Rapper Young Jeezy was arrested in Atlanta for battery, false imprisonment, and making terroristic threats against his own son ... TMZ has learned.

According to the charging documents -- obtained by TMZ -- Jeezy got into a fight with his son in a bathroom and he threw his son into the glass shower door, causing the son to hit his head. Then Jeezy allegedly punched him in the face, dragged him into the bedroom, threw him on the bed and pummeled him.

According to the incident report, Jeezy's son attempted to escape but the rapper's bodyguard blocked the stairwell.

The docs go on -- claiming Jeezy subsequently choked his son and said, "I will kill you." According to police docs, Jeezy's son claims his dad said, "I will put a bullet in your head right now," adding, "If I could get away with it, I would kill you." The incident allegedly occurred in Sept., 2012.

We've learned Jeezy turned himself in to authorities Friday after a grand jury warrant for each charge was issued. He bonded out soon after for $45,000.

Goldberg the Goalie from "The Mighty Ducks" is out of the penalty box after allegedly trying to urinate on his ex-girlfriend -- as in, the judge tossed the case against the actor, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Shaun Weiss' ex obtained a temporary restraining order against the '90s child star claiming he went crazy on her back in April -- punching her in the face, threatening to kill her with a machete and then peeing on her while saying, "This is all you're worth."

But today in L.A. County Superior Court, there was a hearing on the matter to determine if the restraining order should be extended.

Problem is ... the ex-GF didn't show to the hearing -- so the judge dismissed the case and dissolved the restraining order against Goldberg.

The Mission: Safely escort Sean Penn from the door at Craig's restaurant to his car (10 paces away) without a violent incident.

The Manpower: Three armed L.A. County Sheriff Deputies.

The Issue at Hand: Sean's a loose cannon and Craig's is surrounded by paparazzi. Sean doesn't take kindly to paparazzi. In fact, he likes to attack them.

8:01 AM PT -- The L.A. Sheriff's Dept. tells TMZ ... deputies responded to a call from Craig's around 11:08 PM, when restaurant staff reported a disturbance on the property.

11:40 AM PT -- Sources close to 50 Cent tell TMZ, he removed the photos from Instagram because he personally felt that posting the child's face online might compromise his safety.

50 Cent thought twice about posting photos of his new baby boy on the Internet -- because moments after he loaded his Instagram with pics of his 16-month-old son ... he deleted them ... or tried to.

Fiddy posted the pics yesterday of Sire Jackson -- born 9/1/12 -- along with a bunch of funny captions. He even posted a side by side photo of Sire and himself to show the father-son resemblance.

For some reason, 50 then deleted the photos roughly an hour after posting them, but not before one of his followers saved them ... and leaked them back online.

As we reported, the rapper was charged with a series of crimes last fall -- including domestic violence and vandalism -- after a blowout fight with Sire's mom. The domestic violence charge was ultimately dropped.

Rose McGowan says she personally witnessed a knockout game attack in L.A. yesterday ... when a masked "evil guy" punched an unsuspecting 65-year-old man and then took off.

McGowan described the incident on Twitter ... saying she was walking around Venice, CA when things got violent.

"I just witnessed a 65 year old man get punched by an evil guy playing that goddamn knockout game. #criminal #heartbroken #whattheF?!"

Rose says the attacker was wearing a mask and riding a skateboard ... and while she tried to chase after the bad guy, he was just too fast and got away.

McGowan said the victim was bleeding from the ear, so she called an ambulance for him.

Rose says the victim had a little dog with him at the time that tried to protect him, but couldn't fend off the attacker.

So far, no word on the identity of the attacker or the victim.

Johnny Depp decided it's better to pay a little cash to rid himself of a woman who claims the actor's bodyguard beat the crap out of her ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Depp was at an Iggy Pop concert in L.A. in 2011 when a woman sitting next to him claims she got up and danced a little too close to him ... and she says the bodyguards unloaded on her ... allegedly dragging her to the ground, causing her pants to slip down to her ankles and "exposing her buttocks to other Hollywood Palladium Theater patrons."

She claimed severe injuries and filed a police report, but cops never bought her story and law enforcement sources told us she was just plain wasted. She subsequently sued Depp and others.

Now we've learned the woman -- Robin Eckert, who claims to be a professor of medicine at U.C. Irvine -- has settled her lawsuit.

David Rainey -- AKA Puck from "The Real World" -- is going back to school -- domestic violence school ... and if he graduates with honors, he won't go to jail.

Rainey copped a plea in his criminal case -- he was accused of hurting his live-in girlfriend and faced one year in jail.

Rainey got into an argument with his girlfriend in July and allegedly scratched and bruised her ... then slammed the phone down when she tried to call 911.

Rainey pled guilty to domestic violence and dissuading a witness -- both misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 3 years probation and ordered to attend a 1-year domestic violence program.

The judge gave Rainey credit for the 15 days he spent in the slammer.

Rainey had a similar run in back in 2011, when he was arrested for felony domestic violence. And he served prison time in 2012 for stalking a woman.

Maybe these women should learn a lesson from the 1994 "Real World" housemates ... and kick his ass out.

Camille Grammer's former boyfriend has fired back at allegations he beat her ... claiming the night things fell apart she flew into a rage and snapped when he called her a fame whore.

Dimitri Charalambopoulos just filed legal docs, with a radically different version of events from Camille. After returning to her Houston, TX hotel after a medical procedure in October, Dimitri claims he got on his cell phone at 11:30 PM to call a male friend about arranging airport transportation.

Later that night, as he lay sleeping, he claims Camille woke him up, screaming he was a liar and a cheater and that the call was from a woman. He says she then grabbed his phone, threatened to flush it down the toilet and then snapped it in half.

Dimitri says she then began hitting him and he held his hands up in self defense.

Now the juice ... he says, "I told her that I now knew why Kelsey left her, because she was a 'fame whore' that only cared about attention and money."

Justin Bieber's legal skirmishes have gone international ... ANOTHER member of his entourage is being criminally investigated for roughing up a limo driver ... and it's the 2nd alleged attack in 2 days.

Toronto cops say the limo guy was hired to drive Justin and his crew around town. Details are sketchy, but the driver claims he was attacked. Cops are currently investigating.

We're told Justin was in the limo at the time of the incident.

Just this weekend ... 2 of JB's bodyguards were arrested after allegedly attacking a cop at a fan event in Florida. Bieber gets a pass for this one ... he was in Canada where he snowmobiled on Saturday and attended a Toronto Maple Leafs game last night ... and was in a limo where the driver claims he was attacked.

12:45 PM PT -- According to a police report obtained by TMZ ... Arana became loud and disorderly -- demanding to know why his friend (Hesny) had been arrested. Police say Arana "took a fighting stance and clinged (sic) his fist" and resisted arrest until officers put him on the ground and "delivered numerous knee strikes" to Arana's ribs. The arresting officer also reported smelling alcohol on Arana's breath.

What's still unclear -- why his pal Hesny was arrested in the first place.

Two of Justin Bieber's security goons were busted in Florida after allegedly attacking a cop TMZ has learned ... and for once Justin's got an airtight alibi.

We got video of bodyguards Hugo Hesny and Michael Arana leaving jail in Miami Sunday. Police confirmed the two were arrested Saturday night after a "Miami Meet Up" for Justin's new movie in Aventura, Florida.

The words "meet up" -- like the words "I'm retiring" -- are confusing, turns out JB himself was NOT in Florida -- he was up in Canada snowmobiling.

Aiden Turner -- a regular on "All My Children" -- has been charged with 4 counts of domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.

Turner got into a beef with his GF last month at their Hollywood apartment. He allegedly threw a remote control at her, striking her in the eye and causing a cut and bruising. We're also told he allegedly hurt her shoulder.

"Love & Hip Hop" star Chrissy Lampkin was arrested early this morning for allegedly bloodying up a girl at a New Jersey bar ... not exactly a stretch, right?

Edgewater PD tells TMZ ... Lampkin was popped around 2:30 AM for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct ... we're told it was bad enough that the victim required hospitalization. She was bloodied and doctors had to stitch up the area above her eye.

This wasn't pure theatrics ... cameras were NOT rolling.

As for what started the fight ... we're told Chrissy got pissed that the alleged victim sat on the sofa she was sitting on and accidentally bumped into someone. Sounds like self defense to us.

"Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist" star Rafi Gavron -- who played the gay singer in Michael Cera's band -- is going for some kind of arrest record ... because TMZ has learned, he was recently arrested TWICE in 12 hours.

We're told Gavron was first arrested by LAPD around noon Dec 15 for DUI. He was released 12 hours later and immediately arrested again on suspicion of domestic violence.

Law enforcement sources say Gavron was accused of striking a girl in the face and stomach, then taking off in the girl's car.

The domestic violence incident supposedly happened BEFORE the DUI arrest, but cops weren't able to immediately locate him ... until he ended up in the slammer for drunk driving. When the jail door opened, Gavron was busted again.

In all, Gavron's been charged with 4 felonies ... dissuading a witness from reporting a crime, false imprisonment by violence, domestic violence and unlawful taking of a car. The City Attorney will decide whether to charge him with DUI.

Calls to the actor's reps weren't returned.

And to all a good night did not apply to one of the members of Anthrax, after his wife's mom called cops saying he choked his spouse ... but the wife took it all back.

Lead guitarist Dan Spitz was arrested at his home in Lake Worth, Florida early Christmas morning after he and his wife allegedly got into a drunken fight ... according to local reports.

Once the fight began, his wife's mother called cops saying Spitz was choking his spouse ... and according to court records police said she had bruises around her neck.

Spitz claimed he was only acting in self defense ... and the next day his wife told the local news outlet she wouldn't be pressing charges because it was all a misunderstanding.

Case closed.

The criminal investigation into the brutal beatdown of Paris' Hilton's brother is on ice ... because Barron Hilton is not cooperating ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay Lohan's buddy, Ray LeMoine, smashed in Barron's face at an all-night rager in Miami. Barron says Lindsay instigated it, but Ray says Hilton was the aggressor.

Barron immediately filed a police report after the Dec 6 incident, but he has not cooperated with cops ... who have asked for a meeting. In fact, we're told he hasn't even answered the phone.

So the Florida State Attorney's Office tells us ... they are shelving the investigation and will ONLY fire it up again if Barron cooperates.

Barron Hilton has launched a full-frontal attack on the guy who beat him to a pulp in Miami last week ... and one thing's clear -- his 7th grade English teacher is hanging from the light fixture in her bathroom.

Barron posted his version of events on his Facebook page, scoffing at allegations he threw his famous last name around. Barron says, "This is as ludicrous, and almost as embarrassing as being publicly associated to (SIC -- sorry Barron, it's with) Lindsay Lohan."

Barron does admit, "I am guilty of being at the wrong place at the wrong time, nobody should ever put their hands on someone else." (Blatant run-on)

He continues by attacking puncher Ray Lemoine, "Lemoine sucker punched me, ran away, and used his blog to conjure up an image of himself as a hero by publishing lies." Suggestion -- period after hero -- confusing.

Barron says he wrote what he wrote because he was compelled to "articulate the truth."
