The famed freeloader known as King Kevi -- who rose to sub-fame by hanging out at Justin Bieber's house and pretending to be the singer's BFF -- now completely regrets his life choices ... claiming the Belieber nation has turned on him in a big way, and threatened his life.

20-year-old Kevin Pederson has filed a request for a restraining order against the singer, claiming Bieber tweeted out his cell number on June 13th ... unleashing a 40,000,000-person Belieber army on his ass.

Kevin says Bieber tweeted out the number as an act of vengeance against reports that he and Kevin are friends -- insisting the two NEVER met.

Kevin claims Bieber deleted the number minutes later, but it was too late -- his cell number had already been released to a vicious bloodthirsty mob of teen girls ... and these girls do NOT mess around.

Kevin says he has since received thousands of death threats and he genuinely fears for his safety -- claiming it only takes ONE crazy Bieber fan to end his life.

Bottom line, Kevin wants Bieber to stop tweeting about him -- and he also wants Bieber and his goons to stay 150 yards away from him at all times.

Bieber's reps claim Justin never tweeted the number in the first place.

Charlie Sheen won't be banging Farrah Abraham any time soon -- at least that's what he says. Lots of stars had lots of strife this week, so we gotta ask ...

2 Chainz' personal bodyguard says his posse was NOT running from duty when gunmen jumped them last weekend ... they were just following the fleeing rapper's lead ... and what's more -- they think the whole thing was a setup.

Harold "Hammer Strength" Folsom spoke with Power 107.5 in Columbus, OH this morning ... telling the radio station they had just flown into San Fran and were making a downtown pit stop when 3 dudes pulled out HUUUUGE .357 Magnums.

"(2 Chainz) took off running first. When he took off running ... then WE took off running," Folsom said.

Folsom says he heard the gunman yell at the rapper, "2 Chainz ... give it up."

The bodyguard says the whole situation was bizarre ... because the bad guys took 2 Chainz' wallet and cell phone ... but didn't touch his jewelry.

He also doesn't believe the robbers intended to hurt anyone ... because if they wanted to shoot 2 Chainz, they definitely had the opportunity ... but didn't.

Folsom says he's convinced it was a setup ... but he doesn't explain WHY he believes the rapper was targeted or what the real motivation could have been.

It's pretty shocking ... but Katherine Jackson may have taken a giant step today toward convincing a jury AEG Live was negligent in protecting Michael Jackson just days before his death.

AEG Live honcho Randy Phillips had trouble explaining to Katherine's lawyer why he thought MJ "looked really good" in a meeting 5 days before his death when a photograph taken a day before the meeting clearly showed otherwise.

The photo shows a smiling Jackson but someone who looked gaunt and pale. On top of that, there is testimony that producer/director Kenny Ortega and others were alarmed over Jackson's health.

In the days preceding his death, Jackson had missed rehearsals and was sweating profusely. He also seemed out of it.

As for how Phillips reconciled his statement with other evidence, he said, "I was confused as anybody."

Here's the deal ... This case was AEG's to lose. AEG could have made it simple and just said they assumed MJ was being properly cared for by the doctor MJ handpicked. But AEG has gotten a little too cute, painting a picture that the jury may not be buying.

Short story ... Propofol aside, if the jury believes AEG unreasonably pushed MJ like a circus animal, they could be in beaucoup trouble.

Charlie Sheen is FURIOUS at Farrah Abraham for allegedly leaking their private text message conversation -- and TMZ has learned, he's already sent her the most epic rejection letter of all time ... calling her "a desperate guzzler of stagnant douche agua."

TMZ broke the story ... Farrah reached out to Charlie back in May via text message, saying she hopes to meet Sheen if she can score herself a role on "Anger Management." Charlie responded favorably, agreeing to meet up, but now ... it appears that's changed.

Translation: Farrah can forget about a playdate with Charlie ... but at least she's still a millionaire.

Charlie Sheen could be the next in line to have Farrah Abraham's back door hit him on the front side -- at least judging by the flirty way these two are texting each other.

Farrah Abraham has back-door'd her way into the 7-figure range ... 'cause the former MTV star tells TMZ she's a bona fide millionaire.

The 22-year-old just called in to "TMZ Live" to discuss her crush on Charlie Sheen ... when we asked her straight up if her foray into the world of adult entertainment has turned her into a millionaire.

But Farrah's swollen bank account isn't just from the sex tape -- we broke the story, she scored in the high 6-figures when she sold her sex tape to Vivid Entertainment. But she's also locking down endorsement deals ... and collecting checks for public appearances.

Farrah Abraham is involved in a full on textual relationship with Charlie Sheen, TMZ has learned -- and the two are now planning to hook up in person.

TMZ has obtained text messages that show the "Backdoor Teen Mom" porn star first reached out to Sheen back in May saying she hopes to meet Sheen if she can score herself a role on "Anger Management."

Farrah even took the initiative ... and asked Sheen out on a date -- either a parent playdate with their kids ... or an adult get together for some coffee.

Sheen's response: "Coffee is for amateurs and grandma."

He also said he's down to meet up ... because ... well, he's probably a big fan of her work.

Farrah followed up with Sheen and asked him to an event she would be attending with some "porn star ppl" ... but Sheen wasn't able to attend.

We're told they have stayed in touch ... and are trying to work out a date to see each other ASAP, but they're both busy with work ... and kids ... and porn.

Somebody's got some explaining to do ... because model Kate Upton and "Dancing with the Stars" pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy ... the most random two people ever ... left a restaurant together Monday night in NYC.

There were reports the two were spotted canoodling inside ... but sources close to both camps tell us, they're not together. Not even close. They're just friends.

Justin Bieber might be getting handfuls of Miley Cyrus' Montantas -- which would totally ruin the sex appeal points she just earned with that insane twerking video ... almost.

Jonah Hill is taking a page out of the George Clooney scrotum-grooming manual -- telling TMZ, he'd totally consider getting his ball bag ironed out to remove the wrinkles.

A little background ... Clooney's joked over the years that he'd gotten some unique cosmetic work done: "I did get my balls done ... I got them unwrinkled. It's the new thing in Hollywood -- ball ironing."

Clooney was obviously kidding ... but the comment JUST inspired a real-life cosmetic procedure called "Tighten the Tackle," which uses a real laser to tighten up excessively loose scrotal skin. (Note: scrotal skin is supposed to be loose)

Kanye West insists he did NOT cheat on Kim Kardashian with a Canadian model/bartender -- telling TMZ, the woman accusing him of being unfaithful is just out for some easy publicity.

24-year-old Leyla Ghobadi recently did an interview claiming she met Kanye at one of his concerts in July 2012 -- three months after Kim and Kanye began dating. She says Kanye had his security pick her out of the crowd and they went for drinks after.

She claims they later engaged in two sexual encounters -- one while Kim was pregnant -- and that Kanye confessed his relationship to Kim was a sham in order to increase his fan base.

But a rep for Kanye says it's all BS -- telling us, "This most recent attack on Kanye West and his family is totally without merit. It's a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible 'news' sources."

The rep adds, "This is a sad attempt to hurt two people trying to live their lives."

Miley Cyrus says it's "impossible" that she's more than friends with Justin Bieber ... despite the public flirting ... 'cause she's currently engaged to someone else.

Miley called in to Hot 99.5 in D.C. this morning ... and actually responded when the DJ asked if the photos on TMZ showing Miley and Bieber flirting in public this weekend prove they're "more than friends."

Her response: "I'm ENGAGED!" she said, chuckling. "I'm engaged. That is impossible."

It's an interesting statement for two reasons -- first, it clears up the rumors that she broke things off with Liam Hemsworth.

Second, when it came to being more than friends with Justin ... her answer isn't exactly a strong "no."

Miley was also asked about Amanda Bynes -- and she says some interesting stuff.

We're told Miley arrived first (she's a regular at the place) ... with Justin showing up around 1:50 AM and heading straight for Miley's table.

We're told the two hung out for roughly 15 minutes ... laughing and flirting together ... and they both left the theater at the same time, just after 2 AM. It's unclear where they went after the show.

Hours before the late-night rendezvous, Bieber's leopard-spotted Audi was seen leaving Miley's L.A. home on Saturday.

FYI -- Miley and Bieber have been friends for years ... but it seems like there might be something more going on between the two.

2 Chainz is quite the businessman ... 'cause when TMZ shot the rapper leaving an L.A. police station after his LAX drug arrest yesterday, he used the opportunity to promote his upcoming album.

TMZ broke the story ... 2 Chainz was booked on felony narcotics possession when TSA officials found Promethazine in his luggage -- one of the 2 main ingredients in sizzurp. Cops say he also had pot, but less than an ounce.

The rapper seemed pretty positive while leaving the police station -- flashing a peace sign, while sporting a hooded vest.

Lil Wayne's former bandmate says the media got it twisted ... he did NOT say Weezy is or was strung out on drugs and tells TMZ there's nothing but love between them.

Rapper Turk -- who performed with Wayne in the '90s group Hot Boys -- was asked about Wayne's erratic behavior during a podcast interview last week, and said ... "I used to do heroin, cocaine ... So the only thing I can say about that situation is when you’re under the influence ... anything can come out your mouth."

Several websites took the comment as a shot at Lil Wayne -- but Turk wants to make it clear ... "Not one time did I say that Lil Wayne is on drugs. I was talking about myself having a drug problem in the past and what my problem personally was."

Turk says when the story blew up he immediately reached out to tell Weezy his words had been "misconstrued" ... and they squashed the whole mess.
