Mark Salling Pleads Not Guilty ... Can't Go Near Schools

Mark Salling pled not guilty to 2 child porn charges, and was released on bail ... but ordered to keep away from places where children congregate.

The judge's order says the former "Glee" star has to stay at least 100 feet away from schools, parks, arcades and many other places of that sort. He was set free after posting $150,000 bail -- $100k of which he put up himself.

Other restrictions -- Salling can't be alone with minors and he has to wear a GPS monitoring device. He also had to surrender his passport and no drugs ... including medicinal marijuana.

Mark Salling Surrenders for Child Porn Charges

Mark Salling arrived in court with his lawyer Friday and surrendered to federal authorities one week after his indictment on child porn charges.

The former "Glee" star reported to a downtown L.A. courtroom where he'll be arraigned this afternoon on two child porn charges. According to a report, prosecutors recommend Salling remain in custody because they consider him a flight risk and worry whether he'll appear for more hearings if he's granted bail.

His court arrival comes one day after walking out of a bank with a $100k cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the US District Court.

Mark Salling Indicted for Child Porn

Mark Salling has been indicted for possessing child pornography.

A federal grand jury indicted the "Glee" star on 2 counts of child porn. Salling's laptop was seized last year, and allegedly contained thousands of images and videos of child porn. One count involves a flash drive which allegedly contained images involving a prepubescent minor and a minor under 12.

U.S. Attorney Eileen Decker says, "Young victims are harmed every time an image is generated, every time it is distributed and every time it is viewed."

If convicted of receiving child porn, Salling faces a minimum sentence of 5 years and a maximum of 20 years in prison. On the charge of possessing child porn, he could receive 20 years.

Crime Watch Daily first reported the indictment was being prepared.

'Glee' Star Mark Salling Settles with Former GF In Fight Over Sexual Encounter

Former "Glee" star Mark Salling has just agreed to pay a woman more than $2.7 million for knocking her to the ground in a furious fight over an alleged sexual encounter ... and the settlement is absolutely bizarre.

Roxanne Gorzela claimed in her lawsuit ... in 2011, she hooked up with Mark and she consented to having sex but he did not want to wear a condom and forced unprotected sex anyway.

Gorzela claimed a few days later she went to Mark's apartment to confront him, worrying she might have contracted an STD. She claims they fought and he threw her to the ground, severely injuring her knees.

Mark claimed she was just a woman scorned and broke into his place, attacked him and he just defended himself. She sued for sexual battery.

The case settled Monday, in the middle of trial. The sexual battery claim was dropped and the only thing Mark admitted to was negligently causing her to fall and injure herself.

Now this is where it gets bizarre. They agreed to her damages:

-- Past medicals $64,155

-- Future medicals $666,000

-- Past non-economic damages $180,000

-- Future non-economic damages (pain and suffering) $1.8 million

Grand total: $2,710,155

But under the settlement, she agreed to ONLY go after Mark's insurance company to get payment -- NOT Salling.

We're told the insurance company -- State Farm -- already rejected the claim, but now there's a settlement signed by a judge.

And get this ... under the settlement, Salling gets a cut of whatever Gorzela gets from State Farm. Yes, in case that didn't compute with you, Salling will get a cut because he believes State Farm owes him something for rejecting his initial claim in bad faith.

Cory Monteith's Estate Dad Confesses He Was a Deadbeat

Cory Monteith's father could be cut off from the "Glee" star's estate funds ... after admitting he abandoned his son for most of his life.

In new court docs ... Joe Monteith, cops to not communicating with his son from the time he was "nine years old until his twenties" -- and to ditching on child support payments. Cory's mother says under the law... Joe's confession means he doesn't deserve a cent from the estate.

The docs reveal Cory's estate is worth $810,000 -- and his old roommate, Zachary Larson, will be in charge of paying off various debts ... such as $80K in taxes and another $15K to unnamed creditors.

Since Monteith did not have a will when he died in 2013 from a drug overdose -- the lion's share of his estate will go to his mother.

Jane Lynch is now officially free ... but her divorce sure wasn't ... she's paying her former wife millions.

Jane's divorce from Dr. Lara Embry became final Monday. In the property settlement -- obtained by TMZ -- it's apparent gay divorces are just like all the others ... the breadwinner has to give up half.

Lara -- a psychologist -- gets a lump sum of $1.2 million, spaced over over a 2-year period.

But Lara gets a lot more, including:

-- half of several bank and trust accounts, totaling $847,485

-- half of all royalties from Jane's TV appearances, including "Glee"

-- half of their $56,810 tax refund

Lara also gets their L.A. Yacht club membership.

But wait, there's more. Lara gets Francis the dog.

Marriage, worth fighting for ... sometimes.

'Glee' Elves Decked the Mall Shopper's Ass ... Allegedly

A "Glee" Christmas episode failed to deliver any joy for a woman who claims she got screwed by the crew ... laying cable all over a mall.

Yolanda Rosario says she was at the Burbank Town Center mall last Nov., where a 20th Century Fox crew was setting up to film a scene ... which apparently required stretching electrical cables over a walkway open to civilian mall goers.

In a lawsuit, Rosario says she tripped over some of the cables and fell ... breaking and arm and a rib.
She's suing Fox and the company that owns the mall ... for unspecified damages and medical bills.

Bah humbug.

'Glee Project' Contestant Sorry For Racial Rant At Cops 'I Was On Adderall'

The ex-"Glee Project" contestant who dared white cops to shoot him -- because he's Black -- now says he only lost it on the officers because he mixed booze and prescription pills that night.

Bryce Ross-Johnson
tells TMZ he was jacked up on Adderall and "a few beers" when the run-in with Pittsburgh cops began.

As we previously reported ... Ross-Johnson put up a fight when he got tossed out of a Pittsburgh bar last weekend for violating the dress code. When officers arrived, he screamed, "Why don't you shoot me? That's what you do to black guys, right?"

BRJ says the outburst was completely out of character, and mixing the Adderall with alcohol turned him into someone else. Ross-Johnson added he knows race relations are tense right now (after the Michael Brown shooting) ... so he really regrets playing that card.

Bryce says he'd love the opportunity to apologize to the officers and bouncers involved. There's always court ... where he'll be facing 5 charges related to his arrest that night.

'Glee Project' Contestant Yells at Cops ... I'm Black, You Want To Shoot Me?!

An ex-contestant on "The Glee Project" tried to taunt Pittsburgh cops into shooting him -- and sparking a race riot -- during an arrest he claims ONLY went down because he's Black.

Bryce Ross-Johnson was thrown out of a bar Saturday night after scuffling with a bouncer for wearing a hat -- a violation of the dress code -- according to the criminal complaint, obtained by TMZ.

Police say when they arrived ... Bryce was antagonistic and taunted, "Hey, I'm African-American, you want to shoot me?" -- and, "Why don't you shoot me, that's what you do to black guys, right?"

Cops kept cool, and no shots were fired ... but the 25-year-old former "Glee" wannabe got arrested for public drunkenness, assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and defiant trespass.

Ross-Johnson thinks the white officers and white bouncer targeted him because of race. He admits blurting the racial taunts -- but only because cops were asking him "stupid stuff" like what drugs he was on, and when was he last in prison.

Lea Michele Shacking Up With Ex-Gigolo BF

Lea Michele's new boyfriend isn't a fun summer fling after all ... officially ditching his gigolo lifestyle in order to move in with the "Glee" star full-time ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Lea tell us ... Matthew Paetz packed his stuff into a U-Haul over the weekend ... moving out of his apartment, and upgrading to her $1.4 million Hollywood pad after just 4 months of dating.

We're told Paetz already had a toothbrush and a few t-shirts at her their place ... but now everything's been moved -- rugs, furniture and even his pillows.

Pillows, man. Doesn't get any realer than that.

Kate Upton FBI Probes to See If Hacker Hooked Her by Phishing

The leaked photos of Kate Upton and her boyfriend didn't get out because of an iCloud security breach ... but instead she may have been the victim of one of the oldest tricks in the online scamming game.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... FBI investigators are looking into whether Kate and at least 3 other celebs -- Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jennifer Lawrence, and Lea Michele -- were prime targets of phishing.

If you don't know, here's how it works ... you get an email informing you there's some sort of problem with your account, and in order to fix it you'll need to send personal info -- such as a username, phone number, credit card, or even a password. So, you unwittingly give the crooks all they need to jack your data.

We're told in this case ... the email sent to the celebs might have been doctored up to look like it was coming from Apple. Phishing's been going on since the early days of the Internet, but scammers are so sophisticated now ... their emails look identical to the real deal.

J-Law and Kate's pics -- some with her BF pitcher Justin Verlander -- were among the first ones released Sunday by the hacker.

Reps for all 4 women haven't responded to our calls.

'Glee' Star Divorce Let's Keep This Simple ... Just Take the TV!

"Glee" star LaMarcus Tinker and his wife have finalized their divorce after settling the most important issue in any divorce ... who gets the big screen TV?!!

The divorce between Tinker and actress Shari Butler is one of the simplest and most hassle-free splits we've ever seen. He's keeping their apartment and the furniture ... while she gets the 42" Samsung TV and her $100 DVD collection (she must be a bargain bin diver).

Shari also gets 10% of his net earnings from several films ... and 10% of his "Arrested Development" royalties -- which can't be much since he was only in one episode.

They even have a roomie clause -- LaMarcus will let Shari, who lives in Maryland, stay in their apartment if she books an acting gig out here. Nicest divorce ever.

Naya Rivera Surprise Wedding! Something Borrowed From Her Ex-Fiancé

"Glee" star Naya Rivera canceled her engagement to Big Sean -- but held on to their planned wedding date. Thank God she found a new groom for the big day!

Solo weddings can be so depressing.

Naya Rivera Quickie Wedding Reeks of Ex-Fiancé

Naya Rivera's marriage to actor Ryan Dorsey came out of nowhere for everyone, except Naya -- who actually co-opted a lot of the ceremony from her planned wedding to Big Sean ... including the date.

Rivera and Dorsey tied the knot in Cabo San Lucas over the weekend. The longtime friends began dating right after Rivera broke off her engagement to rapper Big Sean in April.

According to our sources, the wedding date -- July 19 -- was the exact same date Naya and Sean were supposed to tie the knot. We're told Naya picked the date back in October when she and Sean got engaged.

The similarities don't end there ... according to reports, Rivera was married in a Monique Lhuillier gown -- which our sources say is the same designer of the dress Sean bought for Rivera for their wedding.

One more thing -- Rivera never gave back Sean's engagement ring, according to our sources. However, we don't know if she found a way to re-purpose that.

Mazel?

Ryan Dorsey's dad, Arnold, tells TMZ ... the date of the wedding might have been the same as the Rivera/Big Sean wedding ... but it also happens to be Dorsey's birthday.

Arnold says he found out about the wedding six weeks ago and while he was initially surprised, he said, "We didn’t question him. We are very happy for him. We trusted them and want what they wanted."

Arnold also said the wedding was small, about 12 people total, and consisted of Naya’s family and Ryan’s family.

Lea Michele Thongs for the Vacation ... Assets Out for BF

Lea Michele proudly displayed the 3 Bs during her Italian vacay -- boyfriend, boat, and a whole lot of her thong-framed butt.

The "Glee" star was spotted making out with her bf Matthew Paetz ... onboard a boat off Positano this weekend.

Apparently, Matthew's gigolo "research" is paying off -- cause the "coach" is scoring big time on the open sea.

That's amoré!

'Glee' Star Becca Tobin Boyfriend Found Dead in Philly Hotel

1:56 P.M. PDT -- The coroner's office tells us ... an autopsy did NOT reveal the cause of death.

'Glee' star Becca Tobin's boyfriend Matt Bendik was found dead Thursday in a Philadelphia hotel ... TMZ has learned … and the circumstances surrounding his death are mysterious.

Sources close to the couple tell us Bendik -- a 35-year-old nightclub owner -- was in Philly on a business trip. We're told Tobin was not in Philly when he died.

A hotel maid found Bendik's body Thursday at around 1 PM. Law enforcement sources say the housekeeper found the body on the bed, face down.

Police are calling it a "sudden death" and they do not believe foul play was involved. They also say there's no evidence of suicide. And no weapons were found.

We're told no drugs or drug paraphernalia were found in the room. We know the detective's incident report makes no mention of medications in the room. And the report makes no mention of alcohol.

Bendik was last seen by a manager at a club in Philly, just before midnight Wednesday.

Bendik ran several major clubs around the country, but especially in Los Angeles … where he was the Director of Operations at DBA Nightclub. He also was a co-owner of AV Nightclub.

We're told Bendik was not known as a partier, and friends are shocked and devastated by his sudden death.

Calls to Tobin's reps have not been returned.

One eerie twist -- Sunday will mark one year since the death of Cory Monteith … who died in a Vancouver hotel room from a drug overdose.

DBA posted a tribute to Matt outside of the club.

Shortly before Matt went out Wednesday night, he posted a pic of Becca -- calling her out as his #WCW (woman crush Wednesday).
