Ryan Reynolds and Josh Brolin are ABSolutely at war now over their sick "Deadpool 2" physiques ... thanks to the guy who got Ryan in rock hard condition.

Trainer Don Saladino threw down the challenge, telling Josh ... "You still have some work to do." He attached that statement to the ridiculous photo of Ryan's blood-splattered abdominals. It's definitely a direct response to the the pic Josh posted of his chiseled features ... major abs included.

Josh has been working out like a fiend for his role as the mutant, Cable, in the 'Deadpool' sequel -- and, to us, it seems ABsurd for anyone to say he needs more "work."

Still, the gauntlet's been thrown down. So, we gotta ask?

Justin Bieber's hockey skills are getting BETTER -- the pop star hit two penalty shots on the same ice where the Kings train and we gotta say ... the stick work is pretty good.

Bieber was playing a couple of games at the LA Kings Valley Ice Center when he was tapped to take a penalty shot in 2 different games.

He faked out the goalie -- both times -- going to his backhand to put the puck in the back of the net.

With The Rock revealing that he considered a UFC career roughly 10 years ago, we wanted to know which WWE superstars have the chops to compete in a REAL mixed martial arts fight.

For the answer ... we went right to the Nature Boy Ric Flair -- who didn't even hesitate when he fired out one name, Kurt Angle.

He's probably right ... Angle famously won an Olympic gold medal for freestyle wrestling at the '96 Games after he took 1st place at the world wrestling championships in '95.

In the red corner ... 22-year-old Falcons LB Duke Riley pulling an SUV weighing AT LEAST 5,500 POUNDS -- a 2017 Yukon Denali plus his buddy in the driver's seat.

James takes a few tries. Duke did his easy.

The workouts do go down at Mayweather's gym ... but the rep says Floyd makes no money off the camp, and has absolutely no involvement in its operation.

Floyd Mayweather's private Vegas boxing gym has opened its doors for normies -- like you -- to train with Floyd's REAL boxing team ... but it ain't for the poor.

It's called "The Mayweather Experience" -- and for $650 a pop, regular people will get their hands wrapped by Floyd's guys, step into Floyd's ring and hit the mitts with Floyd's dad, Mayweather Sr.

It's essentially a 2-hour fantasy camp for Mayweather-aholics to see if they can make it through TBE's legendary grueling workouts.

Got rich friends? Mayweather's gym is offering training camp packages for groups -- a 6-some will run you $3,500.

We're told Floyd's team has been offering the workout for about a month so far and it's been going great.

Floyd Mayweather admits he's not the same dominating boxer he was 20 years ago -- or even 5 years ago -- but he's still gonna beat that ass.

The 40-year-old boxer hit the gym Wednesday night to put in some more training time for Conor McGregor -- and posted video of his workout.

French fitness blogger Rebecca Burger died after a whipped cream can exploded onto her chest ... according to her family.

Rebecca, who was popular on Instagram, was killed last weekend in a totally bizarre accident. Her family says the pressurized canister blew up, hit her chest and triggered a heart attack.

The hit reportedly sent her into cardiac arrest, which ultimately led to her death.

The family also posted a pic of a whipped cream canister with a warning about using similar products. They claim "thousands" of defective ones are still in circulation.

Michelle Obama is continuing to move her body even after leaving the White House, and it looks like these days she could take anyone down in arm wrestling.

The former First Lady posted a series of pics from a boot camp over the weekend in Washington D.C. where she and Barack have been living since leaving the White House.

Michelle says the intense workout session is a tradition she started while in the White House and looks like it's still going strong, especially when it comes to her upper body.

One thing's for sure, Michelle and Barack are looking better than ever since leaving the White House.

Accused NSA leaker Reality Winner doesn't have access to her CrossFit gym behind bars, but that's not stopping her from putting the prison yard to good use.

Winner, in her orange jumpsuit, got in a workout Monday behind the barbed-wire fencing at the Lincoln County Jail in Georgia. She ran laps and did yoga stretches... including a handstand up against the wall.

As we reported ... Reality was a big-time fitness junkie who competed in CrossFit tournaments at her gym.

The judge denied her bail last week after she pleaded not guilty to charges she leaked classified NSA intel to a news site.
