Scott Disick hates poor people.

He also hates the middle class ... and also the barely rich.

In fact, Scott hates all un-super rich people so much ... he posted a bunch of photos this weekend in what appeared to be a blitzkreig to mock them ... starting with the wads of $100 bills he uses to wipe his ass.

He posted pics of diamond jewelry, expensive watches and wads of cash ... along with captions like, "Hello, peasant's is that u?" He included the hash tag, "f**ku."

Sure it's tasteless. Sure it's crass ... but it's also kind of awesome.

So, we gotta ask ...

Britney Spears will be raking in HUGE STACKS in Vegas this winter -- a ridiculous $310,000 per show ... nearly $15 million per year -- but she still doesn't hold a candle to Celine Dion.

TMZ is privy to the financial details of Britney's deal. The 2-year contract calls for 48 shows a year at Planet Hollywood. According to the contract, Britney will earn $310,000 per show.

By contrast, Celine does 70 shows a year. Sources say she pulls in $476,000 a show ... so she's way ahead of Britney in the money department, but Brit gets more time off.

Britney's cut of the gate is huge -- projected sales per show are $508,514, meaning Brit will be snagging more than 60%.

As we reported, producers are shooting for a "cool, hip club-like show" ... unlike the run-of-the-mill Vegas shows that preceded it (Celine's included). It starts in December.

Diddy lost a MILLION DOLLARS shooting dice early this morning -- and the best part ... he didn't give two craps about it.

The frustrating video from Diddy's dice game was posted on Instagram a few hours ago -- where the rapper bragged about the loss being no sweat and added, "Suck My D**k B*tch."

Not surprisingly, the video irked many of his followers ... with one saying, "Such a blessing to have that much money. Imma keep my fingers cross and pray for a blessing that big to get me and my family off the streets."

Mo money, NO problems ... for Diddy.

Former NBA star Allen Iverson -- who raked in more than $140 million during his career -- says he's a pathetic shadow of the man he once was ... at least financially ... and he wants his ex-wife to drop her child support demands.

TMZ broke the story -- Allen’s ex-wife Tawanna Iverson went to court last month, asking a judge to force Allen to pay $1,272,000 into a trust fund for child support. She wanted the money in a lump sum because she was sick of chasing him every month.

Allen has now filed court docs scoffing at her demand, because he doesn't have the dough.

Allen says the only steady source of income he has is a Reebok deal. We don't know exactly how much he pulls in, but he claims it's nowhere near enough to meet his ex-wife's demands.

Allen also says he resents his ex's claim that he's a deadbeat dad, boasting that he paid more than half-a-mil in support this year alone.

Russell Simmons' girlfriend Hana Nitsche is heartbroken ... and "freaking out" because her pet Chihuahua, Ivy, DISAPPEARED three days ago ... and she's hoping a HUGE reward -- $5,000 -- will help bring Ivy back.

Hana -- a German fashion model -- is plastering reward posters all over town ... and bombarding social media with desperate appeals to find her dog -- which vanished Tuesday near Doheny Drive in West Hollywood.

Her tweets have gotten increasingly frantic: "My heart is in so much pain!!" ... "I'm really freaking out!!!" ... "I'm really getting desperate."

Russell has joined the search, too ... posting Ivy's pic and the reward offer on Twitter.

Justin Bieber has successfully weaseled his way into Floyd Mayweather's inner circle -- AGAIN -- TMZ has learned, the 19-year-old will walk Money May to the ring tomorrow before his next big boxing match in Vegas.

Bieber has been ingratiating himself with Mayweather since last year, when the singer appeared out of nowhere at Mayweather's match against Miguel Cotto ... walking the fighter to the ring, and celebrating with him afterwards (along with Lil Wayne).

The courtship continued ... and this summer, Mayweather flew Bieber out to his 13-year-old daughter's birthday party.

Now, Bieber's back for more shameless money-flaunting publicity whoring ... agreeing to accompany Mayweather to the ring Saturday at the MGM Grand, where May's set to fight Saúl "Canelo" Alvarez.

And he deserves to get his ass kicked. (We may or may not be talking about Alvarez.)

Snoop Lion TO THE RESCUE -- the rapper just announced he's also giving money to help cover the funeral costs for a 6-year-old girl who was fatally shot last weekend in California.

Rapper The Game has already donated $10,000 to help pay the funeral bills for 6-year-old Tiana Ricks -- who was shot and killed when two men approached her family's Moreno Valley home and opened fire -- but sadly, Tiana's mom said the money wasn't enough to cover all the bills.

Snoop's rep wouldn't say exactly how much he donated, but sources close to Tiana's family tell TMZ the amount was $2,000.

Snoop has released a statement about the shooting, saying, "Little 6-year-old girls are not supposed to die from a gunshot. But it keeps happening ... Too many tears are being shed, too many young lives are being cut short. We need to come together to change this."

FYI, Snoop has Crip ties and Game openly identifies with the Bloods (a rival gang) ... so Snoop's really not kidding about the "coming together" stuff.

Snoop added, "Beautiful Tiana loved to play the piano -- she had a whole life ahead of her which she should have been filled with love and music."

Police in Chicago have been told to haul Chief Keef's deadbeat ass to jail ... if they see him ... after the 17-year old rapper blew off a child support hearing, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Keef was ordered to appear in court on September 5 to explain why he hasn't forked over more than $20k in child support payments to his baby mama.

Problem is ... Keef no-showed -- so the judge issued an order for his arrest, which means if cops see his ass, they can drag him right to the slammer and hold him until he pays roughly 1/5th of his child support debt.

Billie Jean King is calling BS on reports the mafia rigged her famous Battle of the Sexes tennis match with Bobby Riggs ... telling TMZ, "I just beat his butt and that's it."

The allegations surfaced in an ESPN investigation last month -- a country club worker claims he witnessed a secret meeting between Riggs and the mafia, in which Riggs agreed to throw the famous 1973 match if the mob forgave his $100k gambling debts.

But King says the whole story is ridiculous -- telling us, "[Riggs] was not that kind of a guy. He didn't play around with the mafia."

BJK also says Riggs had more of a financial incentive to WIN their duel -- because had he emerged victorious, he would have had the chance to play in a MILLION DOLLAR match.

Justin Bieber is officially a member of the mile high club ... TMZ has learned.

Sources high up in the sky tell TMZ ... Justin and a group of his boyz got ridiculously high in their SUV on the way to the airport for a coast-to-coast flight on a private jet. When the doors opened on the tarmac, the pilot tells us smoke billowed out, adding, "I almost had to put on an oxygen mask."

The pilot said, "It was like 'Cheech and Chong Up In Smoke."

The Biebs didn't toke during the flight ... but some members of his posse lit up Swisher Sweet blunt cigars -- it's perfectly legal since they were flying private.

The pilot says Justin was "baked out of his mind" on the flight ... so much so his head spun when he was asked to sign a credit card authorization, saying "huh, what? Who am I signing this for?'"

By the way ... the cost of that flight ... more than $60K.

Drake's expensive jewelry collection is coming back to bite him in the ass -- a famous jeweler is suing him over a $50,000 owl pendant ... claiming Drake illegally made knockoffs of it for his friends.

The jeweler Baden Baden Inc. (owned by designer Michael Raphael) filed the lawsuit, claiming Drizzy hired the company to make a custom diamond-studded platinum owl pendant back in January ... and paid $49,204.

Then in June ... BB claims gold duplicates of the pendant started surfacing on Drake's Instagram.

According to the lawsuit, BB claims Drake took its original design, copied it, and handed out the knockoffs to his pals.

Baden Baden is suing for copyright infringement, demanding unspecified damages, and asking the court to force Drake to hand over the owl copies.

One potential sticking point -- Drake's been using the owl logo for years ... it's the freakin' cover of his 2011 mixtape.

As we previously reported, Raphael is also suing Drake for unpaid styling services.

Liberace's ex-lover Scott Thorson -- famously portrayed in "Behind the Candelabra" by Matt Damon -- caught a HUUUGE break in court today when a judge agreed to send him to rehab instead of prison after failing a drug test.

It's a big deal considering Thorson is currently on probation stemming from a burglary and ID theft conviction -- and if his probation was revoked, the judge could send him to prison for up to 20 years.

But during the hearing in a Nevada courtroom, Thorson admitted he's a hardcore drug addict and begged the judge for a second chance to complete a court-ordered rehab program.

The judge made it clear he's not impressed with Thorson's "so-called celebrity status" -- but agreed to spare him from the big house this time, if he completes treatment.

However, the judge also warned Thorson that this will be his last chance -- and if he screws up again, he's going straight to the slammer. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.

Suge Knight was arrested early Wednesday morning just outside the Bev Hills border ... TMZ has learned.

LAPD cops noticed Suge straddling 2 lanes at around 12:30 as he tooled along in his truck ... which had no license plates. The Death Row Records founder was pulled over and police quickly determined he was stone cold sober ... which was good.

Here's the problem. It seems Suge didn't appear in court for one of those pesky crimes of driving on a suspended license, so a warrant was issued for his arrest.

So Suge was chauffeured to a nearby jail in the back of a black and white. He's still there ... on $20k bail.

7:20 AM PT -- Suge has been released from custody after posting $20k bail.

It's the kind of "Storage Wars" story that would make Dave Hester proud -- some guy in Maryland bought a unit for $300 at a storage auction recently only to find more Dikembe Mutombo memorabilia than you can shake a giant finger at.

The winning bidder is Adrian Petrus ... who competed for the contents of a forceclosed unit -- and just like on "Storage Wars," Adrian had no idea what was inside.

So you can imagine how pumped he was when he opened the locker and realized the whole thing was packed full of Mutombo items -- signed basketballs, shoes, jerseys, trading cards and photos of Dikembe with celebs like Michael Jackson and Nelson Mandela.

The locker also contained works of art painted and signed by Mutombo's brother.

So who would abandon such an incredible cache of Dikembe stuff?

Turns out, the unit belonged to one of Dikembe's brothers ... who lost the locker recently after missing several rental payments.

We're told the brother had gone back to the Congo to deal with family issues in the wake of his father's death -- and simply forgot to make his locker payments. Sucks.

Petrus tells us .. once he realized what he had, he reached out to Dikembe to try and make a deal to return the items ... but never heard back. So, naturally, the next step ... is eBay.

None of Omar Epps' co-stars on the TV show "Resurrection" were complaining about the food on the set today ... that's because Omar dug deep into his pockets to pay for lunch ... for everybody!

The show is shooting in Atlanta ... Omar dropped $1,500 to rent the Sweet Auburn BBQ food truck ... which dished up grub to about 90 cast members, crew and extras.

Our BBQ sources tell us the Dirty South package-- brisket, pork, and chicken -- is to die for.

Fun Fact: "Resurrection" is a show about people who die ... and return from the dead.

Travis Barker and his Blink-182 bandmates are giving up their time and a ton of money to mark the 9/11 anniversary in NYC ... TMZ has learned.

Blink-182 is currently on tour -- and even though it was supposed to be an off-day -- we're told they decided to add tomorrow night's gig in Brooklyn as a 9/11 tribute.

Sources connected to the band tell us all the money raised from the concert will be donated to multiple hospitals ... including City of Hope and William Randolph Hearst Burn Center in NYC.
