Justin Bieber Settlement Reached In Photog Heist Case
Justin Bieber played Miami nice with the photog who sued him over a scrap with his bodyguard -- they've reached a settlement agreement.
As you may recall ... Jeffrey Binion claimed Biebs ordered his hired muscle to beat him up and steal his camera's memory card.
The suit got a lot of attention after Bieber's videotaped deposition was leaked to TMZ. Bieber had a fit when the photog's lawyer asked him about then-GF, Selena Gomez.
The terms of the settlement are sealed.
Mark Wahlberg Applauds Tom Brady's Obama Snub ... And Hands Hundo to Homeless Guy!
Mark Wahlberg always has time to help a brother out -- whether it's Tom Brady, or the homeless guy who gets caught in a swarm of photogs -- and his generosity was on full display in Bev Hills.
After Mark and his entourage had lunch at E. Baldi on Thursday ... he was making his way to his ride when he handed a C-note to a guy in a wheelchair without missing a beat or making a big deal about it.
It's as smooth and solid a move as we've ever seen a celeb make.
Bonus: Mark sounds off about the QB of his beloved Patriots skipping the team's White House trip. His take -- heartwarming ... and a little cocky.
Wicked awesome.

Chris Brown Here's a Few Pennies, Beat It!! Settles B-ball Beating Case
Chris Brown's finally put that alleged pickup basketball brawl behind him -- settling up with the guy who sued him ... but the guy definitely won't be retiring on what he got from Chris.
Malcolm Ausbon filed the lawsuit, claiming Chris and 3 cronies gave him a beat down in the middle of a hoops game they were playing at a 24-Hour Fitness last year in L.A.
As we first told you ... Ausbon's lawyer even sent Chris' attorney, Mark Geragos, a letter threatening to go to cops, unless Chris paid him $250k -- a move Geragos called extortion.
In the end, we're told Ausbon did get paid -- but way, wayyy less than his asking price. Sources connected to Chris describe it as a "nuisance payment" -- to make Ausbon go away -- that was no more than 4 figures.
The exact amount is sealed under terms of the settlement. As for why Chris paid such a low number -- best guess is Ausbon lost all bargaining power when he arguably blackmailed Chris.

Mila Kunis That Ukrainian Chick's Pollo Loco!!!
Mila Kunis is calling chickens**t on the Ukrainian woman who claims the actress stole her beloved chicken, Doggie, a quarter century ago back in the old country.
With a little prompting from Ashton Kutcher, Mila says she was "devastated," and "weeping" after finding out Kristina Karo was suing her for $5,000 for emotional distress and therapy bills.
Mila and Ashton hilariously question the timing ... Karo is filing suit as she tries to hawk a music video.
For her part, Mila's contemplating a countersuit because the music video 'burned her eyes and hurt her body.'
If the judge would make the countersuit a class action, we'll gladly join.
By the way ... you should check out Karo on TMZ Live, unless you're chicken.

Aaron Hernandez Victim's Mom Mulling Lawsuit ... Over Son's Murder
Odin Lloyd's mother tells TMZ Sports ... she's still deciding whether or not she will file a wrongful death lawsuit against Aaron Hernandez ... a lawsuit that could potentially be worth MILLIONS of dollars.
With Hernandez having been convicted of murdering the former semi-pro football player, the odds are extremely good that Lloyd's family would win a civil case against him.
And since Hernandez was an NFL star who made MILLIONS during his brief career ... there's real money on the line.
But when we spoke with Ursula Ward this week, she told us she had not made up her mind about whether she will go through with the lawsuit.
Ward wouldn't explain why she's on the fence -- but sometimes, grieving families would rather move on with their lives instead of reliving the nightmare in another high profile case ... no matter how much money is at stake.

Rick Ross Outcoached For Good Cause ... Loses Charity Hoops Game To Ex-NFL Star
Rick Ross just got out-bawsed ... but he ain't sweatin' it -- 'cause even though he got CRUSHED in a celeb hoops game ... he raised a TON of cash for a local charity.
Ross stepped up to coach a team in the 4th annual Nike South Beach Celebrity Court of Dreams game this past weekend to benefit the South Beach Charitable Foundation for kids.
The hip-hop star coached a team of celebs -- including NFL players Antrel Rolle and the Pouncey twins ... in an effort to beat the "South Beach All-Stars," coached by ex-NFL lineman Bryant McKinnie.
In the end ... Ross' squad just couldn't hang and they lost to Bryant's team 62-38.
But the event raised $35,000 for charity -- so, hard to call anyone a loser after that.
Nice work.
Nick Loeb Sofia Should Not Deny Life To Our 2 Daughters
Nick Loeb says there are 2 unborn girls he wants to father ... and he's not asking the mother, Sofia Vergara, for anything other than cooperation in allowing them to be born.
Loeb's lawyer says, "Nick is not seeking to impose any parental obligations on the egg donor, financial or otherwise, and believes that the sanctity of life, his interest in achieving parenthood, and his desire to bring his daughters to term outweighs any interest the egg donor may have in destroying the embryos."
As TMZ reported, Nick is suing Sofia, claiming she wants to destroy the embryos now that she's moved on. Sofia says she will not destroy the embryos, but as we reported she refuses to allow them to come to term. We're told Sofia does not want to stir up a hornet's nest with her right-to-life fan base.
Nick's lawyer goes on ... "I created these two female embryos with the purpose of taking them to term and not destruction, because I have always dreamed of being a father."
He says he wants no money from Sofia ... Nick is loaded. He adds he's willing to give her an opportunity to be involved in the children's lives.
And the lawyer ends with this ... "Where a man does want to become a father, and wants to impose no obligations on the other party, he should have that corresponding right."

Dead Wrestler's Dad Sues the WWE Pay Up If You're Gonna Exploit My Son
The WWE is cashing in on Eddie "Hot Stuff" Gilbert even though he's been dead for 20 years ... at least according to his family, which is dragging the league to court to get a cut of the action.
According to docs ... Eddie's dad, Tommy Gilbert, is in charge of the estate and says the WWE is plastering his son's image and likeness all over TV and other media platforms without permission -- and, more importantly, without paying them a dime.
Tommy says old wrestling footage of Eddie -- a pro from '79 until his death of a heart attack in '95 -- is being used to promote the WWE.
Interestingly, Eddie's fam isn't suing to block use of the footage -- they just want a judge to force the WWE to fork over a share of its profits, plus damages.
A WWE rep tells us, "Through the years, WWE has acquired the legal rights to library footage of various former wrestling organizations including Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and Mid-Southern Wrestling among many others. WWE has made substantial investments to acquire these copyrighted works and has the legal right to use them."
The rep adds, "Similar cases in the past have been unsuccessful, and we expect this case to be dismissed."

Jay Z, Roc Nation I'm Now the Master of My Own Destiny
Jay Z is once again the proud owner of some historic music.
Jay has been in an epic battle with a guy who was holding the masters to The Life and Times of S. Carter and The Dynasty albums hostage. There were 41 tracks, 31 with Jay and 10 with Beanie Sigel.
Chauncey Mahan, a sound engineer on the albums, claimed ownership and stashed boxes of tracks in a San Fernando Valley storage facility.
Cops eventually seized the masters, but Mahan didn't back down. He sued Jay and Roc Nation in July, trying to get a piece of the action.
A judge just shut him down, ruling he waited way too long to sue.
So Jay Z owns his stuff outright.
BTW ... 'Life and Times' went triple platinum and contains songs like "Big Pimpin' and "Jigga my N****."

Big Ang Sister Makes Mea Culpa ... Sorry, I Hit Up Fans for Cash
The sister of "Mob Wives" star Big Ang thought she was doing a good thing by creating a donation page for medical costs, but quickly had second thoughts ... and is now apologizing to Ang's fans.
Janine Detore says "Mob Wives" fans were reaching out and asking how and where they could make donations to help Ang cover bills for her throat cancer treatment. So, Janine created a GoFundMe page.
But after less than a day a fan wondered why a celeb was asking for money. Detore realized it was a good point. She tells us Ang and the fam can more than handle any expenses insurance doesn't cover -- so, she immediately disabled the page.
Detore says they only got about $150 during the few hours the page was active. She adds, Big Ang had no idea the page was ever up.
As for Ang's condition ... she's resting at home and doing very well -- but Janine says doctors are planning another surgery to remove her right lymph nodes ... as a precaution.
