How Adele's Weight Loss Remained Under The Radar

Published

Adele's weight loss surprised many of her fans when she debuted her slimmed-down figure by sharing a post on Instagram in 2020.

And the hitmaker showed her dedication to fitness over the past few years, as she's managed to keep off the pounds and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Here's a look at how the singer dropped -- and kept off -- the pounds while staying completely under the radar!

Adele Started Working Out To Alleviate Her 'Anxiety'

Adele set the record straight about her impressive weight loss during an interview with British Vogue, and cited concerns about her "anxiety" as the reason why she started working out.

She noted she became "addicted" to working out, during which her focus was on "becoming strong and giving myself as much time every day without my phone."

The performer then remarked that she'd remained quiet about her weight-loss journey, which happened over a period of two years.

When asked why she'd remained quiet about her physical changes, she said they were "for myself and not anyone else."'

She Was 'Basically Unemployed' While Shedding Pounds

Adele gave her fans a bit of insight into her fitness plan, and said she'd work out up to three times a day, with her routine consisting of a mixture of cardio and strength training.

The hitmaker confessed she was only able to do so with the help of personal trainers, and quipped that, due to the time commitments involved, she was "basically unemployed" for the duration of her weight-loss program.

The songwriter then said she was aware of the attention surrounding her body, and alleged several individuals had falsely claimed to have served as her trainers, which she described as "disgusting."

Adele added she truly didn't care about the public's view of her physique, as she'd gotten used to being on the receiving end of various comments for well over a decade.

She's Admitted Her Progress Wasn't Consistent

The singer's also been open about how she wasn't always the most consistent during her weight-loss journey -- she's only human, after all!

Adele gave a bit more information about her ups and downs while speaking with Vogue, and stated that after having a night out with friends, she would "wake up like a tsunami was coming for me."

However, she also noted that, despite her occasional slip-ups, she remained committed to maintaining her mental and physical well-being.

Adele added her ultimate goal with regard to her time in the gym was to "make my emotions and my mind physically strong."

The thing is, the hitmaker's got quite a history with her former partners ... which includes two marriages and just as many children!

We're going to take a look back at the performer's love life over the past few decades, and check out what makes her relationship with her current boyfriend so special.

Lainey Wilson's Love Story With Fiancé Devlin 'Duck' Hodges

Published

Lainey Wilson and her fiancé, Devlin "Duck" Hodges, have emerged as one of the country music world's newest power couples -- and for good reason.

While the singer and the former professional football player have walked some of the glitziest red carpets out there, they've also managed to keep the more intimate aspects of their romance hidden from the public.

Here's a look at how the musician and the athlete kept their relationship hidden for a few years ... and came out swinging when they were ready for their big reveal.

Wilson And Hodges Met On A Blind Date

While singers and football players tend to meet at high-profile events these days, Wilson and Hodges met the old-fashioned way -- through mutual friends.

The musician spoke about the early days of her romance with Hodges during an interview with People and recalled they met at a bar that offered free drinks.

The performer recalled being impressed at her future fiancé's willingness to enjoy the little things in life, and she "was like, ‘This boy likes to ball on a budget too. This is gonna work out.’"

Wilson then spoke about how she was enticed by her partner's easygoing and likable attitude, which was a major green flag.

The singer said she didn't "have to convince anybody to like him. He’s a very lovable person."

Lainey's Fiancé Has Been Supportive Of Her Career

Wilson's been open about Hodges' support for her career, and she told Billboard she saw her partner as "my cheerleader."

She also told the publication she had come to value her fiancé's input when she was coming up with ideas for tracks.

Wilson noted that, if she gave Hodges a demo tape and he kept "going back and listening to it over and over, there must be something about this."

The singer went on to express that she saw her partner as a solid example of her audience, as he has no stake in the music industry.

She said Hodges isn't "in the business, he don’t have anything to do with this, and it’s nice to be able to see what other people’s opinions are because that’s the listener right there."

Hodges Popped The Question After A Few Years Of Dating

Wilson revealed Hodges had finally popped the big question -- she said yes, by the way -- by shared a collection of photos on her Instagram account in February 2025.

The singer and the former professional football player were seen locking lips in one of the snaps, and she showed off her engagement ring in another of her pics.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Although she appeared to be particularly excited about her future nuptials, Wilson made it clear she wouldn't settle down anytime soon in an interview with People, and said she was balancing her time with Hodges with her touring schedule.

The singer also said she and Hodges were "figuring it out as we go, which is fun."

Wilson added that, while her romance with her fiancé was "a lot different than a normal relationship," it felt "easy" nonetheless.

The singer's made more than a few attempts at finding her special person ... one of which resulted in a marriage!

We're going to take a look at the exes that bought the hitmaker flowers -- although she's sung about how she can buy them herself -- and explore how she fell in love with a rock drummer.

Miley Dated A Fellow Disney Channel Star Back In The Day

Miley's dating history goes back to her Disney Channel days, as she met Nick Jonas -- of the Jonas Brothers, in case you didn't know -- way, way back in 2006.

While the pair didn't confirm their relationship to the public until long after it ended, the two were involved professionally ... as the JoBros opened for the singer during her "Best Of Both Worlds" tour, and appeared on an episode of "Hannah Montana" in 2007.

The pair ultimately went their separate ways. Cyrus recently opened up about her current feelings about the singer during an episode of the "Every Single Album" podcast, where she claimed that she was still "into" Jonas, albeit in a platonic way.

She subsequently moved on with actor Justin Gaston, and the pair garnered much attention for their age gap, as he was 20 and she was 16 when they started dating.

However, the pair did not remain together for long, and they called quits on their romance in 2009.

Miley Had An Up-And-Down Relationship With Her Future (Ex-)Husband

That same year, Cyrus met Liam Hemsworth while working on the 2010 film "The Last Song," in which they costarred.

The pair, whose romance was established on the movie's set, began seeing each other off and on for a total of three years before the actor popped the question ... and the singer accepted.

Cyrus and Hemsworth remained together for almost a year and a half before they unexpectedly called off their engagement in 2013, and split up more formally than in their past brief breakups.

The singer then embarked on a short-lived relationship with Patrick Schwarzenegger that ended in April 2015, and a source told People the future star of "The White Lotus" wanted to focus on his college career at the time.

Cyrus was later spotted making out with Victoria's Secret model Stella Maxwell ... although she denied that they had been in a relationship.

Cyrus Later Reconciled With Hemsworth ... For A While

The singer later reunited with Hemsworth in 2016 -- and they got engaged for the second time.

A source spoke to People at the time and claimed the pair were "much more mature" and emotionally ready for the requirements of a relationship.

Cyrus and Hemsworth remained together for two years before they spontaneously tied the knot during a trip to Tennessee.

However, the pair shocked many of their fans when they announced their separation after just seven months of marriage ... and they finalized their divorce in January of 2020.

The singer gave her fans a bit of insight into her marriage during an episode of the "Joe Rogan Experience," when she decried "the villainizing and just all those stories" that were shared about her relationship with the actor.

Miley Dated Around After Her Marriage Ended

Cyrus dusted herself off following the end of her marriage, and she was briefly linked to Kaitlynn Carter in 2019.

The pair amicably split up after just a few weeks of dating, and a source told People the singer wanted to "focus on her career" at the time.

Sources connected to the former couple told TMZ ... Miley felt it was moving too fast ... there was no cheating or fighting involved in MC's decision to break things off after a 2-month whirlwind romance where she and Kaitlynn were practically inseparable.

The performer later began seeing her longtime friend Cody Simpson, and the pair's romance commenced in August 2019.

However, we revealed the hitmaker and the competitive swimmer ultimately broke up after 10 months of dating ... Cyrus claimed she wanted to remain friends with the athlete after their split.

Miley And Morando Met On A Semi-Blind Date

Cyrus was later set up on a date with Morando in 2021 ... and while he knew who he would be meeting, the singer's friends didn't tell her anything about the drummer in the band Liily.

The pair hit it off and remained together following their date, and a source subsequently spoke to People and said the singer saw her boyfriend's aversion to the celebrity lifestyle as a major green flag.

The singer told Harper's Bazaar she was "very similar" to Morando, and said neither of them "take life too seriously."

Oh yeah, and in case you missed anything, we've got a video timeline of Cyrus' dating history to fill in the cracks!

Jennifer Aniston's Dating History ... Including Two Marriages!

Published

Jennifer Aniston's become one of the most recognizable people in Hollywood ... and she's dated some familiar faces, too!

The "Friends" star's been linked to several guys over the course of her career -- and she even married two of them!

We're going to check out who the actress has been involved with over the past few decades ... and see how she feels about her past boyfriends and husbands.

Jennifer Dated Around At The Beginning Of Her Career

One of Aniston's earliest roles was as Jeannie Bueller on the short-lived TV series "Ferris Bueller," and she briefly dated her costar -- and on-screen brother -- Charlie Schlatter, although their romance proved to be short-lived.

She then moved on with actor Daniel McDonald, and they remained together from 1990 until 1995, when they went their separate ways.

The actress remained fond of the performer -- he passed away in 2007 -- after the end of their relationship, and she later told the New York Times that he was her "first love" and that McDonald "would have been the one."

Following a brief fling with Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz, Aniston began seeing Tate Donovan, who later starred as one of her love interests on "Friends."

The pair remained together for two years -- although they only began costarring after their real-life breakup ... which was later echoed on screen when their characters went their split up.

Jennifer Got Hitched -- For The First Time -- to Brad Pitt

Aniston subsequently started one of the most high-profile relationships in Hollywood history when she began dating Brad Pitt in 1998 -- although they had met through their managers four years earlier.

The pair got engaged in 1999, and they went on to tie the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony that took place in Malibu the following year, which included a performance by Melissa Etheridge and a fireworks show.

Aniston appeared to hint she was ready to start a family with Pitt in a 2005 interview with The Guardian, when she stated she was "looking forward to slowing down."

However, the pair separated after rumors began to swirl about the actor getting close to his "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" costar Angelina Jolie -- whom he later famously wed and divorced -- and Jen and Brad formally ended their marriage in March 2005.

The performers have remained on good terms ever since their split -- Pitt even attended his ex-wife's 50th birthday party in 2019, according to People.

She Moved On After Her Divorce -- With Several Guys

Aniston picked herself up and moved on following her divorce from Pitt, and she was linked to Vince Vaughn after they costarred in the 2006 film "The Break-Up."

The pair actually began their romance in 2005, although it was short-lived -- they broke up by December the following year.

Aniston subsequently started dating John Mayer, to whom she was first linked in 2008, and they maintained an on-again-off-again relationship for a year.

After the two broke up for the final time in 2009, the musician told Rolling Stone he had "never really gotten over" the split, and described the period as "one of the worst times of my life."

Jennifer Was Married To Justin Theroux ... For A While

Aniston's second husband was Justin Theroux, whom she met when she visited the set of the action-comedy flick "Tropic Thunder" in 2007.

The pair connected while costarring in the 2012 film "Wanderlust," and they subsequently embarked on a whirlwind romance that saw them getting engaged that same year.

The performers tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony at their home in Bel Air, California, in August of 2015.

Aniston and Theroux remained together for a total of three years before they decided to end their relationship in 2018 ... although they have remained on friendly terms ever since their split.

The actress summed up her marriages in an interview with Elle, describing both of them as "very successful."

Kelly Osbourne's Weight-Loss Surgery Changed Her Life

Published | Updated

Kelly Osbourne's had to deal with plenty of loss -- about 85 pounds of body weight, that is!

The reality television star has managed to completely change her physique, and she's been open about the ups and downs in size she's experienced in the past.

We're going to look into what she's gone through to slim down ... and how a surgical procedure completely changed her life.

Kelly Lost 85 Pounds After Undergoing Weight-Loss Surgery

Osbourne's weight-loss journey kicked off in the late 2010s when she underwent gastric sleeve surgery, in which a portion of her stomach was removed from her body.

She remained enthusiastic about the results of the procedure years after it was completed, and described the surgery as "the best thing I have ever done" during an appearance on the Hollywood Raw podcast.

Osbourne pointed out, however, that going through with the procedure meant she had to change her mindset about health, and she recalled she went through "a year of stand-alone therapy to prepare myself for the surgery."

She went on to say she had to become more disciplined about both fitness and monitoring her food intake in the years since her surgery.

However, she's also expressed she truly doesn't care about outside opinions with regard to her procedure ... and told the podcast's host she doesn't "give a f*** what anyone has to say."

Her Weight Fluctuated Before And After Her Pregnancy

Osbourne's also been open about how her health was affected by her pregnancy -- she gave birth to her son Sidney in November 2022.

The reality television star developed gestational diabetes while preparing for the birth of her child -- who she shares with Slipknot member Sid Wilson -- and recalled she had to closely monitor her food intake in the months prior to her baby's arrival.

Osbourne told People she "didn't get to have the pregnancy where you eat whatever you want. It sucked. I was hungry for nine months."

After she gave birth to her son, however, she began to push the limits of how much weight she could lose to unhealthy levels.

Osbourne opened up about her postpartum period in an appearance on the Scheananigans With Scheana Shay podcast, and admitted she went "too far" with her weight loss.

Osbourne Hasn't Used Ozempic -- But She's Got Nothing Against The Jab

While many of her fans surmised she had lost her baby weight through the use of Ozempic, the reality television mainstay flat-out denied the claims during an interview with Extra.

Osbourne said she'd put off the pounds the old-fashioned way ... cutting out sugar and carbohydrates, which caused her to shrink "rapidly."

The thing is, she doesn't judge anyone who turns to the celebrity-favorite weight-loss medication -- including her mother Sharon -- and sees the jab as an effective and modern method of slimming down in size.

Osbourne voiced her approval of Ozempic while speaking to E! News, and said she was a fan of losing weight "through something that's isn't as boring as working out."

She also described the medication as "amazing," and added she felt as if "people hate on it because they want to do it."

Bill Belichick's Girlfriend Jordon Hudson ... And His Exes!

Published | Updated

Bill Belichick made a reputation for himself coaching various professional and college football teams ... and his star's only shined brighter ever since the beginning of his relationship with Jordon Hudson.

The sports figure and the former beauty queen have made plenty of headlines with their high-profile relationship -- and their 48-year age gap!

We're going to check out what brought the happy couple together ... and who the former New England Patriots coach has been with in the past.

Belichick Was Married To His Former Wife, Debby Clarke, For Nearly 30 Years

Although his relationship with Hudson's been relatively brief, Belichick's proved that he can stick with someone for the long run, as he was formerly married to Debby Clarke.

The football coach and his longtime spouse tied the knot in 1977, and they started a family with the birth of their daughter Amanda in 1984.

Belichick and Clarke went on to welcome a pair of sons, Stephen and Brian, both of whom worked with their father during his time with the Patriots.

However, the coach and his spouse ultimately went their separate ways after just under three decades of marriage ... and they finalized their divorce in 2006.

Belichick Moved On -- And Worked -- With Linda Holliday

Belichick moved on from his divorce by starting a relationship with TV host Linda Holliday, whom he first began seeing in 2007.

The pair went on to collaborate on various philanthropic projects, and she served as the director of the Bill Belichick Foundation, which was founded in 2013.

While the football coach and the media figure remained together for a total of 16 years, the news of their breakup became public in September 2023.

A source spoke to People at the time and claimed that, while Holliday was dismayed about the end of her romance with Belichick, she was "well taken care of" following the split.

Belichick Initially Met Hudson In 2021

Belichick and Hudson initially met in February of 2021 -- and we shared a selfie that the beauty queen took at the time a few years later!

The pair's first encounter took place when they were seated next to each other on a flight from the Boston area down to Florida, and the coach asked about her college coursework.

Belichick autographed one of Hudson's books following their initial conversation, and they remained in contact over the following years.

The two began going on under-the-radar dates in 2023, but their cover was blown when they were spotted in each other's company during a trip to New Orleans' French Quarter.

Although rumors swirled about the pair in subsequent months, nothing concrete was confirmed about a potential relationship -- until we broke the story about their official status in June of 2024.

The Pair Began Discussing Their Relationship Openly in 2024

Belichick and Hudson went on to make their red carpet debut at The Museum Gala, and Hudson shared a post about the event on her Instagram account, where she described her boyfriend as one of her "favourite things."

The former cheerleader went on to share her take on the state of her relationship by posting several photos on her Instagram Story on New Year's Eve in 2024, and wrote via People that she "can't wait to take punches" for her romance.

She also hit out at the "keyboard warriors" who doubted the state of her relationship, writing that their "illusion of righteousness only fuels my authenticity."

Hudson then posted a photo of Belichick holding a phone while listening to Taylor Swift's song "New Year's Day," in which the line "Hold onto the memories" was shown.

Belichick's Interview On CBS Fell Apart When He Was Asked About Hudson

While the pair appeared to be warming up to having their romance play out in the public eye, they seemed to crack under the pressure during Belichick's interview on CBS News' "Sunday Morning," which aired in April 2025.

The sports figure was accompanied by his girlfriend during the taping of the interview, which was conducted by journalist Tony Dokoupil, and she awkwardly shut the reporter down when he inquired about the state of their relationship ... which was all caught on camera.

The coach subsequently issued a statement about the interview, and he said via People that he had agreed to keep the conversation focused on his book "The Art Of Winning: Lessons From A Life In Football."

Belichick then claimed that, when Dokoupil veered off and began asking about his relationship, Hudson stepped in to "help refocus the discussion," and he said the segment was ultimately comprised of "selectively edited clips and stills."

However, CBS News issued a statement of its own, and asserted there weren't any "preconditions or limitations to this conversation" when Belichick agreed to the interview.

Belichick and Hudson Have Fielded Engagement Rumors

The coach and his partner have since fielded engagement rumors, and a report from the New York Times claimed Hudson has spoken openly about her future with the coach to at least one individual.

We shared a photo of Hudson wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring in May this year.

The former cheerleader was spotted with the accessory while preparing to board a flight from N.C.'s Raleigh-Durham Airport back to Boston.

The sports coach also fueled the rumor mill when he renamed his boat "I + VIII Rings," which many viewed as a reference to a potential engagement.

Whoopi Goldberg's Weight Loss ... With the Help of Mounjaro

Published | Updated

Whoopi Goldberg's weight loss has taken plenty of time -- but it's all been worth it, as she's come down from a peak weight of 300 pounds!

The thing is, the talk show host had a bit of help along the way ... from the celebrity-favorite weight-loss medication Mounjaro, that is.

We're going to learn just why the actress chose to take the jab during her weight-loss journey and see how her life has changed ever since she started taking the medication.

Whoopi's Fans Thought She Was Wearing A Fat Suit For A Role

Goldberg revealed she first needed to make a change in her life after hearing comments about her body from a woman who had seen her portrayal of Alma Carthan in the 2022 drama film "Till."

The performer opened up about the incident while appearing on "The Kelly Clarkson Show," and recalled the individual said she "thought I was wearing a fat suit" in the film.

The actress said the statement made her "indignant" ... although she later realized the comment made her pay closer attention to her health.

Goldberg went on to reveal she clocked in at 300 pounds at the time of the incident, after which she decided to start making changes in her lifestyle.

She Wants To Destigmatize The Use Of Weight-Loss Medications

Goldberg subsequently started using Mounjaro in order to drop the weight ... and she went on to speak about her use of the medication during an episode of "The View."

The performer told E! News she wanted to help destigmatize the use of weight-loss drugs, and suggested "maybe the key is to stop judging everybody."

She acknowledged while she wanted her fans to pay closer attention to their bodies as they grow older, maintaining a healthy figure later in life can be difficult.

Goldberg told her fans if they were to hit a point where their concern about their health fell "to the ground," they should "pick it up, put it over the back and keep it moving."

Whoopi's Been Featured In Weight-Loss Ads ... Without Her Permission

Although the talk show host made a point of speaking about her Mounjaro use, she hasn't actually promoted any weight-loss drugs -- at least, not with her permission.

On another episode of "The View," Goldberg claimed her image had been fed into an A.I. program and repurposed to promote an unspecified medication.

The actress told The Hollywood Reporter she was greatly troubled by the unauthorized use of her image to promote weight-loss drugs, which she described as "a lot of BS."

She also advised her fans that any advertisement featuring her voice and likeness was false "unless I say, ‘Hey it’s me, Whoopi.’ That’s how you know it’s me."

Billy Gardell's Weight-Loss Success ... After Bariatric Surgery

Published

Billy Gardell's weight loss has seen the formerly 370-pound-plus star slim down to a much more manageable number in the low 200s.

And the "Mike & Molly" star's also been open about how undergoing bariatric surgery has made all the difference in his fitness journey.

Here's how going under the knife completely changed the actor's life -- and how he's been able to keep off the pounds in the years after his procedure.

Billy 'Chickened Out' Of Bariatric Surgery A Few Times

Although his health improved in the long run, Gardell wasn't always so gung-ho about undergoing a weight-loss procedure, which he revealed in an interview with People.

The performer stated that, while he put off any drastic weight-loss measures for an extended period of time, he reached a point "where it hurt to exercise."

The delay wasn't for lack of trying, either, as Gardell claimed he "tried everything" to lose weight before falling into a "yo-yo" cycle that saw him gaining and losing weight.

He then recalled reaching a point where he realized that "drastic" action was necessary to address his health concerns, although he admitted that he "chickened out" of bariatric surgery on several occasions.

Gardell went on to state he eventually developed type 2 diabetes and was on medication for the disease for a year and a half, which greatly displeased him.

Gardell Changed His Mind About Surgery During The Pandemic

The "Bob Hearts Abishola" star then expressed that the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic was what motivated him to get his weight under control, as his size made him more susceptible to the effects of coronavirus.

Gardell added that he didn't want to risk the possibility of being removed from the lives of his family, saying "the idea of not being here for my wife or my kid motivated my change."

The performer noted he had to become "humble enough to ask for help" in order to actually start his plans for surgery.

He then spoke about consulting with a doctor, who he said "changed and saved my life."

Gardell said while he was grateful for the experience, he did not want his fans to follow his exact path to a healthy lifestyle, and noted the surgery was the "right decision" for himself.

Gardell's Weight Loss Shocked His Family

The actor has since opened up about the effects his procedure had on his immediate family -- some of whom didn't even recognize him at first!

Gardell made the admission during a sit-down with Entertainment Tonight and fondly recalled when he "first lost the weight, my wife thought a stranger was in the house."

He also spoke about meeting individuals in similar health-related situations, and said he advised them that following a weight-loss procedure, they needed to emphasize healthy habits in order to keep the pounds off.

The performer noted if "you're not willing to commit to the stuff on the other side, it's just gonna happen again."

Gardell then remarked that he had to work on accepting his size, and said the biggest successes in health often came "when you look in the mirror and go, 'All right, I'm gonna take care of you today.'"

Kathy Bates' Weight Loss ... With and Without Ozempic!

Published | Updated

Kathy Bates has become an example of self-determination paying off -- as she was able to drop an impressive 100 pounds over the past few years.

However, a lot of hard work went into her physical transformation, which was spurred by a harrowing health scare.

We're going to look into the "Misery" star's impressive weight loss and see why her newfound interest in wellness has greatly improved her quality of life.

Kathy Changed Her Habits After Being Diagnosed With Type 2 Diabetes

Bates was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2017, and she told People the disease had been prevalent within her family.

The performer told the publication several of her family members had been dealing with various complications from the condition, and her own diagnosis "scared me straight."

She stated that being told she was going to be living with the disease inspired her to start making changes in her diet and wellness routine.

Bates recalled having to completely switch up her diet, and admitted she "used to eat terribly," and at odd hours.

She remarked her niece had advised her she'd experience "an involuntary sigh" after becoming full, and she would stop eating after noticing the reflex.

She Lost 100 Pounds Through Workouts ... And Ozempic

Bates went on to tell the outlet that in addition to making changes with her eating habits, she started prioritizing her own fitness and became more serious about working out.

But she maintained she was committed to remaining independent while working out, and remarked she didn't want "anybody over my shoulder."

While Bates claimed that 80 out of the 100 pounds she lost were due to changes in her lifestyle, she admitted she shed the final 20 through the use of Ozempic.

The performer stressed that, although she was aware of claims her weight loss was achieved solely through her use of the celebrity-favorite medication, she wanted her fans to know she truly is dedicated to her health.

Bates remarked that the physical aspect of her lifestyle change "was hard work for me, especially during the pandemic."

Bates' Life Greatly Improved Following Her Slim-Down

The actress then expressed her life had greatly improved following her weight loss, as she became "capable" of working long days on set.

Bates added she'd become able to "do so many things that I couldn’t before" while working on the set of "Matlock," in which she stars.

Another benefit of her weight loss is the effects on the symptoms of her lymphedema, which causes swelling in various parts of her body.

The actress said she felt "such a thrill to be able to put my arm into a jacket and it fits."

Bates concluded by saying her weight loss had been an overall "emotional" experience.

Meghan Trainor's Weight-Loss Journey ... And Plastic Surgery!

Published

Meghan Trainor started off her career by being outwardly proud of her frame, which brought her plenty of attention from both critics and fans.

But she's since shed much of her weight, and her newly svelte physique has allowed her to completely rework her image.

Here's a look at how the "All About That Bass" singer pushed off the pounds -- with a little extra help from Mounjaro.

Meghan Began Losing Weight After Becoming A Mom

Trainor's weight-loss journey started after she welcomed her first son, Riley, in 2021.

The performer told People that after she became a mother, she entered a "really dark place," and she claimed she was the "heaviest I'd ever been."

However, Trainor recalled she recognized the need to maintain her mental well-being, and credited her first son with motivating her to make positive changes in her life.

She stated that in an effort to work her way out of the hole, she began working out regularly and started "seeing the pounds come off one week at a time."

The singer briefly paused her weight-loss journey during her second pregnancy, and after welcoming her second son, Barry, in January of 2023, she resumed her workouts.

She's Been Open About Her Workouts And Dieting

Trainor has since credited her dedication to fitness as one of the chief reasons for her major drop in size.

The hitmaker spoke about her routines in the gym in an interview with Women's Health, claiming she'd "lost so much weight that my booty is looking different."

She also gave the publication a look into her regular movements, and remarked that while she had become fond of strength-training, excessive running "made me swollen."

Trainor said she'd completely changed up her diet to focus on protein-heavy items, which helped her recover quicker in the gym.

The performer quipped that she -- as well as her husband Daryl Sabara -- were "always looking" for food-prep companies with high-protein options.

Meghan's Admitted To Using Weight-Loss Medications

Trainor has also admitted she's used weight-loss medication -- specifically Mounjaro -- to aid in her weight-loss process.

The "Made You Look" singer gave her fans a bit of insight into her history with the medication during an episode of her "Workin' On It" podcast, and she claimed Mounjaro came with "less side effects" than other popular weight-loss drugs.

She also claimed she'd done plenty of research into the product prior to actually taking the jabs.

Trainor then remarked her husband was using the medication as well, and quipped they "do everything together."

The performer subsequently requested her former fans who had been put off by her weight loss to either "leave me alone or stop talking about my body."

Meghan's Admitted To Using Weight-Loss Medications

Trainor has also augmented her body with various cosmetic treatments and procedures, in addition to the weight drop.

The singer has spoken openly about undergoing breast-augmentation surgery, which took place in early 2025, according to People.

Trainor also told the outlet that she'd "never been more comfortable in my body" following the enhancements.

However, the songwriter's also been open about the procedures that didn't work out so well ... and admitted on an episode of Workin' On It that her extensive Botox use hindered her ability to smile.

She claimed "nobody warned me" about the potential drawbacks of getting the cosmetic injections when she was looking into the medications.

How Scott Disick Lost Weight After His Car Accident

Published

Scott Disick gave much of his fan base a fright when he got into a serious car accident in 2022.

And although many of the reality television mainstay's fans feared for his well-being in the aftermath of the harrowing wreck, he used his recovery period as an opportunity to place more of an emphasis on his physical well-being.

We're going to take a look at the incident that shook the entrepreneur to his core -- and inspired him to address his weight issues by using medication.

Disick Experienced A Major Scare When He Wrecked His Car

Disick's journey toward a healthier lifestyle kicked off in August of 2022, when he was in a single-car accident in Calabasas, California.

The reality television figure opened up about the incident during a 2023 episode of "The Kardashians," and stated via Us Weekly that he was on his way to pick up his son Mason, who he was supposed to take to a movie.

According to Disick, he was driving his Lamborghini SUV down a bumpy road when he briefly lost control of the vehicle and hit a pillar.

He recalled he was left "strapped in and hanging" in his car after the vehicle made a "somersault" from the collision.

While Disick's injuries were determined to have been non-life-threatening, he said his car was totaled.

Disick Adopted A Less Active Lifestyle Following The Accident

The "Flip It Like Disick" star went on to reveal he'd begun exercising less following the accident in a subsequent episode of "The Kardashians," as he had started experiencing back pain after the crash, per E! News.

The reality television figure stated his entire life had been changed by the wreck, and expressed he wasn't able to run properly due to the pain.

Disick admitted that after becoming more sedentary, he had picked up a habit of "pounding a whole box" of Hawaiian rolls on a nightly basis.

He also claimed he'd been drinking up to 20 cans of ginger ale per day, as he considered the beverage to be "soothing."

When asked about his habits by Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner, he "didn't realize what I was doing" to his body in the aftermath of the wreck.

He Started Taking Mounjaro To Aid In His Weight-Loss Journey

Disick eventually improved his eating habits, as seen in the Season 5 premiere of "The Kardashians," during which Kris and Khloe visited his home and peeked inside his fridge, which had been stocked with healthy items.

However, eagle-eyed viewers noticed the entrepreneur had several boxes of the weight-loss drug Mounjaro -- the effects of which are similar to Ozempic -- stored in his refrigerator.

While Disick didn't address the accidental reveal at first, he later spoke about the slip-up in a subsequent episode of the reality television series, and stated via Page Six that it was "tough" for him to carry around so much weight.

The entrepreneur went on to express he was fine with the accidental reveal, and noted that he wasn't "embarrassed" by the revelation.

Disick then remarked "everyone that has a problem with Mounjaro can suck my d***."

Megan Fox Shares Her Plastic Surgery Confessions

Published

Megan Fox set the record straight about her personal life in her appearance on Alex Cooper's "Call Her Daddy" podcast, during which she shot down various rumors about her personal life.

However, the actress shocked many of her fans when she admitted to undergoing various forms of plastic surgery at several points through her career -- and described them in detail.

We're going to take a closer look at the cosmetic procedures the "Transformers" star has -- and hasn't -- had done to her body over the years.

Megan Had Her Breasts Augmented When She Was In Her Early Twenties

Fox began breaking down her history with plastic surgery by revealing she had her breasts augmented when she was "21 or 22."

The actress then stated she had to have her augmentations redone after she finished breastfeeding her children ... and quipped that she didn't "know where they went, but they went."

That wasn't the first time she'd had her implants redone, though, as she revealed she'd had them reworked not long before her appearance on the podcast.

Fox remarked that she "didn't have enough body fat to disguise" her older implants and that there was visible "rippling" on her chest, which led her to switch them out for newer models.

She also recalled telling her doctors that she wanted "1990s stripper t*****s" prior to her most recent breast augmentation surgery.

She's Also Had Her Nose Done

Fox then revealed that she had, in fact, had a rhinoplasty -- also known as a nose job -- performed when she was in her early twenties.

She then addressed speculation that she'd had several nose jobs over the years, which she flat-out denied.

Fox went on to claim that having frequent rhinoplasties would cause the average nose to fall off entirely.

The "Jennifer's Body" star attributed the attention given to her looks to her skills with makeup ... and quipped she often contoured her nose to "make it like a little elven princess."

She also joked she would contour her nose "down until it’s just nostrils like Voldemort, just two holes here."

Megan Enjoys Having Work Done ... On Her Own Terms

The actress went on to give a blanket statement about her fondness for plastic surgery and noted she had "done everything you could possibly do and I always will."

She also alluded to undergoing what she described as "not a known plastic surgery" before adding that, while she wouldn't disclose exactly what the procedure was, it was "really good."

However, Fox pointed out that she had certain "protocols" for working with doctors, and said she required them to "tell me if they’ve seen any omens'" prior to the start of any procedures.

The actress said she wouldn't let any of her doctors play music that would remind them of a former partner during a cosmetic procedure, and she added she would not let a physician operate on her following a fight with their spouse.

She then added she had a longstanding fear of dying while under general anesthesia and she didn't "take surgery lightly" as a result.

She Hasn't Had Fat Removed ... And Wants A Bigger Butt

Fox also expressed she would "never have fat removed" from her body, and she hadn't gone through any thread lifts in the past.

She did state, however, that she would be open to going through a facelift sometime in the future.

Fox went on to remark that she was interested in the idea of having a Brazilian Butt Lift "when in the future you can take donated fat from people."

The performer added that she wanted her rear end to be "massive" and quipped that she would be fine carrying around what she described as "an anomaly" following her potential procedure.

Dave Bautista's Weight Loss Helped Him As An Actor

Published

Dave Bautista wowed fans with his sizable frame during his time as a professional wrestler, and he used his physique to his advantage after beginning a second career as an actor.

However, he shocked the public when he revealed he'd shed an impressive 75 pounds in an effort to make further strides in the entertainment industry.

We're going to take a look at the weight fluctuations that the "Guardians Of The Galaxy" star has experienced throughout his career -- and why he feels it's pushing him forward.

Bautista's Weight Peaked At Nearly 400 Pounds

While Bautista's looking much slimmer these days, he hasn't always been that way, especially during his younger years.

The actor opened up about his history with his body size in an interview with content creator Chris Van Vliet, where he revealed that "the heaviest I've ever been was 370 pounds."

Bautista went on to state he had dropped much of his size before entering the WWE, and claimed he weighed a much more reasonable 290 pounds for "most of my wrestling career."

The weight loss didn't appear to affect him in the ring, however, as he became a WWE champion several times over, and won the top prize in various events, including the wrestling promotion's Royal Rumble.

The performer's size made him a prime choice for casting agents, and he went on to portray imposing characters in movies like "Spectre" and "Blade Runner 2049."

Bautista Said One Role Made Him Want To Slim Down

Although Bautista's imposing physique made him a favorite with fans, he also recalled reaching a point where he began to feel "uncomfortably big."

The actor recalled gaining weight for his role in the 2023 film "Knock At The Cabin," in which he portrayed the imposing leader of a group of apocalypse-obsessed individuals.

Bautista claimed that he went up to 315 pounds before working on the movie, and he recalled eating excessive amounts of pancakes and fries in order to put on the pounds.

The performer said he was solely dedicated to looking intimidating on screen, and recalled "at the time, I was just thinking, 'I gotta get big, I gotta get big!'"

He added it took him "forever" to drop the pounds following the end of shooting.

He Began Losing Weight For The Sake Of His Career

Bautista eventually began to feel that a drop in weight would be the right choice for his career -- and his health.

He told Van Vliet he came to realize he would be more photogenic at a lower weight, stating the "more I trimmed down, the better I looked on camera, the better I looked next to other actors."

The performer went on to address the concerns of fans who were concerned about his drop in weight, and noted while certain individuals saw him as "anorexic," he was "just a large human being" ... regardless of his size.

Bautista also claimed he'd reached a much more svelte 240 pounds in the years since "Knock At The Cabin" was released.

He did state, however, that his naturally large frame still made him look imposing on screen, remarking that "at 6'4" and 240 pounds next to a much smaller actor, I look like a gorilla! And it's distracting!"

Bautista Started Adding More Cardio To His Fitness Routine

Bautista's also been open about how he's placed a priority on both working out and eating right -- both of which contributed to his drop in weight.

The actor claimed, as a result of maintaining a chiseled physique, "a lot of people think I’m just a meathead" during a video interview for Men's Health.

However, he told the media outlet he'd become much more focused on crafting well-rounded workouts that included considerable amounts of cardio.

Bautista remarked that, although much of his fanbase assumed he was a major fan of powerlifting, he would "rather be boxing or doing some type of interesting cardio like cycling."

The performer then quipped he was committed to "keeping it fresh" in the gym.
