Scooter Braun's Kid Little JB

Published | Updated

Scooter Braun paid homage to Justin Bieber by giving his brand new kid the Biebs' initials.

TMZ has obtained the birth certificate for Jagger Joseph Braun … it can't be a coincidence that the kid's initials are JB and how could it be that Jagger is anything but Mick? In fact, the inspiration was indeed Mr. Rolling Stone himself.

The birth certificate doesn’t give the height and weight, but we are told that the baby is doing great and so is Scooter’s very hot wife, Yael Cohen.

As we reported Justin was one of the first people to visit the kid at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he was born.

Kim Kardashian My Baby's Fab in Tiny Fur ... Suck It, Protesters

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian and North West did some mommy-daughter time in NYC ... while decked out in fur coats -- yes, they make 'em that small.

Kim and North -- sans Kanye West -- turned quite a few heads as they were leaving their building ... and North looks like she's being engulfed. There's way more coat than kid!

Question though: Is it odd for Kim to dress her toddler in fur? Especially since Kim's had multiple run-ins with animal rights protesters in the past.

We can't tell if the fur's real, but animal rights aside -- North's so damn cute ... SHE should be illegal!

Rap Legend Twista Little League Is Racist For Stripping Title From All-Black Team

Published | Updated

Chicago hip-hop legend Twista tells TMZ Sports the decision to strip Jackie Robinson West of their U.S. LLWS title wasn't about following rules and ALL about one thing ... racism.

Team J.R.W. became the darlings of the 2014 Little League World Series, becoming the first all-black squad to take the U.S. crown ... earning them instant celebrity status and even a visit with President Obama.

When it was announced earlier Wednesday that the tykes had been stripped of their title due to a falsified boundary map, some people called B.S. ... including Twista.

We spoke to Twista -- one of the most celebrated rappers from the Windy City -- and he tells us that he thinks the whole thing was totally about discrediting an all-black team.

"I'm outraged. You don't see this extensive of an investigation happen unless it happens to black people."

Twista also says that there's a legit reason why some of the boys traveled out of district and that the higher-ups at Little League headquarters just don't care.

"There was a park in the Dolton area that got torn down, that made the kids have to even play at Jackie Robinson. No one pays attention to what they have to go through to play baseball."

He didn't stop there ... Twista essentially says America is still uncomfortable with a group of black kids succeeding in the country's celebrated pastime.

"It's the friendly game of baseball ... no one is comfortable when a group like them does something positive in that. They rush to tear them down."

Published | Updated

NBA Legend Nate "Tiny" Archibald tells TMZ Sports ... the practice of spanking your kids is going the way of the Betamax, Laser Discs and the Dodo Bird -- it's on the brink of extinction.

The Hall of Famer -- and certified teacher -- was out in NYC when we asked him if putting a shoe on a bad ass kid is still kosher in this post-Adrian Peterson debacle world.

Peep the vid -- Tiny says he's like the Chris Webber of child-rearing in that he's really fond of time-outs (you thought we forgot, didn't you Chris?).

Wlad says Hayden's pain tolerance must be through the roof in order for her to have pushed out their giant baby 2 months ago ... saying he now believes women are WAY tougher than any boxer.

We do not know but assume they will keep their New York digs.

Ludacris I Got Primary Physical Custody of Our Daughter

Published | Updated

Ludacris just got what he was after in family court ... the judge just gave him primary physical custody of his 1-year-old daughter ... but the decision is really confusing.

The decision comes after baby mama Tamika Fuller bitterly testified Luda didn't want the baby when he found out she was pregnant, and even tried to negotiate an abortion by throwing 10K her way.

But sources connected with the rapper tell TMZ ... the judge reviewed the report from an independent expert as well as the testimony and concluded Luda was the more fit parent.

The judge awarded both Luda and Tamika joint legal and physical custody but said Luda will be "the primary physical custodian." We've watched the video of the decision and the judge messes up in a big way, saying Luda has decision-making authority. If that's true, he would have primary legal custody. Short story ... the judge makes very little sense.

Luda tells TMZ, "I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter."

Mariah and Nick Nanny Sues Their Kids Liked Me Too Much

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon may be getting divorced, but they're still attached because they're being sued by a former nanny who claims she was fired because she showed too much affection to their twins.

DaCosta claims the singer berated her for showing too much affection. Translation, it's pretty clear she's alleging Mariah was jealous because the kids liked their nanny way too much.

DaCosta also claims she was worked too hard ... putting in lots of OT -- sometimes 100 hours a week.

She wants back pay and other damages.

Ludacris' Baby Mama He Made Me Play Let's Make an Pregnancy Deal

Tamika Fuller said when Luda found out she was pregnant he cried, but they weren't tears of joy. He said it would ruin his life and he then urged her to terminate the pregnancy.

According to Tamika, Luda initially offered her $10K and a house if she lost the baby.

As TMZ first reported, Fuller believes Luda's quicky marriage to Eudoxie was just a transparent ploy to show the judge he has a more stable home than her.
