Oksana Grigorieva claims Mel Gibson doesn't help her financially at all when it comes to raising their daughter, this according to an interview with the Russian singer.

Grigorieva tells The Mail on Sunday that she has to borrow money from friends and use credit cards in order to support herself and her nine-month-old daughter Lucia. She tells the paper, "He is not paying me a penny. Nothing."

Jay-Z -- aka Shawn Carter -- is being sued by Air Platinum Holding, a private jet company which claims Jigga spent 55 hours on their planes back in 2009 ... but only paid for 37 hours of service.

The suit also claims Jay-Z flaked out on some other payments as well -- here's how it all breaks down:

Rapper Nicki Minaj banged up a rented Lambo to the tune of nearly $12,000, according to a lawsuit filed by the rental car company.

The plaintiff, Hollywood Exotic Car Rental, claims Minaj agreed to rent a 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago -- at the rate of $1,750 a day -- to shoot her "Massive Attack" music video.

But according to the suit -- filed today in L.A. County Superior Court -- the exotic car was driven "off-road" and damaged "in the approximate amount of $11,589.41." Plus, they allege, Minaj didn't pay three days rent on the car -- that's another $5,250.

The rental company is suing for unpaid rental charges, property damage, and punitive damage.

Michael Jackson's estate has fired back against the company that sued the singer for $300 million over the derailed Jackson family reunion concert.

You'll recall AllGood Entertainment claimed MJ promised through his rep ... the family concert would take place before any other live performance. The AllGood suit alleges Michael breached the agreement by subsequently signing to do the London concerts before the scheduled reunion concert.

Now Jackson executors John Branca and John McClain say the so-called Jackson rep -- former manager Frank Dileo -- had no authority "to bind Mr. Jackson to an agreement."

The good news ... Janet was really good last night.

Everything from "worn" bras, panties, garter belts, nail polish, bedding and even a makeup brush have all hit the eBay auction block -- courtesy of Jackie Hatten ... the sister of Anna's ex-con ex-boyfriend Mark Hatten.

Jackie claims it's all legit -- and she's even including a "hand signed" certificate of authenticity to go along with all of the items.

The owners of the 193-acre Iowa farm put the legendary field up for sale this week for $5.4 million -- but before it was offered to the public, we're told it was offered to Kevin ... twice!

According to former major league pitcher Ken Sanders -- the guy overseeing the sale -- Kevin got a crack at the place once last year, but decided to pass. The owners reached out to KC again earlier this week ... but the actor still didn't seem willing to go the distance.

The judge in the case not only ruled against the bingo lady -- Richelle Olson -- he also ordered the accuser to fork over $17k to pay for all of Team Bruno's attorney's fees.

As TMZ first reported, Olson wanted more than $25,000 in damages -- claiming Cohen, in full Bruno character, wreaked havoc at her Palmdale, CA bingo game back in 2007 and ordered his camera crew to attack when she tried to take his mic away.

Olson later changed her story and claimed she was never beaten, just merely emotionally damaged from Cohen's use of "vulgar" language ... a story that didn't quite add up according to legal papers, filed in L.A. County Superior Court.

The mystery man behind the auction -- who claims he obtained the 12 journals and other Madge memorabilia in a blind auction -- tells TMZ, eBay removed his listing around 10AM Monday morning ... because a rep for the singer was able to convince eBay that "they" were the rightful owners.

A rep from eBay confirmed they did receive a claim from Madonna's camp and have since pulled the auction from their site.

As for the seller, he's still adamant that the stuff belongs to him. He's also pissed because he's expecting to rake in at least $2.5 million from the sale.

Shannen Doherty may have tried two-stepping the California taxman, TMZ has learned.

On March 22 just days before Shannen was booted from "Dancing with the Stars," the State of California slapped a $44,064.58 tax lien on the "90210" star.

So far, no comment from her people -- but we're guessing a few more "DWTS" paychecks would have really helped.

UPDATE: Shannen's peeps tell us this was the first she'd heard about the lien and that it would "be taken care of promptly."

Van Der Beek -- who will officially be single June 3 -- has settled up with Heather Ann McComb, for the price of $7,750 a month in spousal support.

But it's not all bad. According to docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Beek gets the Hollywood house and all the movies, stories, scripts, screenplays, etc. that he wrote during their nearly seven year marriage.

Keyshia Cole was ripped apart by a judge in New Jersey yesterday -- a judge who called the singer's testimony "nonsensical" and then questioned her literacy.

Cole -- a platinum-selling artist -- was being sued by an event promoter who claims she blew off an appearance in 2006 after he paid her $15,000 up front.

The judge not only ruled against Cole, but she blasted the singer in her written opinion, saying Cole's testimony was "confused and at times nonsensical."

But the judge's biggest shot: Cole appeared so reluctant to read certain documents while testifying, "that it appears at times that she was not literate."

Eventually, the judge realized Cole was literate -- when Cole managed to read documents that she thought helped her case.

With the DNA test a match, we're told lawyers for Knowles and Wright are in the final stages of negotiating a settlement for baby Nixon's child support.

Wright filed a paternity suit last October against Knowles -- who was temporarily ordered to pay $8,200 in monthly child support.

Wright claims she had an 18-month affair with Knowles.

As far as we know, nothing's tricky about Nixon .... so far.

Paula Deen's good name has been slandered, and she's filthy rich -- this is what TMZ has learned from a lawsuit filed by Paula Deen Enterprises.

It seems the Food Network star made a deal with Celebrity Chefs Tour to do cooking demonstrations before live audiences in various cities. Short story: Paula's company claims the $150,000 advance she was supposed to get bounced, and after waiting for full payment she walked away, claiming Celeb Chefs Tour breached the agreement.

Paula claims Celeb Chefs Tour defamed her by making it seem she bailed for no good reason.

But here's what's interesting: Aside from the $150,000 advance, Paula's deal would have guaranteed her $130,000 for each event which featured her in two culinary performances.

TMZ has confirmed the Michael Jackson estate has signed the biggest deal ever in music -- worth up to $250 million with a guarantee of $200 million.

The estate made the deal with Sony Music Entertainment -- the contract is for 10 projects over seven years.

One album will debut in November, which contains never-before released recordings. We're told Jackson left enough material for at least three albums of fresh material.

A source tells TMZ the royalty rate on foreign sales is the key to the deal -- and 2/3 of the sales of MJ records traditionally have been outside the U.S.

And we're told Sony gets a two-year extension for the right to distribute the Michael Jackson catalog -- to 2017.

The deal has nothing to do with The Beatles' catalog -- it's all about MJ original recordings.

The agreement was brokered by John Branca and John McClain, executors of the MJ estate.

Sources tell TMZ that Kim's new pad is a Mediterranean villa located in Beverly Hills. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a grand two-story entry, formal living room and dining room -- each with their own fireplaces.

If you're keeping score at home, this is the third time Jillian Michaels has been sued over her line of fat burning pills -- but this time, there are allegations they contain a "potentially lethal" blend of ingredients.

In the class action lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Kathy Hensley claims "The Biggest Loser" trainer "sold her proverbial soul to the devil" by teaming up with the companies that created her fat burner.

Hensley claims Jillian and those companies -- Thin Care and Basic Research -- failed to disclose that the main ingredients of the "Jillian Michael Maximum Strength Fat Burner" allegedly combine to make a "toxic cocktail."

In the lawsuit, Hensley claims one of the pill's ingredients -- citrus aurantium -- is "potentially lethal" and known to cause high blood pressure and serious cardiac problems in certain individuals.

Hensley filed the class action lawsuit against Jillian, Thin Care, Basic Research and Walgreens -- and is suing for less than $5,000,000.
