Chris Kattan could barely keep his eyes open filming a recent Food Network show ... and his celebrity co-stars were worried the ex-SNL star was in the throes of a major struggle with addiction.

Kattan was on "Rachael Ray vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off" ... and after nodding off during a meal-planning segment he was booted in the second episode -- which aired last month.

Our on-set sources say Kattan claimed he had been drinking with old "Saturday Night Live" friends the night before and just couldn't stay awake -- but the cast didn't buy it.

Kattan was arrested for DUI this week ... after crashing into a parked car on the freeway. Cops say he admitted to them he had been taking Rx drugs. Hours earlier he was so out of it on an airplane ... paramedics intercepted him when the plane landed.

Birdman's on a mission to throw one of the most insane 45th birthday parties known to mankind -- a "Half a Milly" bash -- filled with endless champagne, naked models, the entire Young Money crew ... and his $7 MILLION car collection.

The party's set to go down in New Orleans Saturday night -- in the middle of NBA All-Star Weekend. Birdman rented out a private venue ... which he's renamed "Birdman's New Era Voodoo Lounge."

In addition to 30 body-painted naked models, 700 clothed models will be on hand -- lubricated by 150 cases of GT vodka, $100,000 of Belaire Rosé, and 20 cases of some anti-hangover cocktail.

Birdman's shipping in his $7 million car collection from Miami ... including his red Bugatti, white Bugatti, 2 Maybachs, and 3 tour buses.

The guest list is sick -- party host JJ Jones tells us, James Harden, Paul George, Blake Griffin, Shaq, and Kenny Smith are coming ... as well as Young Money rappers Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, and more.

If that's not cool enough -- the original Cash Money crew's expected to get together for the first time in nearly a decade ... including Mystikal, Turk, Juvenile, and Mannie Fresh.

Darren Sharper has just been charged with 2 counts of rape in L.A. ... after the former New Orleans Saints superstar allegedly drugged multiple women and raped them in his hotel room ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Among the charges ... two counts of rape by use of drugs, four counts of furnishing a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance, all felonies.

Sharper -- who had a Hall of Fame-caliber NFL career as a safety -- is accused of drugging the women with zolpidem (Ambien).

Officials say Sharper met the two women in a West Hollywood nightclub on October 30th and invited them to another party.

On the way, officials say they stopped at Darren's hotel room and he gave them each a shot.

The women then passed out and hours later one of the women claims she woke up with Sharper sexually assaulting her. The second woman says she woke up and "interrupted his actions."

Officials say Sharper STRUCK AGAIN on January 14th ... when he returned to the same West Hollywood nightclub and found two more women.

Sharper allegedly pulled the same scheme -- inviting them back to hs room, gave them a shot, they passed out, he raped them.

Officials say both women left his hotel and sought medical treatment.

Sharper was arrested on January 17th. He was released on $200k bail. In addition to the rape, officials also say he was illegally in possession of morphine.

If convicted, Sharper faces more than 30 YEARS in prison. Officials are recommending the judge set his bail at $100 MILLION.

(Update: We're told the $100 million bail was a typo ... officials meant to request a $10 MILLION bail).

Officials say Sharper is also accused of raping women in 3 other states -- including Arizona, Nevada and Louisiana.

Now we know why paramedics were standing by when Chris Kattan landed in L.A. hours before his DUI arrest ... because we obtained video clearly showing he was utterly out of it on the jet.

Chris was on an Air Canada flight Sunday when the flight crew radioed ahead that Kattan was stumbling around, complaining he had run out of his prescription.

The video is disturbing ... because Chris seems as out of it as he was when the CHP arrested him on the 101 Freeway. The fact that he drove a car on the surface streets and on the freeway before crashing into a parked vehicle is scary.

Cops say Chris admitted he had been taking Rx drugs after he was busted.

If Aaron Paul wants us to believe he didn't care if everyone knew his name when he walked into the Cheers bar in Boston ... he's full of Schlitz.

Aaron and a pal popped into the famous drinking hole Wednesday to grab a couple of beers ... but everyone was so impressed they probably would have broken out the meth stash if he wanted.

Aaron -- looking a lot like Jesse Pinkman -- took pics with fans and the staff ... whose troubles are all the same.

Chris Kattan seemed wasted as he drove on the 101 Freeway, just before he careened into a coned area and crashed into a parked vehicle ... this according to the 2 people who called 911.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris was popped early Monday morning after other drivers sounded the 911 alarm. After weaving at speeds approaching 70 MPH, he crashed into a Dept. of Transportation vehicle. Chris was arrested for DUI and law enforcement sources tell us Chris admitted he was on Rx meds.

One 911 caller says it seemed to him, "He has to be drunk."

Chris Kattan was so out of it on an L.A. bound jet ... paramedics were called to help him off the plane when it landed in L.A. -- and that was just hours before he was busted for DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... late Sunday afternoon ... the flight crew radioed that Kattan was acting in a bizarre fashion ... walking up and down the first class aisle, talking to himself about running out of medication.

We're told Chris was ranting that the flight had been delayed 3 hours and his Rx supply had run out.

Sources say 2 doctors who happened to be on the plane calmed Chris down and when the plane landed paramedics from the L.A. City Fire Dept. helped him off the plane and talked to him. We're told Chris got some sort of treatment and then left on his own.

Hours later ... Chris was on the 101 Freeway ... driving erratically before slamming into a parked Dept. of Transportation vehicle inside a coned area. He flunked the field sobriety test -- which is apparent from the video -- and was arrested for DUI.

The cheerleading coach from "Cheer Perfection" who got busted for marijuana a month ago ... is back in the gym coaching young kids again ... and parents are pissed.

TMZ broke the story ... Ronald Dunlap -- co-owner of the gym featured on the TLC reality show -- was busted on January 15 with another coach for possession of pot and drug paraphernalia.

Now parents at the gym tell us Dunlap was back leading classes at Cheer Time Revolution last week. We're told many parents are angry because they never got a heads up he was coming back.

Dunlap's wife and CTR co-owner ... Alisha had suspended him indefinitely due to a zero tolerance drug policy. Alisha now tells us her husband was only back temporarily because they were "short-staffed" one day.

She added CTR is in the process of drug testing all staff members -- and once Dunlap tests clean ... he'll be back permanently.

Suge Knight punched a guy hard at an L.A. pot dispensary ... and we got the surveillance video.

TMZ broke the story ... Suge got angry at an employee ... allegedly threatening to kill the guy .... after the rapper was told to leave because he didn't have a medical marijuana card.

When you watch the video, things start out friendly enough inside the pot shop -- called Medstar Collective -- but turn ugly quickly. Suge and the employee walk out and the mogul socks the guy in the jaw without warning ... then storms away.

The employee filed a police report and the cops have the video. Suge is being investigated for making felony criminal threats.

Soulja Boy's stupidity knows no bounds -- the rapper recently posted photos online prominently featuring high-end sizzurp ... just days after his gun arrest, and judging by his choice of codeine cough medicine, Justin Bieber would be proud.

TMZ broke the story ... Soulja got busted a couple weeks ago for having a loaded gun in his car.

You'd think that would scare him straight -- but last week, Soulja Instagrammed photos of himself sitting beside a GIANT bottle of Actavis brand cough syrup ... the same high end brand Bieber chugs.

Also notice ... the bottle of Sprite, a very common sizzurp mixer. And the double Icee cups.

As we reported, a large bottle of Actavis runs about $800 on the street -- sans prescription.

Thiago Silva has a serious cocaine problem ... so says his estranged wife who claims the drug made him paranoid ... though Thiago's lawyer tells TMZ Sports she's full of crap.

Thaysa Silva spoke with a Brazilian media outlet and said the UFC fighter's cocaine habit led to the demise of their marriage AND last week's gun-wielding showdown at a jiu-jitsu academy in Florida.

"The problem was cocaine. He always thinks he’s above the law," Thaysa said ... "He had the cocaine paranoia."

We spoke with Thiago's attorney who tells us ... "The claims are not justified" ... and notes that no cocaine was found on the scene, at Thiago's house or anywhere else connected to the fighter.

Even though they're technically still married, Thaysa says her relationship with Thiago ended more than a year ago.

"My marriage was over in December of 2012. In our relationship, I had to deal with the imbalance and aggressions. But I never went to talk to the police because I fear the reactions. Even after I was assaulted, I did not speak."

Thaysa also described the alleged encounter that went down at her house in the weeks before the arrest ... saying, "He came to my house, tore my clothes and pointed a gun at my head."

Let's be blunt ... like Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe appears to have been blazin' at Tru nightclub -- where she partied Monday night with The Game and mom Kris Jenner.

Khloe was twerking up a sweat and apparently needed something to calm down ... at least that's the way it seems.

Justin Bieber is on the offensive after embarrassing video surfaced of him getting patted down in jail following his DUI arrest in Miami Beach -- TMZ has learned, he's now begging for ALL police video to stay out of the public eye ... including footage of him urinating in his jail cell.

The pat down video surfaced last week -- showing Bieber getting the old "spread 'em" routine -- and his lawyers are upset ... now asking the court to block police from releasing any more footage from the singer's arrest without showing it to them first.

Not only does the footage paint a negative picture of Bieber -- for obvious reasons -- Bieber's lawyers claim additional video inside the station shows the singer in "various states of undress, which show intimate personal parts" of his body.

And law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the "personal parts" in question are revealed while Bieber urinates in his holding cell.

A source who saw the video tells us, "Justin is seen several times stumbling around while he was taking his tests. As if he had a problem with his balance ... [the video] also shows Justin taking his various tests and eventually taking a piss."

The source adds, "The stumbling and going to the bathroom is obviously reason enough for his attorneys to request it be sealed ... If I was trying to paint a picture that my client was innocent ... I wouldn’t want a video of him stumbling around and looking out of it to go public either."

Not like it's anything we haven't seen before.

CHEERS! Selena Gomez wants her fans to know she appreciates all the support she received during her rehab stint -- where she went for alcohol abuse -- and she's showing her love ... with a glass of wine.

TMZ broke the story ... Gomez bailed early on rehab -- where she also sought treatment for pot and Rx Ambien -- just 14 days into a 6-week program ... in order to attend the Sundance Film Festival.

Much to the rehab facility's dismay, Selena decided not to return to treatment because -- as she told her people -- she felt as though she was cured.

Now she's thanking her fans for all their love on Instagram -- with the most ironic photo ever -- writing, "I've done everything I could to the best of my ability. Thank you for the unconditional love and cyber hugs. You inspire me."

The pic -- showing Selena holding a glass of wine of all things -- was snapped about 6 months ago while she was on a boat, so it's not like she's fallen off the wagon ... it's just a hilarious picture to post given the circumstances.

Dennis Rodman has plunged back into the world of booze just days after his exit from rehab.

Sources at the E11even club in South Beach tell TMZ ... Rodman was there Friday ... downing kamikaze shots. We're told he arrived alone at around 10:30 PM and left at 2 AM so wasted he had to be helped out by strangers and poured in a cab.

The NYPost's Page Six broke the story ... quoting someone present saying, "Every time he would take one [a kamikaze shot] he would scream 'It's kamikaze time!'"

Rodman went into rehab after hobnobbing it with North Korean monster Kim Jong-un and subsequently drunkenly explaining his actions.
