Kat Von D went off on local news reporters outside her burned out tattoo shop -- making it clear she doesn't want ANYONE covering the story.

As we previously reported ... Kat's famous High Voltage tattoo parlor caught fire early this morning. It took firefighters several hours to knock down the blaze completely -- and local news has been outside the whole time.

But Kat showed up within the last hour, and went off on the media ... knocking the hat off a female photographer's head, and telling everyone -- including us -- to "have some respect."

Kat was asked if she knew what started the fire. Watch ... her only response is anger.

Mark Wahlberg’s wife Rhea Durham wound up in a parking controversy when an Uber driver claimed Rhea stole her spot. The worst part? The Uber driver is a cancer patient!!

And the worser part? It looks like the driver might have told a big fat cancer lie.

Mark Wahlberg's wife got into a bizarre war over a Beverly Hills parking spot -- and her rival even played the cancer card to shame her ... but you gotta see the twist because we're not sure who's in the wrong.

The driver of a black SUV went off on Rhea Durham ... claiming Mark's wife swooped in and stole a curbside parking spot out from under her. Once Rhea walked away, the woman told our camera guy she's a breast cancer patient, and she was trying to get to her doctor for a chemo treatment.

Watch ... the sob story does make Rhea look heartless -- until we find out why the driver was REALLY there. Let's just say it turns out she wasn't going to the doctor at that moment ... and her sympathy points are shaky at best.

Blake Griffin has been accused of bitch-slapping a 39-year-old man inside a nightclub in Vegas this weekend ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Here's what we know ... a man named Daniel says he was partying at Tao nightclub in the Venetian in the early hours of October 19th when he tried to take a cell phone pic of the crowd.

According to a statement Daniel gave to Tao security, the man says Blake (who was partying at the club with his L.A. Clippers teammates) was bothered by the flash of the camera -- and "grabbed my phone with one hand."

Daniel says he didn't let go of the phone because his ID and credit card were attached to it -- so Blake grabbed his neck and began to squeeze while demanding Daniel give up his phone "or else."

According to the statement, the two eventually separated after Blake took the phone -- and when Daniel tried to ask for it back, Blake struck again ... grabbing his neck and squeezing for a second time.

Daniel says when security finally got to the scene -- Blake told them, "Get him the f**k out of this club."

Daniel says Blake then "slapped me in the right side of my face."

After he left the club, Daniel filed a battery report with the Las Vegas Metro Police Department. He says cops came to his hotel the next day and spoke with him for about an hour.

So far, attempts to reach Blake for comment have been unsuccessful.

11:50 AM PT -- Turns out the victim was Geneva's co-star Melyssa Ford ... whose rep tells us Ford had to get 3 staples to close the wound on her head -- and also cut her feet on the broken glass.

Bravo star Geneva Thomas has perfected her skills of being an out-of-control reality show bitch ... by getting arrested Tuesday night after cracking a bottle over a chick's head.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Thomas was on a boat in NYC during a shoot for her show, "Blood, Sweat and Heels." We're told she got into an argument with another woman and her choice of weapon was a vodka bottle, which connected with the other lady's head.

The injured woman was taken to a hospital where she was stitched up.

As for Thomas ... she was arrested for felony assault.

Thomas had a less violent run-in last month ... getting arrested for skipping out on an $18 cab fare.

5:30 P.M. PDT -- Hunt's lawyer told TMZ ... Nam was wasted at the time of the confrontation and threatened Hunt repeatedly by shouting, "You're dead!" He added, anyone who would talk about killing an unconceived future child "has likely got some psychological issues."

Crystal Hunt is a killer -- a killer of dreams -- according to a woman who got into a vicious bar brawl with the soap actress and believes the assault destroyed any chance she had for having a baby.

TMZ broke the story ... Hunt was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon ... after shattering a water glass on Elizabeth Nam's face last December ... causing bloody cuts and gashes.

According to court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Nam says the attack has ruined her life ... she says she had been "actively searching for a mate," adding, "the assault might have killed my future baby, due to my biological clock ticking."

Translation: She's saying her physical appearance and emotional state makes her undesirable to men.

Nam claims she's seen an army of doctors, including a plastic surgeon to fix the scars on her face ... and a shrink to fix the emotional scars ... and is adamant Hunt should go to prison.

Bristol Palin hysterically told cops during the epic drunken Palin family brawl in Alaska last month ... that some guy knocked her down and called her a f**king c**t.

Bristol's conversation with cops outside the party near Anchorage was recorded by the officer and TMZ obtained a copy. During the convo ... Bristol explains the fight was triggered by an "old lady" who shoved her younger sister, Willow.

Listen carefully ... you can hear Sarah Palin in the background telling Bristol not to cuss during her statement.

As we reported ... police broke up the massive melee, but no one involved wanted to press charges.

David Arquette thinks he knows what it's like to breastfeed a baby ... and says it explains the nuclear meltdown with his fiancee in the middle of a West Hollywood street.

An angry Arquette was seen stomping away from celeb hotspot Craig's Friday night on foot ... with fiancee Christina McLarty in hot pursuit ... sobbing and begging him to come back.

On the video, Arquette can be heard saying, "I'm done. Just like your last guy." Some people took that to mean he was breaking off his 3-month engagement to McLarty, who gave birth to his son, Charlie, last April.

But David tells TMZ ... it was simply an argument between two exhausted new parents. The couple had a baby boy back in April and Arquette says, "We are both hormonal and haven't slept in 6 months. Christina is still breastfeeding, I feel like I am."

David Letterman's famous cue card guy on "Late Show" was given the boot this week ... after he says he cussed at the famous TV host backstage -- then attacked one of the writers.

Tony Mendez says he was given the boot this week over an incident that took place on Thursday ... but the real problem started the day before during a rehearsal for the show -- according to the NY Post.

Tony says he's had a problem with show writer Bill Scheft for a long time ... and during the rehearsal he snapped when Scheft interrupted his convo with Letterman -- so he told the writer to get off his back.

But when Letterman got angry at him for it Tony snapped ... telling Dave, "You're the one who has a sour disposition, mother****r."

Tony claims he was stewing all night over what happened ... and when he came into work the next day he immediately approached Scheft, then rougly grabbed him by the shirt. Sources told the Post he threw the writer up against a wall.

He was immediately removed from the building and terminated from his position -- but offered severance ... his full salary and health insurance until the show ends in May.

James Franco took down a photog while leaving the Lana Del Rey concert Friday night in Hollywood ... this according to the paparazzo -- who now wants justice.

Franco attended the LDR show at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery and based on the pics it looks like James may have just been joking around when it happened.

The photog obviously wasn't playing around though ... he went into an LAPD office Saturday morning to file a report -- claiming he's got broken equipment and a minor back injury.

We're told police will pass the case onto detectives this week.

Keyshia Cole knows how to brawl -- punching, scratching and pulling hair like a champ -- according to the woman who claims Cole attacked her last month during a jealous rage.

Sabrina Mercadel filed court docs accusing Cole of punching her in the face, slashing her with fingernails and throwing objects at her. Mercadel says her neck and back were hurt -- and her finger was so badly damaged ... it might be useless for good.

TMZ broke the story ... sources say Cole went nuclear when she found Mercadel at an early morning party in the penthouse of Cash Money CEO Birdman -- Cole's rumored bf at the time. For her part, Mercadel says in the docs she was just "visiting a friend." Sources at the party tell us there was no banging going down.

Justin Bieber's tough guy act with a photo-snapping fan will NOT land him in more legal trouble -- TMZ has learned he won't be charged for the incident in a Hollywood arcade, and he probably has his security team to thank.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they reviewed security cam footage from the Dave & Buster's -- as well as the cell phone video shot by the fan ... who claimed Justin lunged at him to snatch the phone.

We're told the vid shows Justin did lunge, but never touched the guy ... mainly because his bodyguards stepped in to separate them.

Amanda Bynes tried to force a ticket agent into re-routing a plane ... just so she could fly across the country STAT -- and because of it, Amanda got swiftly booted from the airport.

As we previously reported ... Bynes was ordered out of LaGuardia airport for screaming at a ticket agent Friday morning -- so she booked it to JFK to try to catch another flight.

Law enforcement sources say the shouting match was all because Amanda wanted a direct flight as soon as possible ... and wouldn't listen to the agent explain that planes have a specific route.

We're told things got so bad airport authorities had to step in to escort Bynes out of the building -- putting her into a cab outside to send Amanda on her way.

Sarah Palin's family threw down in a massive drunken brawl as violent as any wrestling cage match -- with ripped shirts, bloodied faces, and her daughter Bristol getting dragged around a lawn by her legs.

The brawl went down last month near Anchorage, Alaska ... when the Palin clan -- Todd and his kids Willow, Track, and Bristol -- went to a friend's house party. According to the police report ... obtained by TMZ ... the violence erupted when Bristol went after a woman who had allegedly shoved her younger sister Willow.

Bristol told police the homeowner, Korey Klingenmeyer, shoved her to the ground, dragged her around, and started calling her a slut and a c**t.

Korey and several other witnesses at the party saw it differently ... telling cops Bristol punched him in the face -- he says he let her hit him 5-6 times before grabbing her fist and pushing back ... sending her reeling to the ground.

That scrap then sparked the all-out brawl -- witnesses say Track and 3-4 other people came running to defend Bristol ... and all hell broke loose ... with the Palins, including dad Todd, taking on all comers.

Willow says several people at the party we're chanting, "F**k the Palins!"

One witness says Todd got jumped by 4 people, and Track jumped in to help his father. He emerged from the scrum with a torn shirt and bloody mouth. Bristol says she was uninjured, though one cop described her as having "dirt on her knees."

Worth nothing ... cops described almost everyone at the party as being "intoxicated" ... including the Palins.

As for Sarah ... the report says she was sitting in a limo outside the party. She's not mentioned at all in the fight -- but it sounds like she tried to calm things down after the fact. The homeowner, Korey, did not want to press charges. In fact, prosecutors declined to file charges against any of the 20-plus involved in the melee.

Ex-NFL star Larry Johnson has been sued by the man he allegedly ATTACKED WITH A BROKEN BOTTLE at a Miami hotel ... claiming LJ is a violent thug who scarred him for life.

TMZ Sports obtained the lawsuit filed by Drew Johnson -- a club promoter who says he was "minding his own business" in the VIP section of the club inside the Delano hotel on Oct. 7th when he was attacked by a "heavily intoxicated" LJ.

Drew claims LJ "broke a bottle and then began using the bottle as a weapon, cutting [Drew] with the intent on causing serious bodily injury."

As we previously reported, Drew required several stitches to close the gash on his arm he claims he sustained during the fight.

In the suit, Drew points out he's only 5'8", 150lbs ... and LJ is 6'2", 230 lbs ... and explains he couldn't have provoked the fight because "no one in their right mind would pick a fight or get into an altercation with [Johnson]."

Drew says he's suffered physical pain, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, physical scarring and disfigurement and medical expenses ... and he's demanding more than $15k.

As for LJ, he was arrested for aggravated battery -- and was released on $7,500 bail.

We reached out to Larry for comment -- so far no word back.

A former heavyweight boxing champ who's OBSESSED with fighting Wladimir Klitschko has taken his pursuit to the sea ... chartering a boat to HARASS Klitschko this morning while he was out paddleboarding in Miami.

The video is maniacal -- showing Shannon Briggs hammering Klitschko with taunt after taunt ... while buzzing right by the guy ... eventually knocking him off his paddle board.

At one point during the incident, you can see and hear Klitschko tell Briggs, "You crossed the line."

Briggs has been all over Klitschko recently in an effort to coerce him into stepping back in the ring so they can fight.

Briggs recently found WK while he was eating lunch at an Italian restaurant and ignited a physical confrontation in which Briggs cut his foot on broken glass and ended up in the hospital.
