Lil Pump Sued for Alleged Hit, Don't Help, And Run!!!

Published | Updated

Lil Pump and his crew got into a nasty car accident, and left the guy in the other ride at the scene in very bad shape ... according to a new suit.

A California man claims he was driving his Nissan Pathfinder in L.A. around 2:20 PM on October 11, 2017, when a 2006 Bentley containing the rapper, his manager and a couple other guys "violently collided" with the passenger side of his vehicle.

According to the docs ... the man was pulled from his car by Pump and his guys and left in the road -- despite being badly injured and unconscious. Instead of making sure he was okay, the man claims Pump's crew grabbed a large duffel bag from the Bentley's trunk and took off ... leaving the car behind, too.

What's interesting is a pic of Lil Pump looking pretty beat up himself was posted online on October 13 -- 2 days after the alleged hit and run.

The man's asking for damages for his injuries, pain and suffering and wants his medical bills covered. He also lists Warner Bros. Records in the suit, who repped him at the time, but as we reported ... it no longer does.

The Weinstein Co. Sold!!! Relaunching as New Co.

Published | Updated

The Weinstein Co. is off life support -- an investment group backed by Ron Burkle has agreed to buy the flailing company.

The investment group and The Weinstein Co. struck a deal Thursday in the office of New York's Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, but some details still have to be ironed out. TWC Chairman Bob Weinstein reportedly sat down with Burkle and his investing partner, Maria Contreras-Sweet, and Schneiderman lent a huge hand in reviving the deal that had broke down twice.

Maria says TWC will launch as "a new company with a new board and a new vision that embodies the principles that we have stood by since we began this process last fall."

Under the deal, Bob will leave the company. "Wonder Hill" is reportedly one of the new names being floated around, and there are plans to install a female-majority board of directors.

Published | Updated

"I have never paid a recruit to come to Arizona," Miller said ... who adds he also never DISCUSSED paying a recruit.

In short, Miller says the allegations are inaccurate, false and defamatory.

"I have never knowingly violated NCAA rules while serving as head coach at this great program."

Miller says he was approached with the suggestion of paying a recruit at one point during his career at U of A ... but he did NOT agree to pay the recruit and that player did not end up at the school.

Miller has not coached since the bombshell report surfaced on Friday -- but the school has announced he will return to action ASAP.

SUBWAY SUPERSTAR

If you ever wanted to see Adam Sandler sing about his daddy f****ng his eye with his penis ... ya shoulda been riding the subway Wednesday night in NYC. Also, you're a little twisted.

TMZ got this video of Sandler doing his thing, kinda incognito in a hoodie and looking like your everyday subway tunnel busker. People clearly recognized his voice though as he busted out some new songs, including one about walking in on his parents having sex -- hence the penis in the eye thing.

The subway performance came right after he shot at Comic Strip Live ... part of his lucrative Netflix deal.

At one point he warned the gathered crowd -- "Scary s**t is coming." They stuck around anyway, even though it doesn't seem like they tipped him much.

We think he'll be alright with a reported $340 mil in the bank.

PAY THE ATHLETES!!!

Let's stop pretending D-1 college basketball players are just student athletes -- they're PROS who deserve to get paid already ... so says Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin.

Bevin just WENT OFF about the current state of college basketball -- slamming the way the NCAA treats players ... and explaining why the concept of amateurism in top-tier college sports is a lie.

"It's a multi-BILLION industry in America, college athletics ... and yet we're pretending these kids are just student athletes? Come on."

That said ... Bevin is a huge fan of college basketball and sports in general -- he just wants the players to be treated fairly.

"I firmly believe that for top-tier D-1 programs, these kids should get paid. They're professional athletes, for us to pretend otherwise is ridiculous."

He also referred to the top-tier programs as the "minor leagues of professional sports."

Bevin admits he doesn't have all the answers when it comes to paying players -- but says it's about damn time officials sat down and hashed out a plan.

NEVER LOOKING BACK

Richard Sherman is a visionary ... he was accepting Bitcoin on his website back in 2012 and 2013 -- but there's just one problem ... HE CONVERTED IT ALL TO CASH BEFORE IT EXPLODED!!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a true story ... the NFL superstar tells TMZ Sports he's been a fan of cryptocurrency for years and believes it's eventually going to be the standard way people pay for things like groceries and clothes.

Of course, the price per coin was around $2.00 in 2011 ... and grew to around $1,000 by the end of 2013. It didn't really pop again until 2017 -- when it soared to more than $19,000 PER COIN!!

So, how much money would Sherman have made?? A lot.

Don't feel too bad ... Sherman says he did make some profit -- just not the gazillions that people like the Winklevoss twins hauled in. And the experience hasn't ruined cryptocurrency for Sherman ... 'cause he's now a spokesperson for a new trading platform called Cobinhood.

Plus, he signed a $56 million contract extension in 2014 ... so he ain't losing sleep over it.

The woman runs an adult bakery in Houston called "Adult Cakes By Kim" -- and appears to be a huge fan of both the Houston Texans and J.J. Watt.

She also makes a killer "Poppin' Penis Man Cake" for $75.

But when she's not making delicious edible genitals, Kim's concerned about her community ... and reached out to Watt on Twitter about how the millions J.J. raised is being distributed.

"Do we know where any of money went because I can't find one person they got any help from the JJ Watt foundation for Hurricane Harvey and I know JJ's a great man."

We know she loves the Texans because Kim also offered a topless Texans cake for $80.

Oh, and yeah ... J.J. responded.

"There are 2.3 million people in Houston alone, Kim. I apologize that we aren’t able to reach every single person, it’s simply not possible."

"We’ve rebuilt homes & day cares, provided food & medical care and our work is far from finished! I promise we’re doing the best we can!!!"

Anastacia Sued Singer Stiffed Me for $3 Million

While Anastacia was cranking out hits in the late '90s and early 2000s, she forgot about the people who helped get her to the mountain top ... so claims the singer's ex-manager.

Anastacia -- immensely popular for her songs, her shades, and/or her abs -- was down and out after a failed record deal in 1998 .. according to Lisa Braude, the ex-manager. Braude claims she nurtured her, paying her bills, until she became a finalist on the MTV talent search show, "The Cut" in 1999.

According to a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Anastacia got a record deal with Epic Records after the show, and hired Braude as her manager. They worked together until 2004, which was the singer's heyday -- 3 studio albums, including her smash hit, "I'm Outta Love."

As you might recall, Anastacia was forced to take a break due to breast cancer, but still released compilation albums. In the docs, Braude says she hasn't gotten her cut from those records ... hence the lawsuit.

Braude wants Anastacia to cough up $3 mil, mostly in unpaid commissions.
