Kanye West is moving on from estranged wife Kim Kardashian, and he's doing it with ... Irina freakin' Shayk!!!

Ye and the supermodel were spotted out and about in the French region of Provence on Tuesday, his 44th birthday, BTW. They were seen smiling and strolling around on the grounds of a luxury boutique hotel with some friends, but also by themselves ... looking very much like a couple.

TMZ has confirmed they are 100% romantically together, but our sources say it's unclear how serious they are at this point. In other words, yeah ... they're banging. Definitely FWB status, at the very least.

The big news comes on the heels of Kim, and others in the fam, publicly wishing Kanye a happy birthday with social media posts.

It's a pretty wild development -- seeing how it's been less than 4 months since KK filed for divorce ... and it appears Kanye's already got himself a new squeeze. Remember, Kim's the one who submitted the legal paperwork first -- this after quite some time of her and Kanye seemingly drifting apart -- but she doesn't appear to have taken the next step just yet on getting out there and dating someone new. At least ... not publicly, anyway.

While Kim's been somewhat vocal about the split via her family's TV show -- saying she feels like a failure over the crumbling of her marriage -- Ye's been the opposite ... mostly silent on the matter. This move, however, definitely speaks volumes.

Ye and Irina, who has a daughter with Bradley Cooper, have some professional history together -- she's modeled for Yeezy in the past, walking the runway in Ye's signature gear at a Paris fashion show, and he's even name-dropped her in songs before too.

Lindsey Buckingham's wife of more than 2 decades is -- as he famously sang -- going her own way ... she's filed docs to split up with the iconic guitarist.

Kristen Messner -- who's been married to the Fleetwood Mac guitarist/singer for 21 years -- filed legal docs recently in L.A. County to dissolve their marriage. It's unclear at this point if she and Lindsey have discussed any terms yet of the split.

The couple has 3 children together, but 2 are adults, and the third, Stella, is already 17 -- so, depending on how long it takes to sort out ... there might not be any child custody issues.

Kristen and Lindsey got hitched back in 2000 after meeting in the late '90s when she photographed him for the cover of one of his solo albums.

Trevor Noah and Minka Kelly are back on, it seems ... and they're not trying to hide it either after what appears to be a very short break-up.

The 'Daily Show' host was out and about with his on-again, off-again actress girlfriend all over NYC this past weekend ... taking public strolls, grabbing grub and even going out for a spin on their bikes.

On that middle activity ... we got this evidence -- a pic of them on a double date at Tribeca sushi joint Sushi Azabu. Hard to make out it's Minka, but eyewitnesses at the restaurant said it was her. Plus, we know they were out for a very public walk together in NYC the day before.

Like we mentioned ... Trevor and Minka's reported split was quite brief. Word was that they'd broken things off just a few short weeks ago ... and that each party was going their separate ways, this after less than a year of dating in the middle of the pandemic.

Seems they've got some unfinished business. As for whether this is just them keeping things friendly, or a full reuniting -- their reps aren't saying.

Eric Prydz's ex-wife won't be calling on him for any monthly spousal support in the future -- but he is forking over 6 figures in one lump sum to wrap up his divorce.

The famed Swedish DJ has reached a settlement with his now ex, Sofie, after they called it quits a year ago. The long and short of what they've agreed to is ... she gets a decent amount of cash, and he gets the house and an SUV.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Eric and Sofie's prenup was enforced in deciding how much spousal support she's entitled to, which came out to about $920k -- $200k for each year they were married. They were together for 4.6 years.

The paperwork says he's already paid her that amount ... and he's keeping their Mulholland Drive home, along with all of their household furniture, artwork and jewelry that wasn't already set aside for Sofie.

Eric also gets a 2016 Land Rover, and gets to keep his business, Leja Corporation, all for himself. Likewise, Sofie gets all rights to her own LLC, Little Friends Friend.

As for their 2 young children, the exes have agreed to joint legal and physical custody -- however, the kids will primarily live in California with mom ... while Eric will apparently relocate to Sweden.

He'll get them for up to 8 weeks each summer, plus rotating holidays. He'll also be paying $4,000 a month in child support.

Anyway, we're sure Eric will be just fine, financially -- he's got hit after hit under his belt, including his famed 2004 smash, "Call on Me." He's also bought into multiple record labels over the years.

Pamela Anderson's sex tape scandal with ex-hubby Tommy Lee is getting resurrected for the small screen ... something another ex of hers, Chuck Zito, is calling ... no bueno.

We ran into the actor and celeb boxing trainer -- who dated PA back in the 2000s -- and just had to ask about this new Hulu miniseries that's in the works ... in which Lily James and Sebastian Stan are portraying Pam and Tommy during their early years as a married couple.

More specifically, the series will focus on the period of their marriage when their infamous sex tape was stolen and peddled on the black market ... something they say they never saw a penny for, at first.

According to Chuck ... Hulu's probably doing wrong by Pam in revisiting a chapter that's more than 20 years old by now, and suggests making an entire show around those events is in bad taste -- especially if the couple themselves haven't signed off (which they haven't).

He makes the point that the whole saga is ancient history -- adding Pam probably doesn't care very much about it ... even joking that she seems more interested in rings these days. Oof ...

Of course, some of her closest friends are taking a stronger stance ... including Courtney Love, who claims the show is making Pam relive the trauma she went through ... going on to say the tape "destroyed" Pam's life, and calling the show exploitative and disgusting.

Kim Kardashian got super emotional over the unwinding of her marriage to Kanye West, telling her sisters she felt like a failure as her third marriage fell apart.

A trailer for the final season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" already put Kim on display, crying "I feel like a f***ing loser" for not being able to make her Kanye marriage endure ... but on Thursday night's episode, we see the whole breakdown as Kim cries into a wad of tissues as she's surrounded by family.

Kim says she feels "like a f***ing failure" knowing another marriage is collapsing ... and she says Yeezy deserves a woman who can follow him around everywhere and move to Wyoming ... something KK says she cannot do.

Kim's crying about Kanye living on his Wyoming ranch while she raises the kids in Los Angeles and she tells her sisters, "I can't do this anymore."

The emotional conversation came ahead of the Kardashian family trip to Lake Tahoe around Thanksgiving, with Khloe saying Kim and Kanye were getting into a bunch of fights before the getaway.

As we first told you ... Kim and Kanye were in marriage counseling with the subject of divorce looming for much of 2020, but they ended up spending Christmas together and making it into the new year.

Matthew Perry and Molly Hurwitz have ended their 6-month engagement, and it begs the question ... could this BE any sadder?

The "Friends" star and Molly got engaged back in November 2020 after a couple of years of dating. It's unclear what exactly led to the breakup but Matthew told People, "Sometimes things just don't work out and this is one of them. I wish Molly the best."

The 51-year-old actor spoke glowingly about the 29-year-old literary manager back when they got engaged. He told People he decided to get engaged and "luckily, I happened to be dating the greatest woman on the face of the planet at this time."

Prior to his relationship with Molly, Matthew had been linked to "Masters of Sex" star Lizzy Caplan. They dated from 2006 to 2012.

The news comes on the heels of the highly-anticipated "Friends: The Reunion" special coming out last week. When the nearly 2-hour special was shot, it was only the second time the main cast had reunited since the show's epic finale nearly 2 decades ago.

Kanye West is very much a single man ... just check out his hands, sans a wedding ring.

Ye was spotted in L.A. -- or at least parts of him -- tooling around with a super snug, cloth bag around his head. A fashion statement? ... for sure.  Uncomfortable? ... undeniable.

Kanye hasn't been seen much since his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, filed for divorce. Last we heard, they were hardly speaking, but we're told the divorce is still rolling along.

Despite the divorce filing, many thought Kanye was wearing his wedding ring as recently as last month -- when DJ Khaled posted a pic of him rocking the band. Now, even though Khaled threw that up in April, we're told the photo was actually taken sometime in 2019, well before the filing.

With that said, it's unclear when exactly Kanye 86'd the ring. What we know for sure though is ... it ain't there now.

If you thought Future was done talking smack about Lori Harvey ... well, you were wrong -- 'cause the dude had even more bars for her, as well as her new man, Michael B. Jordan.

Rapper 42 Dugg previewed an extended version to his new single "Maybach" -- which initially featured Mr. Hndrxx and a memorable bar aimed at Lori and her dad, Steve -- but this time ... it looks like Future had far more to say about his ex, whom he split from last year.

The OG line was a not-so-subtle dig at Lori/Steve -- it goes ... "Tell Steve Harvey, I don't want her." Nothing too bad on the face of things ... although he was catching flak.

Welp, that backlash is only doubling now in light of what else he apparently had to say about the whole situation in the booth. The extended verse goes something like this ... "Must've forgot to tell her daddy she begged me not to leave ... She didn't have a choice but to go f*** a lame after me // Realest n**** hit the t*** she damn near OD."

Lots to unpack there -- but the takeaway, really, is that Future clearly isn't over Lori ... at least that's what the consensus on the Internet seems to be, anyway. After hearing that, it's hard to argue against ... Future does sound quite salty about the relationship, both old and new.

The diatribe against the Harvey's seems to stem from an interview Steve gave back in February ... when he was asked about Lori dating Michael -- and Steve responding with something to the effect of ... at least she's with one I can actually approve of now.

It appears Future took that personally as a shot -- but, frankly, it could've been about Diddy too. Who the hell knows??? In any case, Future got what he wanted off his chest, and threw Mike under the bus too.

Jennifer Lopez is proving once again she's cool with her exes -- grabbing lunch with Marc Anthony in Miami -- but it begs the question, where will things go with Alex Rodriguez?

J Lo and her ex-husband were spotted out at lunch Thursday in Miami, sharing a table outside and talking over a bottle of water. The two have children together and have always maintained a strong friendship, but after her recent reunion with Ben Affleck, A-Rod is the obvious man out.

When Alex and J Lo called off their engagement, the two announced they'd continue to have a working business relationship, and Jennifer seemingly can make things with exes work ... so only time will tell where things go.

As for his part, Alex hasn't said much publicly about Jennifer since the split, but hasn't been so subtle in social media posts, showing empty spots at his dinner table where presumably Jennifer and her kids would sit.

TMZ broke the story ... Bennifer 2.0 were spotted outside a luxurious waterfront estate in Miami Beach after Ben flew into town Sunday and the two later hit the gym together.

Lisa Marie Presley's wish is about to be a judge's command -- she hopes, because it's the final hurdle to complete a critical step in her divorce.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the court has granted Lisa's request to bifurcate her divorce -- which means she and Michael Lockwood can change their marital status to single now and deal with other issues, like divvying up assets, later.

So, once the judge signs off on the order, they'll both be officially single.

TMZ broke the story ... Lisa wanted the judge to speed along her divorce case claiming Michael's been dragging his feet since she filed for divorce nearly 5 years ago.

Lisa said she's ready to start a new chapter in her life, and her bifurcation request was one way to get things going.

Diddy's at it again, seemingly shooting his shot with his ex, Jennifer Lopez, while she's with another dude -- or maybe he's just trolling both of them.

The hip-hop mogul just posted a #tbt of him holding hands with J Lo back when they were dating. We don't know the exact date, but they dated from 1999-2001.

Hard to argue this is just an innocuous throwback from Diddy, considering it comes at the same time she's making huge headlines for rekindling the romance with one of her other very famous exes, Ben Affleck. BTW, Ben started dating Jen about a year and a half after she split with Puff Daddy ... as he was known back then.

Whatever Diddy's motive may be, it's not the first time he's posted something provocative about Lopez while she's in a relationship with someone else.

You may recall ... back in early 2019 he slid into her comments section to reply "OMG" with a heart-eyes emoji to one of her sexy photos while she was dating Alex Rodriguez.

Fans accused him of being thirsty, and A-Rod even responded to Diddy's comment with, "Lucky me." J Lo later revealed that Diddy apologized to A-Rod for the comment.

Brad Pitt just won a huge victory in his child custody war with Angelina Jolie, and she lost in a very big way ... TMZ has confirmed.

A judge just made a tentative ruling in the case, awarding Brad and Angelina 50/50 joint legal and physical custody of their 5 minor children. Maddox is 19 and not subject to the ruling.

Angelina had been gunning for sole custody and at the time only wanted Brad to have supervised visitation, but the judge felt her arguments that Brad was not a suitable parent lacked credibility ... this after numerous witnesses -- including shrinks -- testified in the trial.

A source connected to Brad tells TMZ, "he's over the moon."

The ruling is "tentative," but typically tentative rulings are just a formality before they become final. The NY Post first reported the ruling.

Erica Mena is throwing in the towel on her marriage to Safaree after less than 2 years as husband and wife, and as she's currently expecting their second child.

The "Love & Hip Hop" star just filed for divorce last Friday in Fayette County Superior Court in Georgia -- where they appear to have formally tied the knot in late 2019, and where they currently reside.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Erica is asking for primary physical custody of their 1-year-old daughter, Safire, but she's willing to share joint legal custody with Safaree. She's also indicated she wants child support, plus ... exclusive use of the home they currently share.

The signs of a breakup might've been there in front of us all along -- as Erica posed for a preggo shot just a few days ago, and was NOT wearing her wedding ring. She wasn't trying to hide that finger either, and it doesn't look like she and Safaree have been photographed together in quite a while.

The crazy thing is that Erica has a bun in the oven right now -- baby no. 2 with Safaree. Remember, she just had Safire last year ... so they got back to baby-making almost immediately.

Jennifer Lopez is ol' faithful when it comes to working out ... because it's clear it's something she does with her romantic partners.

J Lo and renewed flame Ben Affleck hit the gym together in Miami ... and we've seen this drill before.

Jennifer and A-Rod made it their routine to push weights together during their 4-year relationship. What's interesting ... she's now working up a sweat with Ben in A-Rod's hometown.

As you know by now ... Ben and Jen have rekindled their romance in a big way. He flew down to Miami over the weekend to be with her, and they have pretty much gone public with their relationship. She seemed more equipped for the whole exercise thing than Ben.

As for Bennifer 2.0 ... check this out. Self-help guru Jay Shetty posted this -- "Nothing is as beautiful as seeing someone who has been unlucky in relationships finally being loved effortlessly by the right person." J Lo liked the post, which speaks volumes about her relationship with Ben.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are back, and they're done hiding it ... because the first clear shots of them together have surfaced, and they look all too pleased in each other's company.

BA flew into Miami Sunday to meet up with his old flame, trying to look incognito in a helluva getup. Dude was rocking sunglasses, a dad hat pulled down low and a face mask for good measure. Yet, even with all that, he kinda stuck out like a sore thumb ... and paps picked up on the scent. Good effort, though, Ben!

It became clear he was in town when he later surfaced at a waterfront mansion J Lo was at -- where Ben came out onto the balcony for a smoke at one point ... facing out towards the cameras, without trying to mask anything. There's no question, that's Ben Freakin' Affleck.

Jen popped in and out herself, but you could only make out her back, as she seemed to be trying to lay a little more low than her boo was. They never came out onto the balcony together -- but it's obvious ... they were sharing the same space, if only temporarily.

Eventually, they gave up the elusive act altogether and walked down a flight of stairs -- with Ben trailing Jennifer, who flashed a big smile ... and couldn't have looked happier. We'd like to say the same for Ben -- but he looked as aloof/pensive as he ever has (in memes and elsewhere).
