Khloe Kardashian wants get in on what appears to be the new family business -- aka makeup ... TMZ has learned.

Khloe has applied to trademark a couple different names for a cosmetic line she presumably plans to sell soon -- one is "KOKO Kollection by Khloe Kardashian" and the other is simply "KOKO Kollection."

The specific products she plans to hawk aren't clear just yet, but her application covers a broad range of makeup merch.

As you'll recall ... Kourtney also recently applied to lock down her own line of cosmetics, which she wants to call "Kourt." Of course, Kim and Kylie are already booming in the biz ... looks like the sisters decided to band together on this endeavor, too.

Like they say -- the family that applies foundation together ... has a makeup empire together.

James Franco has his sister-in-law squarely in his corner at the SAG Awards ... 'cause she just defended him amid allegations of sexual misconduct.

Alison Brie -- who's married to James' younger brother, Dave Franco -- was talking to Giuliana Rancic Sunday at the Shrine Auditorium when she was asked about Time's Up and the accusations against her brother-in-law.

She had a diplomatic response at first, saying the Francos supported anyone who felt victimized coming forward and speaking -- but then made it clear ... she supports her family, adding that not all of the info being reported about James was accurate.

As we reported ... Franco stands accused of sexual misconduct by at least 5 women. He's denied the allegations against him, and has since avoided most public events.

Dolores O'Riordan was mourned by hundreds this weekend in her native Ireland during an open coffin public reposal -- where bystanders said goodbye to the Cranberries singer.

Dolores' body was on display Sunday at St. Joseph's Church, where mourners flocked to pay their respects to the Irish rock star. The casket remained open, and some fans reportedly said she looked "at peace" ... according to the Irish Times.

Her mother and six siblings were in attendance, and her Cranberries bandmates left a floral tribute beside her coffin which read ... "The song has ended, but the memories linger on."

As we reported ... Dolores died this past week while recording in London. Her rep said she died "suddenly" and cops are treating the death as "unexplained" for now ... no further details have been released. Friends of hers told us she'd been "dreadfully depressed" as of late, and was also suffering from back pain.

Dolores will be laid to rest next to her father Tuesday at Caherelly Cemetery in County Limerick, Ireland.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might have another baby gift coming their way soon ... all they have to do is ask.

Jon Wyatt -- a grain trader and farmer who owns the Twitter handle @Chicagowest -- tells TMZ ... he's willing to hand it over to Kim and Kanye for their new baby girl if they want it, because selling it "just kind of seems wrong."

We're told so far, the couple hasn't reached out to Jon about his Twitter account ... nor has anyone else.

As for why Wyatt has the @Chicagowest handle ... he says his name was taken when he signed up for Twitter, and he'd just decided to leave Chicago and move out west to the mountains. Makes sense.

Kim and Kanye revealed their baby's name is Chicago -- Kanye's hometown -- on Friday, but she's already going by the nickname Chi (Shy).

Jon tweeted out his congrats.

Kanye West is basking in the glow of naming his daughter.

Kanye was all smiles Friday in Calabasas as he arrived at his design studio. As we reported, Kanye and Kim named their newborn Chicago, although they immediately decided she'd be known as Chi.

Kanye and Kim didn't pick the name before their daughter was born, presumably because they wanted to eyeball her and see if her face triggered a name.

Kanye was raised in Chicago and still has deep roots there, so it makes a lot of sense.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West chose a very unique name for baby #3 -- Chicago ... Kanye's hometown ... but it's a good bet she'll be known by a certain nickname.

Kim announced the name on her app by simply posting "Chicago West."

As we reported ... Kim and Kanye had their third child via surrogate, who gave birth Monday to a healthy girl weighing 7 lbs. 6 oz. Kim was in the delivery room during the birth, and we're told she was the first person to have skin-to-skin contact with the baby.

As you know, they already have 4-year-old North, and 2-year-old Saint. We're told the kids have been referring to her by the nickname Chi (pronounced Shy).

Kris Jenner really is the super (rich) grandma we all wish we had ... 'cause she dropped close to $10k to make sure her 3 new grandkids will be strollin' in the dough.

Kris recently picked up 5 new pricey-as-hell baby strollers for Kim, Khloe and Kylie's kids -- all of which are valued at nearly $11,000 total ... even though she only spent around $8k.

Sources tell us Kris recently purchased 3 Silver Cross Balmoral Prams -- 2 black, 1 white -- at the Couture Kids baby store on Robertson Blvd. in WeHo, which cost $2,699 each. That's $8,097, if you're counting.

We're also told she was gifted 2 Silver Cross wave strollers, which normally cost $1,299 each. Sources say they were shipped out to Kris Thursday ... she put in her orders and requests at least 3 weeks ago.

As we reported ... Kris didn't skimp on baby gear for Kim's newest little girl. Looks like the other babies-to-come are getting the same treatment.

Brooke Hogan's not exactly jumping for joy at the prospect of her dad running for Senator -- but only because she thinks his heart's really in the squared circle ... of wrestling, not politics.

We got Hulk Hogan's daughter Thursday outside the Sally Hershberger salon in L.A. -- and much like her father, she's confident he'd be a winner if he chooses to run for U.S. Senate.

Former New York Giants running back Derrick Ward threatened to kill his wife and physically attacked her ... so she claims in new legal docs.

Naomi Lee Allen-Ward just got a restraining order, claiming Derrick has been verbally, emotionally and physically abusive toward her.

She gives several instances in her docs, including one where she says he was schooling her daughter about scuffed shoes and she chimed in to help calm down the situation. She says he responded, "You always have to f***ing say something! I hate you! I'll kill you! I don't care if I go to jail."

In another instance, during an argument in October of last year, she says he lunged toward her, poked her in the face and put his hands around her throat, saying, "You're so f***ing stupid."

She says she's been on the receiving end of monthly outbursts since their relationship began 9 years ago, but he became physically abusive over the last year. She says he shoves her, punches walls, breaks objects ... all in front of their children.

The restraining order requires Derrick to stay 100 yards away from his wife and children.

Justin Bieber's not only reconciled with his mother ... he's carved out some quality time with her in the tropical paradise of the Maldives.

Sebastian Telfair -- former NBA point guard -- has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from his estranged wife and kids after she claims he went on a violent window-smashing rampage at their home.

Samantha Telfair filed court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, claiming Sebastian showed up to her home in Irvine, CA on Jan. 12 and went nuclear on the doorbell when he realized she wasn't home.

32-year-old Telfair began cussing like crazy and kicking the door -- even when the couple's two young kids came out of the house and begged him to stop.

When Samantha finally got home, Sebastian approached her aggressively -- but she was able to get into the house. Instead, Samantha claims, Sebastian bashed in the front windshield of her car.

Cops were called and an emergency restraining order was issued against Sebastian.

Samantha says she's worried about Sebastian's overall mental health -- saying he's threatened to kill himself and has "become increasingly hostile, unstable and violent."

She also gave police a photo of the guns officials confiscated from Sebastian during an arrest in NY back in June.

A judge granted a temporary restraining order against Telfair. There's a hearing in the matter set for next month.

Kris Jenner doesn't scrimp on her grandkids, especially not for the newest Kardashian girl -- for whom she just dropped over $10,000 ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us Kris hit up baby boutique Petit Tresor in WeHo late last month and spent at least $10k on some pricey baby merch for Kim and Kanye's latest bundle of joy.

We're told Kris knew the baby would be due in January, so she wanted to get her order in early since a lot of this stuff is custom-made and would take a while to get delivered.

As for the order itself ... sources say Grandma Jenner bought a roughly $3,000 silver cross pram for kids -- which, we're told, was intended for North to push her new little sister around in. She also picked up a handcrafted Anaiza wooden crib for at least $6,000.

Last, but not least ... sources say Kris snapped up a bunch of custom baby outfits with rose applique for ALL of her grandkids at a couple hundred bucks each.

Taylor Swift's alleged stalker is facing new charges after prosecutors say they uncovered a new batch of creepy emails he sent, threatening to kill her entire family ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Frank Andrew Hoover sent the new emails to Taylor's father, Scott, between May 2015 and Oct. 2016. According to the 122-page indictment one terrifying email read, "Decided that we are going to end all the Swifts on one day because I can’t stand that virus shit your daughter spread."

Others included ..."The evil family of devils: Scott, Austin, Taylor, Andrew. Sincerely, the end real son of god" -- and, "This article is not a joke and is why god is going to burn them into the desert for me."

Another simply said, "Go to hell, Swift."

Hoover also allegedly told Scott, "Enjoy the brain aneurysms and death."

As we reported ... Hoover was arrested for violating a restraining order by allegedly tailing Taylor while she was in Texas back in 2016.

The new charges are for stalking and repeatedly violating a restraining order.

The Game's father, George Taylor, died unexpectedly in his sleep Wednesday morning ... TMZ has learned.

We're told a family member found him unresponsive in his home in Apple Valley, CA ... and alerted a neighbor who called 911. The Fire Dept. arrived at 8:30 AM this morning. He was unresponsive, and transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

We're told, at this point, It doesn't appear there's any foul play. The coroner's office has George's body now, and is investigating.

Game rapped about his dad in the song, "Bloody Moon," off one of his albums. The lyrics on the track go, "My father left me when I was seven, at a home / Left me but took his chrome, I looked up and blood was gone / Man, fuck it, guess in the world I'm all alone."

They've had an off/on relationship since Game's been an adult. It's unclear what the status of their relationship was recently.

Kanye West just entertained a name suggestion for his new daughter ... and it hits very close to home.

Ye was at his office in Calabasas Wednesday, still beaming with excitement from his and Kim Kardashian's new addition. Yeezy joked he and Kim still hadn't decided on a name for baby #3 ... but when a photog shouted "Donda," Kanye seemed to dig the suggestion, saying, "that's fire."
