Michael and Dina Drag Catholic Church Into Custody War

Published | Updated

Michael Lohan's gonna have to say lots of Hail Marys -- and fork over lots of cash -- if a judge orders him to ante up thousands for his kid's Catholic school education ... but Michael says it's just more Dina BS.

Dina Lohan filed new court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming Michael refuses to pay for Lindsay's brother, Cody.

Dina grouses ... Michael hasn't paid a dime, even though they were supposed to split the $10K/year tuition. Dina says she covered the first 3 years -- $30K -- but wants Michael to ante up for Cody's senior year.

But Michael's says poppycock ... telling TMZ he already gave Dina 30 grand for the school and a car for Cody. Plus, he says he's given her $1,500 a month for the last two years. And he says he's given daughter Ali $35K over the past year for an NYC apartment.

Michael says what is especially galling ... Dina blew around $10K on trips to visit her boyfriend in Texas.

Who knew she had a BF.

Walmart Heiress' Ex She's a Cheater ... Divorce Is a Cover Up!

Published | Updated

10:35 AM PT -- Paige's peeps are calling Patrick's allegation of infidelity ... fabricated, baseless, pathetic and desperate -- and claim he's only trying to "grab as much money as possible."

Walmart heiress Paige Laurie Dubbert's ex is slamming back at her, calling her a cheater who is using the divorce and a B.S. lawsuit to distract attention away from an affair, TMZ has learned.

Patrick Bode Dubbert says he accused Paige of cheating last year -- according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ -- and then Paige filed for divorce on Mar. 7 ... and also sued Patrick for ripping her off through a business he was running out of Malibu.

Paige claimed Patrick was paying himself $250K a year plus $70K/month in contracting fees for him and his buddy.

In his docs, Patrick says his biz is legit ... and Paige's accusation is simply a smokescreen to deflect attention from the failed marriage, and "spin an image of Paige to the media as a victim."

And Patrick adds ... she's got enough of mommy's Walmart fortune to do just that.

Michael Lohan Lindsay Was Bait for Fake Biz Deals ... Claims Investor

Published | Updated

Michael Lohan scammed a 20-year-old guy out of $50,000 by using Lindsay Lohan to lure him into dumping money into two phony businesses ... so says the guy, who's now suing Michael.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Jason Squatriglia claims Lohan convinced him to sink the $50K into a new cleaning product and a reality TV show called "Racing With the Stars."

Shocker ... neither project ever took off, according to the suit.

Squatriglia told the NYPost ... Michael loved to talk about Lindsay's career as a "big movie star" -- and dangled it to convince Jason it was safe to invest even more dough.

In the suit, Squatriglia claims MiLo took his cash and ran -- he's gotten ZERO back on the investment. He's suing to get back the 50 grand, plus $500K in damages.

Michael tells TMZ he never introduced Lindsay to Jason or insinuated she would be involved in their dealings -- and he's adamant ... he doesn't owe squat to Mr. Squat.

Taylor Swift Sued Fast Cars & Dangerous Men Got Me In Trouble

Published | Updated

Taylor Swift is a hell-raisin', fast-drivin' bad girl -- at least in the eyes of a clothing company that's suing her for allegedly ripping off its brand to sell her own merchandise.

TMZ obtained a copy of the lawsuit filed by Lucky 13 owner Robert Kloetzly ... and in the suit he accuses Swift of intentionally jacking his biz. Kloetzly says he's been marketing clothes and accessories to a young rock 'n roll crowd for 20 years, but now Swift is slapping "Lucky 13" on her own clothing line.

The allegation is ... Taylor is confusing the marketplace. In the docs, Kloetzly describes her as a tatted up singer who likes "fast cars and dangerous men who drive them inappropriately" -- and adds that's the same demo his company targets.

In the suit, Kloetzly goes on to claim Taylor's music video for "I Knew You Were Trouble" could be an ad for his Lucky 13 ... because it "depicts stylish, attractive, tattooed individuals in provocative situations."

Kloetzly wants Taylor's merchandising site shut down. He also wants all the profits she's made so far ... or the damages to his company -- whichever is greater.

Lindsay Lohan $150,000 Richer Miscarriage Details to Remain Secret

Published | Updated

Double victory for Lindsay Lohan ... she just got $150k to settle her lawsuit against a clothing company -- huge money for Linds -- and now, she won't have to talk about her miscarriage in court.

According to new legal docs, Lindsay's clothing label 6126 struck the settlement agreement this week with D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries, the company she sued last year for $1.1 million.

Lindsay claimed D.N.A.M. failed to pay her hundreds of thousands of dollars for licensing her 6126 trademark for international clothing sales. D.N.A.M. sued Lindsay right back, insisting her druggie reputation made it impossible to unload the merch.

We're told the settlement kills BOTH lawsuits -- and D.N.A.M.'s demand to force Lindsay to testify about the miscarriage ... which she had raised as an excuse for not responding to their lawsuit.

No end to this chick's good luck.

Pitbull filed a federal lawsuit against E. & J. Winery & New Amsterdam Spirits Company over a vodka recipe they're pushing called "The Pit Bull."

The recipe -- 2 parts New Amsterdam vodka, 1/2 part lime juice, 1/2 part grapefruit juice, 2 parts lemon/lime soda -- might sound delicious ... but in the lawsuit Pitbull claims it's just piggybacking off his name.

The other problem -- the Miami rapper endorses other liquor brands including Voli vodka which also promotes a Pitbull drink.

According to the suit, New Amsterdam's recipe is confusing the marketplace -- plus, Pitbull's name has been trademarked since 2000.

Pitbull is suing for all profits New Amsterdam makes off his name. He also wants "Pit Bull" removed from the company's website.

Avianne & Co. fired off a cease-and-desist letter to the guy behind the popular Instagram account FakeWatchBusta -- because FWB recently posted a pic of CeeLo's custom 20-carat diamond-studded Panerai from Avianne, and outed it as a bad "fake."

FWB went so far as to add the following caption: "I really hope #CeeLoGreen said “HELL NO!” when he saw the ugliest custom fake #Panerai watch in the world ... The crown guard must have been removed with a hammer and then reattached upside down."

Avianne demanded the CeeLo post be taken down immediately and replaced with an apology ... as well as a comment saying the watch is in fact 100% real.

The photo has since been deleted from Instagram, but so far ... no apology's been posted.

Steve Aoki FINALLY Getting Benihana Money ... But There's a Catch

Published | Updated

Famed DJ Steve Aoki's wallet is about to get fatter -- cause after years of legal battles he's finally defeated his stepmom for control of his late father's Benihana fortune.

Steve and his sister, model Devon Aoki, were each awarded 50% of their dad's trust by a judge this week ... meaning they get ownership rights to Benihana and a chunk of restaurant income.

But they don't get it just yet ... according to the Aoki family lawyer neither gets paid until their 45th birthdays. Steve is 36 and Devon is 31.

Benihana founder Rocky Aoki married Keiko Ono Aoki in 2002, and his kids feared she'd cut them off when he died -- so Rocky amended his will to give his descendants sole control of his trust.

Keiko's been challenging the will ever since Rocky died in 2008 -- and actually won in a lower court. This week's ruling overturned her victory.

No green tea ice cream for her.
