Eric Chase Bolling, Jr. died in his bed, TMZ has learned, after enduring "emotional torture" over the humiliation his dad was suffering, but the circumstances surrounding his death remain a mystery.

Sources familiar with the death investigation tell TMZ, Eric Chase was "destroyed" by his dad's departure from Fox News Channel ... forced out because years ago Eric Sr. had texted pics of his genitalia. Sources connected with Eric Sr. tell us he actually made the decision to part ways earlier than he wanted because he knew his son was having trouble dealing with the publicity and the embarrassment.

Our sources say Eric Chase was found in his bed Friday afternoon with the covers over him in normal position. There was no suicide note, we're told, and no pill bottles or drug paraphernalia. Nevertheless, the operating theory is that this was some form of overdose. As one source tells TMZ, "19-year-olds just don't go to sleep and not wake up."

Eric Sr. found out about his son's death 2 hours after making his exit deal with FNC.

We're told the coroner is conducting toxicology and other tests to determine cause of death.

2:45 PM PT -- Eric tweeted about the tragedy, saying ... "Adrienne and I are devastated by the loss of our beloved son ... Details still unclear." He continued ... "Authorities have informed us there is no sign of self harm at this point. Autopsy will be next week. Please respect our grieving period."

12:40 PM PT -- Well placed FNC sources tell TMZ ... Eric Chase died from a drug overdose. We're told he was having a hard time dealing with the trouble his dad was having at the network. Our sources say he was extremely embarrassed by the stories and was "emotionally upset."

The son of Fox News Channel anchor Eric Bolling has died, TMZ has learned, hours after his father was forced out of the network.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... 19-year-old Eric Chase Bolling, Jr. was found dead Friday evening in Boulder, CO, where he attended school.

His dad and FNC parted company after the co-host of "The Five" allegedly sent lewd text messages to co-workers along with photos of his genitals.

Bolling vowed to clear his name, but the timing suggests it might have been too much to handle for his son.

Fox News Channel issued the following statement ... "We are very saddened to hear of the passing of Eric Bolling's son. Eric Chase was a wonderful young man and our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Bolling family."

Kris Jenner's still super tight with her daughter's ex ... and she looks really happy about it.

Kris and Scott Disick arrived in style together at the Daily Front Row's Fashion Media Awards in NYC Friday night -- practically joined at the hip -- to watch Kendall accept the Fashion Icon of the Decade award.

The 2 showed up arm in arm and later held hands on their way in. It just goes to show -- despite all of Scott's drinking, drugs and womanizing ... business is business for Kris.

Lonzo Ball's has finally released his first rap single -- and it's a 2-and-a-half minute tribute to his 16-year-old brother, Melo.

It's called "Melo Ball 1" -- portions of the song were used in the first promo spot for LaMelo Ball's new $395 shoes ... but now, the Lakers star has dropped the entire track.

He brags about how his family's "ready for war," how Melo is the youngest person on the planet to have his own signature shoe ... and how it's all part of his father's genius vision.

Prince George marched into his first day of kindergarten (they call it Primary School) Thursday like a boss -- or like a guy who's mingling with his subjects.

Prince William held lil Geo's hand as they walked into Thomas's Battersea -- a fancy private school near their Kensington Palace home. The likely future King of England displayed impeccable manners, naturally, as he met the headmistress.

Duchess Kate wasn't able to attend because she's stuck at home with severe morning sickness with her third pregnancy.

Bust out the pink balloons -- 'cause Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are having a baby girl ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the pregnancy tell us the couple's surrogate is carrying a female bundle of joy.

We broke the stories ... the baby's due in late January by a surrogate Kim and Kanye hired for medical reasons. Kim's placenta accreta condition could kill her if she carries another baby to term.

This will be girl #9 in the Kardashian clan -- not including Kris herself -- and we've learned it bodes well for one of those ladies in particular.

We spoke with a notable child psychologist, who tells us North West and baby #3 will probably form a closer bond than Saint might with his new sis. And the reason's simple: sisters gravitate to their sisters. You don't gotta tell us ... or the Kardashians, either.

Kind of a bummer for Saint, though -- especially since Kim recently said North "does not like" him ... and doesn't seem to be getting past the meanie phase.

Members of Selena's own family were among those killed during Hurricane Harvey in Texas ... this according to her father.

Selena's dad, Abraham Quintanilla, posted the news on Facebook, explaining relatives of theirs tragically drowned when they became trapped in a van while trying to escape the rising waters.

Abraham said Manuel Saldivar -- whose mother was Abraham's dad's first cousin -- drowned along with his wife, Belia, and their 4 grandchildren. The driver of the van survived.

Selena was hugely popular in Texas -- her birth state. She toured all across TX and built her rep there before reaching international stardom. She even has a statue dedicated to her in Corpus Christi, where she died after being shot by her boutique's manager in '95.

Hilary Duff celebrated Labor Day with her son at the beach, and buried any ill will for her ex-husband in the sand ... all in the name of co-parenting.

Hilary and her ex, Mike Comrie, spent Monday in Malibu with their 5-year-old son, Luca. Hil was rockin' her usual 2-piece in the water while Mike chilled onshore.

Guernsey's auction house is selling off some of JFK's personal items in October to commemorate what would have been the late Prez's 100th birthday -- even though he was born in May.

Some of the items being auctioned off include 3 of Jack's OG swim trunks, a couple of his coats, his U.S. flight jacket, his old rocking chair ... and even his kids' toothbrushes, bristles and all.

There are some Jackie O items up for grabs as well, such as her perfumes, belt, and one of her black lace mantillas -- which she wore to Robert Kennedy's funeral.

All the stuff is starting at a bid of just one dollar ... but something tells us it'll go for A LOT more.

Safaree Samuels is destroyed over his uncle's brutal death, and he says so far his ex, Nicki Minaj, hasn't offered any comfort.

Vincent Roper was stabbed to death in his Palmdale, CA home last week. The rapper says he was super close to his mom's brother.

As for Nicki ... Safaree says when they were together she was close to Roper too, but she hasn't reached out to him yet.

We're told Minaj didn't find out until Wednesday night ... and right around that time she tweeted this ...

Roper was 64. Police currently have no suspects.

"Big Brother" contestant Jason Dent was way out of bounds when he joked about raping the wife of houseguest Kevin Schlehuber ... this according to Kevin's wife, who's deeply disturbed by Jason's remarks.

Kevin's wife, Deborah, tells TMZ ... Jason making those comments on the show's live feed, while laughing hysterically, is the worst thing she's ever seen. She says while her husband signed up for 'BB' and all that comes with it ... she and her kids didn't.

Deborah also calls BS on Jason's family's apology and claim that the jokes were taken out of context -- because it would never cross her husband's mind to say something so horrible.

Kevin and Deborah have 7 children together -- 6 of them girls -- and she works as a neonatal nurse in Boston. She says they're a nice, hardworking family and she's appalled her husband's season of "Big Brother" has turned so ugly ... mostly due to Jason.

It's finally over ... Magic Johnson's month-long European vacation on a super pimped out mega-yacht is ending -- and all it cost him was about $3 MILLION!!!

As we previously reported, Magic flew his fam out to the Amalfi Coast on July 31st (on a private jet) and set sail on a super-yacht called the Siren ... which runs about $700k per week.

After touring the coast of Italy and hitting some of the best restaurants and shopping districts in the world with his wife, Cookie, and BFF Sam Jackson ... the Lakers legend is finally heading home.

Prince William and Prince Harry honored Princess Diana by visiting a new garden dedicated to her ... where members of the public had already left tributes and flowers for their mother.

Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, joined her husband and Harry at the White Garden at Kensington Palace in London Wednesday ... on the eve of the 20th anniversary of Diana's death.

The trio toured the grounds -- formerly known as the Sunken Garden -- to pay tribute to the Princess of Wales ... who died in a car accident in Paris on August 31, 1997. William and Harry were 15 and 12 at the time.

The White Garden -- inspired by memories of Princess Di -- has been open since spring and includes some of her favorite plants.

The family of one of R. Kelly's alleged sex captives doesn't see nothing wrong with a little ambush -- as they applied pressure to the singer by rolling up to his crib with cops.

TMZ obtained video of Joycelyn Savage's family arriving at Kelly's Atlanta home Tuesday with a couple of police units. The move came after Kelly gave them the cold shoulder when they requested a meeting with Joycelyn.

The Savages didn't back down -- law enforcement sources tell us the family asked for a welfare check for their daughter, whom they believe is living at the house against her will. We're told a woman in Kelly's camp answered the door and said Joycelyn wasn't home. Unclear if Kelly was there.

Cops say they eventually spoke with Joycelyn over FaceTime, but she told them she was fine -- as she's said in the past -- and didn't want to speak to her family.

LaVar Ball just dropped the trailer for his new reality show -- which puts a spotlight on his wife's recovery from a stroke that was so severe, the family admits they didn't know if she would live or die.

Tina Ball suffered the stroke back in February -- and has essentially stayed out of the spotlight as her sons Lonzo, LaMelo and LiAngelo rose to basketball superstardom.

LaVar has been working with her in their Chino Hills home -- and finally allowed reality show cameras to document her recovery.

One powerful scene shows LaVar re-teaching Tina how to say "I love you."

At one point, Lonzo admits his mother's medical emergency "hit me kinda hard."

The 10-episode series, "Ball In the Family," debuts Thursday and also features much less serious topics -- like Lonzo's relationship with his girlfriend and LaMelo's youth basketball career.
