Beyonce and Jay-Z made another major debut this weekend -- they showed off their twins in full view for the first time since their newborn photo shoot ... and as you might imagine, they're freakin' adorable.

The couple was seen Friday coming in and out of a mansion they were staying at in Miami, where most of the fam seemed to be tagging along ahead of Jay's concert in Orlando.

The only difference now is we're seeing the entire brood together for the first time in 5 months, including its 2 newest members, Sir and Rumi Carter. Bey carried Sir -- who seems to be working hard on his mean mug -- while Jay's mom, Gloria, held Rumi.

Grandma Tina was there too, and even got to cradle Rumi herself. Jay and Blue Ivy must've gotten their baby duty done inside, though, 'cause they were twin-free in front of cameras.

The Carter-Knowles sure look good in full force ... you might even need to do a double take here to appreciate 'em.

Shaq and his ex-wife Shaunie O'Neal spared no expense for their daughter's sweet 16 ... and by expense, we mean they dropped almost a mil for the kid.

The O'Neals threw Amirah -- aka Mimi -- an EPIC 16th birthday party Saturday night in L.A. that was fit for royalty -- 'cause the proud parents spent nearly a million dollars on the whole shebang. Yep, you read that right ... $1,000,000.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ Sports that Shaq and Shaunie rented out out the entire rooftop area of the W Hotel in Hollywood, and they gifted Mimi a brand new Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen.

Oh, and they also booked YG to perform ... who we're told did 8 songs, including his hits "Toot It And Boot It" and "Why You Always Hatin?"

From the looks of the party, we'd say it was money well spent. Especially if you were lucky enough to end up at Mimi's.

Mike Huckabee might be better at cheerleading for his kid than Kris Jenner is for hers ... 'cause he was raving about Sarah Huckabee Sanders and the job she's doing for Trump.

We got the former Arkansas gov. and two-time presidential hopeful at LAX where he had nothing but good things to say about Sarah in her role as White House Press Secretary.

Makes sense ... she is his daughter after all.

One thing of interest here -- Mike says Sarah's no punching bag ... which might or might not be a shot at Sean Spicer ... who used to take media beatings when he had the job.

As for where this proud dad might be getting his cues from ... we have one idea.

Selena Gomez is now reading to little kids ... and it looks staged AF.

The singer took a stroll Thursday at a park in Burbank where she arrived with a friend both wearing attire totally NOT conducive for a park visit. White booties? Really?!

Selena and her friend -- BTW, also wearing booties -- looked like they knew what they were there for ... to appear like little kids at heart and be moved by a little girl reading a book while sitting on the swing.

Sweet, but staged, don't you think?

Tyrese looks like he's having a mental breakdown and his friends are worried sick, but the actor tells us his behavior is that of a desperate father who has been bled dry by an angry ex-wife.

Tyrese has posted a gut-wrenching, almost hysterical video where he dissolves into tears at times and other times shows bursts of anger. He tells TMZ he is no different than an everyday Joe in Chicago who is fighting for his child.

He vehemently denies physically abusing 10-year-old Shayla and strongly believes Norma Gibson is motivated by spite and is making up claims to drive a wedge between father and daughter.

Tyrese also says he's going broke defending himself in court, paying huge legal bills. He says that's why he's so angry at The Rock, who's doing a spinoff of 'Fast & Furious' that is delaying the 9th installment of the franchise by a year. Tyrese says he desperately needs the paycheck.

The actor says Norma's claims have made him virtually unemployable ... essentially ruining his life, but he's determined to fight on so he can regain some form of custody.

Tyrese is coming apart at the seams over his legal battle to see his daughter, and he recorded an emotional breakdown hours before heading to court.

Tyrese posted this video where he just loses it, saying he's been away from 10-year-old Shayla for too long -- 2 months -- and begging his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, to drop her fight for a restraining order against him.

He also said he has millionaire and billionaire friends who just aren't showing up to help him in his time of need. Tyrese references the fact that much of the court proceedings have been sealed from the public. He says no one is hearing his pleas to see his daughter because they're not in court.

Shayla's nanny is expected to wrap up testifying Wednesday afternoon when the restraining order hearing resumes.

Some of Chris Pratt's best characters have become awesome Halloween costumes ... so you'd think he'd whip one up for some incognito trick-or-treating with his kid.

But nope ... Chris went the normal dad route -- v-neck sweater -- to take 5-year-old Jack candy hopping Tuesday night in West Hollywood. Jack opted for Captain America 'cause ... he's gotta be sick of Star-Lord references, right?

Despite the split from Anna Faris this summer, both parents have kept Jack their priority.

We'd say this is divorce done right -- but neither has filed yet.

Tyrese's first visit with his daughter in 2 months was pretty short ... so he took her to a place that's just as quick with grub that made both daddy and daughter smile.

Tyrese got to see 10-year-old Shayla Sunday for a monitored visit in a Van Nuys office building. They capped off the visit by going across the street for burgers and fries at In-N-Out.

From the looks of the photos, Shayla and dad were definitely enjoying each other's company.

We broke the story ... Tyrese and his ex-wife, Norma, will be in court this week in what has become a marathon hearing in which she's trying to get a permanent restraining order.

Tyrese will get some daddy time with his daughter, Shayla, after all, but the restraining order battle with his ex-wife is far from over ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the case tell us both sides agreed, and the judge later ordered that Tyrese be allowed a monitored visit with his 10-year-old daughter on Sunday. We're told the existing restraining order was modified to allow for the 6-hour visit with a court-appointed monitor present.

However, Norma Gibson's effort to get a permanent restraining order against Tyrese will continue. In fact, the court has blocked off all next week for testimony.

Sunday will mark the first time in 2 months Tyrese has seen Shayla.

Tyrese believes there was a death in the courtroom Thursday ... and a figurative funeral was held for all the accusations about him being a bad dad.

We got Tyrese leaving the L.A. courthouse with his wife, Samantha Lee, and asked him about his all-black wardrobe -- a stark contrast from his all-white getup Tuesday -- and he waxed poetic ... saying it represents the "death of a dialogue" of abuse allegations that have followed him for years.

As we reported ... his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, took the stand Thursday to try to get a permanent restraining order against him for her and their daughter Shayla ... and claimed she's afraid of him at times.

Hornets baller Frank Kaminsky got waaay into the Halloween spirit on Thursday -- owning his "Dark Knight" character for the kids at Hemby Children's Hospital in Charlotte.

The young patients kicked it with other members of the NBA Justice League, too -- Malik Monk as The Flash, Cody Zeller as Superman and Dwayne Bacon as Green Lantern -- but Frank "The Tank" stole the show with his epic Christian Bale impression.

The kids got candy. Kaminsky and his boys got to be kids again.

4:30 PM PT -- We're told during cross-examination, Tyrese's lawyer suggested Norma was dating a drug addict ... which is why Tyrese had a private investigator following her years ago. She denied it.

We're also told Tyrese began sobbing in the courtroom when he found out Norma wants to take their daughter to Israel for 3-4 days to meet Norma's grandma.

Tyrese's ex-wife says he has somebody following her and her friends to keep tabs on them ... and she's sometimes fearful of what he might do.

Norma Gibson's in court trying to get a permanent restraining order against Tyrese to keep him away from her and their 10-year-old daughter, Shayla. Norma took the stand Thursday and claimed Tyrese has been harassing her since 2014 after their custody evaluation by having someone tail her and her friends.

When Norma was asked if she's afraid of her ex, she replied ... "At times." She also brought up the 2007 incident where Tyrese allegedly punched her while she was pregnant, claiming 3 of Tyrese's people met with her afterward and got her to sign an agreement not to talk about it. She says she did it because she didn't want to ruin his career at the time.

Tyrese tells us this is all B.S., and the restraining order is sour grapes from him getting remarried. He claims he hasn't seen his daughter in over 60 days and just wants this resolved quickly so he can see her.

Norma has a temporary restraining order against Tyrese already, which she filed for claiming he abused their daughter. Norma claims he went into a rage, pushed Shayla to the ground, "grabbed her hands with one arm and beat her with the other" between 12 and 16 times. Norma says Tyrese hit Shayla so hard she couldn't sit. Tyrese says he only struck her once on her bottom.

Ne-Yo's ex-fiancee, Monyetta Shaw, is fine with him welcoming another kid with his new wife, but his fans are accusing him of hypocrisy because he allegedly pushed for his ex to tie her fallopian tubes.

The singer announced he's expecting baby #2 with wife Crystal Smith Wednesday on Instagram. Instead of the usual congratulations, people called him out on expanding his brood after allegedly telling Monyetta he didn't want to have more kids.

A little back story ... Monyetta has said in the past that she and Ne-Yo mutually agreed she'd have a tubal ligation, and he'd have a vasectomy after the birth of their second kid. She followed through, he didn't ... then called off their engagement.

One angry fan commented on Ne-Yo's announcement: "Don't get why u made ur other baby mama burn her tubes just to move on n keep having kids ... that's just plain ole mean smh nice music but an asshole in real life."

Another went after Crystal, calling her a "snobby hoodrat" and firing this warning shot: "@itscrystalsmith he will shut on you eventually like he did baby mother #1. Trust me. You just needed stabilty with a check."

As for Monyetta, she was less harsh ...

Yasiel Puig's 8-month-old boy bleeds Dodger blue (through his dome) just like daddy -- stuntin' with a colored faux hawk for Game 1 of the World Series!

The Dodgers slugger went true blue with his hairdo for the game ... and apparently, so did baby Daniel.

Yasiel and his GF, Andrea de la Torre, documented the process -- and we think the kid might've outdone his pops on cuteness alone.

FYI, L.A. went up 1-0 on the 'Stros on Tuesday ... but Puig went 0 for 3.

Maybe change up the hair again?

Chester Bennington kept his money close to home ... because his will leaves most of his assets to a trust for the benefit of his wife and kids.

According to the will, which was filed in L.A. County and obtained by TMZ, there are certain assets -- like his retirement account -- that goes directly to his widow, Talinda. All remaining assets go into the Chester and Talinda Bennington Family Trust which was created in 2007 and amended in 2009.

The couple has 3 kids. He also has 3 other children from previous relationships. The will says all 6 kids are beneficiaries.

As we previously reported, Chester set aside certain funds to pay for visits among the various kids to keep their relationships strong.

Talinda is named executor and has the power over all of Chester's musical rights and interests.

Chester committed suicide in July.
