bean Cobain was in downtown L.A. court on Friday, saw the judge in her guardianship case and left with a big smile.
As we first reported, an L.A. County Superior Court Judge granted a request for a guardianship, wrestling parental control away from Courtney because she was considered incapable of taking proper care of her child.
The proceedings were confidential, but guardianship automatically ends when a child turns 18 -- Frances Bean turns 18 on August 18.

During season one of "Jersey Shore," people fought with the cast because of their winning personalities. Now MTV is worried people will pick fights with Snooki and company just to get on TV.

According to the shooting permit, they will be filming in the same house as season one and the shooting dates will be between July 1 and September 19.

Conrad Murray Agrees to Propofol Ban
The Texas Medical Board has officially prohibited Dr. Conrad Murray from administering Propofol or other heavy sedatives, TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story that Dr. Murray agreed to the restriction, which mirrors one of the conditions to Dr. Murray's bail in connection with the death of Michael Jackson.
Aside from administering Propofol, Dr. Murray is banned from administering other heavy sedative medications and can't put patients under. He is still able to prescribe other medications, including pain meds, anti-anxiety medication or local or topical anesthetics.
According to a rep for the Texas Medical Board, the license restrictions will remain in effect until the criminal case is resolved and "the Board has adequate evidence to show that Dr. Murray is competent to safely practice medicine."

Bombshell McGee -- I'm Not a Nazi
TMZ has obtained a document Jesse James' alleged mistress #1, Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, filed in her bitter custody fight against Shane Modica ... in which she denies the whole Nazi/white power thing.
According to the unsworn declaration, Bombshell says, "I do NOT have a swastika tattoo on me." FYI, we've seen a swastika tattoo so close to her genital area we can't show it ... but it looks just like the one from "Inglourious Basterds."
Bombshell also says, "I do NOT show my children how to 'Nazi salute.'"
Bombshell goes on .... "The child block magnets spelling 'white power' was NOT of my doing. Friends of Shane's did this and gave the picture to Shane upon HIS requested (sic) so he could use it against me in court."
Now here's where it gets really good. Bombshell says:
- "I do NOT do any pornography in my house."
- "I do NOT do any webcam 'sessions' from my home with my children present."
You have to love the qualifiers.
Bombshell was in a San Diego court yesterday, fighting in her custody case. She claims Shane is making up all these allegations so he can get custody and move out of the county.

Erin Andrews Gun Threat
TMZ has obtained another email targeting "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Erin Andrews, and it's the clearest sign yet that the man who wrote it is a potential threat.
TMZ broke the story that a man in Newport News, Virginia has been sending sexual and violent emails to ESPN's Andrews since September. The emails -- all sent to DirecTV's "The Dan Patrick Show" -- turned violent and threatening in late March.
On March 29, the man wrote, "I would like to see if Erin Andrews can dance her way through a hail of gunfire. Better yet I would love to shoot her with a Barrett rifle. Get the pun -- her stalker was mr. Barrett and the barrett rifle is an ultra expensive 50 cl. rifle with a range over a mile."
In spite of this email and others, law enforcement sources tell us the FBI is resistant to making an arrest, because authorities believe the author is engaging in free speech ... which is protected.
By the way, sources familiar with the author tell us he's 6'9" and very bulky.
