Zsa Zsa's Hubby: She's Having Half Her Leg Amputated
Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband tells TMZ he is rushing Zsa Zsa to the hospital because the blood clot in her leg has spread so much ... half of her leg needs to be amputated.
Prince von Anhalt tells us he has called a private ambulance to take Zsa Zsa to the hospital. Prince says doctors advised him before the holidays to take her in and have the surgery done, but Zsa Zsa refused ...saying she wanted to be home for what could be her last holiday.
Zsa Zsa's husband says doctors came again today and said that if he didn't take her in today, she would lose her life.
As we first reported, Zsa Zsa was hospitalized back in November after she complained of pain and swelling in her legs. That's when doctors discovered the "massive blood clot."

Shania Twain Wedding: Is That a Gun in Your Pocket?
Shania Twain didn't exactly have a shotgun wedding yesterday in Puerto Rico ... but it sure was a pistol -- as in what the guards were packing on the beach during the ceremony.
A guy who lives near the mansion where Twain tied the knot tells TMZ he stumbled upon the nuptials at the beach ... and was quickly shooed away by several armed security guards.
In the video you can see a guard with a pistol tucked in his belt roaming back and forth while the ceremony goes on behind him.
We're told the security was so tight, if you wanted to walk past the wedding... you had to go into the ocean to get around.
Beats getting shot.

Gary from 'Teen Mom' -- 'Amber Is Sluttish'
"Teen Mom" baby daddy Gary Shirley has a lot to learn about relationships -- like rule #1 ... don't call your baby mama a slut while on the phone with her cousin.
In an audio recording from December obtained TMZ, Gary is heard on the phone with Krystal, Amber Portwood's cousin. Gary explains to Krystal he kind of has a crush on her ... pointing out, "You've got things that Amber don't ... like a job."
Then Gary drops a real gem and tells Krystal, "Amber is sluttish. You've been with six dudes, Amber's been with f**king a million."
The topper ... dude actually tries to convince Krystal to come to his place by saying, "If you ever want to piss off Amber, let me know."
Mission accomplished.

Michael Jackson Concert Tours on Trial
TMZ has learned ... Michael Jackson's weakened state during various concert tours throughout his life -- as well as preparations for the London concerts that never took place -- could become powerful evidence in the defense of Dr. Conrad Murray.
Sources connected with the criminal case tell TMZ ... there's "compelling evidence" that MJ was in weakened health whenever he went on tour. Specifically, people who went on various tours -- including the "Bad" and "Dangerous" concerts -- say Jackson was frequently "dehydrated, medicated, and sleep-deprived."
Just like with Dr. Murray, Jackson had a doctor who accompanied him during rehearsals and tours, attending to his needs.
The point ... the grueling concert schedules reduced MJ to a physical mess, prone to relying on and demanding drugs to sleep.
The "This Is It" London tour was especially grueling, because AEG added dozens of concert dates for Michael, who was already in an extremely weakened state and terrified he would fail.
All of this dovetails into a defense theory ... that Jackson felt enormous pressure to rehearse for the "This Is It" tour, and when he couldn't sleep he relied on Propofol to do the trick. The defense believes when Murray walked out of the room and Jackson woke up, he accidentally infused himself with a fatal dose of the drug out of frustration and fear.

NY Giants Star Involved in SUV Accident
New York Giants football star Justin Tuck was involved in a minor SUV accident in Teaneck, NJ Friday night ... TMZ has learned.
We're told the accident occurred around 8:30 PM ET on Route 4. Sources tell TMZ Tuck was driving a brand new Cadillac Escalade (the tags were still on it) and the other driver was in a Nissan Maxima.
According to a witness on scene, the other driver was walking around afterward, muttering something to the extent of, "I can't believe I hit Justin Tuck."
Bergen County PD described the accident as minor (see Tuck's SUV below) and said there were no injuries -- except for a damaged street sign.
TMZ spoke with Tuck and his wife after they returned home. Justin's wife told us, "We're fine."
Just this week, Tuck was selected to the Pro Bowl -- and the Giants have a big game Sunday at Washington.
Jackson Estate 'Pleased' Discovery Pulled Doc
The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.
A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to cancel this exploitative program."
The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's fans played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed by countless Michael Jackson fans worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."
As for any future plans to air the show, Branca and McClain said, "We are hopeful that this show will never run in any market in the future."

Michael Lohan -- This One's for You, Lindsay!
Sometimes a heartfelt phone call or letter just won't do -- sometimes you need to hire an R&B singer to write a dance song for your estranged daughter while she's in rehab. That's how things work in the Lohan family.
Michael Lohan tells TMZ he has commissioned Delious Kennedy, one of the members of the Grammy winning group All-4-One, to write and perform a track dedicated to Lindsay.
Michael says the song -- a companion piece of sorts to Lindsay's 2005 track "Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father)" -- is about a "talented and beautiful young lady who has grown in our hearts, she is badgered by paparazzi, cut down by the media ... She will wilt, but when she falls, I will always be there to pick her up and put her pedals back on."
Kennedy tells TMZ the song -- entitled "My Rose" -- is a club track with a dance vibe like Usher or Lady Gaga. Kennedy says he recorded the song last week, played it for MiLo last night and he "loved it."
Kennedy gave us a sneak peak at the chorus, which goes something like this: "The girl is like a rose garden. She falls back, springs forth and grows stronger with thorns."
Make some room on the mantle boys ... we sense a Grammy in your future.

Navarro & Mueller -- Kinda Cute, Kinda Gross
TMZ has obtained photos of Dave Navarro and Brooke Mueller Wednesday -- the night of their infamous Apsen make-out session -- and also unearthed semi-scientific information that could be dangerous to both of them.
As we first reported, the pair swapped spit during a smoke break while out to dinner at Aspen's Nobu Wednesday evening.
But here's the thing ... they say when you kiss someone, you're kissing everyone they have ever kissed. So considering the dating history of this pair -- Carmen Electra and Charlie Sheen, respectively -- these two have now made out with pretty much everyone on Earth.
Stay safe.

Willow Smith I Work For Daddy
Willow Smith knows her place -- she's a daughter/employee of Will Smith.
TMZ has obtained documents filed by Roc Nation, Willow's record label owned by Jay-Z. According to the docs, Roc Nation entered into a recording agreement with Spooky Girl, Inc. "for exclusive recording and entertainment services of Willow Smith."
Spooky Girl is Willow's company -- sort of. You see, the Prez of Spooky Girl is Will, and Willow is listed as an "employee."
And it gets more interesting, because Jada Pinkett Smith is listed as Willow's guardian. Will can't list himself as a parent or guardian because it conflicts with his duties as president of Spooky Girl. So legally speaking, Jada protects Willow from Will!
Contracts involving minors must be filed with the court. But Will and Jada argued in legal docs that the Roc Nation contract contains "highly sensitive and confidential proprietary business and financial information." So the Roc Nation contract was filed under seal, so no one could see how much money Willow is raking in.
Chris Brown -- I Apologize, I'm Not Homophobic
Chris Brown tells TMZ he's sorry for going off on Raz B yesterday on Twitter, and making crass sexual references that many say were homophobic.
Brown tells TMZ, "Yesterday was an unfortunate lack in judgment sparked by public Twitter attacks from Raz B, who was bent on getting attention. Words cannot begin to express how sorry and frustrated I am over what transpired publicly on Twitter."
Brown goes on, "I have learned over the past few years to not condone or represent acts of violence against anyone. Molestation and victims of such acts are not to be taken lightly; and for my comments I apologize -- from the bottom of my heart."
One source connected with Brown wanted to make one thing clear -- the notion that Raz B really was molested is highly questionable, given his video denial of the incident (above) -- not that it excuses Brown's comments.

Scott Disick Explodes on Photog
Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy Scott Disick went ballistic on a photographer at Miami International Airport yesterday -- screaming at a snapper who got too close to the couple's little kid.
Multiple photogs -- not ours -- were shooting Disick and baby Mason, when Scott turned to one snapper and said, "How close can you get?? ... stand back, you f**king idiot."
Seconds later, Disick snaps -- charging towards the photog screaming, "Don't get that f**king close to me!!!"
Moments later, Disick calms down and tries to explain himself ... saying, "I mean he's this f**king close to my kid man."
Scott left the airport minutes after without any further incidents.

D.A. Acknowledges Murray Defense: MJ Killed Himself
The prosecutor in the Conrad Murray manslaughter case just said in court what TMZ told you back in April -- that Dr. Murray's lawyers will argue ... Michael Jackson killed himself with a fatal dose of Propofol.
L.A. County Deputy District Attorney David Walgren told the judge today, "I do think it's clear the defense is operating under the theory that the victim, Michael Jackson, killed himself."
We broke the story ... Murray's theory is that when he left Michael's bedroom the day he died to go to the bathroom, Jackson awakened and in a moment of frustration infused himself with a massive dose of Propofol.
Walgren said in court, "They don't want to say it but that's the direction in which they are going."

MJ Estate: Discovery Channel is 'Debased, Sick'
Michael Jackson's estate is unleashing its fury on Discovery Channel for advertising an upcoming TV special set to run in the UK featuring a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.
Co-Executors John Branca and John McClain fired off a vitriolic letter to the Prez of Discovery -- obtained by TMZ -- in which they accuse the network of operating in "shockingly bad taste ... motivated solely by your blind desire to exploit Michael's death, while cynically attempting to dupe the public into believing this show will have serious medical value."
The Co-Executors are particularly outraged by a print ad, depicting a corpse sprawled on a gurney, covered by a sheet with a sequined glove sticking out.
Branca and McClain apparently realize they can't legally stop the show -- set to air on January 13 -- but they are appealing to Discovery's moral decency to cancel the program.

New Video -- 'Teen Mom' Amber Portwood Unloads!
TMZ has obtained a video of "Teen Mom" Amber Portwood's baby daddy, Gary Shirley, getting an earful from the accused felon ... but the video raises serious questions about Shirley himself.
The video, which was shot by a friend in April, shows Shirley on the phone with Amber, as she rails on him. Far from looking like a victim, Shirley makes sure his friend captures the diatribe in all its glory.
At times Shirley and his friend are laughing at Amber, who sounds genuinely upset.
The police report detailing the violence that started months before this video was shot -- and continued after it -- notes Amber claimed it was not done for the TV show but was authentic anger.
So we want to know: Do you think Gary was really a "victim" of violence or was he playing it up for the camera ... as he seems to be in this video. And if so, should Amber be prosecuted?

We're told Amber faces three years behind bars and up to $10,000 in fines if convicted on all charges.
