Josh Elliott was so disgusted with ABC ... he took a pay cut of more than a million dollars ... multiple sources connected with both ABC and NBC tell TMZ.

Our sources say ABC offered Josh between $4 and $5 million to stay, but he chose NBC despite the fact that they offered him just over $3 million.

We're told Josh was at the point of no return when Robin Roberts signed a $14 million a year contract to anchor GMA. He felt slighted by the ABC offer and just wanted out.

Sources say the feeling is mutual. As one source put it, "He's definitely an abrasive guy." Another source says, "People hated him. He was always just rude."

And get this ... we're told just weeks ago Sr. VP of ABC News James Goldston confronted Amy Robach -- Josh's replacement on GMA -- and called her "toxic" because she created tension on the set. Indeed, we're told Amy and Lara Spencer "hate" each other and can't hide their contempt.

Another source says Robin Roberts hasn't helped matters -- one person saying she acts like a "diva" on the set.

As for Josh's future ... our network sources say NBC did NOT promise Josh any role on "Today," but we're told there's no doubt he's got to the top of the heap as the likely successor to Matt Lauer.

A "Love & Hip Hop New York" star got sprung from the pokey tonight -- after more than a year -- thanks to his fiancée, who anted up $200,000 for his bond.

Mendeecees Harris got busted back in January 2013 for his alleged involvement in a heroin and cocaine drug ring. He's been in Federal custody -- most recently in a Rochester, NY jail -- ever since his arrest.

Today, a judge agreed to release him on a $600k bond ... and his fiancée Yandy Smith came through with $200k of that.

Mendeecees tells TMZ the first thing he did after getting out of jail was to score some Chinese food and some candy. He and Yandy are currently driving from Rochester back to NYC.

Janice Dickinson is too old and too broke to repay the huge debt she allegedly racked up by bouncing checks, but luckily she has a rich fiancé -- this according to the bank that just settled up with her.

According to bankruptcy docs, City National Bank claims Dickinson owes more than $300k in connection with checking overdrafts ... but the bank just agreed to end the whole matter for a mere $100,000.

In the docs, the bank takes a serious cheap shot at 59-year-old Janice, saying, it will be tough to collect the money from her "due to debtor's age, lack of assets and lack of income."

The bank also claims in the docs ... Methuselah Janice can't swing the payment plan they've set up -- $10k now and the rest over 3 years -- so, her fiancé is gonna pony up the initial amounts.

Johnny Weir clashed with his husband's lawyer this weekend -- over the sale of their Fabergé egg and other fancy belongings -- and it got so emotional ... Johnny broke down in tears ... sources tell TMZ.

According to sources, Johnny met with Victor Voronov's lawyer Sunday at the NJ storage locker containing the ex-couple's $20,000 Fabergé egg, a bunch of Louis Vuitton luggage, and other pricey community property -- in order to determine how it would all be sold off in the wake of their divorce.

TMZ broke the story ... Johnny and Victor agreed to sell off their expensive community property and place the proceeds in a trust to be split at a later date.

Sources tell us, Johnny asked to take all the items and sell them himself, but Victor's lawyer refused to let that happen because he didn't trust Johnny to follow the rules. We're told the argument escalated so bad Johnny started to cry.

We're told it took Johnny and Victor's lawyer 6 hours to come to a compromise -- ultimately, Johnny walked away with the egg and his wedding ring, and Victor's lawyer walked away with the LV luggage and Victor's wedding ring.

We're told each party agreed to sell his portion and deposit the proceeds in a trust -- clearly the only trust left in their relationship.

Pat Boone is wanted in Hollywood again -- a warrant was just issued for the legendary singer's arrest.

Here's the breakdown -- 79-year-old Boone was ordered to appear in court in connection with a lawsuit involving a condo he purchased on a luxury cruise liner.

The company that's building the boat got sued for some of it's investors and lost the case. The judge ordered the company to pay more than $800K in attorney's fees, but the lawyer's haven't gotten their loot.

So apparently the crafty lawyers are trying to get their money from the people -- including Pat -- who bought condos on the ship. The lawyers subpoenaed Pat to court, but he was a no show, so the judge issued the arrest warrant.

Krayzie Bone may have concocted the smartest business plan of all time -- sell munchies to stoners WHILE THEY BUY WEED.

The Bone Thugs-n-Harmony rapper says a fan gifted him a personalized vending machine ... and it inspired him.

Krayzie says he's in talks to put the machines in a few L.A. stores -- including weed dispensaries.

He's really serious about it. He's already ordered more vending machines for the launch.

Of course the machines will be filled with stoner favorites -- Funyuns, Pop Tarts, Twinkies.

Selena Gomez is the proud new owner of an anti-Bieber fortress, TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell TMZ, the deal closed last week -- Selena threw down roughly $3 million for a 5-bedroom 7,200 sq. ft. Calabasas mansion, located minutes away from the Kardashian empire in Hidden Hills (great for lunch dates with Kendall Jenner).

We're told Selena didn't have many demands while house shopping -- but she refused to budge on one thing ... the home could NOT be in The Oaks ... aka Justin Bieber's old hood.

Kottonmouth Kings frontman Daddy X says his former business partner totally bogarted him ... but not out of a fat joint ... out of millions of dollars.

X says for more than 5 years Kevin Zinger -- co-founder of his record label -- illegally paid himself a total of $600k more than his approved salary.

And Daddy claims his ex-partner used their record label to pimp out Zinger's clothing line -- and he raked in tons of money -- but didn't hook Daddy or the company up with any cheddar.

The frontman for the popular stoner-rap group says he asked Zinger for the company financials in 2011 ... but never got them -- and two years later, was fired from his own company in retaliation.

The rapper wants his ex-partner to ante up $15 mil.

The jags over at the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board have docked "30 Rock" star Tina Fey a cool $79,000 for not carrying workers' comp insurance.

According to the docs (obtained by the folks at The Smoking Gun) ... the board claims Fey has not carried the insurance from November 2012 through last month. Fey herself is listed on the docs and not her production company, Little Stranger Inc. So we don't know which employees were not covered -- producers or nannies.

According to the docs, Fey apparently appealed the fine previously, but that has run its course and she still owes the money.

Sean Kingston needs a second job ... because we found out not one but TWO of his cars have been repo'd in the last week.

Our repo sources tell us ... Sean's Mercedez Benz G-Wagen was hooked up on a tow at an L.A. shopping center last week. It seems Mr. Kingston fell 3 months behind on payments. He's been radio silent ever since so the car is headed for the auction block.

TMZ broke the story -- which on a level is hilarious -- that he went to the fancy schmancy Mondrian hotel on the Sunset Strip Wednesday night and the same repo company targeted his Bentley right by the front door. Sean and his crew argued in vain and he said sayonara to his whip.

Sean is worth a reported $2 mil. How to say ... Toyota's are nice, right?

Sean Kingston's night out took an unexpected and humiliating turn when his Bentley got REPOSSESSED on Sunset Boulevard -- and TMZ has video of his crew squaring off with the repo man.

According to our sources, Kingston valeted his car at the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood last night. The valet kept the car in front 'cause that's what they do with high-profile rides ... and that's when the repo crew struck.

We're told the repo guys backed in their tow truck and hooked up the Bentley in a matter of seconds -- impressive because the hotel has a REALLY small driveway and valet area.

Someone got Sean out of the hotel ... and in the video you can see him arguing with the repo guy, and at one point he yells, "I paid for it already."

Too little too late ... the Bentley got towed. Cops were called for the fight, but no arrests were made.

Sean's rep had no comment.

We're told Sean left the hotel in an Uber ... and sure enough we spotted him later at a different bar -- sans Bentley.

Johnny Weir's husband will be making some major lifestyle changes after a judge ruled he only gets $1,000 per month in support -- and they have to unload some prized possessions.

During a hearing for Johnny and Victor Voronov's nasty divorce ... the judge laid out an agreement which forces the Olympic figure skater to fork over a grand to Victor every month.

The agreement is only temporary, but in divorce-court terms -- that $1,000 is not nearly enough to keep up the luxe standards to which Victor's grown accustomed during their marriage.

Think more Macys ... less Hermès.

And get this ... the soon-to-be exes both agreed to sell off their Faberge Egg AND their wedding rings, and place the funds in a trust. $15,000 of that cash will go to their attorneys.

Victor's only consolation -- Johnny has to cover utilities at their home, including Internet and cable.

The Game doesn't know -- and certainly doesn't care -- if he's being screwed by his record label ... because he's "rich as a motherf*****!"

Some explaining ... Suge Knight went on Arsenio Hall last month and said Game had one of the worst record deals in rap ... likening the record business to slavery.

But when we got Game last night outside Supper Club, he would only say, "You never know what Suge know. He might be right. What's true is I'm rich as a motherf***er, that's it."

Rick Ross has got to be the best boss ever ... because when his album hit number one on the charts ... he bought each of his closest boys a sick, insanely expensive watch to celebrate.

According to our sources, Ross hit up jeweler Rafaello & Co in NYC last week and dropped a cool $250k total on six watches for a few of the artists who appeared on his album "Mastermind."

Among the lucky recipients of an Audemars Piguet watch: DJ Khaled, Meek Mill and Wale.

We're told Ross picked out the watches himself and had the cash wired to the store.

Hayden Panettiere is going Hollywood -- Hollywood, Florida because she just sold her home in L.A.

Hayden recently bought a house in Nashville, where she's doing her show. As you know, she's engaged to boxing champ Wladimir Klitschko, who owns a penthouse in Hollywood, Fla, and she's spent a lot of time down there.

As for the L.A. home ... we've learned Hayden sold it for $3.075 MIL (thanks to celeb realtor Josh Altman). She bought it in 2008 for $2.635 MIL.

It's interesting ... For years Hayden was a fixture in L.A. ... frequently hitting the town. But now she's high profile in Nashville.

Los Angeles ... it used to be a thing.

Miley Cyrus had a sweet weekend ... celebrating her Bangerz Tour stop in Miami with a sick cake that reportedly cost a cool $5,000 to make.

The cake -- which Miley and friends presumably scarfed down while partying at Cameo night club -- featured depictions of several tongues, a cat crying, a hot dog, and a teddy bear in a gold chain.

Bad for a wedding or a kid's birthday party ... but perfect for Miley.

UPDATE #1: Divine Delicacies Cakes, the folks that made the cake, tell TMZ the reason why it cost so much is that the Bangerz lettering on top was done with Swarovski crystals (which were not edible). They say the club footed the bill for the cake, which was red velvet inside and was capable of feeding 300 people (or 20 stoners).
