The cool riders played it safe by wearing protection as they rode down the Pacific Coast Highway.

While neither has confirmed the relationship, Biel's ex Justin Timberlake has been linked to everyone from Olivia Wilde, Ashley Olsen and Mila Kunis.

Brit Brit was seen with the ring poking out of her sleeve (see above) when she left a spa in the Valley on Wednesday. The rumor was ... she and Jason Trawick were set to get hitched and she was going to announce it on Twitter yesterday. Instead, she just announced a tour giveaway.

As you can see from the pics above, Brit has been wearing the ring for the past six weeks, and it looks more like a flower of some kind than a giant diamond.

Not only did Sanchez assure us he and Hayden were just friends, he also said he had head coach Rex Ryan's full support for hitting up the fast food chain In-N-Out Burger with the actress last week.

In a cryptic tease ... Sanchez hinted that he would explain the REAL reason he was out with Hayden in the very near future.

The hacker just posted 17 additional pics. Many of the pics show a nude woman whom the hacker insists is Blake.

Blake's people are adamant ... telling TMZ the person in the pics is not Blake. The denial apparently incited the hacker, who posted the new pics, with this warning: "Oh, yes, Blake's rep. These are totally fake. We really, really believe you. Want moar? BTW, thanks for all the faps." (FYI: "faps" is a reference to pleasuring oneself)

Two of the pics show a woman clothed, holding an iPhone, and it sure looks like Blake.

Several of the nude pics show a woman's body with tattoos (no face). Several TMZ users contacted us with an interesting point ... Blake's character in "The Town" had star tattoos on her upper-chest area.

Sources with intimate knowledge of the actress' physical features tell TMZ ... it's simply NOT Blake's body ... and there are definitive markers proving the pics are fake.

Blake has hired a lawyer who is sending threatening letters to anyone who publishes the pics and implies it's her.

While neither has confirmed the relationship, the "Scream 4" actress recently split from boxer Wladimir Klitschko.

Retired CHP Sergeant Mark Hammond -- who was with Arnold constantly for 7 years -- says, "I can say without a shadow of a doubt as a supervisor of his protective detail that at no time did I see Governor Schwarzenegger say or do anything that could be deemed inappropriate."

Hammond goes on to say, "As a supervisor, if anything had occurred, I would have been notified, even if it was technically off the record on his private time."

Retired CHP officer Manny Trevino also denies the cover-up allegations ... saying, "I never witnessed the Governor acting in a less than honorable manner."

Springfield was arrested in Malibu on May 1 and blew a .10 -- above the legal limit.

Sources tell us ... Springfield was extremely angry after the deputy said his $200,000, 1963 Corvette Stingray would be towed away. Law enforcement sources tell us, Springfield yelled to the deputy, "If you tow my car I will f**king kill you and your family."

Law enforcement sources tell us ... back at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station, the captain who runs the station asked the deputy, "Did you really feel threatened?" Our sources say some of the deputies at the station felt it was a loaded question, trying to minimize Springfield's statement.

In the end, our sources say there was no mention of the threat in the arrest report -- the report merely says Springfield was "belligerent."

You may recall, the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station is the place where the Mel Gibson 2006 DUI arrest report was rewritten to exclude Mel's anti-Semitic rant.

As for Springfield, his rep gave TMZ this statement: "Someone has leaked information illegally. It's a sad reflection on society today that people in law enforcement who we look up to, pander to the celebrity gossip channels."

LA County Sheriff's Dept. spokesman Steve Whitmore tells TMZ, "It is rare when a drunk doesn't say something outlandish to police when they're arrested. I have no idea what went down with this one, I wasn't there, but drunks are notorious for saying stupid, outlandish things to law enforcement all the time. Law enforcement's job is to get them off the streets, because they're drunk."

Cannon spoke with Piers Morgan about the incident, saying CPS came to the hospital after receiving calls claiming "there was some drinking and drugs and all that going on while in the hospital." Nick says he spoke with CPS and told them the whole thing "is ridiculous."

Leakes tells us her feud with Star Jones was REAL -- and says she was legitimately upset with Trump when Donald changed the teams on last night's show to "accommodate" the former "View" chatterbox.

NeNe tells us, "Trump was doing things to accommodate Star and not me."

Leakes says she felt producers were constantly trying to "provoke" her ... noting, "All of the manipulating ... was very toxic. It was a very toxic situation."

She adds, "I'm not a quitter or a loser ... I had to walk out of the show for my own sanity."

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, the actress has no plans whatsoever to become a Scientologist -- she hasn't taken any classes with the Church ... and hasn't even been asked to visit by current members.

We're told Lindsay has nothing against the Church -- but she was raised Catholic and plans to stay Catholic ... in fact, she remains an avid practitioner to this day.

Kelly -- who's now married to John Travolta -- was leaving Mr. Chow after a dinner date with Kirstie Alley when she explained what REALLY happened that night ... and it syncs up perfectly with Charlie's explanation.
